5The soul comes into the cycle of birth and death, but it does not have the awareness of the entire part that it plays.
7भल आत्मा मन-बुद्धि सहित बेशक है , परन्तु अनेक जन्मों का जो कुछ हुआ वह स्मृति तो नहीं रह सकती है ना . bhal ātmā man-buddhi sahit bēśhak hai , parantu anēk janmō̃ kā jō kuchh huā vah smr̥iti tō nahī̃ rah saktī hai nā . bhal ātmā[n.f.;sg.] man-buddhi[n.m.;sg.,d.] sahit bēśhak hōnā[pres.sg.23] , parantu[conj.] anēk[adj.] janm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] jō kuchh[x] hōnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] vah[pn.sg.d.] smr̥iti[n.f.;sg.] tō nahī̃[neg] rahnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+saknā] nā . although soul x including x be[pres.sg.23] , however many life of whatever be[past-part.m.sg.d.] that awareness then not remain[pres.sg.f.23.root+saknā] ∅ .
6Although the soul has a mind and intellect, it does not have the awareness of what it does in all its many births.
8एक जीवन का ही हम लें , तो भी सब बातें डिटेल सहित याद थोड़े ही रहती है . ēk jīvan kā hī ham lē̃ , tō bhī sab bātē̃ detail sahit yād thōṛē hī rahtī hai . ēk[adj.] jīvan[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hī[p.] ham[pn.pl.] lēnā[opt.pl.12hon3] , tō bhī[x] sab[adj.] bāt[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] detail sahit yād[n.f.;sg.] thōṛā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hī[p.] rahnā[pres.sg.f.23] . one life of only we take[opt.pl.12hon3] , ∅ all matter detail including remembrance short only remain[pres.sg.f.23] .
7Even if you take just one birth, you are not able to retain the full details of that.
9बुद्धि में स्मृति-विस्मृति होती है . buddhi mē̃ smr̥iti-vismr̥iti hōtī hai . buddhi[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] smr̥iti-vismr̥iti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] . intellect in x be[pres.sg.f.23] . 10परन्तु बुद्धि तो रहती है ना . parantu buddhi tō rahtī hai nā . parantu[conj.] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] tō rahnā[pres.sg.f.23] nā . however intellect then remain[pres.sg.f.23] ∅ .
8The intellect remembers and forgets, but the intellect still remains.
11ऐसे थोड़े ही कहेंगे कि बुद्धि चली जाती है . aisē thōṛē hī kahē̃gē ki buddhi chalī jātī hai . aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] thōṛā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hī[p.] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] ki[conj.] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] chalnā[pres.sg.f.23.past-part+jānā]|chalnā[pres.sg.f.23.passive] . such short only say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] that intellect (continue[pres.sg.f.23.past-part+jānā]|continue[pres.sg.f.23.passive]) .
9You cannot say that the intellect goes away.
12परन्तु जब वह ठीक कर्त्तव्य नहीं करती है तो इस पर कहा जाता है जैसे कि इनकी बुद्धि चली गई है . parantu jab vah ṭhīk karttavya nahī̃ kartī hai tō is par kahā jātā hai jaisē ki inkī buddhi chalī gaī hai . parantu[conj.] jab vah[pn.sg.d.] ṭhīk[adj.] kartavya[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] karnā[pres.sg.f.23] tō yah[pn.sg.o.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] ki[conj.] yah[pn.pl.kī] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] chalnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23.past-part+jānā]|chalnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23.passive] . however when that OK activity not do[pres.sg.f.23] then this (at|other) (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) like that this[.kī] intellect (continue[pres-perf.sg.f.23.past-part+jānā]|continue[pres-perf.sg.f.23.passive]) .
10But when it does not function well, it is said that that one's intellect has gone.
