50Souls and their sanskars are eternal.

52It isn't that the soul is merged with the Supreme Soul and that both are the same.

53हर एक आत्मा के भिन्न-भिन्न संस्कार हैं . har ēk ātmā kē|K bhinn-bhinn saṅskār haĩ . har ēk[x] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K bhinn[adj.] saṅskār[x] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . each one soul (of|K) different sanskar be[pres.pl.12hon3] .

53Each soul has its own individual sanskars.

54क्राइस्ट , बौद्ध आदि भल स्वच्छ आत्मायें हैं , परन्तु उन सबके भी भिन्न-भिन्न संस्कार हैं , अपना-अपना कर्तव्य है . Christ , bauddh ādi bhal svachchha ātmāyē̃ haĩ , parantu un sabkē bhī bhinn-bhinn saṅskār haĩ , apnā-apnā kartavya hai . 54Although Christ, Buddha and others are pure souls, they all have their own individual sanskars and perform their own actions.

55तो स्वच्छ आत्माओं में भी भिन्नता हुई ना . tō svachchha ātmāō̃ mē̃ bhī bhinnatā huī nā . tō svachchh[adj.] ātmā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] mē̃[postp.] bhī[p.] bhinnatā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[past-part.f.] nā . then pure soul in too differences be[past-part.f.] ∅ .

55So there is also a difference between the pure souls.

56यह सब नॉलेज परमात्मा ही दे सकते हैं जो अनादि काल से जानते हैं . yah sab knowledge paramātmā hī dē saktē haĩ jō anādi kāl sē jāntē haĩ . yah[pn.sg.d.] sab[adj.] knowledge paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] dēnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+saknā] jō[pn.;d.] anādi kāl[x] sē[postp.] jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . this all knowledge Supreme Soul only give[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+saknā] that eternally from know[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

56Only the Supreme Soul who has this knowledge eternally can give this knowledge to us.

ēk[adj.] kō[postp.] jānnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] tum[pn.pl.] sab kuchh[x] jānnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+jānā] . Arjuna to too say[pres-perf.sg.m.23] ∅ that I one to know[inf.m.pl.,o.] from you everything know[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+jānā] .

57Arjuna was also told: By knowing Me alone, you will know everything.

58हर चीज का नॉलेज मिल जाता है . har|her chīj kā knowledge mil jātā hai . harnā[root]|har|her chīz[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] knowledge milnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] . (x[root]|x) thing of knowledge receive[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] .

58You receive the knowledge of everything.

59तो परमात्मा सबमें मिला हुआ नहीं है , उनके कर्तव्य ही निराले हैं . tō paramātmā sabmē̃ milā huā nahī̃ hai , unkē kartavya hī nirālē haĩ . tō paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] sabmē̃ milānā[root]|milnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] hōnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , vah[pn.pl.kē] kartavya[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] nirālā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . then Supreme Soul x (x[root]|receive[past-part.m.sg.d.]) be[past-part.m.sg.d.] not be[pres.sg.23] , that[.kē] activity only x be[pres.pl.12hon3] .

59So the Supreme Soul is not merged in everyone. 60His acts are totally unique.

60आत्मा ही आत्मा में मिलकर एक नहीं हो सकती है तो परमात्मा में मिलकर एक कैसे हो सकती है  ? ātmā hī ātmā mē̃ milkar ēk nahī̃ hō saktī hai tō paramātmā mē̃ milkar ēk kaisē hō saktī hai  ? ātmā[n.f.;sg.] hī[p.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] milnā[abs.] ēk[adj.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+saknā] tō paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] milnā[abs.] ēk[adj.] kaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+saknā]  ? soul only soul in receive[abs.] one not be[pres.sg.f.23.root+saknā] then Supreme Soul in receive[abs.] one how be[pres.sg.f.23.root+saknā]  ?

61Souls cannot merge with other souls and become one soul, so how can souls merge with the Supreme Soul and become one?

61सतयुग में आत्मायें पवित्र हैं , कर्म-बन्धन के हिसाब-किताब से उस स्टेज में जीवनमुक्त हैं . satyug mē̃ ātmāyē̃ pavitra haĩ , karm-bandhan kē|K hisāb-kitāb sē us stage mē̃ jīvanmukt haĩ . satyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] ātmā[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] pavitr[adj.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] , karmbandhan[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K hisāb-kitāb[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] vah[pn.sg.o.] stage mē̃[postp.] jīvanmukt[adj.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . golden age in soul pure be[pres.pl.12hon3] , karmic bondages (of|K) accounts from that stage in x be[pres.pl.12hon3] .

62In satyug souls are pure and because of their karmic accounts they are in the stage of liberation in life.

64Then, when they come to play their part, the impurity of their sanskars accumulates.' What are the different sanskars and activities of human beings based on?

65There are varying degrees within these differences too.

67There is a variety in their rajo (middle stage) as wei! as in their tamo (most degraded) stage.

69There were all of these.
