6Just as the Father considers the children to be the ones with the most elevated fortune, so does each one of you also conduct yourself considering yourself to be that fortunate?

. this[.hī] to only (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) - ‘ self-respect in stabilised be[inf.m.sg.d.] . 10’ मन-वचन-कर्म तीनों में ध्यान रखो . ’ man-vachan-karma tīnō̃ mē̃ dhyān rakhō . ’ man-vachan-karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] tīnō̃[adj.] mē̃[postp.] dhyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] rakhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . ’ thoughts, words and deeds all three in attention keep[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] .

7This is known as being stable in your stage of selfrespect and paying attention to your thoughts, words and deeds.

8Firstly, constantly maintain your selfrespect. 9Secondly, follow Baba’s orders at every step.

12स्वमान और फरमान इन दो बातों का ध्यान रखना है . svamān aur pharmān in dō bātō̃ kā dhyān rakhnā hai . svamān[x] aur pharmān[n.m.;sg.,d.] in|yah[pn.pl.o.] dēnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2]|dō[adj.] bāt[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] dhyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] rakhnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . self-respect and x (in|this) (give[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2]|two) matter of attention keep[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .

10You have to pay attention to these two aspects: selfrespect and orders.

13साथ-साथ सर्व के सम्पर्क में आने में सम्मान देना है . sāth-sāth sarv K|kē samparka mē̃ ānē mē̃ sammān dēnā hai . sāth-sāth sarv[adj.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sampark[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] ānā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.]|ānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] mē̃[postp.] sammān[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . x all (K|of) x in (x|come[inf.m.pl.,o.]) in respect give[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .

11As well as this, when you interact with others, it has to be with respect.

14स्वमान में स्थित होने से सदा विघ्न विनाशक स्थिति में होंगे . svamān mē̃ sthit hōnē sē sadā vighna vināśhak sthiti mē̃ hōṅgē . svamān[x] mē̃[postp.] sthit[adj.] hōnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] sadā vighna vināśhak[x] sthiti[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] hōnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . self-respect in stabilised be[inf.m.pl.,o.] from constantly destroyer of obstacles stage in be[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . 15स्वमान क्या है , उसको तो अच्छी तरह से जानते हो  ? svamān kyā hai , uskō tō achchhī tarah sē jāntē hō  ? svamān[x] kyā hōnā[pres.sg.23] , vah[pn.sg.kō] tō achchhā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] tarah[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] jānnā[pres.pl.m.2]  ? self-respect what be[pres.sg.23] , that[.kō] then achcha x from know[pres.pl.m.2]  ?

12By stabilising yourself in your selfrespect, you will constantly maintain the stage of a destroyer of obstacles. 13Do you clearly know what selfrespect is?

16जो बाप की महिमा है , वही आपका स्वमान है . jō bāp key|kī mahimā hai , vahī āpkā svamān hai . jō[pn.;d.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] mahimā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , vahī āp[pn.pl.kā] svamān[x] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . that father (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) praise be[pres.sg.23] , this you[.kā] self-respect be[pres.sg.23] .

14The Father’s praise is your selfrespect.

17सिर्प एक महिमा भी स्मृति में रखो , तो स्वमान में स्वतः ही स्थित हो जायेंगे . sirpa ēk mahimā bhī smr̥iti mē̃ rakhō , tō svamān mē̃ svataḥ hī sthit hō jāyēṅgē . x ēk[adj.] mahimā[n.f.;sg.] bhī[p.] smr̥iti[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] rakhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , tō svamān[x] mē̃[postp.] svataḥ hī[p.] sthit[adj.] hōnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+jānā] . x one praise too awareness in keep[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , then self-respect in automatically only stabilised be[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+jānā] .

15Even if you keep just one aspect of His praise in your awareness, you would automatically be able to maintain your selfrespect.