13परन्तु ऐसे तो नहीं है ना कि बुद्धिहीन है . parantu aisē tō nahī̃ hai nā ki buddhihīn hai . parantu[conj.] aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] tō nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] nā ki[conj.] buddhihīn[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . however such then not be[pres.sg.23] ∅ that senseless be[pres.sg.23] .
11But you cannot say that the soul does not have an intellect.
14आत्मा सदा ही मन-बुद्धि सहित है . ātmā sadā hī man-buddhi sahit hai . ātmā[n.f.;sg.] sadā hī[p.] man-buddhi[n.m.;sg.,d.] sahit hōnā[pres.sg.23] . soul constantly only x including be[pres.sg.23] .
12The soul always has a mind and an intellect.
15सतयुग में आत्मा है तो ऐसे नहीं , उसे ८४ जन्मों की स्मृति है . satyug mē̃ ātmā hai tō aisē nahī̃ , usē ८४ janmō̃ kī|key smr̥iti hai . satyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] tō aisē nahī̃[x] , vah[pn.sg.kō] ८४ janm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key smr̥iti[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . golden age in soul be[pres.sg.23] then it isn't that , that[.kō] ८४ life (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) awareness be[pres.sg.23] .
13When the soul is in satyug, it isn't that it has the awareness of its eighty-four births.
16परमात्मा जो नॉलेजफुल है उसमें ही सबकी नॉलेज है . paramātmā jō knowledgeful hai usmē̃ hī sabkī knowledge hai . paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] jō[pn.;d.] knowledgeful hōnā[pres.sg.23] vah[pn.sg.mē̃] hī[p.] sabkā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] knowledge hōnā[pres.sg.23] . Supreme Soul that knowledgeful be[pres.sg.23] that[.mē̃] only everyone's knowledge be[pres.sg.23] .
14God, who is the Knowledge-full One, has the entire knowledge of everything.
17तो इस समय पर उनका पार्ट है . tō is samay par unkā part hai . tō is samay[x] par[postp.]|par[adj.] vah[pn.pl.kā] part[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . then at this time (at|other) that[.kā] part be[pres.sg.23] .
15So His patt is played at this time.
18जब पार्ट में आते हैं तब आकर के नॉलेज सुनाते हैं . jab part mē̃ ātē haĩ tab ākar kē|K knowledge sunātē haĩ . jab part[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] ānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tab ānā[abs.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K knowledge sunānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . when part in come[pres.pl.m.12hon3] for only then come[abs.] (of|K) knowledge speak[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
16When He enacts His part He gives us knowledge.
19नॉलेज इमर्ज भी इतनी करते हैं जितना आत्मा की उन्नति के लायक है . knowledge emerge bhī itnī kartē haĩ jitnā ātmā kī|key unnati kē|K lāyak hai . knowledge emerge bhī[p.] itnā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] jitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key unnati[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K lāyak[x] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . knowledge emerge too such do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] the more soul (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) self-progress (of|K) worthy be[pres.sg.23] .
17He only emerges as much knowledge as is required for the progress of the soul.
20भल वह जानी-जाननहार है परन्तु पार्ट में फिर भी अन्दाज है ना , उतना ही सुनाते हैं . bhal vah jānī-jānanahār hai parantu part mē̃ phir bhī andāj hai nā , utnā hī sunātē haĩ . bhal vah[pn.sg.d.] jānī jānanhār[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] parantu[conj.] part[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] phir bhī[x] andāj[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] nā , utnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hī[p.] sunānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . although that Janijananhar be[pres.sg.23] however part in nevertheless x be[pres.sg.23] ∅ , x only speak[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
18Although He is the One who knows everything, He only tells us as much as we need to know.
21तो ऐसे नहीं , आत्मा को सारी स्मृति इक्ट्ठी रह सकती है . tō aisē nahī̃ , ātmā kō sārī smr̥iti ikṭṭhī rah saktī hai . tō aisē nahī̃[x] , ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] sārā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] smr̥iti[n.f.;sg.] ikaṭṭhā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] rahnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+saknā] . then it isn't that , soul to the whole awareness together remain[pres.sg.f.23.root+saknā] .
