229To have the power of remembrance means to be able to focus your mind and intellect wherever you want, and to be able to stabilise your mind and intellect in a second, whatever the atmosphere is like.

230The situation may be of upheaval, the atmosphere may be tamoguni, Maya may be trying to make you belong to her but, in spite of that, you must become stable in a second. 231When you have such controlling power, you would then be said to be one with all powers.
