10The Father sits here and explains to you children that your days of happiness will come if you follow shrimat.
12फिर जितना श्रीमत पर चलेंगे उतना ही श्रेष्ठ बनेंगे क्योंकि श्रेष्ठ अर्थात् श्रेष्ठाचारी तो सब बनेंगे परन्तु जो अच्छी रीति श्रीमत पर चलेंगे वह अच्छा श्रेष्ठाचारी बनेंगे . phir jitnā śhrīmat par chalē̃gē utnā hī śhrēṣhṭh banē̃gē kyōṅki śhrēṣhṭh arthāt śhrēṣhṭhāchārī tō sab banē̃gē parantu jō achchhī rīti śhrīmat par chalē̃gē vah achchhā śhrēṣhṭhāchārī banē̃gē . phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] jitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] śhrīmat[n.m.;sg.,d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] chalnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] utnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hī[p.] śhrēṣhṭha[adj.] bannā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] kyōṅki śhrēṣhṭha[adj.] arthāt śhrēṣhṭhāchārī[adj.] tō sab[adj.] bannā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] parantu[conj.] jō[pn.;d.] achchhā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] rīti[n.f.;sg.] śhrīmat[n.m.;sg.,d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] chalnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] vah[pn.sg.d.] achchhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] śhrēṣhṭhāchārī[adj.] bannā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . (then|turn[root]) the more shrimat (at|other) continue[fut.m.pl.12hon3] x only elevated become[fut.m.pl.12hon3] because elevated that is x then all become[fut.m.pl.12hon3] however that achcha way shrimat (at|other) continue[fut.m.pl.12hon3] that achcha x become[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .
11Then, to the extent that you follow shrimat, so you will accordingly become elevated. 12Everyone will become elevated, but those who follow shrimat well will become very elevated. 13Some study well and others study less or they don't study at all.
13पढ़ाई में भी कोई अच्छी रीति पढ़ते हैं , कोई कम पढ़ते हैं अथवा नहीं पढ़ते हैं . paṛhāī mē̃ bhī kōī achchhī rīti paṛhtē haĩ , kōī cum|kam paṛhtē haĩ athavā nahī̃ paṛhtē haĩ . paṛhāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.]|paṛhānā[past-part.f.] mē̃[postp.] bhī[p.] kōī[pn.;d.] achchhā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] rīti[n.f.;sg.] paṛhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , kōī[pn.;d.] cum|kam[adj.] paṛhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] athavā nahī̃[neg] paṛhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . 14Those who don't study are considered to be bad. 15Some study this very well and so they become worthy of teaching others.
14न पढ़ने वालों को बुरा माना जाता है . na paṛhnē vālō̃ kō burā mānā jātā hai . na[neg] paṛhnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] burā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] mānnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|mānnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] . not study[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who to bad (x[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|x[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) .
16Some don't pay attention at all.
15यह पढ़ाई भी कोई अच्छी रीति पढ़ते हैं तो औरों को पढ़ाने लायक भी बनते है . yah paṛhāī bhī kōī achchhī rīti paṛhtē haĩ tō aurō̃ kō paṛhānē lāyak bhī bantē hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] paṛhāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.]|paṛhānā[past-part.f.] bhī[p.] kōī[pn.;d.] achchhā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] rīti[n.f.;sg.] paṛhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tō aurō̃ kō[postp.] paṛhānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] lāyak[x] bhī[p.] bannā[x] . this (study|teach[past-part.f.]) too some achcha way study[pres.pl.m.12hon3] then others to teach[inf.m.pl.,o.] worthy too become[x] .
17You children understand that if you study an education very well you also become just as worthy.
. some then attention only not give[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] .
18Otherwise, you will become unworthy.
17यह भी बच्चे समझते हैं कि अगर हम कोई भी विद्या अच्छी रीति पढ़ेंगे तो ऐसा ही लायक बनेंगे , नहीं तो नालायक बनेंगे . yah bhī bachchē samajhtē haĩ ki agar ham kōī bhī vidyā achchhī rīti paṛhē̃gē tō aisā hī lāyak banē̃gē , nahī̃ tō nālāyak banē̃gē . yah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] samajhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] agar ham[pn.pl.] kōī bhī[x] vidyā[n.f.;sg.] achchhā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] rīti[n.f.;sg.] paṛhnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] tō aisā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hī[p.] lāyak[x] bannā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] , nahī̃ tō[x] nālāyak[adj.] bannā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . this too child understand[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that if we anyone different thing achcha way study[fut.m.pl.12hon3] then such only worthy become[fut.m.pl.12hon3] , otherwise unworthy become[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .
19Those who are worthy will definitely receive a good status. 20You are now studying for the land of happiness and the status in that is also numberwise.
18लायक को जरूर अच्छा दर्जा मिलेगा . lāyak kō jarūr achchhā darjā milēgā . lāyak[x] kō[postp.] zarūr achchhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] darjā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] milnā[fut.m.sg.23] . worthy to definitely achcha x receive[fut.m.sg.23] .