19It isn't that the soul has awareness of everything at the same time.
22स्मृति-विस्मृति तो चलती आती है . smr̥iti-vismr̥iti tō chaltī ātī hai . smr̥iti-vismr̥iti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] tō chalnā[pres.sg.f.23.pres-part+ānā] . x then continue[pres.sg.f.23.pres-part+ānā] .
20It constantly remembers and forgets.
23परन्तु इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि आत्मा मन-बुद्धि सहित नहीं है . parantu iskā matlab yah nahī̃ hai ki ātmā man-buddhi sahit nahī̃ hai . parantu[conj.] yah[pn.sg.kā] matlab[n.m.;sg.,d.] yah[pn.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ki[conj.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] man-buddhi[n.m.;sg.,d.] sahit nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . however this[.kā] x this not be[pres.sg.23] that soul x including not be[pres.sg.23] . 24सिर्फ वह स्मृति चली जाती है . sirph vah smr̥iti chalī jātī hai . sirph[adj.] vah[pn.sg.d.] smr̥iti[n.f.;sg.] chalnā[pres.sg.f.23.past-part+jānā]|chalnā[pres.sg.f.23.passive] . only that awareness (continue[pres.sg.f.23.past-part+jānā]|continue[pres.sg.f.23.passive]) .
21But this does not mean that the soul is without a mind and an intellect: it is just that it loses awareness.
25बॉडी कान्सेस , सोल - कान्सेस - यह भी खेल है ना . body conscious , soul - conscious - yah bhī khēl hai nā . body conscious[x] , soul - conscious - yah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] khēl[n.m.;sg.,d.]|khēlnā[root] hōnā[pres.sg.23] nā . body conscious , soul - conscious - this too (play|play[root]) be[pres.sg.23] ∅ . 26आत्मा , आत्मा ही है . ātmā , ātmā hī hai . ātmā[n.f.;sg.] , ātmā[n.f.;sg.] hī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . soul , soul only be[pres.sg.23] .
22This is the game of body-consciousness and soul-consciousness, but the soul is a soul.
27सिर्फ विस्मृति हो जाती है . sirph vismr̥iti hō jātī hai . sirph[adj.] vismr̥iti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] . only forgetting be[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] .
23It just forgets.
28फिर परमात्मा द्वारा स्मृति मिलती है . phir paramātmā dvārā smr̥iti miltī hai . phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] dvārā smr̥iti[n.f.;sg.] milnā[pres.sg.f.23] . (turn[root]|then) Supreme Soul through awareness receive[pres.sg.f.23] .
24Then it receives awareness through God.
29जन्म-मरण में आते-आते आत्मा की कला घटती जाती है . janm-maraṇ mē̃ ātē-ātē ātmā kī|key kalā ghaṭtī jātī hai . janmamaraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] ānā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key kalā[n.f.;sg.] ghaṭnā[pres.sg.f.23.pres-part+jānā] . x in come[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] soul (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) degree be reduced[pres.sg.f.23.pres-part+jānā] .
25Whilst coming into the cycle of birth and death, the degrees of the soul decrease.
30यह भी परमात्मा आकर बतलाते हैं . yah bhī paramātmā ākar batlātē haĩ . yah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] ānā[abs.] batlānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . this too Supreme Soul come[abs.] show[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
26God comes and tells us everything.
31सो भी अनेक जन्मों का डिटेल थोड़े ही बतलाते हैं . sō bhī anēk janmō̃ kā detail thōṛē hī batlātē haĩ . sōnā[root]|sō bhī[p.] anēk[adj.] janm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] detail thōṛā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hī[p.] batlānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . (sleep[root]|x) too many life of detail short only show[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
27But He does not tell us the details of every birth.