18स्वमान में स्थित होने से , किसी भी प्रकार का अभिमान , चाहे देह का वा बुद्धि का अभिमान , नाम का अभिमान , सेवा का अभिमान , वा विशेष गुणों का अभिमान , स्वतः समाप्त हो जाता हैं , इसलिए सदा विघ्न-विनाशक होते हैं . svamān mē̃ sthit hōnē sē , kisī bhī prakār kā abhimān , chāhē dēh kā vā buddhi kā abhimān , nām kā abhimān , sēvā kā abhimān , vā viśhēṣh guṇō̃ kā abhimān , svataḥ samāpt hō jātā haĩ , isliē sadā vighna-vināśhak hōtē haĩ . svamān[x] mē̃[postp.] sthit[adj.] hōnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] , kōī[pn.sg.o.]|kuchh[pn.sg.o.] bhī[p.] prakār[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] abhimān[n.m.;sg.,d.] , chāhnā[opt.sg.23]|chāhnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|chāhē dēh[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] vā buddhi[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] abhimān[n.m.;sg.,d.] , nām[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] abhimān[n.m.;sg.,d.] , sēvā[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] abhimān[n.m.;sg.,d.] , vā viśhēṣh[adj.] guṇ[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] abhimān[n.m.;sg.,d.] , svataḥ samāpt[adj.] hōnā[x.root+jānā] , isliē sadā vighna vināśhak[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . self-respect in stabilised be[inf.m.pl.,o.] from , (some|anything) too form of arrogance , (x[opt.sg.23]|x[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|whether) body of or intellect of arrogance , name of arrogance , service of arrogance , or special virtue of arrogance , automatically finished be[x.root+jānā] , therefore constantly destroyer of obstacles be[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

16By remaining stable in your stage of selfrespect, you cannot experience any type of arrogance, whether it is arrogance of your body, intellect, name, service or special virtue. 17All of that comes to an end, and you thereby become a constant destroyer of obstacles.

19ऐसे स्वमान में स्थित होने वाला सदा निर्मान रहता है . aisē svamān mē̃ sthit hōnē vālā sadā nirmān rahtā hai . aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] svamān[x] mē̃[postp.] sthit[adj.] hōnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] sadā nirmān[adj.] rahnā[pres.sg.m.23] . such self-respect in stabilised be[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who constantly humble remain[pres.sg.m.23] . 20अभिमान नहीं लेकिन निर्मान . abhimān nahī̃ lēkin nirmān . abhimān[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] lēkin nirmān[adj.] . arrogance not but humble .

18Those who maintain their selfrespect are always humble. 19They do not have any type of arrogance, but remain very humble.

21इससे सर्व द्वारा सदा स्वतः ही सदा मान मिलता है . issē sarv dvārā sadā svataḥ hī sadā mān miltā hai . yah[pn.sg.sē] sarv[adj.] dvārā sadā svataḥ hī[p.] sadā mān[n.m.;sg.,d.]|mānnā[root] milnā[pres.sg.m.23] . this[.sē] all through constantly automatically only constantly (respect|x[root]) receive[pres.sg.m.23] .

20Through this, you automatically receive constant regard from others.

22मान लेने की इच्छा से परे होने के कारण सर्व द्वारा श्रेष्ठ मान मिलने का पात्र बन जाता है - यह अनादि नियम है . mān lēnē key|kī ichchhā sē parē hōnē K|kē kāraṇ sarv dvārā śhrēṣhṭh mān milnē kā pātr ban jātā hai - yah anādi niyam hai . mān[n.m.;sg.,d.]|mānnā[root] lēnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] ichchhā[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] par hōnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kāraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] sarv[adj.] dvārā śhrēṣhṭha[adj.] mān[n.m.;sg.,d.]|mānnā[root] milnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] pātr[n.m.;sg.,d.] bannā[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] - yah[pn.sg.d.] anādi[adj.] niyam[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . 21Because of being beyond any desire of receiving respect, you become worthy of receiving the most elevated respect from everyone. 22This is an eternal law.

