¹“सत्यता का फाउण्डेशन है पवित्रता और निशानी है - चलन वा चेहरे में दिव्यता''

¹The foundation of truth is purity and its’ sign is divinity on one’s face and in one's activity.

²आज सत-बाप, सत-शिक्षक, सतगुरू अपने चारों ओर के सत्यता के शक्ति स्वरूप बच्चों को देख रहे हैं।

²Today, the true Father, the true Teacher and the Satguru is seeing His children everywhere who are embodiments of the power of truth.

³सत्यता का फाउण्डेशन पवित्रता है। ⁴और सत्यता का प्रैक्टिकल प्रमाण चेहरे पर और चलन में दिव्यता होगी।

³The foundation of truth is purity, and the practical proof of truth is divinity on your face and in your activity.

⁵दुनिया में भी अनेक आत्मायें अपने को सत्यवादी कहते हैं वा समझते हैं लेकिन सम्पूर्ण सत्यता पवित्रता के आधार पर होती है।

⁴Many souls in the world call themselves truthful or consider themselves to be truthful, but complete truthfulness is based on purity.

⁶पवित्रता नहीं तो सदा सत्यता रह नहीं सकती है।

⁵If there isn't purity, there cannot be constant truthfulness.

⁷तो आप सबका फाउण्डेशन क्या है?

⁶So, what is the foundation of all of you?

⁸पवित्रता।

⁷Purity.

⁹तो पवित्रता के आधार पर सत्यता का स्वरूप स्वतः और सहज सदा होता है।

⁸On the basis of purity, constantly being an embodiment of truth is natural and easy.

¹⁰सत्यता सिर्फ सच बोलना, सच करना इसको नहीं कहा जाता लेकिन सबसे पहला सत्य जिससे आपको पवित्रता की वा सत्यता की शक्ति आई, तो पहली बात है अपने सत्य स्वरूप को जाना, मैं आत्मा हूँ - ये सत्य स्वरूप पहले नहीं जानते थे।

⁹Truth is not just speaking the truth and doing what is truthful, but the first truth is that through which you received the power of purity or the power of truth. ¹⁰Therefore, the first aspect is to know your true form: I am a soul. ¹¹Previously, you did not know this true form.

¹¹लेकिन पहला सत्य अपने स्वरूप को जाना।

¹²So, the first truth is to know yourself in your true form.

¹²मैं फलानी हूँ या फलाना हूँ, बॉडी के हिसाब से वह सत्य स्वरूप था?

¹³Did you have the form of truth in terms of the physical body: "I am so-and-so or I am such-and-such?"

¹³सत्य स्वरूप है पहले स्व स्वरूप और फिर बाप के सत्य परिचय को जाना।

¹⁴To know the true form is firstly to know your own form and then to have the introduction of the Father.

¹⁴अच्छी तरह से अपना सत्य स्वरूप और बाप का सत्य परिचय जान लिया है?

¹⁵Do you know your own true form very well and do you have the Father's true introduction?

¹⁵तीसरी बात - इस सृष्टि चक्र को भी सत्य स्वरूप से जाना। ¹⁶यह चक्र क्या है और इसमें मेरा पार्ट क्या है!

¹⁶Thirdly, you also know the world cycle in its true form: what this cycle is and what your part in it is.

¹⁷तो अपना पार्ट अच्छी तरह से स्पष्ट रूप से जान लिया?

¹⁷Do you now know your part well and very clearly?

¹⁸आपका पार्ट अच्छा है ना?

¹⁸Your part is good, is it not?

¹⁹सबसे अच्छा पार्ट संगमयुग का कहेंगे।

¹⁹The best part is said to be that of the confluence age.

²⁰लेकिन आपका देव आत्मा का पार्ट भी विश्व में सारे चक्र की आत्माओं से श्रेष्ठ है।

²⁰However, compared to the souls of the world throughout the cycle, your parts of deity souls are also elevated.

²¹चाहे धर्म आत्मायें, महान आत्मायें भी पार्ट बजाती हैं लेकिन वो आत्मा और शरीर दोनों से पवित्र नहीं हैं और आप देव आत्मायें शरीर और आत्मा दोनों से पवित्र हैं, जो सारे कल्प में और कोई आत्मा ऐसी नहीं।

²¹Even though the religious leaders and the great souls play their parts, those souls are not pure in both body and soul, whereas you deity souls are pure, both in body and in soul, which no other souls throughout the cycle are.

²²तो पवित्रता का फाउण्डेशन सिवाए आपके और कोई भी आत्मा का श्रेष्ठ नहीं है।

²²So, no one, apart from you souls, has the elevated foundation of purity.

