10बच्चों ने माता की महिमा सुनी . bachchō̃ nē mātā kī|key mahimā sunī . bachchā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] nē[postp.] mātā[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key mahimā[n.f.;sg.] sunnā[past-part.f.] . child ∅ mother (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) praise listen[past-part.f.] .
13You children heard praise of the mother.
. now mother to then God not (say[root.past-part+jānā]|say[root.passive]) can[pres-part.m.sg.d.] because God to then father (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) - Supreme Father .
14The mother cannot be called God because God is called the Father, the Supreme Father. 15Since there is the Father, there is also the mother.
12अब पिता है तो माता भी जरूर है . ab pitā hai tō mātā bhī jarūr hai . ab[adv.] pitā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] tō mātā[n.f.;sg.] bhī[p.] zarūr hōnā[pres.sg.23] . now father be[pres.sg.23] then mother too definitely be[pres.sg.23] .
16There are many who believe in the mother.
13माता को बहुत मानने वाले हैं . mātā kō bahut mānnē vālē haĩ . mātā[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] bahut mānnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . mother to very x[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who be[pres.pl.12hon3] . 14माता है तो पिता भी है . mātā hai tō pitā bhī hai . mātā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] tō pitā[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . mother be[pres.sg.23] then father too be[pres.sg.23] .
17Since there is the mother, there is also the Father.
15माता अपने को भगवान् कह न सके . mātā apnē kō bhagvān kah na sakē . mātā[n.f.;sg.] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kō[postp.] bhagvān[x] kahnā[root] na[neg] saknā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|saknā[opt.sg.23] . mother one’s own to God say[root] not (can[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|can[opt.sg.23]) .
18The mother cannot call herself God.
16यह प्वाइन्ट धारण करने की है . yah point dhāraṇ karnē kī hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] point dhāraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] karnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23] . this point adopting do[inf.m.pl.,o.] do[pres-perf.sg.f.23] .
19This is a point to be imbibed.
17जगत अम्बा की कितनी महिमा है ! jagat ambā kī|key kitnī mahimā hai ! jagat[n.m.;sg.,d.] ambā[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key kitnā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] mahimā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ! world mother (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) so praise be[pres.sg.23] !
20There is so much praise of Jagadamba.
18ऐसे नहीं कहेंगे कि भगवान् वा बाप सर्वव्यापी है . aisē nahī̃ kahē̃gē ki bhagvān vā bāp sarvavyāpī hai . aisē nahī̃[x] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] ki[conj.] bhagvān[x] vā bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] sarvavyāpī, sarvavyāpak[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . it isn't that say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] that God or father omnipresent be[pres.sg.23] .
21It can’t be said that the Father or God is omnipresent; no.
19नहीं , जब मात-पिता कहा जाता है तो बच्चे भी हैं . nahī̃ , jab māt-pitā kahā jātā hai tō bachchē bhī haĩ . nahī̃[neg] , jab māt-pitā, mātā-pitā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] tō bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . not , when mother and Father (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) then child too be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
22When you say “Mother and Father” there must also be the children.
20अगर सर्वव्यापी है , फिर तो सब भगवान् हैं . agar sarvavyāpī hai , phir tō sab bhagvān haĩ . agar sarvavyāpī, sarvavyāpak[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] tō sab[adj.] bhagvān[x] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . if omnipresent be[pres.sg.23] , (then|turn[root]) then all God be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
23If God is omnipresent, then all are God.
21फिर तो भगवती भी हो नहीं सकती . phir tō bhagvatī bhī hō nahī̃ saktī . phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] tō bhagvatī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] bhī[p.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] nahī̃[neg] saknā[pres-part.f.] . (then|turn[root]) then x too (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) not can[pres-part.f.] .
24In that case, there cannot be goddesses.
22सर्वव्यापी के ज्ञान में भगवती तो रही नहीं . sarvavyāpī kē|K gyān mē̃ bhagvatī tō rahī nahī̃ . sarvavyāpī, sarvavyāpak[adj.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] bhagvatī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] tō rahnā[past-part.f.] nahī̃[neg] . omnipresent (of|K) knowledge in x then remain[past-part.f.] not .
25With the idea of omnipresence, there can be no goddesses.