21People work so hard to receive a status.
19तुम अभी सुखधाम के लिए पढ़ते हो फिर उसमें भी नम्बरवार मर्तबे हैं . tum abhī sukhdhām kē liē paṛhtē hō phir usmē̃ bhī number-vār martabē haĩ . tum[pn.pl.] ab[adv.hī] sukhdhām[n.m.;sg.,d.] kē liē[x] paṛhnā[pres.pl.m.2] phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] vah[pn.sg.mē̃] bhī[p.] number-wār martabā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . you now land of happiness for study[pres.pl.m.2] (then|turn[root]) that[.mē̃] too numberwise status be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
22That happiness is as temporary as the droppings of a crow. 23Here, you have limitless happiness.
20मनुष्य मर्तबे के लिए कितना माथा मारते हैं . manuṣhya martabē kē liē kitnā māthā mārtē haĩ . manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] martabā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] kē liē[x] kitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] māthā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] mārnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . human being status for so x beat[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . 21वह है अल्पकाल का सुख , काग विष्टा समान सुख . vah hai alpkāl kā sukh , kāg viṣhṭā samān sukh . vah[pn.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] alpkāl[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] , kāg viṣhṭā[x] samān[adj.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] . that be[pres.sg.23] temporary period of happiness , x equal happiness .
24The children who follow shrimat will be able to attain limitless happiness and they will glorify their names in the Brahmin clan.
22यह तो अथाह सुख है . yah tō athāh sukh hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] tō athāh[adj.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this then x happiness be[pres.sg.23] . 23जो बच्चे श्रीमत पर चलेंगे , वही अथाह सुख पा सकेंगे और वह ब्राह्मण कुल में भी अपना नाम निकालेंगे . jō bachchē śhrīmat par chalē̃gē , vahī athāh sukh pā sakē̃gē aur vah brāhmaṇ kul mē̃ bhī apnā nām nikālē̃gē . jō[pn.;d.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] śhrīmat[n.m.;sg.,d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] chalnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] , vahī athāh[adj.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] pānā[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+saknā] aur vah[pn.sg.d.] brāhmaṇ kul[x] mē̃[postp.] bhī[p.] apnā[pn.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.]|apnānā[root] nām[n.m.;sg.,d.] nikālnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . that child shrimat (at|other) continue[fut.m.pl.12hon3] , this x happiness x[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+saknā] and that Brahmin clan in too (one’s own|adopt[root]) name x[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .
25The Father's orders to the children are: Do service and enable others to receive a highest-on-high status and your status will also become high.
24बाप का बच्चों को फरमान है - सर्विस कर औरों को भी ऊंचे ते ऊंचा पद दिलाओ तो तुम्हारा भी पद ऊंचा हो जायेगा . bāp kā bachchō̃ kō pharmān hai - service kar aurō̃ kō bhī ūñchē tē ūñchā pad dilāō tō tumhārā bhī pad ūñchā hō jāyēgā . bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] pharmān[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] - service[n.f.;sg.] karnā[root] aurō̃ kō[postp.] bhī[p.] ūñch[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sē ūñch[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] pad[n.m.;sg.,d.] dilānā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] tō tum[pn.pl.kā] bhī[p.] pad[n.m.;sg.,d.] ūñch[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[fut.m.sg.23.root+jānā] . father of child to x be[pres.sg.23] - service do[root] others to too elevated from elevated status x[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] then you[.kā] too status elevated be[fut.m.sg.23.root+jānā] .
26Study well and show the Father the proof of that: Baba, I gave this many people Baba's introduction. 27At exhibitions too, first of all, give the Father's introduction.
25अच्छी रीति पढ़कर फिर बाप को सबूत देना है . achchhī rīti paṛhkar phir bāp kō sabūt dēnā hai . achchhā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] rīti[n.f.;sg.] paṛhnā[abs.] phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] sabūt[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . achcha way study[abs.] (then|turn[root]) father to x give[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
28Give them His introduction and then make them write it down.

31You receive a limited inheritance from a worldly father and that is said to be happiness like the droppings of a crow.
31लौकिक से हद का वर्सा मिलता है , जिसको काग विष्टा समान सुख कहा जाता है . laukik sē had kā varsā miltā hai , jiskō kāg viṣhṭā samān sukh kahā jātā hai . laukik[adj.] sē[postp.] had[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] varsā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] milnā[pres.sg.m.23] , jō[pn.sg.kō] kāg viṣhṭā[x] samān[adj.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] . worldly from x of inheritance receive[pres.sg.m.23] , that[.kō] x equal happiness (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) .

153There are those who are amazed by this knowledge, belong to Baba, and say, "Baba, Baba," but, in spite of that, they don't follow shrimat and so they fall and run away.