²³आपको देव आत्मा का पार्ट याद है?

²³Do you remember the part of the deity souls?

²⁴पाण्डवों को याद है?

²⁴Do the Pandavas remember it?

²⁵देव आत्मा की पवित्रता नेचुरल रूप में रही है।

²⁵Deity souls have purity in a natural form.

²⁶महान आत्मायें, आत्माओं को पवित्र बनाती हैं लेकिन बहुत पुरुषार्थ से, नेचुरल नहीं।

²⁶Great souls make other souls pure, but, with a lot of effort; it is not natural.

²⁷न नेचुरल है न नेचर रूप में है। ²⁸और आपकी आधा कल्प पवित्रता की जीवन नेचुरल भी है और नेचर भी है।

²⁷Neither is it natural, nor is it part of their nature, whereas for you, you have a natural life of purity for half a cycle and you also have that nature.

²⁹कोई पुरुषार्थ वहाँ नहीं है।

²⁸You do not make any effort there.

³⁰यहाँ का पुरुषार्थ वहाँ नेचुरल हो जाता है क्योंकि वहाँ अपवित्रता का नाम-निशान नहीं, मालूम ही नहीं कि अपवित्रता भी होती हैइसलिए आपके पवित्रता का प्रैक्टिकल स्वरूप देवता अर्थात् दिव्यता का है।

²⁹The effort made here makes it natural there, because there is no name or trace of impurity there. ³⁰You are not even aware that there is such a thing as impurity. ³¹This is why the practical form of your purity is that of the deities, that is, of divinity.

³¹इस समय दुनिया वाले कितना भी अपने को सत्यवान समझें लेकिन स्व स्वरूप की सत्यता ही नहीं जानते।

³²At this time, no matter how truthful people of the world consider themselves to be, they still do not know the truth of their original form.

³²बाप के सत्य परिचय को ही नहीं जानते।

³³They do not have the true introduction of the Father.

³³तो सम्पूर्ण सत्य स्वरूप नहीं कहेंगे।

³⁴So, you cannot call their form completely true.

³⁴आपमें भी सत्यता की शक्ति सदा तब रहेगी जब अपने और बाप के सत्य स्वरूप की स्मृति रहेगी, तो स्वतः ही हर संकल्प भी आपका सत्य होगा।

³⁵You can only have the power of truth constantly when you have the awareness of the true form of yourself and of the Father. ³⁶So, your every thought will then be constantly true.

³⁵अभी कभी भूल भी जाते हो, बॉडी-कॉन्सेस में आ जाते हो तो संकल्प सदा सत्यता के शक्तिशाली हो, पवित्रता के शक्तिशाली हो, वह सदा नहीं रहता। ³⁶सदा रहता है कि व्यर्थ भी होता है?

³⁷At present, you even forget sometimes or, when you become body conscious, your thoughts are not constantly filled with the power of truth or the power of purity. ³⁸Do you constantly have these types of thoughts or do you even have waste thoughts?

³⁷तो व्यर्थ को सत्य कहेंगे?

³⁹Would you call waste thoughts truthful?

³⁸झूठ तो बोला ही नहीं तो क्यों नहीं सत्य है?

⁴⁰You did not say anything false, so why would you not call them true?

³⁹अगर कोई यह समझकर बैठे कि मैं कभी भी झूठ नहीं बोलती, सदा सच बोलती लेकिन सत्यता की परख है कि संकल्प, बोल, कर्म, सम्बन्ध-सम्पर्क सबमें दिव्यता अनुभव हो।

⁴¹If someone were to say "I don't ever tell a lie, I always tell the truth", then the recognition of this truth is that there would constantly be divinity experienced in that one's thoughts, words, deeds, relationships and connections.

⁴⁰बोल सच रहे हैं लेकिन दिव्यता नहीं है, देखते हो ना - कई बार-बार कहेंगे मैं सच बोलती, मैं सच बोलती।

⁴²You may be speaking the truth, but there is no divinity. ⁴³You can see that someone repeatedly says: I am telling the truth, I am telling the truth, I am always truthful.

⁴¹मैं सदा सच्ची हूँ लेकिन बोल में, कर्म में अगर दिव्यता नहीं है तो दूसरे को आपका सच, सच नहीं लगेगा।

⁴⁴However, if you are constantly truthful and yet there isn't that divinity in your words or deeds, then others would not feel your truth to be the truth.

⁴²यही समझेंगे कि यह अपने को सिद्ध कर रही है लेकिन समझ में नहीं आता कि यह सत्य है।

⁴⁵They would feel that you are only trying to justify yourself; they would not be able to believe that that is the truth.