32उनसे हमारा प्रयोजन नहीं . unsē hamārā prayōjan nahī̃ . vah[pn.pl.sē] ham[pn.pl.kā] prayōjan[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] . that[.sē] we[.kā] use not .
28That would be of no use to us.
33जानते हैं कि पहले दुःख की जीवन थी , उनको भूलना ही है . jāntē haĩ ki pahlē duḥkh kī|key jīvan thī , unkō bhūlnā hī hai . jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.]|duḥkhnā[root] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key jīvan[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[past.f] , vah[pn.pl.kō] bhūlnā[inf.m.sg.d.] hī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . know[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that (x|firstly) (sorrow|hurt[root]) (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) life be[past.f] , that[.kō] forget[inf.m.sg.d.] only be[pres.sg.23] .
29We know that previously we had a life of sorrow and now we have to forget it.
34तो फिर उसके विस्तार को जानने की क्या जरुरत है ? tō phir uskē vistār kō jānnē kī|key kyā jarurat hai ? tō phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] uskā[pn.sg.kē] vistār[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] jānnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key kyā jarūrat[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ? then (turn[root]|then) of that[.kē] expansion to know[inf.m.pl.,o.] (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) what need be[pres.sg.23] ?
30So why should we need to know the details?
35ड्रामा का खेल और आत्मा का परिचय – यह परमात्मा बैठ समझाते हैं . drama kā khēl aur ātmā kā parichay – yah paramātmā baiṭh samjhātē haĩ . drama kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] khēl[n.m.;sg.,d.]|khēlnā[root] aur ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] parichay[n.m.;sg.,d.] – yah[pn.sg.d.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] baiṭhnā[root] samjhānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . drama of (play|play[root]) and soul of introduction – this Supreme Soul sit[root] explain[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
31The game of the drama and the knowledge of the soul is explained by God.
36बुद्धि तो है , फिर कई बातें ख्याल से हट जाती हैं . buddhi tō hai , phir kaī bātē̃ khyāl sē haṭ jātī haĩ . buddhi[n.f.;sg.] tō hōnā[pres.sg.23] , phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] kaī bāt[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] khyāl[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] haṭnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3.root+jānā] . intellect then be[pres.sg.23] , (turn[root]|then) some matter thought from move backwards[pres.pl.f.12hon3.root+jānā] .
32You have an intellect but sometimes some things are totally removed from your thoughts.
37तो ऐसे थोड़े ही कहेंगे बुद्धि ही नहीं है . tō aisē thōṛē hī kahē̃gē buddhi hī nahī̃ hai . tō aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] thōṛā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hī[p.] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] hī[p.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . then such short only say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] intellect only not be[pres.sg.23] .
33But you cannot say that you do not have an intellect.
38इस नॉलेज को समझने से ऐसी छोटी-छोटी बातें तो अपने विचार से भी हल हो जाती हैं . is knowledge kō samajhnē sē aisī chhōṭī-chhōṭī bātē̃ tō apnē vichār sē bhī hal hō jātī haĩ . yah[pn.sg.o.] knowledge kō[postp.] samajhnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] aisā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] chhōṭā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] bāt[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] tō apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] vichār[x] sē[postp.] bhī[p.] hal[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3.root+jānā] . this knowledge to understand[inf.m.pl.,o.] from such small matter then one’s own x from too x be[pres.pl.f.12hon3.root+jānā] .
34By understanding this knowledge, you can solve small problems even with your own thoughts.
39हम भी पास्ट-फ्युचर दोनों के अनुभवी हैं . ham bhī past-future dōnō̃ kē|K anubhavī haĩ . ham[pn.pl.] bhī[p.] past-future dōnō̃ kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K anubhavī[adj.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . we too past and future x (of|K) experienced be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
35We now have the experience of both the past and the future.
40बुद्धि द्वारा हम जान सकते हैं . buddhi dvārā ham jān saktē haĩ . buddhi[n.f.;sg.] dvārā ham[pn.pl.] jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+saknā] . intellect through we know[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+saknā] .
