3When we say "Om shanti", what enters our intellect?

4By saying "Om shanti" it enters our intellect that we souls are the children of God.

5Those who are firm Brahmins now cannot say that the soul is God.

6You now realise that the soul is a child of God.

8Those who belong to our Brahmin clan all come in front of us: first, the main one, the Seed; the Supreme Soul, then His creation Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar, then our Dada, and then his elder children. 9This is our family clan.
10यह हुआ निराकार और साकार कुल . yah huā nirākār aur sākār kul . yah[pn.sg.d.] hōnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] nirākār[adj.] aur sākār, sākārī[adj.] kul[n.m.;sg.,d.] . this be[past-part.m.sg.d.] incorporeal and sakar clan .

15We know the One whose children we are, as well as His occupation.
16हमको शूद्रों से ब्राह्मण बनाया है , अब ब्राह्मण से देवता बना रहे हैं - - ऐसा सौभाग्य पा रहे हैं . hamkō śhūdrō̃ sē brāhmaṇ banāyā hai , ab brāhmaṇ sē dēvtā banā rahē haĩ - - aisā saubhāgya pā rahē haĩ . ham[pn.pl.kō] śhūdra[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] sē[postp.] brāhmaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] banānā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , ab[adv.] brāhmaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] dēvtā bannā[opt.sg.23.past-part+rahnā] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] - - aisā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] saubhāgya[n.m.;sg.,d.] pānā[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] . we[.kō] shudra from Brahmin create[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , now Brahmin from become deity be[pres.pl.12hon3] - - such fortune x[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] .
16He has changed us from shudras into Brahmins. 17Now He is making us into deities from Brahmins. 18We are claiming such a fortune.
17वह भी अभी संगम पर . vah bhī abhī saṅgam par . vah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] ab[adv.hī] saṅgam[n.m.;sg.,d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] . that too now confluence (at|other) . 18जिससे जन्म-जन्मान्तर सुख को पाते आते हैं . jissē janma-janmāntar sukh kō pātē ātē haĩ . jō[pn.sg.sē] janma-janmāntar sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] pānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+ānā] . that[.sē] x happiness to x[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+ānā] .
19That, too, is now at the confluence age and through this we are receiving happiness for birth after birth.
19हम ऐसे नहीं कहेंगे – चाहे गम दो , चाहे खुशी दो . ham aisē nahī̃ kahē̃gē – chāhē gam dō , chāhē khuśhī dō . ham[pn.pl.] aisē nahī̃[x] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] – chāhnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|chāhē|chāhnā[opt.sg.23] ġam[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2]|dō[adj.] , chāhnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|chāhē|chāhnā[opt.sg.23] khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] dēnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2]|dō[adj.] . we it isn't that say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] – (x[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|whether|x[opt.sg.23]) sorrow (give[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2]|two) , (x[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|whether|x[opt.sg.23]) happiness (give[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2]|two) .
20We will not say, "Whether you give us sorrow or whether you give us happiness" as they do.
20चढ़ती कला है , अब तो खुशी ही है . chaṛhtī kalā hai , ab tō khuśhī hī hai . chaṛhtī kalā[x] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , ab[adv.] tō khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . stage of ascent be[pres.sg.23] , now then happiness only be[pres.sg.23] .
21It is now the stage of ascent, and so we only have happiness.
21ऐसे नहीं सोचेंगे - फिर गिरना है . aisē nahī̃ sōchē̃gē - phir girnā hai . aisē nahī̃[x] sōchnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] - phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] girnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . it isn't that think[fut.m.pl.12hon3] - (then|turn[root]) fall down[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
