2Om shanti.
2आत्मा , परमात्मा और सृष्टि-चक्र को यथार्थ रीति जानना – यह है अविनाशी ज्ञान जो अविनाशी पिता द्वारा ही मिलता है . ātmā , paramātmā aur sr̥iṣhṭi-chakra kō yathārth rīti jānnā – yah hai avināśhī gyān jō avināśhī pitā dvārā hī miltā hai . ātmā[n.f.;sg.] , paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] aur sr̥iṣhṭi-chakra[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] yathārth[adj.] rīti[n.f.;sg.] jānnā[inf.m.sg.d.] – yah[pn.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] avināśhī[adj.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] jō[pn.;d.] avināśhī[adj.] pitā[n.m.;sg.,d.] dvārā hī[p.] milnā[pres.sg.m.23] . soul , Supreme Soul and x to x way know[inf.m.sg.d.] – this be[pres.sg.23] imperishable knowledge that imperishable father through only receive[pres.sg.m.23] .
3The imperishable knowledge is the accurate knowledge of the soul, the Supreme Soul and the world cycle. 4We receive this knowledge only through the eternal Father.
3आत्माओं द्वारा नहीं मिल सकता है क्योंकि आत्मा जन्म-मरण के चक्र में आती है . ātmāō̃ dvārā nahī̃ mil saktā hai kyōṅki ātmā janm-maraṇ kē|K chakra mē̃ ātī hai . ātmā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] dvārā nahī̃[neg] milnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā] kyōṅki ātmā[n.f.;sg.] janmamaraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K chakra, chakkar[n.m.;sg.,d.]|chakra[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] ānā[pres.sg.f.23] . soul through not receive[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā] because soul x (of|K) (cycle|x) in come[pres.sg.f.23] .
5We cannot receive it through souls because souls come into the cycle of birth and death.
4तो यह नॉलेज जो अजन्मा है वही जान सकता है . tō yah knowledge jō ajanmā hai vahī jān saktā hai . tō yah[pn.sg.d.] knowledge jō[pn.;d.] ajanmā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] vahī jānnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā] . then this knowledge that x be[pres.sg.23] this know[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā] .
6Only the One who is beyond birth can have this knowledge.
5जो कर्मों के चक्र में चलने वाले हैं उन्हों की नालेज जरुर उनके पास ही रहेगी जो चक्र से न्यारा है . jō karmō̃ kē|K chakra mē̃ chalnē vālē haĩ unhō̃ kī|key knowledge jarur unkē pās|pass hī rahēgī jō chakra sē nyārā hai . jō[pn.;d.] karm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K chakra, chakkar[n.m.;sg.,d.]|chakra[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] chalnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] vah[pn.pl.o.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key knowledge zarūr vah[pn.pl.kē] pās|pass hī[p.] rahnā[fut.f.sg.23] jō[pn.;d.] chakra, chakkar[n.m.;sg.,d.]|chakra[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] nyārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . that deed (of|K) (cycle|x) in continue[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who be[pres.pl.12hon3] that (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) knowledge definitely that[.kē] (x|pass) only remain[fut.f.sg.23] that (cycle|x) from unique be[pres.sg.23] .
7Only the One who is beyond the cycle would have the knowledge of those who come into the cycle of karma.
6तो यह अविनाशी ज्ञान अविनाशी पिता द्वारा मिलता है . tō yah avināśhī gyān avināśhī pitā dvārā miltā hai . tō yah[pn.sg.d.] avināśhī[adj.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] avināśhī[adj.] pitā[n.m.;sg.,d.] dvārā milnā[pres.sg.m.23] . then this imperishable knowledge imperishable father through receive[pres.sg.m.23] .
8So we receive this imperishable knowledge from the eternal Father.
7इसको ही रोशनी कहेंगे जिससे अन्धियारा मिट जाता है , रोशनी में आ जाते हैं . iskō hī rōśhnī kahē̃gē jissē andhiyārā miṭ jātā hai , rōśhnī mē̃ ā jātē haĩ . yah[pn.sg.kō] hī[p.] rōśhnī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] jō[pn.sg.sē] andhiyārā, andhērā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] miṭnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] , rōśhnī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] mē̃[postp.] ānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+jānā] . this[.kō] only light say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] that[.sē] darkness be rubbed off[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] , light in come[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+jānā] .
9This is called the light through which darkness is dispelled and through which we become enlightened.
8कहा भी जाता है - ज्ञान-अंजन सतगुरु दिया , अज्ञान अन्धेरा विनाश . kahā bhī jātā hai - gyān-añjan satguru diyā , agyān andhērā vināśh . kahnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] bhī[p.] jānā[pres.sg.m.23] - gyān añjan[n.m.;sg.,d.] satgurū[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] , agyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] andhiyārā, andhērā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] vināśh[n.m.;sg.,d.] . say[past-part.m.sg.d.] too go[pres.sg.m.23] - ointment of knowledge Satguru give[past-part.m.sg.d.] , ignorance darkness destruction .
10It is said that when the Satguru gives the ointment of knowledge, the darkness of ignorance is dispelled.
