54If you get angry, it means you defame the Father.

56When you remember the Father, no evil spirit can enter you.

63अगर किसी की दिल को दुःख पहुँचाते हैं तो वह भी असर पड़ जाता है . agar kisī kī|key dil kō duḥkh pahuñchātē haĩ tō vah bhī asar paṛ jātā hai . agar kōī[pn.sg.o.]|kuchh[pn.sg.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key dil[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.]|duḥkhnā[root] pahuñchānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tō vah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] asar[n.m.;sg.,d.] paṛnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] . if (some|anything) (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) heart to (sorrow|hurt[root]) cause to reach[pres.pl.m.12hon3] then that too impact fall[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] .

57If you hurt someone’s heart, that effect also remains.

64एक बार क्रोध किया तो 6 मास तक सबकी बुद्धि में रहता है कि यह क्रोधी है . ēk bār krōdh kiyā tō 6 mās tak sabkī buddhi mē̃ rahtā hai ki yah krōdhī hai . ēk[adj.] bār[n.f.;sg.] krōdh[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] tō 6 mās[n.m.;sg.,d.]|māns[n.m.;sg.,d.] tak sabkā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[pres.sg.m.23] ki[conj.] yah[pn.sg.d.] krōdhī[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . one time anger do[past-part.m.sg.d.] then 6 (month|x) until everyone's intellect in remain[pres.sg.m.23] that this angry be[pres.sg.23] .

58If you become angry even once, it remains in the intellects of others for six months that you are an angry person.

65फिर दिल से उतर जाता है . phir dil sē utar jātā hai . phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] dil[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] utarnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] . (then|turn[root]) heart from go down[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] .

61This Dada becomes the master of the world. 62He must also surely have many specialities.

68परन्तु कोई की तकदीर में नहीं है तो तदवीर करते नहीं . parantu kōī kī|key takdīr mē̃ nahī̃ hai tō tadvīr kartē nahī̃ . parantu[conj.] kōī[pn.;d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key takdīr[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] tō tadbīr[n.f.;sg.] karnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] nahī̃[neg] . however some (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) fortune in not be[pres.sg.23] then effort do[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] not .

63However, if it is not in someone’s fortune, he does not make effort.

64It is such easy effort. 65Just remember the Father and the soul will become clean.

70और कोई उपाय नहीं है . aur kōī upāya nahī̃ hai . aur kōī[x] upāy[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . someone else method not be[pres.sg.23] .

66There is no other way.

67At this time, there are no Raj Rishis. 68There is only the one Father who teaches you Raja Yoga.

72मनुष्य , मनुष्य को सुधार न सकें . manuṣhya , manuṣhya kō sudhār na sakē̃ . manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] , manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] sudhārnā[root] na[neg] saknā[opt.pl.12hon3] . human being , human being to reform[root] not can[opt.pl.12hon3] .

69Human beings cannot reform human beings.

71Those who become completely reformed are the first ones to enter the golden age.

75तो कोई भी गन्दी आदत है तो छोड़नी चाहिए . tō kōī bhī gandī ādat hai tō chhōṛnī chāhiē . tō kōī bhī[x] gandā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] ādat[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] tō chhōṛnā[.oblig3] . then anyone dirty habit be[pres.sg.23] then renounce[.oblig3] .

72If you have any dirty habits, you should renounce them.

(study|teach[past-part.f.]) (at|other) , yoga (at|other) full attention (give[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|give[.oblig3]) .

73You should pay full attention to this study and to yoga.

74You also know that not all of you can become elevated to the same extent.

78परन्तु बाप तो पुरूषार्थ करायेंगे . parantu bāp tō purūṣhārth karāyēṅgē . parantu[conj.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō puruṣhārth karānā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . however father then effort make commit[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .

79जितना हो सके पुरूषार्थ कर ऊंच पद पाओ . jitnā hō sakē purūṣhārth kar ūñch pad pāō . jitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[opt.sg.23.root+saknā] puruṣhārth karnā[root] ūñch[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] pad[n.m.;sg.,d.] pānā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . the more be[opt.sg.23.root+saknā] effort do[root] elevated status x[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] .

76Make effort to whatever extent you can and claim a high status.

80नहीं तो कल्प-कल्पान्तर नहीं पा सकेंगे . nahī̃ tō kalp-kalpāntar nahī̃ pā sakē̃gē . nahī̃ tō[x] kalpāntar nahī̃[neg] pānā[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+saknā] . otherwise x not x[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+saknā] .