⁴³सत्य को सिद्ध करने के लिए सिद्ध करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

⁴⁶In order to prove the truth, there is no need to try to prove it.

⁴⁴अगर अपने सत्य को जिद से सिद्ध करते हैं तो वह दिव्यता दिखाई नहीं देती है। ⁴⁵ये साधारणता है, जो दुनिया में भी करते हैं।

⁴⁷If you prove your own truthfulness with stubbornness, that divinity would not be visible; it would only be something ordinary, which everyone in the world also does.

⁴⁶और बापदादा सत्य की निशानी एक स्लोगन में कहते हैं, साकार द्वारा भी सुना जो सच्चा होगा वह कैसे दिखाई देगा!

⁴⁸BapDada gives the definition of truth in a slogan that you also heard from sakar Baba. ⁴⁹What would one who is truthful look like? ⁵⁰Where there is truth, the soul dances.

⁴⁷सच तो नच। ⁴⁸सदा खुशी में नाचता रहेगा।

⁵¹The soul will constantly dance in happiness.

⁴⁹जब जिद करके सिद्ध करते तो आप अपना या दूसरे का चेहरा नोट करेंगे तो वह खुशी का नहीं होगा।

⁵²When you try to prove yourself right with stubbornness, then, if you observe your own or someone else's face, it would not be a face with happiness on it.

⁵⁰थोड़ा सोचने का और थोड़ा उदासी का होगा।

⁵³The face would be filled with thoughts or sadness.

⁵¹नाचने का नहीं होगा।

⁵⁴It would not be a face of one who is dancing.

⁵²सच तो बिठो नच, सच्चा खुशी में नाचता है।

⁵⁵Where there is truth, the soul dances in happiness.

⁵³तो खुशी में जीवन के दिन या रात बहुत अच्छी लगती है। ⁵⁴और थोड़ा भी सत्य में असत्य मिक्स है तो उस समय की जीवन इतनी अच्छी नहीं लगेगी।

⁵⁶Days and nights spent in happiness are enjoyed very much, but if there is the slightest untruth mixed with the truth, life at that time would not be enjoyable.

⁵⁵तो सत्यता का अर्थ ही है सत्य स्वरूप में स्थित होके चाहे संकल्प, चाहे बोल, चाहे कर्म करना।

⁵⁷The meaning of truth is to stabilise in your true form and then to create thoughts, speak words and perform actions.

⁵⁶आजकल दुनिया वाले तो स्पष्ट कहते हैं कि आजकल सच्चे लोगों का चलना ही मुश्किल है, झूठ बोलना ही पड़ेगा।

⁵⁸Nowadays, people of the world clearly say of themselves: Nowadays, it is difficult for honest people to move along; they have to tell lies.

⁵⁷लेकिन कई समय पर, कई परिस्थितियों में ब्राह्मण आत्मायें भी मुख से नहीं बोलती लेकिन अन्दर समझती हैं कि कहाँ-कहाँ चतुराई से तो चलना ही पड़ता है।

⁵⁹However, at certain times, in certain situations, although Brahmin souls do not tell lies through their lips, you understand internally that, sometimes, you have to be very clever with others.

⁵⁸उसको झूठ नहीं कहते लेकिन चतुराई कहते हैं।

⁶⁰That is not called a lie, but it is called cleverness.

⁵⁹तो चतुराई क्या है?

⁶¹So, what is the cleverness?

⁶⁰यह तो करना ही पड़ता है!

⁶²Of course you have to be this!

⁶¹तो वह स्पष्ट बोलते हैं और ब्राह्मण रॉयल भाषा में बोलते हैं।

⁶³So, those people tell lies clearly, whereas Brahmins tell them using royal language.

⁶²फिर कहते हैं मेरा भाव नहीं था, न भावना थी न भाव था लेकिन करना ही पड़ता है, चलना ही पड़ता है।

⁶⁴They then say: That was not my intention. ⁶⁵It was neither my feeling nor my intention, but I had to do it; I have to interact in that way.

⁶³लेकिन ब्रह्मा बाप को देखा, साकार है ना, निराकार के लिए तो आप भी सोचते हो कि शिव बाप तो निराकार है, ऊपर मजे में बैठा है, नीचे आवे तो पता पड़े क्या है!

⁶⁶However, you saw Father Brahma, because he too was in the corporeal form. ⁶⁷Of course, for the incorporeal One, you think: Father Shiva is incorporeal. ⁶⁸He is sitting up above enjoying Himself; if He were to come down here, He would then know!

