28सिर्फ इसी स्वमान में स्थित रहने से देहभान स्वतः ही समाप्त हो जायेगा . sirph isī svamān mē̃ sthit rahnē sē dēhbhān svataḥ hī samāpt hō jāyēgā . sirph[adj.] yah[pn.sg.hī] svamān[x] mē̃[postp.] sthit[adj.] rahnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] dēhbhān[n.m.;sg.,d.] svataḥ hī[p.] samāpt[adj.] hōnā[fut.m.sg.23.root+jānā] . only this[.hī] self-respect in stabilised remain[inf.m.pl.,o.] from body consciousness automatically only finished be[fut.m.sg.23.root+jānā] .
27Simply by stabilising yourselves in this stage of self-respect, body consciousness automatically finishes.

29They let go of one form of body consciousness and another one emerges. 30They let go of the second form and a third form emerges.

32So, BapDada says: Constantly stabilise yourself in your stage of self-respect; then, where there is self-respect, there cannot be any body consciousness.

134However, once something has merged into your heart, then even if the whole world wishes to remove that from your heart, they are not able to do that.
