180*** Om Shanti *** 181Invaluable versions of Mateshwariji 1821) The basis of life is gyan, yoga and the inculcation of divine virtues.

183You have the faith that you are receiving knowledge from the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul. 184There are three main points of this knowledge to which you have to pay full attention in your efforts.
172तीसरी प्वाइन्ट है - क्वालिफिकेशन तो हमको सर्वगुण सम्पन्न , 16 कला सम्पूर्ण अवश्य बनना है तब ही देवता बन सकते हैं . tīsrī point hai - qualification tō hamkō sarvguṇ sampann , 16 kalā sampūrṇ avaśhya bannā hai tab hī dēvtā ban saktē haĩ . tīsrā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] point hōnā[pres.sg.23] - qualification tō ham[pn.pl.kō] sarvguṇ sampann[x] , 16 kalā[n.f.;sg.] sampūrṇ[adj.] avaśhya bannā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] tab hī[p.] dēvtā bannā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+saknā] . third point be[pres.sg.23] - qualification then we[.kō] full of all virtues , 16 degree complete x become[pres.sg.23.oblig1] for only then only become deity .
185First is yoga - constant remembrance of God with which our sins are destroyed. 186Second is knowledge: what the beginning, middle and end of Brahmand, the whole world is.
173तो अपने आपको चलते-फिरते , खाते-पीते इन तीनों प्वाइन्ट पर ध्यान देना जरुरी है . tō apnē āpkō chaltē-phirtē , khātē-pītē in tīnō̃ point par dhyān dēnā jarurī hai . tō apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] āp[pn.pl.kō] chaltā-phirtā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] , khānā-pīnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] in|yah[pn.pl.o.] tīnō̃[adj.] point par[postp.]|par[adj.] dhyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēnā[inf.m.sg.d.] zarūrī[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . then one’s own you[.kō] mobile , food and diet[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] (in|this) all three point (at|other) attention give[inf.m.sg.d.] essential be[pres.sg.23] .
187Only when we have this knowledge can there be a practical change in our lives and we can create a good reward for ourselves.
174इस एक ही जन्म में ज्ञान बल , योग बल और दैवी गुणों की धारणा की जाती है . is ēk hī janm mē̃ gyān bal , yōg bal aur daivī guṇō̃ key|kī dhārṇā kī jātī hai . yah[pn.sg.o.] ēk[adj.] hī[p.] janamnā[root]|janm[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] bal[n.m.;sg.,d.] , yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] bal[n.m.;sg.,d.] aur daivī[adj.] guṇ[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] dhārṇā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[pres.sg.f.23.past-part+jānā]|karnā[pres.sg.f.23.passive] . this one only (be born[root]|life) in knowledge strength , yoga strength and divine virtue (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) dharna (do[pres.sg.f.23.past-part+jānā]|do[pres.sg.f.23.passive]) .
188Third point is our qualification of becoming filled with all virtues, 16 celestial degrees complete.
175तीनों का आपस में कनेक्शन है - ज्ञान बिगर योग नहीं लग सकता और योग बिगर दैवी गुणों की धारणा नहीं होती , इन तीनों प्वाइन्ट पर सारी जीवन का आधार है , तब ही विकर्मों का खाता खलास हो अच्छे कर्म बनते हैं . tīnō̃ kā āpas mē̃ connection hai - gyān bigar yōg nahī̃ lag saktā aur yōg bigar daivī guṇō̃ key|kī dhārṇā nahī̃ hōtī , in tīnō̃ point par sārī jīvan kā ādhār hai , tab hī vikarmō̃ kā khātā khalās hō achchhē karma bantē haĩ . tīnō̃[adj.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] āpas mē̃[x] connection hōnā[pres.sg.23] - gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] bigar yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] lagnā[root] saknā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] aur yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] bigar daivī[adj.] guṇ[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] dhārṇā[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres-part.f.] , in|yah[pn.pl.o.] tīnō̃[adj.] point par[postp.]|par[adj.] sārā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] jīvan[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] ādhār[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , tab hī[p.] vikarm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] khātā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.]|khānā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] khalās[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] achchhā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] bannā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . all three of with each other connection be[pres.sg.23] - knowledge without yoga not x[root] can[pres-part.m.sg.d.] and yoga without divine virtue (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) dharna not be[pres-part.f.] , (in|this) all three point (at|other) the whole life of basis be[pres.sg.23] , for only then only sin of (account|eat[pres-part.m.sg.d.]) x (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) achcha deed become[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
189Only then can we become deities. 190It is essential for us to pay attention to these three points while walking and moving around, while eating and drinking. 191Only in this one birth do we have the power of knowledge, the power of yoga and the inculcation of divine virtues.
