6Just as the Father is bodiless and gives the experience of the bodiless form, of being bodiless while in a body, in the same way, all of you, whilst living your life, remain stable in the bodiless, soul conscious stage while in a body and, by being karavanhar (the one who inspires), make your body perform actions.
11आप देही करावनहार हो . āp dēhī karāvanhār hō . āp[pn.pl.] dēhī[n.m.;sg.,d.] karāvanhār hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] . you soul karavanhar (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) . 12इसी स्थिति को विदेही स्थिति कहते हैं . isī sthiti kō vidēhī sthiti kahtē haĩ . yah[pn.sg.hī] sthiti[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] vidēhī[adj.] sthiti[n.f.;sg.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . this[.hī] stage to bodiless stage say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
7That body is karanhar (the one that does) and you, the soul, are karavanhar (the one who inspires).

11The stage of following the Father is the stage of constantly being without a body, the bodiless stage, the incorporeal stage.

12In order to follow Dada, that is Father Brahma, may you always be in the avyakt stage, the angelic stage, the subtle stage.

13To remain stable in both these stages is called following the Father.

14The stage below this is the awareness of the gross form and the awareness of people. 15Do not come down to that stage.

16Awareness of people and gross awareness is the basis of bringing you down.

17Therefore, always remain beyond everything, stable in these two stages.

18The third aspect is that, as soon as you took Brahmin birth, you received BapDada’s teachings. 19Do not go into the stage of falling down even in your thoughts or dreams.

20That is a stage that doesn’t belong to you.
24जैसे अगर कोई बिना आज्ञा के परदेश चला जाए तो क्या होगा ? jaisē agar kōī binā āgyā kē|K pardeśh chalā jāē tō kyā hōgā ? jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] agar kōī[pn.;d.] binā āgyā[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K pardeśh[n.m.;sg.,d.] chalnā[opt.sg.23.past-part+jānā]|chalānā[opt.sg.23.root+jānā]|chalnā[opt.sg.23.passive] tō kyā hōnā[fut.m.sg.23] ? like if some without order (of|K) foreign land (continue[opt.sg.23.past-part+jānā]|x[opt.sg.23.root+jānā]|continue[opt.sg.23.passive]) then what be[fut.m.sg.23] ?
21What would happen if someone were to go abroad without permission?
25बापदादा ने भी यह आज्ञा की लकीर खींच दी है . bāpdādā nē bhī yah āgyā kī|key lakīr khīñch dī hai . bāpdādā nē[postp.] bhī[p.] yah[pn.sg.d.] āgyā[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key lakīr[n.f.;sg.] khīñchnā, khaiñchnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23.root+dēnā] . BapDada ∅ too this order (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) line pull[pres-perf.sg.f.23.root+dēnā] . 26इससे बाहर नहीं जाना है . issē bāhar nahī̃ jānā hai . yah[pn.sg.sē] bāhar nahī̃[neg] jānnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23]|jānā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . this[.sē] outside not (know[pres-perf.sg.m.23]|go[pres.sg.23.oblig1]) .
22BapDada has already drawn this line of obedience: do not step outside it.
27अगर अवज्ञा करते हैं तो परेशान भी होते हैं . agar avagyā kartē haĩ tō parēśhān bhī hōtē haĩ . agar avagyā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tō parēśhān[adj.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . if disobedience do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] then distressed too be[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
23If you are disobedient, you become distressed and you also repent.

24Therefore, the easy way to constantly maintain your pride and to remain stable in the stage of being an embodiment of all attainments, is to follow the Father.

26In life, you are experienced in following from childhood.

29Then, as you progress further you adopt a guru, you become followers of a guru. 30You become those who follow him.

31In worldly life, you have to follow in the beginning and also at the end.