⁶⁴लेकिन ब्रह्मा बाप तो साकार स्वरूप में आप सबके साथ ही रहे, स्टूडेन्ट भी रहे और सत्यता व पवित्रता के लिए कितनी आपोजीशन हुई तो चालाकी से चला?

⁶⁹However, Father Brahma, in his corporeal form, stayed with all of you. ⁷⁰He was a student and he also had to withstand so much opposition for the sake of truth and purity. ⁷¹Did he move along with that cleverness?

⁶⁵लोगों ने कितना राय दी कि आप सीधा ऐसे नहीं कहो कि पवित्र रहना ही है, यह कहो कि थोड़ा-थोड़ा रहो।

⁷²So many people advised him: Do not tell people directly that they have to remain pure. ⁷³Instead, tell them that they just have to remain a little pure.

⁶⁶लेकिन ब्रह्मा बाप घबराया?

⁷⁴However, was Father Brahma afraid?

⁶⁷सत्यता की शक्ति धारण करने में सहनशक्ति की भी आवश्यकता है।

⁷⁵In order for you to imbibe the power of truth, the power to tolerate is also essential.

⁶⁸सहन करना पड़ता है, झुकना पड़ता है, हार माननी पड़ती है लेकिन वह हार नहीं है, उस समय के लिए हार लगती है लेकिन है सदा की विजय।

⁷⁶You have to tolerate, you have to bow down. ⁷⁷You have to accept defeat. ⁷⁸However, that defeat is not defeat. ⁷⁹Although it feels like defeat at that time, it is victory for all time.

⁶⁹सत्यता की शक्ति से आज डायमण्ड जुबली मना रहे हैं।

⁸⁰Today, you are celebrating the Diamond Jubilee with the power of truth.

⁷⁰अगर पवित्रता और सत्यता नहीं होती तो आज आपके चेहरों से, चलन से आने वालों को जो दिव्यता अनुभव होती है वह नहीं होती।

⁸¹If you hadn't had purity or truth, then others would not have experienced on your faces and in your activities the divinity that they experience today.

⁷¹चाहे प्यादा भी है, नम्बरवार तो है ही ना। ⁷²महारथी भी हैं, नाम के महारथी नहीं, लेकिन जो सच्चे महारथी हैं अर्थात् सत्यता की शक्ति से चलने वाले महारथी हैं। ⁷³जो परिस्थिति को देखकर सत्यता से ज़रा भी किनारा कर लेते, कहते हैं और कुछ नहीं किया एक दो शब्द ऐसे बोल दिये, दिल से नहीं बोले ऐसे बाहर से थोड़ा बोल दिये तो यह सम्पूर्ण सत्यता नहीं है।

⁸²Even if you are part of the infantry - it is numberwise after all, even if you are maharathis - not just those who are maharathis in name, but true maharathis, that is, those who move along with the power of truth, true maharathis - if you step away from the truth on seeing any external situations and say: "I didn't say anything else, I just spoke a few words externally, I didn't mean that in my heart, I just spoke those few words physically", that is not being completely truthful.

⁷⁴सत्यता के पीछे अगर सहन भी करना पड़ता तो वह सहन नहीं है भल बाहर से लगता है कि हम सहन कर रहे हैं लेकिन आपके खाते में वह सहन शक्ति के रूप में जमा होता है।

⁸³If because of the truth you have to tolerate something, then that is not really tolerating. ⁸⁴Externally you may feel that you are tolerating something, but that is being accumulated in your account in the form of the power of tolerance.

⁷⁵नहीं तो क्या होता कि अगर कोई थोड़ा सा भी सहन करने में कमजोर हो जाता है तो उसे असत्य का सहारा जरूर लेना पड़ता है।

⁸⁵Otherwise, what happens is that when someone is even a little weak in tolerating something, he definitely has to take the support of falsehood.

⁷⁶तो उस समय ऐसे लगता है जैसे सहारा मिल गया, ठीक हो गया लेकिन उसके खाते में सहनशक्ति जमा नहीं होती है।

⁸⁶For that time, it feels as though he has found some support and that everything is alright, but he does not accumulate the power of tolerance in his account.

