4This world is a field of action, where each human soul is playing his own part. 5The Supreme Soul also has a part in this, but He doesn’t come into the cycle of birth and death as souls do.

8He removes the bondage of Maya that the soul is tied in and makes him pure. 9He says: My duty is to liberate souls from all their bondages and take them back home. 10You also have to understand the eternal laws and disciplines of the world - how this human world grows (increases) and then there is also the time when it decreases.
7ऐसे नहीं कि बढ़ती है तो बढ़ती ही जाती है , नहीं . aisē nahī̃ ki baṛhtī hai tō baṛhtī hī jātī hai , nahī̃ . aisē nahī̃[x] ki[conj.] baṛhnā[pres.sg.f.23] tō baṛhnā[pres-part.f.] hī[p.] jānā[pres.sg.f.23] , nahī̃[neg] . it isn't that that grow[pres.sg.f.23] then grow[pres-part.f.] only go[pres.sg.f.23] , not .
11It isn’t that because it grows, it just continues to grow; no.

10अपने शरीर का भी नियम है , पहले बाल , फिर किशोर , फिर युवा , फिर वृद्ध . apnē śharīr kā bhī niyam hai , pahlē bāl , phir kiśhōr , phir yuvā , phir vr̥iddha . apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bhī[p.] niyam[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] bāl[n.m.;sg.,d.] , phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] kiśhōr[n.m.;sg.,d.] , phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] yuvā[adj.] , phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] vr̥iddh[adj.] . one’s own body of too law be[pres.sg.23] , (x|firstly) x , (then|turn[root]) x , (then|turn[root]) adult , (then|turn[root]) old .
14There is a law when it comes to your body too, first it is an infant, then it becomes a child, then youth and then old age.
11तो वृद्ध भी जल्दी नहीं , वृद्ध होते-होते जड़जड़ीभूत हो जाते हैं , तो हर बात का बढ़ना और उसका अन्त होना , यह भी नियम है . tō vr̥iddha bhī jaldī nahī̃ , vr̥iddha hōtē-hōtē jaṛjaṛībhūt hō jātē haĩ , tō har|her bāt kā baṛhnā aur uskā ant hōnā , yah bhī niyam hai . tō vr̥iddh[adj.] bhī[p.] jaldī nahī̃[neg] , vr̥iddh[adj.] hōnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] jaṛjaṛībhūt[adj.] hōnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+jānā] , tō harnā[root]|har|her bāt[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] baṛhnā[inf.m.sg.d.] aur vah[pn.sg.kā] ant[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[inf.m.sg.d.] , yah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] niyam[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . then old too very quickly not , old be[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] of total decay be[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+jānā] , then (x[root]|x) matter of grow[inf.m.sg.d.] and that[.kā] end be[inf.m.sg.d.] , this too law be[pres.sg.23] .
15It doesn’t get old quickly; while getting old, the body becomes decayed. 16So, everything grows and then it comes to its end – this is a law.

17In this way, there is a law of the generations of the world.

