200They themselves are not free and they do not free others. 201If they were to continue to free everyone, then only those who are not free would remain on earth.

202However, it cannot be that sinful souls remain and charitable souls depart.

203For instance, sannyasis are viceless and if they were to become free, there would only be sinful souls remaining. 204You would not then be able to see any expansion of the sannyasis and the world could not continue in that way.
189पुण्य आत्मायें सृष्टि को थमाती हैं निर्विकारी बल के सहारे , तो सृष्टि चलती है . puṇya ātmāyē̃ sr̥iṣhṭi kō thamātī haĩ nirvikārī bal kē|K sahārē , tō sr̥iṣhṭi chaltī hai . puṇya[n.m.;sg.,d.] ātmā[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] sr̥iṣhṭi[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] thamānā[pres.pl.f.12hon3] nirvikārī[adj.] bal[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K sahārā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] , tō sr̥iṣhṭi[n.f.;sg.] chalnā[pres.sg.f.23] . charity soul world to x[pres.pl.f.12hon3] viceless strength (of|K) support , then world continue[pres.sg.f.23] .
205Charitable souls support the world with their power of vicelessness and so the world continues.
190नहीं तो कामाग्नि से सृष्टि जल जायेगी . nahī̃ tō kāmāgni sē sr̥iṣhṭi jal jāyēgī . nahī̃ tō[x] x sē[postp.] sr̥iṣhṭi[n.f.;sg.] jalnā[fut.f.sg.23.root+jānā] . otherwise x from world x[fut.f.sg.23.root+jānā] .
206Otherwise, the world would be burnt in the fire of lust.
191तो यह लॉ नहीं है कि बीच से कोई आत्मा मुक्ति पद में चली जाये . tō yah law nahī̃ hai ki bīch sē kōī ātmā mukti pad mē̃ chalī jāyē . tō yah[pn.sg.d.] law nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ki[conj.] bīch sē[postp.] kōī[pn.;d.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] mukti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] pad[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] chalnā[past-part.m.pl.,o..passive] . then this law not be[pres.sg.23] that centre from some soul liberation status in continue[past-part.m.pl.,o..passive] .
207It is not the law for any soul to claim the status of liberation and leave mid-way through the cycle.

208Similarly, not a single leaf can merge into the Seed; the tree has to grow and reach the state of total decay; then the new tree will emerge. 209Therefore, all those who come to establish a religion definitely sustain it, but only when the One whose support we have taken destroys the innumerable irreligions can the one religion then be established.

210This One carries out the three acts of establishment, destruction and sustenance, whereas the fathers of religions only carry out their establishment; they do not carry out their destruction.

211It is in God’s hands to inspire the task of destruction and this is why He is called Trimurti.