22You will not think that you have to descend again.
22भल ड्रामा में है लेकिन अब इससे छूटे हैं . bhal drama mē̃ hai lēkin ab issē chhūṭē haĩ . bhal drama mē̃[postp.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] lēkin ab[adv.] yah[pn.sg.sē] chhūṭnā[pres-perf.pl.m.12hon3] . although drama in be[pres.sg.23] but now this[.sē] let go[pres-perf.pl.m.12hon3] .
23Though it is in the drama, you have now become free from descending.
23अब चलने का समय है . ab chalnē kā samay hai . ab[adv.] chalnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . now continue[inf.m.pl.,o.] of time be[pres.sg.23] . 24तो उसका नशा भी रहेगा , खुशी भी रहेगी . tō uskā naśhā bhī rahēgā , khuśhī bhī rahēgī . tō vah[pn.sg.kā] naśhā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] bhī[p.] rahnā[fut.m.sg.23] , khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] bhī[p.] rahnā[fut.f.sg.23] . then that[.kā] intoxication too remain[fut.m.sg.23] , happiness too remain[fut.f.sg.23] .
24Now it is time to go back home so you will have the intoxication and happiness of that.
25जैसे लौकिक सम्बन्ध में भी लौकिक कुटुम्ब का नशा रहता है . jaisē laukik sambandh mē̃ bhī laukik kuṭumb kā naśhā rahtā hai . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] laukik[adj.] sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] bhī[p.] laukik[adj.] kuṭumb[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] naśhā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] rahnā[pres.sg.m.23] . like worldly relationship in too worldly x of intoxication remain[pres.sg.m.23] .
25In lokik relationships people have the intoxication of their lokik families.
26लेकिन इससे भी कोई ऊंचे होंगे . lēkin issē bhī kōī ūñchē hōṅgē . lēkin yah[pn.sg.sē] bhī[p.] kōī[pn.;d.] ūñch[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . but this[.sē] too some elevated be[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .
26However, there must be someone higher than that.
27अपना है सबसे ऊंचा कुटुम्ब . apnā hai sabsē ūñchā kuṭumb . apnā[pn.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.]|apnānā[root] hōnā[pres.sg.23] sabsē ūñch[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kuṭumb[n.m.;sg.,d.] . (one’s own|adopt[root]) be[pres.sg.23] the most elevated x .
27Ours is the most elevated family.
28इससे ऊंचा और कोई है नहीं . issē ūñchā aur kōī hai nahī̃ . yah[pn.sg.sē] ūñch[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] aur kōī[x] hōnā[pres.sg.23] nahī̃[neg] . this[.sē] elevated someone else be[pres.sg.23] not .
28There isn't anyone higher than us.
29जब तक यह नशा , खुशी प्रैक्टिकल नहीं है तब तक समझो भविष्य इतना पद नहीं बनेगा . jab tak yah naśhā , khuśhī practical nahī̃ hai tab tak samjhō bhaviṣhya itnā pad nahī̃ banēgā . jab tak[x] yah[pn.sg.d.] naśhā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] , khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] practical nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] tab tak[x] samajhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] bhaviṣhya[adj.] itnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] pad[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] bannā[fut.m.sg.23] . as long as this intoxication , happiness practical not be[pres.sg.23] x understand[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] future such status not become[fut.m.sg.23] .
29Until you have this intoxication and happiness in a practical way, understand that you will not claim such a status in the future.
30यह है अभी की अवस्था से भविष्य पद को जानना . yah hai abhī kī|key avasthā sē bhaviṣhya pad kō jānnā . yah[pn.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ab[adv.hī] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key avasthā[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] bhaviṣhya[adj.] pad[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] jānnā[inf.m.sg.d.] . this be[pres.sg.23] now (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) stage from future status to know[inf.m.sg.d.] .
30This is how you can tell your future status from your present stage.