23सर्व द्वारा मान मांगने से नहीं मिलता , लेकिन सम्मान देने से , स्वमान में स्थित होने से , प्रकृति दासी के समान , स्वमान के अधिकार के रूप में मान प्राप्त होता है . sarv dvārā mān māṅgnē sē nahī̃ miltā , lēkin sammān dēnē sē , svamān mē̃ sthit hōnē sē , prakr̥iti dāsī K|kē samān , svamān K|kē adhikār K|kē rūp mē̃ mān prāpt hōtā hai . sarv[adj.] dvārā mān[n.m.;sg.,d.]|mānnā[root] mā̃gnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] nahī̃[neg] milnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , lēkin sammān[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] , svamān[x] mē̃[postp.] sthit[adj.] hōnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] , prakr̥iti[x] dāsī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] samān[adj.] , svamān[x] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] adhikār[x] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] rūp[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] mān[n.m.;sg.,d.]|mānnā[root] prāpt[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] . all through (respect|x[root]) ask[inf.m.pl.,o.] from not receive[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , but respect give[inf.m.pl.,o.] from , self-respect in stabilised be[inf.m.pl.,o.] from , matter maid (K|of) equal , self-respect (K|of) right (K|of) Rup in (respect|x[root]) reached be[pres.sg.m.23] .

23You do not receive respect by asking for it from everyone, but it is by giving respect to others and remaining stable in your stage of selfrespect that matter becomes your servant, and it is because of your selfrespect that you receive respect from others by right.

24मान के त्याग में सर्व के माननीय बनने का भाग्य प्राप्त होता है . mān K|kē tyāg mē̃ sarv K|kē mānanīy bannē kā bhāgya prāpt hōtā hai . mān[n.m.;sg.,d.]|mānnā[root] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] tyāg[n.m.;sg.,d.]|tyāgnā[root] mē̃[postp.] sarv[adj.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] mānanīy[adj.] bannā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bhāgya[n.m.;sg.,d.] prāpt[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] . 24By renouncing the desire for regard, you receive the fortune of being respected by everyone.

25जैसे स्वमान में रहने वालों का सिर्फ इस एक जन्म में मान नहीं होता , लेकिन सारे कल्प में - आधा कल्प अपने रॉयल राजाई फैमली ( परिवार ) द्वारा और प्रजा द्वारा मान प्राप्त होता है , और आधा कल्प भक्तों द्वारा मान प्राप्त होता है . jaisē svamān mē̃ rahnē vālō̃ kā sirph is ēk janm mē̃ mān nahī̃ hōtā , lēkin sārē kalp mē̃ - ādhā kalp apnē royal rājāī family ( parivār ) dvārā aur prajā dvārā mān prāpt hōtā hai , aur ādhā kalp bhaktō̃ dvārā mān prāpt hōtā hai . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] svamān[x] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] sirph[adj.] yah[pn.sg.o.] ēk[adj.] janamnā[root]|janm[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] mān[n.m.;sg.,d.]|mānnā[root] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , lēkin sārā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kalp[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] - ādhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kalp[n.m.;sg.,d.] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] royal rājāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] family ( parivār[n.m.;sg.,d.] ) dvārā aur prajā[n.m.;sg.,d.] dvārā mān[n.m.;sg.,d.]|mānnā[root] prāpt[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] , aur ādhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kalp[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhakt[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] dvārā mān[n.m.;sg.,d.]|mānnā[root] prāpt[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] . like self-respect in remain[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who of only this one (be born[root]|life) in (respect|x[root]) not be[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , but the whole cycle in - half cycle one’s own royal kingdom family ( family ) through and x through (respect|x[root]) reached be[pres.sg.m.23] , and half cycle devotee through (respect|x[root]) reached be[pres.sg.m.23] .

25Those who maintain their selfrespect do not receive respect from everyone for just this one birth, but for the entire kalpa. 26For half the kalpa, they receive respect from their royal family and subjects, and for the other half, they receive it from their bhagats.

27You receive so much, that whilst in your living form at this time, you are still able to see the reward of the respect you received even in your final birth.

, sammān[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . that is self-respect in stabilised (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) , humble (become[root]|x) , respect give[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .

31That is, you have to stabilise in your stage of selfrespect, be humble and give respect to everyone.

31यह देना ही लेना बन जाता है . yah dēnā hī lēnā ban jātā hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] dēnā[inf.m.sg.d.] hī[p.] lēnā[inf.m.sg.d.] bannā[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] . this give[inf.m.sg.d.] only take[inf.m.sg.d.] become[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] .

32This giving becomes a form of receiving.

32सम्मान देना अर्थात् उस आत्म को उमंग उल्लास में लाकर आगे करना है . sammān dēnā arthāt us ātma kō umaṅg ullās mē̃ lākar āgē karnā hai . sammān[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēnā[inf.m.sg.d.] arthāt vah[pn.sg.o.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] umaṅg[n.f.;sg.] ullās[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] lānā[abs.] āgē karnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . respect give[inf.m.sg.d.] that is that soul to zeal enthusiasm in x[abs.] previously do[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .

33To give regard means to put zeal and enthusiasm into other souls and thus enabling them to move forward.

33अल्प काल का पुण्य , अल्प काल की वस्तु देने से होता है , वा अल्प काल के सहयोग देने से होता है . alp kāl kā puṇya , alp kāl key|kī vastu dēnē sē hōtā hai , vā alp kāl K|kē sahyōg dēnē sē hōtā hai . alp[adj.] kal kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] puṇya[n.m.;sg.,d.] , alp[adj.] kal key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] vastu[n.f.;sg.] dēnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] , vā alp[adj.] kal K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sahyōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] . temporary x of charity , temporary x (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) thing give[inf.m.pl.,o.] from be[pres.sg.m.23] , or temporary x (K|of) cooperation give[inf.m.pl.,o.] from be[pres.sg.m.23] .

34Short lived charity is performed by giving some shortlived thing, or by cooperating for a short time.

34लेकिन यह सदा काल का उमंग उत्साह अर्थात् खुशी का खज़ाना वा स्वयं के सहयोग का , आत्मा को सदा के लिए पुण्यात्मा बना देता है . lēkin yah sadā kāl kā umaṅg utsāh arthāt khuśhī kā khazānā vā svayã K|kē sahyōg kā , ātmā kō sadā kē liē puṇyātmā banā dētā hai . lēkin yah[pn.sg.d.] sadā kal kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] umaṅg[n.f.;sg.] utsāh[n.m.;sg.,d.] arthāt khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] khajānā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] vā svayã K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sahyōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] , ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] sadā kē liē[x] puṇyātmā[adj.] bannā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+dēnā]|banānā[pres.sg.m.23.root+dēnā] . but this constantly x of zeal enthusiasm that is happiness of treasure or x (K|of) cooperation of , soul to constantly for charitable soul (become[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+dēnā]|create[pres.sg.m.23.root+dēnā]) .

35However, it is permanent zeal and enthusiasm, that is, it is the treasure of happiness, the treasure of your cooperation, that enables souls to become charitable souls for all time.

35इसलिए यह बड़े ते बड़ा पुण्य हो जाता है . isliē yah baṛē tē baṛā puṇya hō jātā hai . isliē yah[pn.sg.d.] baṛā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sē baṛā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] puṇya[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] . therefore this very from very charity be[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] .

36This is why this becomes the greatest charity of all.

36एक जन्म में किए हुए इस पुण्य का फल सारा कल्प मिलता है . ēk janm mē̃ kiē huē is puṇya kā phal sārā kalp miltā hai . ēk[adj.] janamnā[root]|janm[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] karnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] hōnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] yah[pn.sg.o.] puṇya[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] phal[n.m.;sg.,d.] sārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kalp[n.m.;sg.,d.] milnā[pres.sg.m.23] . one (be born[root]|life) in do[past-part.m.pl.,o.] be[past-part.m.pl.,o.] this charity of fruit the whole cycle receive[pres.sg.m.23] .

37Throughout the entire kalpa, you receive the fruit of the charity you perform in this one birth.