36We can understand through the intellect.
41ऐसे भी नहीं कि साक्षात्कार हो तब हम जान सकते . aisē bhī nahī̃ ki sākṣhātkār hō tab ham jān saktē . aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] bhī[p.] nahī̃[neg] ki[conj.] sākṣhātkār[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] tab ham[pn.pl.] jān[n.m.;sg.,d.]|jānnā[root] saknā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] . such too not that vision (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) for only then we (x|know[root]) can[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] .
37It isn't that we can only understand this when we have visions.
42यह तो बुद्धि का काम है जानना . yah tō buddhi kā kām hai jānnā . yah[pn.sg.d.] tō buddhi[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kām[n.m.;sg.,d.]|kām[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] jānnā[inf.m.sg.d.] . this then intellect of (task|lust) be[pres.sg.23] know[inf.m.sg.d.] .
38It is the task of the intellect to understand.
43साक्षात्कार नहीं हुआ है तो भी हर्जा नहीं है . sākṣhātkār nahī̃ huā hai tō bhī harjā nahī̃ hai . sākṣhātkār[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] tō bhī[x] harzā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . vision not be[pres-perf.sg.m.23] ∅ x not be[pres.sg.23] .
39It does not matter if you have not had any visions.

40Understanding is not dependent on having visions.

41Knowledge does not mean having visions.
46मनुष्य समझते हैं साक्षात्कार से ही सिद्धि प्राप्त हो सकती है . manuṣhya samajhtē haĩ sākṣhātkār sē hī siddhi prāpt hō saktī hai . manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] samajhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] sākṣhātkār[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] hī[p.] siddhi[x] prāpt[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+saknā] . human being understand[pres.pl.m.12hon3] vision from only success reached be[pres.sg.f.23.root+saknā] .
42People think that you can only attain success when you have visions.
47परन्तु ज्ञान तो नॉलेज को कहा जाता है . parantu gyān tō knowledge kō kahā jātā hai . parantu[conj.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō knowledge kō[postp.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] . however knowledge then knowledge to (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) .
43But knowledge is called gyan.
48कहा भी जाता है ज्ञान बिगर गति नहीं . kahā bhī jātā hai gyān bigar gati nahī̃ . kahnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] bhī[p.] jānā[pres.sg.m.23] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] bigar gati[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] nahī̃[neg] . say[past-part.m.sg.d.] too go[pres.sg.m.23] knowledge without speed not .
44It is said that there cannot be salvation without gyan.
49ऐसे नहीं कहा जाता है कि साक्षात्कार बिगर गति नहीं . aisē nahī̃ kahā jātā hai ki sākṣhātkār bigar gati nahī̃ . aisē nahī̃[x] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] ki[conj.] sākṣhātkār[n.m.;sg.,d.] bigar gati[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] nahī̃[neg] . it isn't that (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) that vision without speed not .
45It isn't said that there isn't salvation without visions.
50परमात्मा को न्यारा भी कहा जाता है और प्यारा भी कहा जाता है . paramātmā kō nyārā bhī kahā jātā hai aur pyārā bhī kahā jātā hai . paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] nyārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bhī[p.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] aur pyārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bhī[p.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] . 46God is said to be loving and detached.

47People of the world think that just as the soul comes into the cycle of birth and death and is also immune so, too, God is the same, because they think that the soul is God.
53परन्तु हम जानते हैं - - परमात्मा न्यारा और प्यारा कैसे है . parantu ham jāntē haĩ - - paramātmā nyārā aur pyārā kaisē hai . parantu[conj.] ham[pn.pl.] jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - - paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] nyārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] aur pyārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . however we know[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - - Supreme Soul unique and loving how be[pres.sg.23] .
48But we know in which way God is loving and detached.
