69यह जो 5 हज़ार वर्ष का चक्र है उसमें सुख और दुःख का खेल है , सुख को कहा जाता है दिन , दुःख को कहा जाता है रात . yah jō 5 hazār varṣh kā chakra hai usmē̃ sukh aur duḥkh kā khēl hai , sukh kō kahā jātā hai din , duḥkh kō kahā jātā hai rāt . yah[pn.sg.d.] jō[pn.;d.] 5 hazār[adj.] varṣh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] chakra, chakkar[n.m.;sg.,d.]|chakra[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] vah[pn.sg.mē̃] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] aur duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.]|duḥkhnā[root] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] khēl[n.m.;sg.,d.]|khēlnā[root] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] , duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.]|duḥkhnā[root] kō[postp.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] rāt[n.f.;sg.] . this that 5 1000 year of (cycle|x) be[pres.sg.23] that[.mē̃] happiness and (sorrow|hurt[root]) of (play|play[root]) be[pres.sg.23] , happiness to (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) day , (sorrow|hurt[root]) to (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) night .

66There is a play of happiness and sorrow in each cycle of 5000 years. 67Happiness is called the day and sorrow is called the night.

172पहले भिक्षा में सिर्फ आटा लेते थे , रसोई नहीं लेते थे . pahlē bhikṣhā mē̃ sirph āṭā lētē thē , rasōī nahī̃ lētē thē . pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] bhikṣhā[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] sirph[adj.] āṭā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] lēnā[hab-past.pl.m.] , rasōī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] nahī̃[neg] lēnā[hab-past.pl.m.] . (x|firstly) alms in only x take[hab-past.pl.m.] , cooked food not take[hab-past.pl.m.] .

173Earlier, they would simply accept flour as alms; they wouldn't accept cooked food.

173उन्हों को जंगल में ही रहना है , वहाँ कंद-मूल-फल मिलते हैं . unhō̃ kō jaṅgal mē̃ hī rahnā hai , vahā̃ kand-mūl-phal miltē haĩ . vah[pn.pl.o.] kō[postp.] jaṅgal[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] hī[p.] rahnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] , vahā̃ x milnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . that to jungle in only remain[pres.sg.23.oblig1] , there x receive[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

174They had to live in the forests and they would only have root vegetables and fruit there.

174यह भी गायन है , जब सतोप्रधान संन्यासी होते हैं तब यह खाते हैं . yah bhī gāyan hai , jab satōpradhān sannyāsī hōtē haĩ tab yah khātē haĩ . yah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] gāyan[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , jab satōpradhān[adj.] sannyāsī[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tab yah[pn.sg.d.] khānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . this too x be[pres.sg.23] , when satopradhan sannyasi be[pres.pl.m.12hon3] for only then this eat[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

175It is remembered that sannyasis would eat that when they were satopradhan.

175अभी तो बात मत पूछो , क्या-क्या करते रहते हैं . abhī tō bāt mat pūchhō , kyā-kyā kartē rahtē haĩ . ab[adv.hī] tō bāt[n.f.;sg.] mat[n.m.;sg.,d.] pūchhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , kyā karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] . now then matter directions ask[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , what do[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] .

176Now, don't even ask what they continue to do.

176इसका नाम ही है विशश वर्ल्ड . iskā nām hī hai vicious world . yah[pn.sg.kā] nām[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] vicious world[x] . this[.kā] name only be[pres.sg.23] vicious world . 177वह है वाइसलेस वर्ल्ड . vah hai viceless world . vah[pn.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] viceless world[x] . that be[pres.sg.23] viceless world .

177This is called a vicious world, whereas that is a viceless world.

178तो अपने को विशश समझना चाहिए ना . tō apnē kō vicious samajhnā chāhiē nā . tō apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kō[postp.] vicious samajhnā[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|samajhnā[.oblig3] nā . then one’s own to vicious (understand[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|understand[.oblig3]) ∅ .

178So, you should understand that you are vicious (those indulging in vice).

179बाप कहते हैं सतयुग को कहा जाता है शिवालय , वाइसलेस वर्ल्ड . bāp kahtē haĩ satyug kō kahā jātā hai śhivālay , viceless world . bāp kahtē haĩ[x] satyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] śhivālay[x] , viceless world[x] . the Father says golden age to (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) Shivalaya , viceless world .

179The Father says: The golden age is called Shivalaya, the viceless world.

180यहाँ तो सब हैं पतित मनुष्य इसलिए देवी-देवता के बदले नाम ही हिन्दू रख दिया है . yahā̃ tō sab haĩ patit manuṣhya isliē dēvī-dēvtā kē badlē nām hī hindū rakh diyā hai . yahā̃ tō sab[adj.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] patit[adj.] manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] isliē dēvī-dēvtā[n.f.;sg.] kē badlē[x] nām[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] hindū[adj.] rakhnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23.root+dēnā] . here then all be[pres.pl.12hon3] impure human being therefore deities instead of name only Hindu keep[pres-perf.sg.m.23.root+dēnā] .