⁷⁷तो बाहर से ऐसे समझेंगे कि हम बहुत अच्छे चलते हैं, हमको चलने की चतुराई आ गई है, लेकिन अगर अपना खाता देखेंगे तो जमा का खाता बहुत कम होगा इसलिए चतुराई से नहीं चलो, एक दो को देखकर भी कॉपी करते हैं, यह ऐसे चलती है ना तो इसका नाम बहुत अच्छा हो गया है, यह बहुत आगे हो गई है और हम सच्चे चलते हैं ना तो हम पीछे के पीछे ही रह गये।

⁸⁷Externally, he would feel that he is moving along very well, that he now knows the art of moving along cleverly. ⁸⁸However, if he were to see his account, he would see that he has accumulated very little. ⁸⁹Therefore, do not move along with this cleverness. ⁹⁰Sometimes, you even move along while copying one another: This one is moving along in that way and her name has been glorified a lot; she has moved forward a great deal, whereas because we are honest and truthful we are left behind.

⁷⁸लेकिन वह पीछे रहना नहीं है, वह आगे बढ़ना है।

⁹¹However, that is not remaining behind; that is actually moving forward.

⁷⁹बाप के आगे, आगे बढ़ते हो और दूसरों के आगे चाहे पीछे दिखाई भी दो लेकिन काम किससे है!

⁹²In front of the Father, you are moving forward. ⁹³Even when, in front of others, it seems as though you are moving backwards, with whom are you ultimately concerned?

⁸⁰बाप से या आत्माओं से?

⁹⁴Are you concerned with the Father or with other souls?

⁸¹(बाप से) तो बाप के दिल में आगे बढ़ना अर्थात् सारे कल्प के प्रालब्ध में आगे बढ़ना।

⁹⁵(With the Father.) ⁹⁶So, to move forward in the Father's heart means to move forward in your reward for the whole cycle.

⁸²और अगर यहाँ आगे बढ़ने में आत्माओं को कॉपी करते हो, तो उस समय के लिए आपका नाम होता है, शान मिलता है, भाषण करने वाली लिस्ट में आते हो, सेन्टर सम्भालने की लिस्ट में आते हो लेकिन सारे कल्प की प्रालब्ध नहीं बनती।

⁹⁷However, if you copy souls here in moving forward, you earn your name at this time, and you receive that regard. ⁹⁸You enter the list of those who give lectures; you enter the list of those who look after centres, but that is only for this short time. ⁹⁹You do not create a reward for the whole cycle.

⁸³जिसको बापदादा कहते हैं मेहनत की, बीज डाला, वृक्ष बड़ा किया, फल भी निकला लेकिन कच्चा फल खा गये, हमेशा के लिए प्रालब्ध का फल खत्म हो जाता है।

¹⁰⁰BapDada refers to this as: You made effort, a seed was sown and a tree grew, and you even received some fruit. ¹⁰¹However, you ate unripe fruit. ¹⁰²The fruit of the reward is finished for all time.

⁸⁴तो अल्पकाल के शान, मान, नाम के लिए कॉपी नहीं करो।

¹⁰³So do not copy others for a temporary name, fame or honour.

⁸⁵यहाँ नाम नहीं है लेकिन बाप के दिल में नम्बर आगे नाम है इसलिए डायमण्ड बनना है तो यह सब चेकिंग करो।

¹⁰⁴You may not earn a name here, but your name is ahead in the Father's heart. ¹⁰⁵Therefore, if you want to become a diamond, check yourself in all these aspects.

⁸⁶ज़रा भी रॉयल रूप का दाग डायमण्ड में छिपा हुआ तो नहीं है?

¹⁰⁶Check that there isn't any type of flaw, even in a royal way, hidden in the diamond.

⁸⁷तो सत्यता की शक्ति से दिव्यता को धारण करो।

¹⁰⁷Therefore, use the power of truth to imbibe divinity.

⁸⁸कुछ भी सहन करना पड़े, घबराओ नहीं।

¹⁰⁸No matter what you have to tolerate, do not be afraid.

⁸⁹सत्य समय प्रमाण स्वयं सिद्ध होगा।

¹⁰⁹The truth will automatically be revealed according to the time.

⁹⁰कहते भी हो ना कि सत्य की नाव डोलती है लेकिन डूबती नहीं, तो किनारा तो ले लेंगे ना।

¹¹⁰You say: The boat of truth may rock, but it will not sink. ¹¹¹In that case, it will take you to the shore.

⁹¹निर्भय बनो।

¹¹²Therefore, be fearless!

⁹²अगर कहाँ भी सामना करना पड़ता है तो ब्रह्मा बाप के जीवन को आगे रखो।

¹¹³If you have to face anything, then keep Father Brahma's life in front of you.

⁹³ब्रह्मा बाप के आगे दुनिया की परिस्थितियां तो थी लेकिन वैराइटी बच्चों की भी परिस्थितियां रहीं लेकिन संगठन में होते, जिम्मेवारी होते सत्यता की शक्ति से विजयी हो गये।

¹¹⁴There were many situations of the world in front of Father Brahma, but there were also a variety of situations concerning the children. ¹¹⁵However, while remaining within the gathering and having responsibilities, he was victorious with the power of truth.