23सभी भगवान् हैं तो आत्मा ही पिता हो गई . sabhī bhagvān haĩ tō ātmā hī pitā hō gaī . sab[adv.hī] bhagvān[x] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] tō ātmā[n.f.;sg.] hī[p.] pitā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[past-part.f..root+jānā] . all God be[pres.pl.12hon3] then soul only father be[past-part.f..root+jānā] . 24माता तो रही नहीं . mātā tō rahī nahī̃ . mātā[n.f.;sg.] tō rahnā[past-part.f.] nahī̃[neg] . mother then remain[past-part.f.] not .
26If all are God, then souls themselves become the Father, and so there is no mother.
25यह बड़ी अच्छी समझाने की बात है . yah baṛī achchhī samjhānē kī|key bāt hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] baṛā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] achchhā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] samjhānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key bāt[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this very achcha explain[inf.m.pl.,o.] (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) matter be[pres.sg.23] .
27This is a very good point to explain.
26तुम जानते हो - कोई भी आत्मा अपने को भगवान् कह नहीं सकती . tum jāntē hō - kōī bhī ātmā apnē kō bhagvān kah nahī̃ saktī . tum jāntē hō[x] - kōī bhī[x] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kō[postp.] bhagvān[x] kahnā[root] nahī̃[neg] saknā[pres-part.f.] . you know - anyone soul one’s own to God say[root] not can[pres-part.f.] .
28You know that no soul can call himself God.
27भक्त कहें - हम भगवान् हैं तो फिर माता सिद्ध हो नहीं सकती . bhakta kahē̃ - ham bhagvān haĩ tō phir mātā siddha hō nahī̃ saktī . bhakt[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[opt.pl.12hon3] - ham[pn.pl.] bhagvān[x] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] tō phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] mātā[n.f.;sg.] siddh[adj.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] nahī̃[neg] saknā[pres-part.f.] . devotee say[opt.pl.12hon3] - we God be[pres.pl.12hon3] then (then|turn[root]) mother successful (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) not can[pres-part.f.] . 28और फिर भक्त तो पुनर्जन्म लेते हैं . aur phir bhakta tō punarjanma lētē haĩ . aur phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] bhakt[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō punarjanma[n.m.;sg.,d.] lēnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . and (then|turn[root]) devotee then rebirth take[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
29If devotees say that they are God, then the mother cannot be proved to exist.
29भगवान् तो पुनर्जन्म ले नहीं सकता . bhagvān tō punarjanma lē nahī̃ saktā . bhagvān[x] tō punarjanma[n.m.;sg.,d.] lēnā[opt.sg.23]|lēnā[root] nahī̃[neg] saknā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . God then rebirth (take[opt.sg.23]|take[root]) not can[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .
30Devotees take rebirth; God cannot take rebirth.
30ऐसे तो नहीं भगवान् को अपना शरीर है . aisē tō nahī̃ bhagvān kō apnā śharīr hai . aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] tō nahī̃[neg] bhagvān[x] kō[postp.] apnā[pn.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.]|apnānā[root] śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . such then not God to (one’s own|adopt[root]) body be[pres.sg.23] .
31It isn't that God has a body of His own.
31तो इस सर्वव्यापी की बात पर अच्छी रीति समझाना है . tō is sarvavyāpī kī|key bāt par achchhī rīti samjhānā hai . tō yah[pn.sg.o.] sarvavyāpī, sarvavyāpak[adj.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key bāt[n.f.;sg.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] achchhā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] rīti[n.f.;sg.] samjhānā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . then this omnipresent (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) matter (at|other) achcha way explain[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
32Therefore, you have to explain this idea of omnipresence very well.
32भक्तों के लिए भगवान चाहिए ना . bhaktō̃ kē liē bhagvān chāhiē nā . bhakt[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kē liē[x] bhagvān[n.m.;sg.,d.] chāhiē|chāhnā[imp.pl.2hon] nā . devotee for God (should|x[imp.pl.2hon]) ∅ .
33There has to be God for the devotees.
33अनेक भक्त हैं , ब्रदर्स और सिस्टर्स - सभी भक्त हैं . anēk bhakta haĩ , brothers aur sisters - sabhī bhakta haĩ . anēk[adj.] bhakt[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] , brother aur sister - sab[adv.hī] bhakt[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . many devotee be[pres.pl.12hon3] , brother and x - all devotee be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
34There are so many devotees; brothers and sisters are all devotees.