37इस कारण कहा कि ‘ सम्मान देना , देना नहीं लेकिन लेना है . is kāraṇ kahā ki ‘ sammān dēnā , dēnā nahī̃ lēkin lēnā hai . yah[pn.sg.o.] kāraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] ki[conj.] ‘ sammān[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēnā[inf.m.sg.d.] , dēnā[inf.m.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] lēkin lēnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . this because say[past-part.m.sg.d.] that ‘ respect give[inf.m.sg.d.] , give[inf.m.sg.d.] not but take[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .

38This is why Baba said: To give regard is not to give regard, but to receive it.

38’ लौकिक रूप में भी कोई पुण्य का काम करता है तो सबके आगे माननीय होता है . ’ laukik rūp mē̃ bhī kōī puṇya kā kām kartā hai tō sabkē āgē mānanīy hōtā hai . ’ laukik[adj.] rūp[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] bhī[p.] kōī[pn.;d.] puṇya[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kām[n.m.;sg.,d.]|kām[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.sg.m.23] tō sabkā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] āgē mānanīy[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] . ’ worldly Rup in too some charity of (task|lust) do[pres.sg.m.23] then everyone's previously who are worthy of respect be[pres.sg.m.23] .

39In lokik life also, when someone performs an act of charity, he is respected by everyone.

39लेकिन इस श्रेष्ठ पुण्य का फल - पूजनीय और माननीय दोनों बनते हो . lēkin is śhrēṣhṭh puṇya kā phal - pūjanīy aur mānanīy dōnō̃ bantē hō . lēkin yah[pn.sg.o.] śhrēṣhṭha[adj.] puṇya[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] phal[n.m.;sg.,d.] - x aur mānanīy[adj.] dōnō̃ bannā[pres.pl.m.2] . but this elevated charity of fruit - x and who are worthy of respect x become[pres.pl.m.2] .

40However, the fruit of this elevated charity is that you become both worthy of worship and worthy of respect.

50As well as this, Maya too, along with her entire progeny, totally surrenders.

50अर्थात् सरेन्डर ( समर्पण ) हो जाती है . arthāt surrender ( samarpaṇ ) hō jātī hai . arthāt surrender ( samarpaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] ) hōnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] . that is surrender ( surrender ) be[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] . 51माया बारबार वार करती है , इससे सिद्ध है कि हर कदम फरमान पर नहीं है . māyā bārabār vār|war kartī hai , issē siddha hai ki har|her kadam pharmān par nahī̃ hai . māyā[n.f.;sg.] x vār[n.m.;sg.,d.]|war karnā[pres.sg.f.23] , yah[pn.sg.sē] siddh[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ki[conj.] harnā[root]|har|her kadam[n.m.;sg.,d.] pharmān[n.m.;sg.,d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . Maya x (x|war) do[pres.sg.f.23] , this[.sē] successful be[pres.sg.23] that (x[root]|x) step x (at|other) not be[pres.sg.23] .

51If Maya is constantly waging war against you, it proves that you are not following orders at every step.

, māyā[n.f.;sg.] bhī[p.] x rūp[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] kurbān[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] . constantly x (at|other) not continue[inf.m.pl.,o.] because , Maya too x Rup in x not be[pres.sg.f.23] .

52Because you do not follow Baba’s orders constantly, Maya also does not surrender to you instantly.

53इसलिए बार-बार वार करती है . isliē bār-bār vār|war kartī hai . isliē bār[n.f.;sg.] vār[n.m.;sg.,d.]|war karnā[pres.sg.f.23] . therefore time (x|war) do[pres.sg.f.23] . 54और बार-बार आप लोगों को चिल्लाने के निमित्त बन जाती है . aur bār-bār āp lōgō̃ kō chillānē kē nimitt ban jātī hai . aur bār[n.f.;sg.] āp[pn.pl.] log[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] chillānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kē nimitt[x] bannā[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] . and time you people to cry[inf.m.pl.,o.] x become[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] .

53This is why Maya wages war constantly and why you repeatedly become those who cry out in distress.