⁹⁴बच्चों की खिटखिट ब्रह्मा बाप ने नहीं देखी क्या?

¹¹⁶Did Father Brahma not see the complications of the children?

⁹⁵ब्रह्मा बाप के आगे भी वैराइटी संस्कार वाली आत्मायें रही, लेकिन इतनी सब परिस्थितियां होते हुए सत्यता की स्व स्थिति ने सम्पूर्ण बना दिया।

¹¹⁷Souls with a variety of sanskars also came in front of Father Brahma. ¹¹⁸However, even while he had to tolerate all of those situations, the original stage of his power of truth made him completely perfect.

⁹⁶तो आप सबको क्या बनना है?

¹¹⁹So, what do all of you want to become?

⁹⁷चतुराई तो नहीं है ना!

¹²⁰This is not cleverness, is it?

⁹⁸बहुत अच्छा बोलते हैं - मैंने कुछ नहीं किया थोड़ा चतुराई से तो चलना ही पड़ता है।

¹²¹You speak very well, when you say: I didn't do anything. ¹²²Of course, you also have to be a little clever, but for how long?

⁹⁹लेकिन कब तक? ¹⁰⁰तो सहनशक्ति धारण कर असत्य का सामना करो।

¹²³So, now, imbibe the power to tolerate and confront falsehood.

¹⁰¹प्रभाव में नहीं आ जाओ।

¹²⁴Do not be influenced.

¹⁰²कई समझते हैं कि हमने महारथियों में भी ऐसे देखा ना तो फॉलो तो महारथियों को करना है ना, अभी ब्रह्मा बाबा तो सामने हैं नहीं, महारथी हैं उसको फॉलो किया।

¹²⁵Some think that they saw something in the maharathis and that it is the maharathis they have to follow, that Brahma Baba is not in front of them at the present time, that there are just the maharathis and so they followed them.

¹⁰³लेकिन अगर महारथी भी मिक्स करता है, चतुराई से चलता है तो उस समय महारथी, महारथी नहीं है।

¹²⁶However, even if the maharathis have mixed activity, if they too are moving along with cleverness, then the maharathis are not maharathis at that time.

¹⁰⁴उस समय ग्रहचारी में है न कि महारथी है, इसीलिए बाप ने क्या स्लोगन दिया - फॉलो फादर या सिस्टर ब्रदर?

¹²⁷At that time, they are under bad omens. ¹²⁸They are not maharathis. ¹²⁹What slogan was it that the Father gave? ¹³⁰Follow the father or follow the sister or brother?

¹⁰⁵तो साकार कर्म में ब्रह्मा बाप को आगे रखो, फॉलो करो और अशरीरी बनने में निराकार बाप को फॉलो करो।

¹³¹So, in performing practical actions, keep Father Brahma in front of you, follow him, and, in becoming bodiless, follow the incorporeal Father.

¹⁰⁶चाहे अच्छे-अच्छे बच्चे भी हैं लेकिन वह भी फॉलो फादर करते हैं।

¹³²Even when there are very good children, they are following the father. ¹³³So, what do you have to do?

¹⁰⁷तो आपको क्या करना है?

¹³⁴Follow the father. ¹³⁵Are you sure?

¹⁰⁸फॉलो फादर। ¹⁰⁹पक्का या थोड़ा-थोड़ा एडॅवान्टेज मिलता है तो ले लो भविष्य में देखा जायेगा?

¹³⁶Or, do you feel that, because you are getting a little advantage, you should take that and think that you will see about the future when it comes?

¹¹⁰कई ऐसे भी सोचते हैं कि सतयुग में चाहे कम पद पायेंगे लेकिन सुखी तो होंगे ही। ¹¹¹दुःख तो होगा ही नहीं।

¹³⁷Some of you even think: We might claim a low status in the golden age, but we will definitely be happy, because there won't be any sorrow there.

¹¹²सब प्राप्तियां तो होंगी।

¹³⁸At least, we will have all attainments!

¹¹³चाहे प्रजा की भी प्रजा होगी तो भी अप्राप्ति तो होगी नहीं, तो अभी तो मज़ा ले लें, पीछे देखा जायेगा।

¹³⁹Even if we become subjects of the subjects, we will not lack any attainments, and so let us take that pleasure now and we will see about the future later on.

¹¹⁴लेकिन यह अल्पकाल का मज़ा, सज़ा के भागी बना देगा।

¹⁴⁰However, this temporary pleasure will also bring you a share of that punishment.