18There are stages of your life and also stages of your births, then there are also stages of the generations that have continued. 19In this way, all the dharmas have stages.
14पहला जो धर्म है वह सबसे ताकत वाला है , पीछे आहिस्ते-आहिस्ते जो आते हैं , उनकी ताकत कम होती जाती है . pahlā jō dharm hai vah sabsē tākat vālā hai , pīchhē āhistē-āhistē jō ātē haĩ , unkī tākat kam hōtī jātī hai . pahlā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] jō[pn.;d.] dharm[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] vah[pn.sg.d.] sabsē tākat[n.f.;sg.] vālā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , pīchhē āhistē jō[pn.;d.] ānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , vah[pn.pl.kī] tākat[n.f.;sg.] kam hōnā[pres.sg.f.23.pres-part+jānā] . x that religion be[pres.sg.23] that the most power those who be[pres.sg.23] , x gradually that come[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , that[.kī] power decrease .
20The first dharma is the most powerful, and then those who come gradually, have less power.
15तो धर्मों का बंटना , धर्मों का चलना , हरेक बात नियमों से चलती है , इन सब बातों को भी समझना है . tō dharmō̃ kā baṇṭnā , dharmō̃ kā chalnā , harēk bāt niyamō̃ sē chaltī hai , in sab bātō̃ kō bhī samajhnā hai . tō dharm[x] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] baṇṭnā[inf.m.sg.d.] , dharm[x] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] chalnā[inf.m.sg.d.] , har ēk bāt[n.f.;sg.] niyam[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] sē[postp.] chalnā[pres.sg.f.23] , in|yah[pn.pl.o.] sab[adj.] bāt[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] bhī[p.] samajhnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . then religion of x[inf.m.sg.d.] , religion of continue[inf.m.sg.d.] , each one matter law from continue[pres.sg.f.23] , (in|this) all matter to too understand[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
21Dharma to be divided, dharma to continue – everything continues according to the law. 22All of these things have to be understood.
16इसी हिसाब से बाप भी कहते हैं मेरा भी इसमें पार्ट है . isī hisāb sē bāp bhī kahtē haĩ mērā bhī ismē̃ part hai . yah[pn.sg.hī] hisāb[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] maĩ[pn.sg.kā] bhī[p.] yah[pn.sg.mē̃] part[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this[.hī] account from father too say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] I[.kā] too this[.mē̃] part be[pres.sg.23] .
23In this way, the Father too says: I too have a part in this.
17मैं भी एक सोल हूँ , मैं गॉड कोई दूसरी चीज़ नहीं हूँ . maĩ bhī ēk soul hū̃ , maĩ god kōī dūsrī chīz nahī̃ hū̃ . maĩ[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] ēk[adj.] soul hōnā[pres.sg.1] , maĩ[pn.sg.d.] god kōī[pn.;d.] dūsrā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] chīz[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.1] . I too one soul be[pres.sg.1] , I x some other thing not be[pres.sg.1] .
24I too am a soul. 25I, God, am not anything else.
18मैं भी सोल ही हूँ परन्तु मेरा काम बहुत बड़ा और ऊंचा है इसलिये मुझे गॉड कहते हैं . maĩ bhī soul hī hū̃ parantu mērā kām bahut baṛā aur ūñchā hai isliyē mujhē god kahtē haĩ . maĩ[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] soul hī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.1] parantu[conj.] maĩ[pn.sg.kā] kām[n.m.;sg.,d.]|kām[n.m.;sg.,d.] bahut baṛā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] aur ūñch[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] isliē maĩ[pn.sg.kō] god kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . I too soul only be[pres.sg.1] however I[.kā] (lust|task) very very and elevated be[pres.sg.23] therefore I[.kō] x say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
26I too am a soul, but My duty is very great and the highest and this is why I am called God.
19जैसी तुम आत्मा हो मैं भी वैसा ही हूँ . jaisī tum ātmā hō maĩ bhī vaisā hī hū̃ . jaisā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] tum[pn.pl.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] maĩ[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] vaisā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.1] . like you soul (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) I too x only be[pres.sg.1] .

28Just as you are a human being, your child is also a human being. 29There isn’t any difference in this, is there?

58The Ocean of Knowledge, The Ocean of Bliss, God knows. 59So, definitely, there is something that He knows.

64So, this is how God is praised and it is different from that of human beings, because His knowing is completely different.

65The knowing of human beings is limited. 66It is said that what human beings know is short-lived, and for God they say that He is all-knowing. 67In English, it would be said “knowledge-full”, that is, He is the Knower of All, that is, One who knows everything.
41तो जो सर्वज्ञ है वही ट्रूथ को जान सकता है , यथार्थ बातों की नॉलेज जिसके पास होगी , जरूर वह सबको देगा ना . tō jō sarvajña hai vahī truth kō jān saktā hai , yathārth bātō̃ kī|key knowledge jiskē pās|pass hōgī , jarūr vah sabkō dēgā nā . tō jō[pn.;d.] x hōnā[pres.sg.23] vahī truth kō[postp.] jānnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā] , yathārth[adj.] bāt[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key knowledge jō[pn.sg.kē] pās|pass hōnā[fut.f.sg.23] , zarūr vah[pn.sg.d.] sabkō dēnā[fut.m.sg.23] nā . then that x be[pres.sg.23] this truth to know[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā] , x matter (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) knowledge that[.kē] (x|pass) be[fut.f.sg.23] , definitely that everything give[fut.m.sg.23] ∅ .
68Only the One who is all-knowing can know the truth. 69Only the One who has accurate knowledge of everything will be able to give it to everyone.
42अगर खुद जाने , दूसरों को न दे तो उससे हमें क्या फायदा ! agar khud jānē , dūsrō̃ kō na dē tō ussē hamē̃ kyā phāydā ! agar khud jānnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|jānā[inf.m.pl.,o.]|jānnā[opt.sg.23] , dūsrā[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] na[neg] dēnā[opt.sg.23]|dēnā[root] tō vah[pn.sg.sē] ham[pn.pl.kō] kyā fāydā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] ! if oneself (know[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|go[inf.m.pl.,o.]|know[opt.sg.23]) , other to not (give[opt.sg.23]|give[root]) then that[.sē] we[.kō] what profit !
70If He Himself has knowledge and does not give it to others, what is the benefit of that to us?
43जानने दो . jānnē dō . jānnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.inf+dēnā] . know[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.inf+dēnā] .
71So, let Him know.
44परन्तु नहीं . parantu nahī̃ . parantu[conj.] nahī̃[neg] . however not .
72But no.
45उसके जानकारी से हमें कोई फायदा मिला है , तब तो हम उसकी क्वालिफिकेशन्स गाते हैं . uskē jānkārī sē hamē̃ kōī phāydā milā hai , tab tō ham uskī qualifications gātē haĩ . uskā[pn.sg.kē] jānkārī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] sē[postp.] ham[pn.pl.kō] kōī[pn.;d.] fāydā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] milnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , tab tō ham[pn.pl.] vah[pn.sg.kī] qualification gānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . of that[.kē] skill from we[.kō] some profit receive[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , for only then then we that[.kī] qualification sing[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
73We have received some benefit through His knowing everything, and this is why we sing praise of His qualifications.