55चिल्लाना हुआ ना - माया आ गयी . chillānā huā nā - māyā ā gayī . chillānā[past-part.m.sg.d..oblig1] nā - māyā[n.f.;sg.] ānā[past-part.f..root+jānā] . cry[past-part.m.sg.d..oblig1] ∅ - Maya come[past-part.f..root+jānā] . 56आज इस रूप में आ गई . āj is rūp mē̃ ā gaī . āj yah[pn.sg.o.] rūp[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] ānā[past-part.f..root+jānā] . today this Rup in come[past-part.f..root+jānā] .

54When you call out, “Maya has come”, this is crying out in distress, is it not? “Today, she came in this form.

56How can I finish Maya’s obstacle?” Because you did not instantly surrender, Maya cries out in distress and you also cry out in distress.

60इसलिए फरमान पर चलो , तो वह कुर्बान हो जाए . isliē pharmān par chalō , tō vah kurbān hō jāē . isliē pharmān[n.m.;sg.,d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] chalnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , tō vah[pn.sg.d.] kurbān[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[opt.sg.23.root+jānā] . therefore x (at|other) continue[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , then that x be[opt.sg.23.root+jānā] .

57Therefore, if you follow orders, Maya will surrender to you.

61आप बाप पर कुर्बान जाओ , माया आप पर कुर्बान जायेगी . āp bāp par kurbān jāō , māyā āp par kurbān jāyēgī . āp[pn.pl.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] kurbān jānā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , māyā[n.f.;sg.] āp[pn.pl.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] kurbān jānā[fut.f.sg.23] . you father (at|other) surrender oneself , Maya you (at|other) surrender oneself .

58When you surrender to the Father, Maya will surrender to you.

89This is the experience of the present time. 90So, if you have not experienced supersensuous joy, then what have you accomplished as a Brahmin?

94जो गायन है , ‘ अति इन्द्रिय सुख संगमयुग का वरदान है ’ - यह और किसी युग में नहीं होता . jō gāyan hai , ‘ ati indriya sukh saṅgamyug kā vardān hai ’ - yah aur kisī yug mē̃ nahī̃ hōtā . jō[pn.;d.] gāyan[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , ‘ ati indriya[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] saṅgamyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] vardān[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ’ - yah[pn.sg.d.] aur kōī[pn.sg.o.]|kuchh[pn.sg.o.] yug[x] mē̃[postp.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . that x be[pres.sg.23] , ‘ x organ happiness confluence age of blessing be[pres.sg.23] ’ - this and (some|anything) age in not be[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .

91The speciality of being a Brahmin is to experience supersensuous joy, and if you haven’t experienced this, you haven’t done anything.

95यह अब का अनुभव है . yah ab kā anubhav hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] ab[adv.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] anubhav[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this now of experience be[pres.sg.23] . 96तो अगर अति इन्द्रिय सुख का अनुभव नहीं किया तो ब्राह्मण बनकर क्या किया  ? tō agar ati indriya sukh kā anubhav nahī̃ kiyā tō brāhmaṇ bankar kyā kiyā  ? tō agar ati indriya[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] anubhav[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] karnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] tō brāhmaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] bannā[abs.] kyā karnā[past-part.m.sg.d.]  ? then if x organ happiness of experience not do[past-part.m.sg.d.] then Brahmin become[abs.] what do[past-part.m.sg.d.]  ?

92Therefore, constantly check that you are constantly experiencing supersensuous joy. 93What would be the sign of those who remain in supersensuous joy?

95Just as a wealthy person, walking along a street, is never attracted to anything because he is full and complete, in the same way, those who stay in supersensuous joy will consider the pleasure gained through physical organs to be like poison.