34आत्मा कहती है - इस समय मैं भक्ति कल्ट में हूँ . ātmā kahtī hai - is samay maĩ bhakti cult mē̃ hū̃ . ātmā kahtī hai[x] - is samay[x] maĩ[pn.sg.d.] bhakti cult[x] mē̃[postp.] hōnā[pres.sg.1] . souls say - at this time I cult of devotion in be[pres.sg.1] .
35The soul says: At this time I am in a devotion cult.
35फिर आत्मा कहेगी अब मुझे बाप मिला है , तो मैं ज्ञान में हूँ . phir ātmā kahēgī ab mujhē bāp milā hai , tō maĩ gyān mē̃ hū̃ . phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kahnā[fut.f.sg.23] ab[adv.] maĩ[pn.sg.kō] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] milnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , tō maĩ[pn.sg.d.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] hōnā[pres.sg.1] . (then|turn[root]) soul say[fut.f.sg.23] now I[.kō] father receive[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , then I knowledge in be[pres.sg.1] .
36Then the soul says: I have now found the Father and so I am in knowledge.
36आत्मा ही ज्ञान सुनती है . ātmā hī gyān suntī hai . ātmā[n.f.;sg.] hī[p.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] sunnā[pres.sg.f.23] . soul only knowledge listen[pres.sg.f.23] .
37It is the soul that listens to knowledge.
37भक्त तो पुनर्जन्म लेते हैं , भगवान् तो पुनर्जन्म ले नहीं सकते . bhakta tō punarjanma lētē haĩ , bhagvān tō punarjanma lē nahī̃ saktē . bhakt[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō punarjanma[n.m.;sg.,d.] lēnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , bhagvān[x] tō punarjanma[n.m.;sg.,d.] lēnā[opt.sg.23]|lēnā[root] nahī̃[neg] saknā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] . devotee then rebirth take[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , God then rebirth (take[opt.sg.23]|take[root]) not can[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] .
38Devotees take rebirth. 39God cannot take rebirth.
38यह इनका शरीर नहीं है . yah inkā śharīr nahī̃ hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] yah[pn.pl.kā] śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this this[.kā] body not be[pres.sg.23] .
40This body does not belong to Him.
39यह तो सभी जानते हैं - पांच तत्वों का शरीर लेकर भगवान् को जन्म नहीं लेना है , वह तो परकाया प्रवेश करते हैं . yah tō sabhī jāntē haĩ - pāñch tatvō̃ kā śharīr lēkar bhagvān kō janm nahī̃ lēnā hai , vah tō parkāyā pravēśh kartē haĩ . yah[pn.sg.d.] tō sab[adv.hī] jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - pañch[adj.] tatva[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] lēnā[abs.] bhagvān[x] kō[postp.] janm[n.m.;sg.,d.]|janamnā[root] nahī̃[neg] lēnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] , vah[pn.sg.d.] tō parkāyā pravēśh[x] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . this then all know[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - five element of body take[abs.] God to (life|be born[root]) not take[pres.sg.23.oblig1] , that then x do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
41Everyone knows that God does not take birth through a body made of the five elements. 42He enters the body of someone else.
40यह ब्रह्मा-विष्णु-शंकर भी सूक्ष्मवतन वासी हैं . yah brahmā-viṣhṇu-śhaṅkar bhī sūkṣhmavatan vāsī haĩ . yah[pn.sg.d.] brahmā-viṣhṇu-śhaṅkar[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] sūkṣhmavatan vāsī[adj.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . this Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar too subtle region resident be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
43Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar are residents of the subtle region.
41तो हर एक बात अच्छी रीति बुद्धि में बिठानी है . tō har ēk bāt achchhī rīti buddhi mē̃ biṭhānī hai . tō har ēk[x] bāt[n.f.;sg.] achchhā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] rīti[n.f.;sg.] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] biṭhānā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . then each one matter achcha way intellect in x[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
44So, each aspect has to be made to sit in the intellect very well.
42आत्मा कहती हैं मैं एक पुराना शरीर छोड़ दूसरे में प्रवेश करती हूँ . ātmā kahtī haĩ maĩ ēk purānā śharīr chhōṛ dūsrē mē̃ pravēśh kartī hū̃ . ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kahnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3] maĩ[pn.sg.d.] ēk[adj.] purānā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] chhōṛnā[root] dūsrā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] mē̃[postp.] pravēśh karnā[pres.sg.f.1] . soul say[pres.pl.f.12hon3] I one old body renounce[root] other in enter .
