4We do not renounce karma but we have karma yoga and renunciation.

5We renounce the five vices.
7वह कर्म-सन्यासी रचना को मानते नहीं हैं . vah karm-sanyāsī rachnā kō māntē nahī̃ haĩ . vah[pn.sg.d.] karm-sanyāsī[n.m.;sg.,d.] rachnā[inf.m.sg.d.]|rachnā[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] mānnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . that karma sannyasi (x[inf.m.sg.d.]|creation) to x[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] not be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
6Those karma sannyasis do not believe in the creation.

7They consider merging with the light or attaining the status of liberation to be the main thing.
9हम परमात्मा द्वारा जानते हैं कि मनुष्य का जीवन्मुक्ति ही स्टेटस है . ham paramātmā dvārā jāntē haĩ ki manuṣhya kā jīvanmukti hī status hai . ham[pn.pl.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] dvārā jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] jīvanmukti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hī[p.] status hōnā[pres.sg.23] . we Supreme Soul through know[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that human being of liberation-in-life only status be[pres.sg.23] .
8But we know from God that human beings attain the status of liberation in life.
10उनको कैसे प्राप्त करें , सो परमात्मा ही आकर सिखलाते हैं . unkō kaisē prāpt karē̃ , sō paramātmā hī ākar sikhlātē haĩ . vah[pn.pl.kō] kaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] prāpt karnā[opt.pl.12hon3] , sō|sōnā[root] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] ānā[abs.] sikhlānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . that[.kō] how reach , (x|sleep[root]) Supreme Soul only come[abs.] teach[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
9God comes and teaches us how to attain that status.

10Many people become confused because they hear that we have to renounce the body and bodily relations.
13तो समझते हैं कि फिर सम्बन्धियों से हमारा कोई तैलुक नहीं . tō samajhtē haĩ ki phir sambandhiyō̃ sē hamārā kōī tailuk nahī̃ . tō samajhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] sambandhī[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] sē[postp.] ham[pn.pl.kā] kōī[pn.;d.] tāluk[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] . then understand[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that (then|turn[root]) relative from we[.kā] some connection not . 14जैसे सन्यासी घृणा रख चले जाते हैं . jaisē sanyāsī ghr̥iṇā rakh chalē jātē haĩ . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sannyāsī[x] ghr̥iṇā[n.f.;sg.] rakhnā[opt.sg.23.root+calnā] jānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . like sannyasi hatred keep[opt.sg.23.root+calnā] go[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
11Then they think that they are not allowed to have any connection with their relations, just as the sannyasis have dislike for everyone and so go away.
15यहाँ तो समझाया जाता है - - चैरिटी बिगन्स एट होम . yahā̃ tō samjhāyā jātā hai - - charity begins at home . yahā̃ tō samjhānā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|samjhānā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] - - charity begins at home[x] . here then (explain[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|explain[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) - - charity begins at home .