176इसे ही ईश्वरीय जीवन कहा जाता है . isē hī īśhvarīy jīvan kahā jātā hai . yah[pn.sg.kō] hī[p.] īśhvarīy[adj.] jīvan[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] . this[.kō] only Godly life (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) .
192All three are connected.

193We cannot have yoga without knowledge and we cannot imbibe divine virtues without having yoga.
178अपना यह ईश्वरीय योग भारत में प्राचीन योग के नाम से मशहूर है . apnā yah īśhvarīy yōg bhārat mē̃ prāchīn yōg K|kē nām sē maśhhūr hai . apnā[pn.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.]|apnānā[root] yah[pn.sg.d.] īśhvarīy[adj.] yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhārat[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] prāchīn[adj.] yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] nām[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] maśhhūr[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . (one’s own|adopt[root]) this Godly yoga Bharat in ancient yoga (K|of) name from x be[pres.sg.23] . 179इस योग को अविनाशी योग क्यों कहते हैं ? is yōg kō avināśhī yōg kyō̃ kahtē haĩ ? yah[pn.sg.o.] yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] avināśhī[adj.] yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] kyō̃ kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ? this yoga to imperishable yoga why say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ?
194Our lives are based on all these three points for only then can we finish our accounts of sin and perform good actions.
180क्योंकि अविनाशी परमपिता परमात्मा द्वारा सिखाया गया है . kyōṅki avināśhī parampitā paramātmā dvārā sikhāyā gayā hai . kyōṅki avināśhī[adj.] parampitā[n.m.;sg.,d.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] dvārā sikhānā[pres-perf.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|sikhānā[pres-perf.sg.m.23.passive] . because imperishable Supreme Father Supreme Soul through (teach[pres-perf.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|teach[pres-perf.sg.m.23.passive]) .
195This is called a Godly life. 1962) The ancient yoga of Bharat is taught by God.
181भल योग और मनुष्य आत्मायें भी सिखाती हैं इसलिये योगाश्रम वगैरा खोलते रहते हैं परन्तु वो प्राचीन योग सिखला नहीं सकते . bhal yōg aur manuṣhya ātmāyē̃ bhī sikhātī haĩ isliyē yōgāśhram vagairā khōltē rahtē haĩ parantu vō prāchīn yōg sikhlā nahī̃ saktē . bhal yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] aur manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] ātmā[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] bhī[p.] sikhānā[pres.pl.f.12hon3] isliē yōgāśhram[n.m.;sg.,d.] vagairah[adv.] khōlnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] parantu[conj.] vah[pn.;d.] prāchīn[adj.] yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] sikhlānā[root] nahī̃[neg] saknā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] . although yoga and human being soul too teach[pres.pl.f.12hon3] therefore x etc. open[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] however that ancient yoga teach[root] not can[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] . 182अगर ऐसा योग होता तो फिर वो बल कहाँ ! agar aisā yōg hōtā tō phir vō bal kahā̃ ! agar aisā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] tō phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] vah[pn.;d.] bal[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahā̃ ! if such yoga be[pres-part.m.sg.d.] then (then|turn[root]) that strength where !
197This Godly yoga of ours is well known in Bharat as ancient yoga. 198Why is this yoga called the imperishable yoga? 199Because it is taught by the imperishable Supreme Father, Supreme Soul.