101उत्तर  : अति इन्द्रिय सुख में रहने वाला कभी अल्पकाल के इन्द्रिय के सुख की तरफ आकर्षित नहीं होगा . uttar  : ati indriya sukh mē̃ rahnē vālā kabhī alpkāl K|kē indriya K|kē sukh key|kī taraph ākarṣhit nahī̃ hōgā . uttar[n.m.;sg.,d.]  : ati indriya[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kabhī[adv.] alpkāl[n.m.;sg.,d.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] indriya[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] taraph[n.m.;sg.,d.] ākarṣhit[adj.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[fut.m.sg.23] . answer  : x organ happiness in remain[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who ever temporary period (K|of) organ (K|of) happiness (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) direction attracted not be[fut.m.sg.23] .

96So, would anyone be attracted by poison? 97In the same way, they would constantly remain beyond the pleasure experienced through physical organs.

102जैसे कोई साहूकार रास्ते चलते हुए कोई चीज़ पर आकर्षित नहीं होगा - क्योंकि वह सम्पन्न है , भरपूर है . jaisē kōī sāhūkār rāstē chaltē huē kōī chīz par ākarṣhit nahī̃ hōgā - kyōṅki vah sampann hai , bharpūr hai . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kōī[pn.;d.] sāhūkār[n.m.;sg.,d.] rāstā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] chalnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] hōnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] kōī[pn.;d.] chīz[n.f.;sg.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] ākarṣhit[adj.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[fut.m.sg.23] - kyōṅki vah[pn.sg.d.] sampann[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , bharpūr[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . like some wealthy path continue[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] be[past-part.m.pl.,o.] some thing (at|other) attracted not be[fut.m.sg.23] - because that full be[pres.sg.23] , full be[pres.sg.23] .

98They would not have to labour, but, because of being knowledgefull, they would recognise all of that (pleasure through physical organs) to be degraded.

103इसी रीति से अति इन्द्रिय सुख में रहने वाला इन्द्रियों के सुख को ऐसे मानेगा जैसे ज़हर के समान है . isī rīti sē ati indriya sukh mē̃ rahnē vālā indriyō̃ K|kē sukh kō aisē mānēgā jaisē zahar K|kē samān hai . yah[pn.sg.hī] rīti[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] ati indriya[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] indriya[n.f.ī=>iyō̃;pl.o.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] mānnā[fut.m.sg.23] jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] jahar[n.m.;sg.,d.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] samān[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this[.hī] way from x organ happiness in remain[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who organ (K|of) happiness to such x[fut.m.sg.23] like x (K|of) equal be[pres.sg.23] .

99If, whilst moving along, you become attracted towards the pleasure of the physical organs, it proves that you lack something in your experience of supersensuous joy.

104तो ज़हर की तरफ आकर्षित होते हैं क्या  ? tō zahar key|kī taraph ākarṣhit hōtē haĩ kyā  ? tō jahar[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] taraph[n.m.;sg.,d.] ākarṣhit[adj.] hōnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] kyā  ? then x (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) direction attracted be[pres.pl.m.12hon3] what  ?

100You have the desire to experience this, but have not attained it.

105ऐसे इन्द्रियो के सुख से सदा परे रहेंगे . aisē indriyō K|kē sukh sē sadā parē rahē̃gē . aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] x K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] sadā par rahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . such x (K|of) happiness from constantly other remain[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .

101It means that you are still a seeker, not a child.

106मेहनत नहीं करनी पड़ेगी , लेकिन नॉलेजफुल होने के कारण उसके सामने वह तुच्छ दिखाई देगा . mēhnat nahī̃ karnī paṛēgī , lēkin knowledgeful hōnē K|kē kāraṇ uskē sāmnē vah tuchchh dikhāī dēgā . mēhnat[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] karnā[fut.f.sg.23.oblig2] , lēkin knowledgeful hōnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kāraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] uskā[pn.sg.kē] sāmnē vah[pn.sg.d.] tuchchh[adj.] dikhāī dēnā[fut.m.sg.23] . effort not do[fut.f.sg.23.oblig2] , but knowledgeful be[inf.m.pl.,o.] (K|of) because of that[.kē] x that impure be visible .

102A child is one who has a right whereas a seeker is one who just has a desire. 103It is not that you have the desire to attain something, but you have already attained it.