13Just as we are becoming prosperous with knowledge, so we have to make others prosperous.
17यही हमारा कर्म है . yahī hamārā karma hai . yahī[pn.;d.] ham[pn.pl.kā] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this we[.kā] deed be[pres.sg.23] .
14This is our karma.
18जबकि हमारी नालेज , हमको लक्ष्य ही देती है कि कर्मयोग - सन्यास करो , तो इसमें सन्यासियों के माफिक सबसे तोड़ना नहीं है . jabki hamārī knowledge , hamkō lakṣhya hī dētī hai ki karmyōg - sanyās karō , tō ismē̃ sanyāsiyō̃ kē|K māphik sabsē tōṛnā nahī̃ hai . jabki ham[pn.pl.kī] knowledge , ham[pn.pl.kō] lakṣhya[adj.] hī[p.] dēnā[pres.sg.f.23] ki[conj.] karmyōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] - sannyās[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , tō yah[pn.sg.mē̃] sannyāsī[x] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K muāphik sabsē tōṛnā[inf.m.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . x we[.kī] knowledge , we[.kō] aim only give[pres.sg.f.23] that karma yoga - renunciation do[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , then this[.mē̃] sannyasi (of|K) x the most break[inf.m.sg.d.] not be[pres.sg.23] .
15Our knowledge gives us the aim of having karma yoga and renunciation. 16But here, we don't have to break away from everyone like the sannyasis do.
19सम्बन्ध जरुर रखना है . sambandh jarur rakhnā hai . sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] zarūr rakhnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . relationship definitely keep[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
17We definitely have to keep a relationship with people.
20परन्तु विकारी सम्बन्ध का नाता बदलकर इस पवित्र सम्बन्ध में रहना कि हम उस बाप की सन्तान हैं , वह हमको मालामाल कर रहे हैं . parantu vikārī sambandh kā nātā badalkar is pavitra sambandh mē̃ rahnā ki ham us bāp kī|key santān haĩ , vah hamkō mālāmāl kar rahē haĩ . parantu[conj.] vikārī[adj.] sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] nātā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] badalnā[abs.] yah[pn.sg.o.] pavitr[adj.] sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[inf.m.sg.d.] ki[conj.] ham[pn.pl.] vah[pn.sg.o.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key santān[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] , vah[pn.sg.d.] ham[pn.pl.kō] mālāmāl[adj.] karnā[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] . however vicious relationship of relationship change[abs.] this pure relationship in remain[inf.m.sg.d.] that we that father (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) child be[pres.pl.12hon3] , that we[.kō] prosperous do[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] .
18But we have to transform relationships that were based on vices and stay within a pure relationship, as we are children of the Father and He is making us prosperous.
21तो पहले घर वाले जिनके साथ नाता था , जिन्हों से सेवा ली है , उन्हों के रिटर्न में यह ऊंची सर्विस करनी है . tō pahlē ghar vālē jinkē sāth nātā thā , jinhō̃ sē sēvā lī hai , unhō̃ kē|K return mē̃ yah ūñchī service karnī hai . tō pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] ghar[n.m.;sg.,d.] vālā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] jō[pn.pl.kē] sāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] nātā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] hōnā[past.m.sg] , jō[pn.pl.o.] sē[postp.] sēvā[n.f.;sg.] lēnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23] , vah[pn.pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K return mē̃[postp.] yah[pn.sg.d.] ūñch[adj.ā=>ī;f.] service[n.f.;sg.] karnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . then (x|firstly) home those who that[.kē] with relationship be[past.m.sg] , that from service take[pres-perf.sg.f.23] , that (of|K) return in this elevated service do[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
19So first we have to do this elevated service of our family members from whom we have taken service and give them this return.
22तोड़ने का मतलब यह नहीं कि घृणा करें . tōṛnē kā matlab yah nahī̃ ki ghr̥iṇā karē̃ . tōṛnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] matlab[n.m.;sg.,d.] yah[pn.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] ki[conj.] ghr̥iṇā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[opt.pl.12hon3] . break[inf.m.pl.,o.] of x this not that hatred do[opt.pl.12hon3] .
20To break away does not mean to have dislike for them.
23हमारा काम है सेवा करना . hamārā kām hai sēvā karnā . ham[pn.pl.kā] kām[n.m.;sg.,d.]|kām[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] sēvā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[inf.m.sg.d.] . we[.kā] (lust|task) be[pres.sg.23] service do[inf.m.sg.d.] .
21Our duty is to serve them.

24Now, we have to give happiness and receive happiness.

25We have been taking and giving temporary happiness for many births. 26Now our service is to give constant happiness.