180Here, all are impure human beings and this is why, instead of calling themselves deities, they call themselves Hindus.

181बाप तो सब बातें समझाते रहते हैं . bāp tō sab bātē̃ samjhātē rahtē haĩ . bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō sab[adj.] bāt[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] samjhānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] . father then all matter explain[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] .

181The Father continues to explain all of these things to you.

182तुम असुल में हो ही बेहद बाप के बच्चे . tum asul mē̃ hō hī bēhad bāp kē|K bachchē . tum[pn.pl.] asul ou asal[adj.] mē̃[postp.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] hī[p.] bēhad[adj.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] . you x in (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) only unlimited father (of|K) child .

182Originally, you are children of the unlimited Father.

183वह तो तुम्हें 21 जन्मों का वर्सा देते हैं . vah tō tumhē̃ 21 janmō̃ kā varsā dētē haĩ . vah[pn.sg.d.] tō tum[pn.pl.kō] 21 janm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] varsā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] dēnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . that then you[.kō] 21 life of inheritance give[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

183He gives you the inheritance for 21 births.

184तो बाप मीठे-मीठे बच्चों को समझाते हैं - जन्म-जन्मान्तर के पाप तुम्हारे सिर पर हैं . tō bāp mīṭhē-mīṭhē bachchō̃ kō samjhātē haĩ - janma-janmāntar kē|K pāp tumhārē sir par haĩ . tō bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] mīṭhā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] samjhānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - janma-janmāntar kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K pāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] tum[pn.pl.kē] sir[n.m.;sg.,d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . then father sweet child to explain[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - x (of|K) x you[.kē] x (at|other) be[pres.pl.12hon3] .

184So, the Father explains to you sweetest children: You have the sins of birth after birth on your heads.

185पापों से मुक्त होने के लिए ही तुम बुलाते हो . pāpō̃ sē mukt hōnē kē liē hī tum bulātē hō . pāp[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] sē[postp.] mukt[adj.] hōnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kē liē[x] hī[p.] tum[pn.pl.] bulānā[pres.pl.m.2] . x from free be[inf.m.pl.,o.] for only you call[pres.pl.m.2] .

185You call out to Me in order to be liberated from those sins.

186साधू-सन्त आदि सब पुकारते हैं - हे पतित-पावन … अर्थ कुछ नहीं समझते , ऐसे ही गाते रहते हैं , ताली बजाते रहते हैं . sādhū-santa ādi sab pukārtē haĩ - hē patit-pāvan … arth|earth kuchh nahī̃ samajhtē , aisē hī gātē rahtē haĩ , tālī bajātē rahtē haĩ . sādhū-sant[n.m.;sg.,d.] ādi[adj.] sab[adj.] pukārnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - hē patit pāvan[n.m.;sg.,d.] … arth[n.m.;sg.,d.]|earth kuchh nahī̃[neg] samajhnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] , aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hī[p.] gānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] , tālī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] bajānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] . sage and holy man etc. all call[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - x Purifier … (meaning|earth) anything not understand[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] , such only sing[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] , clapping play[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] .

186Sages and holy men all call out: O Purifier! 187They don't understand the meaning of anything, but simply continue to sing that and clap their hands.

187उनसे कोई पूछे - परमात्मा से योग कैसे लगावें , उनसे कैसे मिलें तो कह देंगे वह तो सर्वव्यापी है . unsē kōī pūchhē - paramātmā sē yōg kaisē lagāvē̃ , unsē kaisē milē̃ tō kah dēgē vah tō sarvavyāpī hai . vah[pn.pl.sē] kōī[pn.;d.] pūchhnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|pūchhnā[opt.sg.23] - paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] kaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] lagānā[opt.pl.12hon3] , vah[pn.pl.sē] kaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] milnā[opt.pl.12hon3] tō kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+dēnā] vah[pn.sg.d.] tō sarvavyāpī, sarvavyāpak[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . that[.sē] some (ask[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|ask[opt.sg.23]) - Supreme Soul from yoga how attach[opt.pl.12hon3] , that[.sē] how receive[opt.pl.12hon3] then say[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+dēnā] that then omnipresent be[pres.sg.23] .

188If anyone were to ask them how to have yoga with God, or how to meet Him, they would say that He is omnipresent.

188क्या यही रास्ता बताते हैं  ! kyā yahī rāstā batātē haĩ  ! kyā yahī[pn.;d.] rāstā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] batānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3]  ! what this path tell[pres.pl.m.12hon3]  !

189Is this the path that they show others?