¹¹⁵तो वह मंजूर है, सजा खायेंगे थोड़ी!

¹⁴¹So, do you accept that? ¹⁴²Will you take a little punishment?

¹¹⁶वह भी मज़ा ले लो? ¹¹⁷नहीं!

¹⁴³Will you also take that pleasure?

¹¹⁸तो तीनों बातें याद रखो - पवित्रता, सत्यता और दिव्यता।

¹⁴⁴No. ¹⁴⁵So, remember all three things: purity, truth and divinity.

¹¹⁹ऐसे साधारण बोल नहीं, साधारण संकल्प नहीं, साधारण कर्म नहीं, दिव्यता।

¹⁴⁶Let there not be ordinary words, ordinary thoughts or ordinary deeds, but let there be divinity.

¹²⁰दिव्यता का अर्थ ही है दिव्य गुण द्वारा कर्म करना, संकल्प करना, वही दिव्यता है।

¹⁴⁷Divinity means to perform actions and create thoughts with divine virtues. ¹⁴⁸This is divinity.

¹²¹जैसे लोग पूछते हैं ना कि पाप कर्म क्या होता है?

¹⁴⁹When people ask, "What are sinful actions?", what do you tell them?

¹²²तो आप कहते हो कि कोई भी विकार के वश कर्म करना यह पाप है।

¹⁵⁰To perform any action under the influence of a vice is a sin.

¹²³ऐसे समझाते हो ना!

¹⁵¹This is what you explain, do you not?

¹²⁴तो दिव्यता अर्थात् दिव्य गुण के आधार पर मन-वचन और कर्म करना।

¹⁵²So divinity means to have thoughts, words and deeds based on divine virtues.

¹²⁵तो सत्यता का महत्व जाना! ¹²⁶(ड्रिल)

¹⁵³So, you understood the importance of truth.

¹²⁷एक सेकेण्ड में अपने को अशरीरी बना सकते हो?

¹⁵⁴(Baba conducted drill.) ¹⁵⁵Can you make yourself bodiless in a second?

¹⁵⁶Why?

¹²⁹संकल्प किया मैं अशरीरी आत्मा हूँ, तो कितना टाइम लगा?

¹⁵⁷How long did it take to have the thought, "I am a bodiless soul"?

¹³⁰सेकेण्ड लगा ना!

¹⁵⁸It took a second, did it not?

¹³¹तो सेकेण्ड में अशरीरी, न्यारे और बाप के प्यारे - ये ड्रिल सारे दिन में बीच-बीच में करते रहो।

¹⁵⁹So, every now and then throughout the day, continue to perform the drill: I am detached, bodiless and loved by the Father.

¹³²करने तो आती है ना?

¹⁶⁰You know how to do this, do you not?

¹³³तो अभी सब एक सेकेण्ड में सब भूलकर एकदम अशरीरी बन जाओ।

¹⁶¹So, now, forget everything in a second and become completely bodiless!

¹³⁵चारों ओर के सर्व पवित्रता के फाउण्डेशन को सदा मजबूत रखने वाले, सदा सत्यता की शक्ति से विश्व में भी सत युग अर्थात् सत्यता की शक्ति के वायब्रेशन फैलाने वाले सदा हर समय मन-वाणी-कर्म तीनों में दिव्यता धारण करने वाले, सदा फॉलो फादर करने के नेचुरल अभ्यास वाली आत्माओं को बापदादा का यादप्यार और नमस्ते।

¹⁶⁴To all the souls everywhere who constantly keep the foundation of purity strong, to those who are constantly bringing about the golden age, that is, those who are spreading the vibrations of the power of truth throughout the world with their own power of truth, to those who constantly imbibe divinity in their thoughts, words and deeds, to the souls who have the natural practice of following the father, to such souls, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

¹³⁶इस ड्रिल को दिन में जितना बार ज्यादा कर सको उतना करते रहना।

¹⁶⁵Continue to perform this drill throughout the day as many times as you can.

¹³⁷चाहे एक मिनट करो। ¹³⁸तीन मिनट, दो मिनट का टाइम न भी हो एक मिनट, आधा मिनट यह अभ्यास करने से लास्ट समय अशरीरी बनने में बहुत मदद मिलेगी। ¹³⁹बन सकते हैं?

¹⁶⁶Even if you do it for just a minute, even if you do not have two or three minutes, by even carrying out this practice for one or for half a minute, you will receive a lot of help in becoming bodiless in the final moments.

¹⁴⁰अभी सभी अशरीरी हुए या युद्ध में, मेहनत करते-करते टाइम पूरा हो गया?