54वह अजन्मा , दुःख-सुख से न्यारा भी है परन्तु उनके पार्ट बजाने के संस्कार भी हैं और पार्ट भी अति प्यारा बजाया है क्योंकि सबको सुखी बनाते हैं . vah ajanmā , duḥkh-sukh sē nyārā bhī hai parantu unkē part bajānē kē|K saṅskār bhī haĩ aur part bhī ati pyārā bajāyā hai kyōṅki sabkō sukhī banātē haĩ . vah[pn.sg.d.] ajanmā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] , sukh-duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] nyārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] parantu[conj.] vah[pn.pl.kē] part[n.m.;sg.,d.] bajānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K saṅskār[x] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] aur part[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] ati pyārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bajānā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] kyōṅki sabkō sukhī[adj.] banānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . that x , happiness and sorrow from unique too be[pres.sg.23] however that[.kē] part play[inf.m.pl.,o.] (of|K) sanskar too be[pres.pl.12hon3] and part too x loving play[pres-perf.sg.m.23] because everything happy create[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
49He is beyond birth and also beyond happiness and sorrow, but He also has the sanskars of playing a part, and He plays an extremely beautiful part because He makes everyone happy.
55परमात्मा तो बेहद का कार्य आकर करते हैं . paramātmā tō bēhad kā kārya ākar kartē haĩ . paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō bēhad kā[x] kārya[n.m.;sg.,d.] ānā[abs.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . Supreme Soul then unlimited task come[abs.] do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
50God comes and carries out an unlimited task.
56सर्व आत्माओं को सुखी बनाते हैं . sarv ātmāō̃ kō sukhī banātē haĩ . sarv[adj.] ātmā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] sukhī[adj.] banānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . all soul to happy create[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
51He makes all souls happy.
57इसलिए सर्व आत्माओं को वह प्यारा लगता है . isliē sarv ātmāō̃ kō vah pyārā lagtā hai . isliē sarv[adj.] ātmā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] vah[pn.sg.d.] pyārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] lagnā[pres.sg.m.23] . therefore all soul to that loving x[pres.sg.m.23] .
52This is why He is loved by all souls.
58आत्माओं को प्यार मिला है , सुखी बनी है , तब रिटर्न में इतना प्यार करती है . ātmāō̃ kō pyār milā hai , sukhī banī hai , tab return mē̃ itnā pyār kartī hai . ātmā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] pyār[n.m.;sg.,d.] milnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , sukhī[adj.] bannā[pres-perf.sg.f.23] , tab return mē̃[postp.] itnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] pyār[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.sg.f.23] . soul to love receive[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , happy become[pres-perf.sg.f.23] , for only then return in such love do[pres.sg.f.23] .
53Souls have received love and have become happy and this is why, in return, they have so much love for Him.
59परमात्मा ने हम आत्माओं के साथ यह पार्ट बजाया हुआ है . paramātmā nē ham ātmāō̃ kē sāth yah part bajāyā huā hai . paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] nē[postp.] ham[pn.pl.] ātmā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] kē sāth[x] yah[pn.sg.d.] part bajānā[past-part.m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] . Supreme Soul ∅ we soul with this play one's part be[pres-perf.sg.m.23] .
54God has played this part with us souls.
60सुखी बनाया है , इसलिए अति प्यारा है . sukhī banāyā hai , isliē ati pyārā hai . sukhī[adj.] banānā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , isliē ati pyārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . happy create[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , therefore x loving be[pres.sg.23] .
55He has made us happy and this is why He is loved so much.
61लेकिन वह हम आत्माओं से न्यारा है . lēkin vah ham ātmāō̃ sē nyārā hai . lēkin vah[pn.sg.d.] ham[pn.pl.] ātmā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] sē[postp.] nyārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . but that we soul from unique be[pres.sg.23] .
56But He is different from us souls.
