34So what are all of you?
39सारथी अर्थात् आत्म-अभिमानी . sārathī arthāt ātma-abhimānī . sārathī[n.m.;sg.,d.] arthāt ātma-abhimānī[adj.] . co-charioteer that is soul conscious .
35You are charioteers, are you not?

45In the same way, all of you Brahmin souls must stabilise yourselves in the stage of a charioteer, the same as the Father.
49चलते-फिरते यह चेक करो कि मैं सारथी अर्थात् सर्व को चलाने वाली न्यारी और प्यारी स्थिति में स्थित हूँ . chaltē-phirtē yah check karō ki maĩ sārathī arthāt sarv kō chalānē vālī nyārī aur pyārī sthiti mē̃ sthit hū̃ . chaltā-phirtā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] yah[pn.sg.d.] check karnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] ki[conj.] maĩ[pn.sg.d.] sārathī[n.m.;sg.,d.] arthāt sarv[adj.] kō[postp.] chalānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] nyārā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] aur pyārā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] sthiti[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] sthit[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.1] . mobile this check do[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] that I co-charioteer that is all to x[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who unique and loving stage in stabilised be[pres.sg.1] .

59If wrong sanskars make you perform a wrong type of action even against your desire, then are you not able to adopt the pure sanskars of natural checking?

60Then, without labour, your pure sanskars of checking will automatically enable you to carry out that task.
61यह नहीं कहेंगे कि भूल जाते हैं या बहुत बिजी रहते हैं . yah nahī̃ kahē̃gē ki bhūl jātē haĩ yā bahut busy rahtē haĩ . yah[pn.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] ki[conj.] bhūl jānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] yā bahut busy rahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . this not say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] that x[pres.pl.m.12hon3] or very busy remain[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
61You will not say that you forget or that you remain very busy.
62अशुद्ध अथवा व्यर्थ संस्कार हैं . aśhuddh athavā vyarth saṅskār haĩ . aśhuddh athavā vyarth[n.m.;sg.,d.] saṅskār[x] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . impure that is wasteful sanskar be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
62There are impure or wasteful sanskars.
63कई बच्चों में अशुद्ध संस्कार नहीं तो व्यर्थ संस्कार भी हैं . kaī bachchō̃ mē̃ aśhuddh saṅskār nahī̃ tō vyarth saṅskār bhī haĩ . kaī bachchā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] mē̃[postp.] aśhuddh saṅskār[x] nahī̃ tō[x] vyarth[n.m.;sg.,d.] saṅskār[x] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . some child in impure sanskar otherwise wasteful sanskar too be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
63Some children do not have impure sanskars, but they do have wasteful sanskars.
64यह अशुद्ध , व्यर्थ संस्कार भुलाते भी नहीं भूल सकते हो और यही कहते हो कि मेरा भाव नहीं था लेकिन मेरा यह पुराना स्वभाव है वा संस्कार है . yah aśhuddh , vyarth saṅskār bhulātē bhī nahī̃ bhūl saktē hō aur yahī kahtē hō ki mērā bhāv nahī̃ thā lēkin mērā yah purānā svabhāv hai vā saṅskār hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] aśhuddh , vyarth[n.m.;sg.,d.] saṅskār[x] bhulānā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] bhī[p.] nahī̃[neg] bhūlnā[pres.pl.m.2.root+saknā] aur yahī[pn.;d.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.2] ki[conj.] maĩ[pn.sg.kā] bhāv[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[past.m.sg] lēkin maĩ[pn.sg.kā] yah[pn.sg.d.] purānā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] svabhāv[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] vā saṅskār[x] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this impure , wasteful sanskar make you forget[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] too not forget[pres.pl.m.2.root+saknā] and this say[pres.pl.m.2] that I[.kā] consciousness not be[past.m.sg] but I[.kā] this old nature be[pres.sg.23] or sanskar be[pres.sg.23] .
64Some are not able to forget their impure or wasteful sanskars even when trying to forget them, and then they say: That was not my intention, but was my old nature or sanskar.

85So always have the aim that teachers means follow the father and be number one in following the father.

89Teachers are those who become instruments. 90You are instruments for many souls.

96This is why BapDada always says: On the one hand there is the giving of lectures and on the other hand the washing of pots.

98No matter what the work is, your stage should always be yogyukt and yuktiyukt.