9सो परमात्मा के ज्ञान से ही अज्ञान अन्धेरा विनाश होता है . sō paramātmā kē|K gyān sē hī agyān andhērā vināśh hōtā hai . sōnā[root]|sō paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] hī[p.] agyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] andhiyārā, andhērā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] vināśh hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] . (sleep[root]|x) Supreme Soul (of|K) knowledge from only ignorance darkness be destroyed .
11The darkness of ignorance is only dispelled through knowledge given by God.
10भल अनेक प्रकार का ज्ञान है , परन्तु उनसे अज्ञान अन्धेरा विनाश हो जाए और रोशनी आ जाए - यह नहीं हो सकता . bhal anēk prakār kā gyān hai , parantu unsē agyān andhērā vināśh hō jāē aur rōśhnī ā jāē - yah nahī̃ hō saktā . bhal anēk[adj.] prakār[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , parantu[conj.] vah[pn.pl.sē] agyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] andhiyārā, andhērā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] vināśh hōnā[opt.sg.23.root+jānā] aur rōśhnī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] ānā[opt.sg.23.root+jānā] - yah[pn.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] saknā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . although many form of knowledge be[pres.sg.23] , however that[.sē] ignorance darkness be destroyed and light come[opt.sg.23.root+jānā] - this not (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) can[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .
12Though there are many types of knowledge, it is not possible for the darkness of ignorance to be dispelled and for there to be light through those types of knowledge.
11यह तैलुक परमात्मा से ही है . yah tailuk paramātmā sē hī hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] tāluk[n.m.;sg.,d.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] hī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this connection Supreme Soul from only be[pres.sg.23] .
13That is a matter for God alone.
12परमात्मा की नॉलेज से ही आत्मा का अज्ञान अन्धेरा विनाश होता है और रोशनी भी आती है . paramātmā kī|key knowledge sē hī ātmā kā agyān andhērā vināśh hōtā hai aur rōśhnī bhī ātī hai . paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key knowledge sē[postp.] hī[p.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] agyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] andhiyārā, andhērā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] vināśh hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] aur rōśhnī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] bhī[p.] ānā[pres.sg.f.23] . Supreme Soul (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) knowledge from only soul of ignorance darkness be destroyed and light too come[pres.sg.f.23] .
14Only through the knowledge received from God can the darkness of ignorance be dispelled and can there be light in the ·soul.
13रोशनी अर्थात् जन्म-जन्मान्तर के लिए फिर हम वह प्रालब्ध प्राप्त करें जिससे सदा सुख हो . rōśhnī arthāt janma-janmāntar kē liē phir ham vah prālabdh prāpt karē̃ jissē sadā sukh hō . rōśhnī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] arthāt janma-janmāntar kē liē[x] phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] ham[pn.pl.] vah[pn.sg.d.] prālabdh[n.f.;sg.] prāpt karnā[opt.pl.12hon3] jō[pn.sg.sē] sadā sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] . light that is x for (turn[root]|then) we that reward reach that[.sē] constantly happiness (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) .
15Light means that we attain that reward through which there is constant happiness for many births.
14यह ज्ञान सिर्फ बुद्धि में रखने की बात नहीं . yah gyān sirph buddhi mē̃ rakhnē kī|key bāt nahī̃ . yah[pn.sg.d.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] sirph[adj.] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] rakhnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key bāt[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] . this knowledge only intellect in keep[inf.m.pl.,o.] (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) matter not .
16It is not a question of just keeping this knowledge in your irltellect.
15यह तो प्रैक्टिकल अनेक जन्मों के विकर्मों का विनाश करना है जो फिर वह प्रालब्ध मिले . yah tō practical anēk janmō̃ kē|K vikarmō̃ kā vināśh karnā hai jō phir vah prālabdh milē . yah[pn.sg.d.] tō practical anēk[adj.] janm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K vikarm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] vināśh[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] jō[pn.;d.] phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] vah[pn.sg.d.] prālabdh[n.f.;sg.] milnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|milnā[opt.sg.23] . this then practical many life (of|K) sin of destruction do[pres.sg.23.oblig1] that (turn[root]|then) that reward (receive[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|receive[opt.sg.23]) .
17You must actually destroy the sins of many births so that you can attain that reward.
16यह परमात्मा ही करा सकता है . yah paramātmā hī karā saktā hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] karānā[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā] . this Supreme Soul only make commit[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā] .
18Only God can enable you to do this.
17इसको ही ज्ञान कहा जाता है . iskō hī gyān kahā jātā hai . yah[pn.sg.kō] hī[p.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] . this[.kō] only knowledge (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) .
19This is called knowledge.
18यह नालेज अथवा यह प्राप्ति मनुष्य नहीं करा सकते . yah knowledge athavā yah prāpti manuṣhya nahī̃ karā saktē . yah[pn.sg.d.] knowledge athavā yah[pn.sg.d.] prāpti[n.f.;sg.] manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] karānā[root] saknā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] . this knowledge that is this attainment human being not make commit[root] can[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] .
20Human beings cannot enable you to receive this knowledge or this attainment.
19मनुष्य को तो प्राप्त करना है . manuṣhya kō tō prāpt karnā hai . manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] tō prāpt karnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . human being to then reach .