45The soul says: I shed an old body and enter another one. 46An old body can be small or big.
43पुराना शरीर छोटा है वा बड़ा है , एक छोड़ दूसरा लेती हूँ . purānā śharīr chhōṭā hai vā baṛā hai , ēk chhōṛ dūsrā lētī hū̃ . purānā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] chhōṭā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] vā baṛā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , ēk[adj.] chhōṛnā[root] dūsrā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] lēnā[pres.sg.f.1] . old body small be[pres.sg.23] or very be[pres.sg.23] , one renounce[root] other take[pres.sg.f.1] .
47I shed a body and take another. 48Here, young and old shed their bodies suddenly.
44यहाँ तो अचानक भी छोटे वा बड़े का शरीर छूट जाता है . yahā̃ tō achānak bhī chhōṭē vā baṛē kā śharīr chhūṭ jātā hai . yahā̃ tō achānak bhī[p.] chhōṭā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] vā baṛā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] chhūṭnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] . here then suddenly too small or very of body let go[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] . 45परन्तु वहाँ तो पूरी आयु होने पर समझते हैं अब पुराना शरीर छोड़ नया लेना है . parantu vahā̃ tō pūrī āyu hōnē par samajhtē haĩ ab purānā śharīr chhōṛ nayā lēnā hai . parantu[conj.] vahā̃ tō pūrī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.]|pūrā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] āyu[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] samajhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ab[adv.] purānā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] chhōṛnā[root] nayā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] lēnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . however there then (puri|full) x be[inf.m.pl.,o.] (at|other) understand[pres.pl.m.12hon3] now old body renounce[root] new take[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
49However, there, when they complete their lifespan, they understand that they then have to shed their old bodies and take new ones.
46तो यह ज्ञान आत्मा में है ना . tō yah gyān ātmā mē̃ hai nā . tō yah[pn.sg.d.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] nā . then this knowledge soul in be[pres.sg.23] ∅ .
50So the soul has this knowledge.
47आत्मा पुनर्जन्म लेती है . ātmā punarjanma lētī hai . ātmā[n.f.;sg.] punarjanma[n.m.;sg.,d.] lēnā[pres.sg.f.23] . soul rebirth take[pres.sg.f.23] .
51The soul takes rebirth.
Supreme Soul for then not say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .
52This would not be said of God.
49ब्रह्मा-विष्णु-शंकर को भी परमात्मा नहीं कहेंगे . brahmā-viṣhṇu-śhaṅkar kō bhī paramātmā nahī̃ kahē̃gē . brahmā-viṣhṇu-śhaṅkar[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] bhī[p.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . 53Even Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar cannot be called God; they are residents of the subtle region.
51बाबा तो मूलवतन वासी हैं . bābā tō mūlvatan vāsī haĩ . bābā tō mūlvatan[n.m.;sg.,d.] vāsī[adj.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . Baba then soul world resident be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
54Baba is the Resident of the incorporeal world.
52और कोई नहीं समझते कि परमात्मा मूलवतन , निर्वाणधाम में रहने वाले हैं . aur kōī nahī̃ samajhtē ki paramātmā mūlvatan , nirvāṇdhām mē̃ rahnē vālē haĩ . aur kōī[x] nahī̃[neg] samajhnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] ki[conj.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] mūlvatan[n.m.;sg.,d.] , nirvāṇdhām[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . someone else not understand[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] that Supreme Soul soul world , land of nirvana in remain[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
55No one else understands that God resides in the incorporeal world, the land of nirvana.
53निर्वाणधाम अर्थात् वह वाणी से परे धाम है इसलिए वानप्रस्थ नाम पड़ा है . nirvāṇdhām arthāt vah vāṇī sē parē dhām hai isliē vānaprasth nām paṛā hai . nirvāṇdhām[n.m.;sg.,d.] arthāt vah[pn.sg.d.] vāṇī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] sē[postp.] par dhām[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] isliē vānprasth[n.m.;sg.,d.] nām[n.m.;sg.,d.] paṛnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] . land of nirvana that is that words from other land be[pres.sg.23] therefore retirement name fall[pres-perf.sg.m.23] .