¹⁶⁷Are you able to become this? ¹⁶⁸Did all of you become bodiless just now, or did you spend your time battling?

¹⁴¹सेकेण्ड में बन सकते हो!

¹⁶⁹Are you able to become this in a second?

¹⁴²बहुत काम है फिर भी बन सकते हो?

¹⁷⁰Are you able to become this even when you have a lot of work to do?

¹⁴³मुश्किल नहीं है?

¹⁷¹It isn’t difficult?

¹⁴⁴यू.एन. में बहुत भाग दौड़ कर रही हो और अशरीरी बनने की कोशिश करो, होगा?

¹⁷²You may be running around a lot in the UN, and when you try to become bodiless at that time, are you able to become that?

¹⁴⁵अगर यह अभ्यास समय प्रति समय करेंगे तो ऐसे ही नेचुरल हो जायेगा जैसे शरीर भान में आना, मेहनत करते हो क्या?

¹⁷³If you practise this from time to time, it will then become natural at that time. ¹⁷⁴When you are aware of your body, do you have to make effort for that at that time?

¹⁴⁶मैं फलानी हूँ, यह मेहनत करते हो?

¹⁷⁵Do you make the effort to think: I am So-and-so?

¹⁴⁷नेचुरल है।

¹⁷⁶It is natural.

¹⁴⁸तो यह भी नेचुरल हो जायेगा।

¹⁷⁷So, this will also become natural.

¹⁴⁹जब चाहो अशरीरी बनो, जब चाहो शरीर में आओ।

¹⁷⁸Become bodiless when you want and enter your body when you want.

¹⁵⁰अच्छा काम है आओ इस शरीर का आधार लो लेकिन आधार लेने वाली मैं आत्मा हूँ, वह नहीं भूले।

¹⁷⁹When you have to do something, take the support of your body, but do not forget that it is the soul that is taking the support of the body.

¹⁵¹करने वाली नहीं हूँ, कराने वाली हूँ। ¹⁵²जैसे दूसरों से काम कराते हो ना।

¹⁸⁰You are not the one that does, but the one that has it done, just like you have something done through others.

¹⁵³उस समय अपने को अलग समझते हो ना!

¹⁸¹At that time, you consider yourself to be separate.

¹⁵⁴वैसे शरीर से काम कराते हुए भी कराने वाली मैं अलग हूँ, यह प्रैक्टिस करो तो कभी भी बॉडी-कॉन्सेस की बातों में नीचे ऊपर नहीं होंगे।

¹⁸²In the same way, whilst having something done through your body, you, the soul that is having it done, are separate. ¹⁸³Practise this and you will never fluctuate in any kind of body consciousness.

¹⁵⁵समझा।

¹⁸⁴Do you understand?

¹⁵⁶वरदान:- स्नेह के सागर में समाकर मेरे पन की मैल को समाप्त करने वाले पवित्र आत्मा भव

¹⁸⁵Blessing: May you become a pure soul by merging yourself in the Ocean of Love and finishing the dirt of the consciousness of “I”.

¹⁵⁷जो सदा स्नेह के सागर में समाये रहते हैं उनको दुनिया की किसी भी बात की सुधबुध नहीं रहती।

¹⁸⁶ Those who constantly remain merged in the Ocean of Love are not aware of anything of the world.

¹⁵⁸स्नेह में समाये होने के कारण वे सब बातों से सहज ही परे हो जाते हैं।

¹⁸⁷Because of being merged in love, they are easily able to go beyond all situations.

¹⁵⁹भक्तों के लिए कहते हैं यह तो खोये हुए रहते हैं लेकिन बच्चे सदा प्रेम में डूबे हुए रहते हैं।

¹⁸⁸It is said of devotees: This one is constantly lost. ¹⁸⁹However, you children are constantly merged in love.

¹⁶⁰उन्हें दुनिया की स्मृति नहीं, मेरा-मेरा सब खत्म।

¹⁹⁰You are not aware of the world, all the consciousness of “mine” has finished.

¹⁶¹अनेक मेरा मैला बना देता है, एक बाप मेरा तो मैलापन समाप्त हो जाता और आत्मा पवित्र बन जाती है।

¹⁹¹The consciousness of “mine” for many things makes you dirty. ¹⁹²When you consider the one Father to be “mine”, all the dirt finishes and the soul becomes pure.

¹⁶²स्लोगन:- बुद्धि में ज्ञान रत्नों को ग्रहण करना और कराना ही होलीहंस बनना है।

¹⁹³Slogan: For your intellect to imbibe the jewels of knowledge and enable others to do this is to be a holy swan.