21Human beings have to attain it.
20सर्व मनुष्य आत्माओं के लिए बात है ना . sarv manuṣhya ātmāō̃ kē liē bāt hai nā . sarv[adj.] manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] ātmā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] kē liē[x] bāt[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] nā . all human being soul for matter be[pres.sg.23] ∅ .
22This is a matter for all human souls.
21तो देने वाला जरुर और है जिससे सर्व आत्मायें वह प्रालब्ध प्राप्त करती हैं . tō dēnē vālā jarur aur hai jissē sarv ātmāyē̃ vah prālabdh prāpt kartī haĩ . tō dēnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] zarūr aur hōnā[pres.sg.23] jō[pn.sg.sē] sarv[adj.] ātmā[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] vah[pn.sg.d.] prālabdh[n.f.;sg.] prāpt karnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3] . then give[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who definitely and be[pres.sg.23] that[.sē] all soul that reward reach .
23So the One who gives is definitely the One through whom all souls attain that reward.
22कोई भी मनुष्य आत्मा चक्र से अलग नहीं है . kōī bhī manuṣhya ātmā chakra sē alag nahī̃ hai . kōī bhī[x] manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] chakra, chakkar[n.m.;sg.,d.]|chakra[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] alag[adj.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . anyone human being soul (cycle|x) from separate not be[pres.sg.23] .
24No human soul is separate from the cycle.
23सबको रोशनी चाहिए जिससे वह ऐसी स्टेज को प्राप्त करें . sabkō rōśhnī chāhiē jissē vah aisī stage kō prāpt karē̃ . sabkō rōśhnī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] chāhiē|chāhnā[imp.pl.2hon] jō[pn.sg.sē] vah[pn.sg.d.] aisā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] stage kō[postp.] prāpt karnā[opt.pl.12hon3] . everything light (should|x[imp.pl.2hon]) that[.sē] that such stage to reach .
25Everyone needs enlightenment in order to attain such a stage.
24यह ज्ञान ही रोशनी है जिससे पास्ट अनेक जन्मों के विकर्मों का विनाश करते हैं . yah gyān hī rōśhnī hai jissē past anēk janmō̃ kē|K vikarmō̃ kā vināśh kartē haĩ . yah[pn.sg.d.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] rōśhnī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] jō[pn.sg.sē] past anēk[adj.] janm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K vikarm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] vināśh[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . this knowledge only light be[pres.sg.23] that[.sē] past many life (of|K) sin of destruction do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
26This knowledge is light through which you destroy the sins of your many past births.
25अनेक जन्म प्रालब्ध प्राप्त करने के लिए अनेक जन्मों का हिसाब खत्म करना है . anēk janm prālabdh prāpt karnē kē liē anēk janmō̃ kā hisāb khatm karnā hai . anēk[adj.] janm[n.m.;sg.,d.]|janamnā[root] prālabdh[n.f.;sg.] prāpt[adj.] karnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kē liē[x] anēk[adj.] janm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hisāb[n.m.;sg.,d.] ḵẖatm[adj.] karnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . many (life|be born[root]) reward reached do[inf.m.pl.,o.] for many life of account finished do[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
27In order to attain a reward for many births, you have to ftnish the accounts of many births.
26अब हम कितना पुरुषार्थ करते हैं , उसको ही नॉलेज अथवा रोशनी कहा जाता है . ab ham kitnā puruṣhārth kartē haĩ , uskō hī knowledge athavā rōśhnī kahā jātā hai . ab[adv.] ham[pn.pl.] kitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] puruṣhārth[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , vah[pn.sg.kō] hī[p.] knowledge athavā rōśhnī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] . now we so effort do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , that[.kō] only knowledge that is light (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) .
28How much effort we make is called knowledge, that is, enlightenment.
27बाकी तो अनेक प्रकार के पुरुषार्थ हैं , उनसे फिर उस प्रकार की सिद्धि मिलती है . bākī tō anēk prakār kē|K puruṣhārth haĩ , unsē phir us prakār kī|key siddhi miltī hai . bākī|bākī tō anēk[adj.] prakār[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K puruṣhārth[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] , vah[pn.pl.sē] phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] vah[pn.sg.o.] prakār[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key siddhi[x] milnā[pres.sg.f.23] . 29But there are many other types of effort through which we receive success accordingly.
28हमको फिर इस पुरुषार्थ से सर्व सिद्धियां मिल जाती हैं , अज्ञान का अंधकार मिट जाता है . hamkō phir is puruṣhārth sē sarv siddhiyā̃ mil jātī haĩ , agyān kā andhkār miṭ jātā hai . ham[pn.pl.kō] phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] yah[pn.sg.o.] puruṣhārth[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] sarv[adj.] siddhi[n.f.ī=>iyā̃;pl.d.] milnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3.root+jānā] , agyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] andhkār[n.m.;sg.,d.] miṭnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] . we[.kō] (turn[root]|then) this effort from all success receive[pres.pl.f.12hon3.root+jānā] , ignorance of darkness be rubbed off[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] .
30Through this effort we receive complete success and the darkness of ignorance is dispelled.