32Why do you sometimes not have any happiness or intoxication?
33देह के सम्बन्ध में आने से खुशी नहीं रहती . dēh kē|K sambandh mē̃ ānē sē khuśhī nahī̃ rahtī . dēh[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] ānā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.]|ānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] nahī̃[neg] rahnā[pres-part.f.] . body (of|K) relationship in (x|come[inf.m.pl.,o.]) from happiness not remain[pres-part.f.] .
33You do not have any happiness when you come into the relationships of the body.
34भल प्रवृत्ति में रहते हो लेकिन वहाँ रहते भी देह सहित देह के सम्बन्ध से न्यारा होना है . bhal pravr̥itti mē̃ rahtē hō lēkin vahā̃ rahtē bhī dēh sahit dēh kē|K sambandh sē nyārā hōnā hai . bhal pravr̥itti[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[pres.pl.m.2] lēkin vahā̃ rahnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] bhī[p.] dēh[n.f.;sg.] sahit dēh[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] nyārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . although famille in remain[pres.pl.m.2] but there remain[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] too body including body (of|K) relationship from unique be[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
34Though you may be living in the household, even whilst living there, you have to remain detached from the body and bodily relationships.
35यह है अन्दर की बात . yah hai andar kī|key bāt . yah[pn.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] andar kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key bāt[n.f.;sg.] . this be[pres.sg.23] inside (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) matter .
35This is an internal matter.
36बाहर से न कुछ छोड़ना है , न कोई स्थूल साधना करनी है . bāhar sē na kuchh chhōṛnā hai , na kōī sthūl sādhnā karnī hai . bāhar sē[postp.] na[neg] kuchh chhōṛnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] , na[neg] kōī[pn.;d.] sthūl[adj.] sādhnā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . outside from not anything renounce[pres.sg.23.oblig1] , not some physical spiritual endeavour do[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
36Externally you do not have to renounce anything, nor do you have to make any spiritual endeavours (sadhna).
37अपना बहुत सूक्ष्म गहरा पुरुषार्थ है . apnā bahut sūkṣhma gahrā puruṣhārth hai . apnā[pn.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.]|apnānā[root] bahut sūkṣhma[adj.] gahrā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] puruṣhārth[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . (one’s own|adopt[root]) very subtle deep effort be[pres.sg.23] .
37Our effort is very subtle and deep.
38बुद्धियोग की ही मेहनत है . buddhiyōg kī|key hī mēhnat hai . buddhiyōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key hī[p.] mēhnat[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . intellect’s yoga (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) only effort be[pres.sg.23] .
38The effort is in the yoga of the intellect.
39बुद्धि कहाँ लटकी तो वह खुशी , नशा कायम नहीं रहता . buddhi kahā̃ laṭakī tō vah khuśhī , naśhā kāyam nahī̃ rahtā . buddhi[n.f.;sg.] kahā̃ laṭaknā[past-part.f.] tō vah[pn.sg.d.] khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] , naśhā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] kāyam[adj.] nahī̃[neg] rahnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . intellect where hang up[past-part.f.] then that happiness , intoxication x not remain[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .
39If your intellect is trapped by someone, you do not experience that happiness and intoxication constantly.