77Be kind. 78Have compassion. 79Remove my sorrow. 80So, we ask Him for this, do we not?

83When someone helps you at a time of difficulty, you feel in your heart: This one helped me a lot at a time of difficulty.

86Similarly, for God too, you also have the same love that He helped you at a time of need.

88His work is great, His work is for the world. 89It is related to the whole world.

(others|but) it isn't that that (some|anything) to short money receive[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] , this God ∅ do[past-part.m.sg.d.] , this then we too achcha deed do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , then that deed of fruit receive[pres.sg.m.23] .
90But it isn’t that when someone has received a little money, that God did that. 91It is our good actions, so we receive the fruit of those good actions.
58अच्छे बुरे कर्मों का हिसाब चलता है , उसका भी हम पाते रहते हैं लेकिन परमात्मा ने आ करके जो कर्म सिखाया उसका जो फल है , वह अलग है . achchhē burē karmō̃ kā hisāb chaltā hai , uskā bhī ham pātē rahtē haĩ lēkin paramātmā nē ā karkē jō karma sikhāyā uskā jō phal hai , vah alag hai . achchhā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] burā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] karm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hisāb[n.m.;sg.,d.] chalnā[pres.sg.m.23] , vah[pn.sg.kā] bhī[p.] ham[pn.pl.] pānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] lēkin paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] nē[postp.] ānā[root] karnā[abs.] jō[pn.;d.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] sikhānā[past-part.m.sg.d.] vah[pn.sg.kā] jō[pn.;d.] phal[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , vah[pn.sg.d.] alag[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . achcha bad deed of account continue[pres.sg.m.23] , that[.kā] too we x[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] but Supreme Soul ∅ come[root] do[abs.] that deed teach[past-part.m.sg.d.] that[.kā] that fruit be[pres.sg.23] , that separate be[pres.sg.23] .
92There is the account of good and bad actions. 93We continue to receive that, but the fruit of the actions that God has come and taught us is separate.
59अल्पकाल का सुख तो बुद्धि के आधार पर भी मिलता है . alpkāl kā sukh tō buddhi kē|K ādhār par bhī miltā hai . alpkāl[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō buddhi[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K ādhār[n.m.;sg.,d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] bhī[p.] milnā[pres.sg.m.23] . temporary period of happiness then intellect (of|K) basis (at|other) too receive[pres.sg.m.23] .
94Temporary happiness is also received on the basis of your intellect.
60परन्तु उसने जो नॉलेज दी उससे हम सदा सुख पाते हैं . parantu usnē jō knowledge dī|the ussē ham sadā sukh pātē haĩ . parantu[conj.] vah[pn.sg.nē] jō[pn.;d.] knowledge dēnā[past-part.f.]|the vah[pn.sg.sē] ham[pn.pl.] sadā sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] pānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . however that[.nē] that knowledge (give[past-part.f.]|the) that[.sē] we constantly happiness x[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
95The knowledge that He has given us gives us happiness all the time.
61तो परमात्मा का काम भिन्न हो गया ना , इसलिए कहते हैं कि मैं ही आ करके कर्म की जो यथार्थ नॉलेज है वो सिखाता हूँ , जिसको कहा है कर्मयोग श्रेष्ठ है . tō paramātmā kā kām bhinn hō gayā nā , isliē kahtē haĩ ki maĩ hī ā karkē karma kī|key jō yathārth knowledge hai vō sikhātā hū̃ , jiskō kahā hai karmyōg śhrēṣhṭh hai . tō paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kām[n.m.;sg.,d.]|kām[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhinn[adj.] hōnā[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] nā , isliē kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] maĩ[pn.sg.d.] hī[p.] ānā[root] karnā[abs.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key jō[pn.;d.] yathārth[adj.] knowledge hōnā[pres.sg.23] vah[pn.;d.] sikhānā[pres.sg.m.1] , jō[pn.sg.kō] kahnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] karmyōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] śhrēṣhṭha[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . then Supreme Soul of (lust|task) different be[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] ∅ , therefore say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that I only come[root] do[abs.] deed (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) that x knowledge be[pres.sg.23] that teach[pres.sg.m.1] , that[.kō] say[pres-perf.sg.m.23] karma yoga elevated be[pres.sg.23] .
96So, God’s work is separate. 97This is why it is said: I come and teach you the real knowledge of actions, which is referred to as: karma yoga is elevated.
