7They think: this is the world. 8There is heaven and hell in this world.

20Even though we can see this, they think that they are happy.
17मनुष्य का विवेक इतने तक भी नहीं चलता . manuṣhya kā vivēk itnē tak bhī nahī̃ chaltā . manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] vivēk[n.m.;sg.,d.] itnā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] tak bhī[p.] nahī̃[neg] chalnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . human being of x such until too not continue[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .

24Whatever their actions or whatever effort people make, they are able to understand that through this they Will experience this much benefit or this much loss, and they have the concern that they should not experience any loss after twelve months.

26Today, they have one child, and later they would perhaps have two or three children. 27They would accumulate wealth for these children too. 28They are concerned about all this.
23मनुष्यों की बुद्धि चलती है परन्तु समझते नहीं हैं . manuṣhyō̃ key|kī buddhi chaltī hai parantu samajhtē nahī̃ haĩ . manuṣhya[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] chalnā[pres.sg.f.23] parantu[conj.] samajhnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . human being (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) intellect continue[pres.sg.f.23] however understand[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] not be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
29The intellect of people functions but they do not understand anything.

30They think about what will happen in the future, about what today is and what tomorrow will be.

31They do not even imagine that their lives can be reformed.

32How can you change the karma that you have been creating?

34They are in so much darkness. 35Even whilst seeing everything, they do not think why they should not perform . such karma through which they can later experience happiness.

47Many people think that their life is not worthwhile.