27We are experiencing such happiness and so those who are experiencing this cannot help but give it to others.
29वह समझेंगे कि और भी लाभ उठावें , पहले घर वालों को मालामाल बनावें . vah samajhē̃gē ki aur bhī lābh uṭhāvē̃ , pahlē ghar vālō̃ kō mālāmāl banāvē̃ . vah[pn.sg.d.] samajhnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] ki[conj.] aur bhī[p.] lābh[n.m.;sg.,d.] uṭhānā[opt.pl.12hon3] , pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] ghar[n.m.;sg.,d.] vālā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] mālāmāl[adj.] banānā[opt.pl.12hon3] . that understand[fut.m.pl.12hon3] that and too x uplift[opt.pl.12hon3] , (x|firstly) home those who to prosperous create[opt.pl.12hon3] .
28They would think that others should benefit from this and of making their family members prosperous.
30हमारा सम्बन्ध इतना रहेगा , इसमें कर्मबन्धन की बात नहीं है . hamārā sambandh itnā rahēgā , ismē̃ karmbandhan kī|key bāt nahī̃ hai . ham[pn.pl.kā] sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] itnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] rahnā[fut.m.sg.23] , yah[pn.sg.mē̃] karmbandhan[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key bāt[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . we[.kā] relationship such remain[fut.m.sg.23] , this[.mē̃] karmic bondages (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) matter not be[pres.sg.23] .
29We would only have a connection with them to this extent and so there is no question of karmic bondages in this.
31यह सम्बन्ध तो जोडना है . yah sambandh tō jōḍnā hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō jōṛnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . this relationship then connect[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
30We have to have relationships with them.
32यह भी तुम देख रहेyah bhī tum dēkh rahēyah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] tum[pn.pl.] dēkhnā[root] rahnā[opt.sg.23]|rahnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]this too you see[root] (remain[opt.sg.23]|remain[past-part.m.pl.,o.])33हो कि इस नॉलेज में आने से फिर परीक्षायें भी आती हैं . hō ki is knowledge mē̃ ānē sē phir parīkṣhāyē̃ bhī ātī haĩ . hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] ki[conj.] yah[pn.sg.o.] knowledge mē̃[postp.] ānā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.]|ānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] parīkṣhā[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] bhī[p.] ānā[pres.pl.f.12hon3] . (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) that this knowledge in (x|come[inf.m.pl.,o.]) from (then|turn[root]) being careful too come[pres.pl.f.12hon3] . 34क्योंकि यह नॉलेज भी नई है और उनके चरित्र भी नये हैं . kyōṅki yah knowledge bhī naī hai aur unkē charitra bhī nayē haĩ . kyōṅki yah[pn.sg.d.] knowledge bhī[p.] nayā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] aur vah[pn.pl.kē] charitra[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] nayā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . because this knowledge too new be[pres.sg.23] and that[.kē] character too new be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
31You can also see that when you come into knowledge you have to face tests, because this knowledge is new and activities based on it are also new.
35उन्होंने शास्त्रों द्वारा कुछ और बातें सुनी हैं और परमात्मा जो प्रैक्टिकल पार्ट बजाते हैं , इन चरित्रों को तो हम ही जानते हैं . unhōnnē śhāstrō̃ dvārā kuchh aur bātē̃ sunī haĩ aur paramātmā jō practical part bajātē haĩ , in charitrō̃ kō tō ham hī jāntē haĩ . vah[pn.pl.nē] śhāstra[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] dvārā kuchh aur bāt[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] sunnā[pres-perf.pl.f.12hon3] aur paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] jō[pn.;d.] practical part bajānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , in|yah[pn.pl.o.] charitra[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] tō ham[pn.pl.] hī[p.] jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . that[.nē] scripture through anything and matter listen[pres-perf.pl.f.12hon3] and Supreme Soul that practical play one's part , (in|this) character to then we only know[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
32They have heard other things from the scriptures. 33But we know God's activities and the part He plays.

60You have to pay attention as only then will you receive enlightenment.
63सन्यास अक्षर पुराना है . sanyās akṣhar purānā hai . sannyās[n.m.;sg.,d.] akṣhar[n.m.;sg.,d.] purānā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . renunciation word old be[pres.sg.23] .
61The word "renunciation" is very old.

65There is no need to be afraid.
68बाकी मंजिल बड़ी है . bākī mañjil baṛī hai . bākī|bākī mañzil[n.f.;sg.] baṛā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . (others|but) destination very be[pres.sg.23] .
66But the destination is very high.

73समझाने वाला बैठा है , यह तो जीवन बनाने की बहुत ऊंची बात है . samjhānē vālā baiṭhā hai , yah tō jīvan banānē kī|key bahut ūñchī bāt hai . samjhānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] baiṭhnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , yah[pn.sg.d.] tō jīvan[n.m.;sg.,d.] banānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key bahut ūñch[adj.ā=>ī;f.] bāt[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . explain[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who sit[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , this then life create[inf.m.pl.,o.] (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) very elevated matter be[pres.sg.23] .
71The One who is explaining is sitting here. 72It is a matter of creating your life.
74बाकी किसके भाग्य में नहीं है तो उसकी बात ही नहीं है . bākī kiskē bhāgya mē̃ nahī̃ hai tō uskī bāt hī nahī̃ hai . bākī|bākī kaun[pn.sg.kē] bhāgya[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] tō vah[pn.sg.kī] bāt[n.f.;sg.] hī[p.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . (others|but) who[.kē] x in not be[pres.sg.23] then that[.kī] matter only not be[pres.sg.23] .
73But if it is not in someone's fortune, then the question doesn't arise.