Bharat then day day by day x be[pres.sg.m.23.pres-part+jānā] this[.sē] successful be[pres.sg.23] that yoga imperishable yoga not be[pres.sg.23] , that[.kē] with yoga attach[pres.sg.23.oblig1] that oneself only teach[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā] .
200Although other human souls teach yoga, for this is why yoga ashrams are opened, they cannot teach this ancient yoga. 201If there were such yoga, then where is that power?
184बाकी औरों से तो योग लगाना ही नहीं है तो फिर सिखलायेंगे कैसे ? bākī aurō̃ sē tō yōg lagānā hī nahī̃ hai tō phir sikhlāyēṅgē kaisē ? bākī|bākī aurō̃ sē[postp.] tō yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] lagānā[inf.m.sg.d.] hī[p.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] tō phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] sikhlānā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] kaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] ? (others|but) others from then yoga attach[inf.m.sg.d.] only not be[pres.sg.23] then (then|turn[root]) teach[fut.m.pl.12hon3] how ?
202Day by day, Bharat is becoming weaker and this shows that their yoga is not imperishable.
185यह तो स्वयं परमात्मा ही कार्य कर सकता है , वही हमें पूरा भेद बता सकता है . yah tō svayã paramātmā hī kārya kar saktā hai , vahī hamē̃ pūrā bhēd batā saktā hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] tō svayã paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] kārya[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā] , vahī ham[pn.pl.kō] pūrā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bhēd[n.m.;sg.,d.] batānā[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā] . this then x Supreme Soul only task do[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā] , this we[.kō] full x tell[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā] .
203Only the One with whom you have yoga can teach you this yoga.
(others|but) then all direction say[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] , we yoga teach[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .
204We mustn’t have yoga with others, so how can they teach us?
187यह तो हम जानते हैं कि सच्चा योग तो खुद परमात्मा ही सिखलाए सूर्यवंशी चन्द्रवंशी घराना व दैवी राज्य स्थापन करते हैं . yah tō ham jāntē haĩ ki sachchā yōg tō khud paramātmā hī sikhlāē sūryavanśhī chandravanśhī gharānā va daivī rājya sthāpan kartē haĩ . yah[pn.sg.d.] tō ham[pn.pl.] jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] sachchā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō khud paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] sikhlānā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|sikhlānā[opt.sg.23] sūryavanśhī[adj.] chandravanśhī[adj.] gharānā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] va daivī[adj.] rājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] sthāpanā, sthāpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . this then we know[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that true yoga then oneself Supreme Soul only (teach[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|teach[opt.sg.23]) part of the sun dynasty those of the moon dynasty family x divine kingdom establishment do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
205Only God can carry out this task. 206Only He can tell us the secret, but others just continue to say that they will teach us yoga.
ānā[abs.] kalp[n.m.;sg.,d.] ham[pn.pl.kō] sikhlānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . now that ancient yoga Supreme Soul come[abs.] cycle we[.kō] teach[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
207We know that only God can teach us ancient yoga and establish the sun and moon dynasties of the deity kingdom.
189कहते हैं हे आत्मा मुझ परमात्मा के साथ निरन्तर योग लगाओ तो तुम्हारे पाप नष्ट हो जायेंगे . kahtē haĩ hē ātmā mujh paramātmā kē sāth nirantar yōg lagāō tō tumhārē pāp naṣhṭ hō jāyēṅgē . kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] hē ātmā[n.f.;sg.] maĩ[pn.sg.o.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kē sāth[x] nirantar[x] yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] lagānā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] tō tum[pn.pl.kē] pāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] naṣhṭ[adj.] hōnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+jānā] . say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] x soul I Supreme Soul with x yoga attach[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] then you[.kē] x destroyed be[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+jānā] . 190अच्छा . achchhā . achchhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] . achcha .
208God comes and teaches us this ancient yoga every cycle. 209He says: O souls, have constant yoga with Me, God, and your sins will be destroyed.