62भल खुद भी आत्मा बन पार्ट बजाते हैं परन्तु उनके कर्त्तव्य न्यारे हैं . bhal khud bhī ātmā ban part bajātē haĩ parantu unkē karttavya nyārē haĩ . bhal khud bhī[p.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] ban[n.m.;sg.,d.]|bannā[root] part bajānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] parantu[conj.] vah[pn.pl.kē] kartavya[n.m.;sg.,d.] nyārā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . although oneself too soul (x|become[root]) play one's part however that[.kē] activity unique be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
57Although He also plays a part as a soul, His acts are different.
63जो आत्मा नहीं कर सकती वह काम करते हैं . jō ātmā nahī̃ kar saktī vah kām kartē haĩ . jō[pn.;d.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] karnā[root] saknā[pres-part.f.] vah[pn.sg.d.] kām[n.m.;sg.,d.]|kām[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . that soul not do[root] can[pres-part.f.] that (task|lust) do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
58He does that which souls are not able to do.
64सर्व आत्माओं को सन्तुष्ट करते हैं , सर्व आत्माओं को सुख शान्ति देते हैं . sarv ātmāō̃ kō santuṣhṭ kartē haĩ , sarv ātmāō̃ kō sukh śhānti dētē haĩ . sarv[adj.] ātmā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] santuṣhṭ[adj.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , sarv[adj.] ātmā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] śhānti dēnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . all soul to content do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , all soul to happiness peace give[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
59He makes all souls content and gives them all peace and happiness.
65इसलिए प्यारे हैं . isliē pyārē haĩ . isliē pyārā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . therefore loving be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
60This is why He is loved.
66तो न्यारे का अर्थ यह नहीं कि लेप-छेप से न्यारा है . tō nyārē kā arth|earth yah nahī̃ ki lēp-chhēp sē nyārā hai . tō nyārā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] arth[n.m.;sg.,d.]|earth yah[pn.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] ki[conj.] lēp chhēp[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] nyārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . then unique of (meaning|earth) this not that x from unique be[pres.sg.23] .
61So to be detached does not mean that He is immune to the effects of action.
67वह तो जो कुछ करता है उसका बनता जरुर है . vah tō jō kuchh kartā hai uskā bantā jarur hai . vah[pn.sg.d.] tō jō kuchh[x] karnā[pres.sg.m.23] vah[pn.sg.kā] bannā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] zarūr hōnā[pres.sg.23] . that then whatever do[pres.sg.m.23] that[.kā] become[pres-part.m.sg.d.] definitely be[pres.sg.23] .
62Whatever He does, He definitely receives something in return.
68सर्विस की है तब तो उनको सभी प्यार करते हैं . service kī hai tab tō unkō sabhī pyār kartē haĩ . service[n.f.;sg.] karnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23] tab tō vah[pn.pl.kō] sab[adv.hī] pyār[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . service do[pres-perf.sg.f.23] for only then then that[.kō] all love do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
63It is because He has served us that we love Him so much.
69यह भी रिटर्न है ना . yah bhī return hai nā . yah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] return hōnā[pres.sg.23] nā . this too return be[pres.sg.23] ∅ .

70भल जानते नहीं हैं कि वह कौन है , हमारे साथ संबंध क्या है ? bhal jāntē nahī̃ haĩ ki vah kaun hai , hamārē sāth sambandh kyā hai ? bhal jānnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] ki[conj.] vah[pn.sg.d.] kaun[pn.;d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , ham[pn.pl.kē] sāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kyā hōnā[pres.sg.23] ? although know[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] not be[pres.pl.12hon3] that that who be[pres.sg.23] , we[.kē] with relationship what be[pres.sg.23] ? 71लेकिन प्यार तो करते हैं ना . lēkin pyār tō kartē haĩ nā . lēkin pyār[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] nā . but love then do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ∅ . 72याद भी करते हैं . yād bhī kartē haĩ . yād[n.f.;sg.] bhī[p.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . remembrance too do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
65Although people do not know who He is and what relationship they have with Him, at least they love Him and remember Him.