189कह देते वेद-शास्त्र पढ़ने से भगवान मिलेगा . kah dētē vēd-śhāstra paṛhnē sē bhagvān milēgā . kahnā[root] dēnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] vēd-śhāstra[n.m.;sg.,d.] paṛhnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] bhagvān[n.m.;sg.,d.] milnā[fut.m.sg.23] . say[root] give[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] Vedas and scriptures study[inf.m.pl.,o.] from God receive[fut.m.sg.23] .

190They say that God can be found by studying the Vedas and scriptures.

190परन्तु बाप कहते हैं - मैं हर 5 हजार वर्ष के बाद ड्रामा के प्लैन अनुसार आता हूँ . parantu bāp kahtē haĩ - maĩ har|her 5 hajār varṣh kē bād drama kē|K plan anusār ātā hū̃ . parantu[conj.] bāp kahtē haĩ[x] - maĩ[pn.sg.d.] harnā[root]|har|her 5 hazār[n.m.;sg.,d.] varṣh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kē bād[x] drama kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K plan anusār ānā[pres.sg.m.1] . however the Father says - I (x[root]|x) 5 1000 year after drama (of|K) plan according to come[pres.sg.m.1] .

191However, the Father says: I come every 5000 years, according to the drama plan.

193It cannot be a drama of hundreds of thousands of years.

241सिर्फ ज्ञान की प्वाइंटस रिपीट करना , सुनना वा सुनाना ही स्वचिंतन नहीं है लेकिन स्वचिंतन अर्थात् अपनी सूक्ष्म कमजोरियों को , अपनी छोटी-छोटी गलतियों को चिंतन करके मिटाना , परिवर्तन करना - यही है स्वचिंतक बनना . sirph gyān kī|key points repeat karnā , sunnā vā sunānā hī svachintan nahī̃ hai lēkin svachintan arthāt apnī sūkṣhma kamjōriyō̃ kō , apnī chhōṭī-chhōṭī galatiyō̃ kō chintan karkē miṭānā , parivartan karnā - yahī hai svachintak bannā . sirph[adj.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key point repeat karnā[inf.m.sg.d.] , sunnā[inf.m.sg.d.] vā sunānā[inf.m.sg.d.] hī[p.] svachintan[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] lēkin svachintan[n.m.;sg.,d.] arthāt apnā[pn.ā=>ī;f.] sūkṣhma[adj.] kamjōrī[n.f.ī=>iyō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] , apnā[pn.ā=>ī;f.] chhōṭā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] galatī[n.f.ī=>iyō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] chintan[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[abs.] miṭānā[inf.m.sg.d.] , parivartan[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[inf.m.sg.d.] - yahī[pn.;d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] svachintak[adj.] bannā[inf.m.sg.d.] . only knowledge (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) point repeat do[inf.m.sg.d.] , listen[inf.m.sg.d.] or speak[inf.m.sg.d.] only thinking of the self not be[pres.sg.23] but thinking of the self that is one’s own subtle weakness to , one’s own small mistake to churning do[abs.] x[inf.m.sg.d.] , transformation do[inf.m.sg.d.] - this be[pres.sg.23] one who has pure and positive thoughts of oneself become[inf.m.sg.d.] .

248 Simply to repeat points of this knowledge, to relate them and to listen to them is not having pure and positive thoughts of yourself. 249To have pure and positive thoughts of yourself means to think about your subtle weaknesses, your very small mistakes and to finish or transform them.

242ज्ञान का मनन तो सभी बच्चे बहुत अच्छा करते हैं लेकिन ज्ञान को स्वयं के प्रति यूज़ कर धारणा स्वरूप बनना , स्वयं को परिवर्तन करना , इसकी ही मार्क्स फाइनल रिजल्ट में मिलती हैं . gyān kā manan tō sabhī bachchē bahut achchhā kartē haĩ lēkin gyān kō svayã kē prati use kar dhārṇā svarūp bannā , svayã kō parivartan karnā , iskī hī marks final result mē̃ miltī haĩ . gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] manan[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō sab[adv.hī] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] bahut achchhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] lēkin gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] svayã kē prati[x] use karnā[root] dhārṇā[n.f.;sg.] svarūp[n.m.;sg.,d.] bannā[inf.m.sg.d.] , svayã kō[postp.] parivartan[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[inf.m.sg.d.] , yah[pn.sg.kī] hī[p.] mark final result[x] mē̃[postp.] milnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3] . knowledge of churning then all child very achcha do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] but knowledge to x for use do[root] dharna form become[inf.m.sg.d.] , x to transformation do[inf.m.sg.d.] , this[.kī] only mark x in receive[pres.pl.f.12hon3] .

250This is what it means to have pure and positive thoughts of yourself. 251All of you children churn this knowledge very well, but to use this knowledge on yourself and transform yourself and become an embodiment of dharna is when you receive marks in the final results.