56The land of nirvana is the land beyond sound; that is why it is also called Vanprasth (beyond sound).
54वाणी से परे अवस्था में जाने के लिए 60 वर्ष की उम्र के बाद जब बूढ़े होते हैं तो वानप्रस्थ लेते हैं . vāṇī sē parē avasthā mē̃ jānē kē liē 60 varṣh kī|key umr kē bād jab būṛhē hōtē haĩ tō vānaprasth lētē haĩ . vāṇī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] sē[postp.] par avasthā[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] jānnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|jānā[inf.m.pl.,o.]|jānnā[opt.sg.23] kē liē[x] 60 varṣh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key umr[n.f.;sg.] kē bād[x] jab būṛhā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tō vānprasth[n.m.;sg.,d.] lēnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . words from other stage in (know[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|go[inf.m.pl.,o.]|know[opt.sg.23]) for 60 year (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) x after when old be[pres.pl.m.12hon3] then retirement take[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
57At the age of 60 when a person becomes old, he takes retirement in order to go beyond sound.
55यहाँ तो तुम छोटे-बड़े सब समझते हो कि हम वानप्रस्थी हैं . yahā̃ tō tum chhōṭē-baṛē sab samajhtē hō ki ham vānaprasthī haĩ . yahā̃ tō tum[pn.pl.] chhōṭē-baṛē[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sab[adj.] samajhnā[pres.pl.m.2] ki[conj.] ham[pn.pl.] vānaprasthī[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . here then you the young and the old all understand[pres.pl.m.2] that we in the stage of retirement be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
58Here, all of you, young and old, understand that you are now in the stage of retirement.
56आत्मा कहती है - मुझे वाणी से परे स्थान में जाना है . ātmā kahtī hai - mujhē vāṇī sē parē sthān mē̃ jānā hai . ātmā kahtī hai[x] - maĩ[pn.sg.kō] vāṇī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] sē[postp.] par sthān[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] jānnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23]|jānā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . souls say - I[.kō] words from other place in (know[pres-perf.sg.m.23]|go[pres.sg.23.oblig1]) .
59The soul says: I have to go to the land beyond sound.
57आत्मा को मेल कहा जाता है . ātmā kō male|mail|mēl kahā jātā hai . ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] male|mail|mēl[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] . soul to (male|x|coming together) (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) .
60Souls are said to be male.
58जब शरीर में आती है तब आत्मा कहती है - इस समय मुझे मेल अथवा फीमेल का तन मिला है . jab śharīr mē̃ ātī hai tab ātmā kahtī hai - is samay mujhē male|mail|mēl athavā female kā tan milā hai . jab śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] ānā[pres.sg.f.23] tab ātmā kahtī hai[x] - is samay[x] maĩ[pn.sg.kō] male|mail|mēl[n.m.;sg.,d.] athavā female kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] tan[n.m.;sg.,d.] milnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] . when body in come[pres.sg.f.23] for only then souls say - at this time I[.kō] (male|x|coming together) that is female of body receive[pres-perf.sg.m.23] .
61When a soul enters a body, he says: At this time, I have received the body of a male or a female.
59तो आत्मा को अब वानप्रस्थ में जाने का पुरुषार्थ करना है . tō ātmā kō ab vānaprasth mē̃ jānē kā puruṣhārth karnā hai . tō ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] ab[adv.] vānprasth[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] jānnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|jānā[inf.m.pl.,o.]|jānnā[opt.sg.23] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] puruṣhārth[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . then soul to now retirement in (know[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|go[inf.m.pl.,o.]|know[opt.sg.23]) of effort do[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
62Therefore, the soul now has to make effort to go into the stage of retirement.
60आत्मा को मेल कहा जाता है . ātmā kō male|mail|mēl kahā jātā hai . ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] male|mail|mēl[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] . soul to (male|x|coming together) (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) .

82They all want to receive the fruit of their devotion from God.
81अगर तुम भगवान् हो तो बाकी तुमको क्या चाहिए ? agar tum bhagvān hō tō bākī tumkō kyā chāhiē ? agar tum[pn.pl.] bhagvān[x] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] tō bākī|bākī tum[pn.pl.kō] kyā chāhiē|chāhnā[imp.pl.2hon] ? if you God (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) then (others|but) you[.kō] what (should|x[imp.pl.2hon]) ?