62इसमें कर्म को , घर गृहस्थ को छोड़ने की बात नहीं है . ismē̃ karma kō , ghar gr̥ihastha kō chhōṛnē kī|key bāt nahī̃ hai . yah[pn.sg.mē̃] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] , ghar[n.m.;sg.,d.] gr̥ihasth[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] chhōṛnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key bāt[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this[.mē̃] deed to , home household matters to renounce[inf.m.pl.,o.] (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) matter not be[pres.sg.23] .
98There is no question of renouncing actions or your home in this.
63सिर्फ तुम अपने कर्मों को पवित्र कैसे बनाओ , उसकी नॉलेज मैं बतलाता हूँ . sirph tum apnē karmō̃ kō pavitra kaisē banāō , uskī knowledge maĩ batlātā hū̃ . sirph[adj.] tum[pn.pl.] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] karm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] pavitr[adj.] kaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] banānā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , vah[pn.sg.kī] knowledge maĩ[pn.sg.d.] batlānā[pres.sg.m.1] . only you one’s own deed to pure how create[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , that[.kī] knowledge I show[pres.sg.m.1] .
99I simply give you the knowledge of how you can make your actions pure.
64तो कर्म को पवित्र बनाना है , कर्म छोड़ना नहीं है . tō karma kō pavitra banānā hai , karma chhōṛnā nahī̃ hai . tō karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] pavitra banānā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] , karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] chhōṛnā[inf.m.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . then deed to x , deed renounce[inf.m.sg.d.] not be[pres.sg.23] .
100So, you have to purify your actions, you don’t have to renounce them.
65कर्म तो अनादि चीज़ है . karma tō anādi chīz hai . karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō anādi[adj.] chīz[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . deed then eternal thing be[pres.sg.23] .
101Actions are eternal.
66यह कर्मक्षेत्र भी अनादि है . yah karmakṣhētra bhī anādi hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] karmkṣhētr[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] anādi[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this field of action too eternal be[pres.sg.23] .
102This field of action is also eternal.
67मनुष्य है तो कर्म भी है , परन्तु उस कर्म को तुम श्रेष्ठ कैसे बनाओ वह आ करके सिखाता हूँ जिससे फिर तुम्हारे कर्म का खाता अकर्म रहता है . manuṣhya hai tō karma bhī hai , parantu us karma kō tum śhrēṣhṭh kaisē banāō vah ā karkē sikhātā hū̃ jissē phir tumhārē karma kā khātā akarma rahtā hai . manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] tō karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , parantu[conj.] vah[pn.sg.o.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] tum[pn.pl.] śhrēṣhṭha[adj.] kaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] banānā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] vah[pn.sg.d.] ānā[root] karnā[abs.] sikhānā[pres.sg.m.1] jō[pn.sg.sē] phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] tum[pn.pl.kē] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] khānā[pres-part.m.sg.d.]|khātā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] akarm[n.m.;sg.,d.] rahnā[pres.sg.m.23] . human being be[pres.sg.23] then deed too be[pres.sg.23] , however that deed to you elevated how create[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] that come[root] do[abs.] teach[pres.sg.m.1] that[.sē] (then|turn[root]) you[.kē] deed of (eat[pres-part.m.sg.d.]|account) neutral action remain[pres.sg.m.23] .

105The Father says: I have come into this corporeal world, in this short confluence age, just for you. 106So, at the very least, however much time there is, think about Me for the short time you have.

71फिर तो तुम्हारी ऐसी प्रालब्ध बन जायेगी जो तुम्हें उस दुनिया में मेहनत नहीं करनी पड़ेगी . phir tō tumhārī aisī prālabdh ban jāyēgī jō tumhē̃ us duniyā mē̃ mēhnat nahī̃ karnī paṛēgī . phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] tō tum[pn.pl.kī] aisā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] prālabdh[n.f.;sg.] bannā[fut.f.sg.23.root+jānā] jō[pn.;d.] tum[pn.pl.kō] vah[pn.sg.o.] duniyā[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] mēhnat[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] karnā[fut.f.sg.23.oblig2] . (then|turn[root]) then you[.kī] such reward become[fut.f.sg.23.root+jānā] that you[.kō] that world in effort not do[fut.f.sg.23.oblig2] .
108Then, you will have created such a reward that you will not have to work hard.