40It isn't that you are able to be freed from that by leaving them: You are given even more praise because whilst staying With them the yoga of your intellect is not pulled.
42ऐसे नहीं समझना – बस , सुना-सुनाया , यही पुरुषार्थ है . aisē nahī̃ samajhnā – bas , sunā-sunāyā , yahī puruṣhārth hai . aisē nahī̃[x] samajhnā[inf.m.sg.d.] – basnā[root]|bas , sunī-sunāī[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] , yahī[pn.;d.] puruṣhārth[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . it isn't that understand[inf.m.sg.d.] – (x[root]|simply) , rumours they have heard , this effort be[pres.sg.23] .
41Do not think that just to listen and to talk to others is the only effort..
43लेकिन सब कुछ बुद्धि से भुलाकर सम्पूर्ण कर्मातीत अवस्था में जाना , मन्सा तक भी कोई विकल्प नहीं आवे – यह है मेहनत . lēkin sab kuchh buddhi sē bhulākar sampūrṇ karmātīt avasthā mē̃ jānā , mansā tak bhī kōī vikalp nahī̃ āvē – yah hai mēhnat . lēkin sab kuchh[x] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] bhulānā[abs.] sampūrṇ[adj.] karmātīt[adj.] avasthā[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] jānnā[past-part.m.sg.d.]|jānā[inf.m.sg.d.] , mansā tak bhī[p.] kōī[pn.;d.] vikalp[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] ānā[opt.sg.23] – yah[pn.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] mēhnat[n.f.;sg.] . but everything intellect from make you forget[abs.] complete karmateet stage in (know[past-part.m.sg.d.]|go[inf.m.sg.d.]) , through the mind until too some x not come[opt.sg.23] – this be[pres.sg.23] effort .
42Nb, you have to forget everything with the intellect and go into the completely karmateet stage, so that you do not even have any sinful thoughts in your mind. 43This takes effort.
44कर्मणा में छोड़ने से मन्सा भी छूट जानी है . karmaṇā mē̃ chhōṛnē sē mansā bhī chhūṭ jānī hai . karmaṇā mē̃[postp.] chhōṛnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] mansā bhī[p.] chhūṭnā[root] jānnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23]|jānā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . x in renounce[inf.m.pl.,o.] from through the mind too let go[root] (know[pres-perf.sg.f.23]|go[pres.sg.23.oblig1]) .

45You have to create this stage now.
46इससे भविष्य बनेगा . issē bhaviṣhya banēgā . yah[pn.sg.sē] bhaviṣhya[adj.] bannā[fut.m.sg.23] . this[.sē] future become[fut.m.sg.23] .
46Your future Will be created through this.

69They can carry out destruction through their intellect, so can we not create the new world with the power of our intellect?

70They think that this is your imagination and that the world has to continue for a lot longer.

74अपना है सूक्ष्म पुरुषार्थ . apnā hai sūkṣhma puruṣhārth . apnā[pn.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.]|apnānā[root] hōnā[pres.sg.23] sūkṣhma[adj.] puruṣhārth[n.m.;sg.,d.] . (one’s own|adopt[root]) be[pres.sg.23] subtle effort .

75बुद्धि सबसे सूक्ष्म है . buddhi sabsē sūkṣhma hai . buddhi[n.f.;sg.] sabsē sūkṣhma[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . intellect the most subtle be[pres.sg.23] .

76You can have a vision of the soul, but the intellect is even more subtle than that.

77It is the intel!ect that reforms or ruins our behaviour.
79तो बुद्धिवानों का बुद्धि इसको बना रहे हैं . tō buddhivānō̃ kā buddhi iskō banā rahē haĩ . tō buddhivān[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] yah[pn.sg.kō] banānā[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] . then wise of intellect this[.kō] create[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] .
78So the Intellect of the Wise is creating all of you.
80इसलिए इतनी गहराई , गम्भीरता से धारण करो . isliē itnī gahrāī , gambhīrtā sē dhāraṇ karō . isliē itnā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] gahrāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] , gambhīrtā[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] dhāraṇ karnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . therefore such depths , maturity from adopt[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] .
79This is why you have to imbibe all this with depth and maturity.
81ईश्वरीय ताकत है ना . īśhvarīy tākat hai nā . īśhvarīy[adj.] tākat[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] nā . Godly power be[pres.sg.23] ∅ .
80This is Godly power.
82दुनिया स्थूल ताकत के पीछे पड़ी है . duniyā sthūl tākat kē pīchhē paṛī hai . duniyā[n.f.;sg.] sthūl[adj.] tākat[n.f.;sg.] kē pīchhē[x] paṛnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23] . world physical power x fall[pres-perf.sg.f.23] . 83लेकिन रुहानी ताकत को तो जानती नहीं है . lēkin ruhānī tākat kō tō jāntī nahī̃ hai . lēkin rūhānī[adj.] tākat[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] tō jānnā[pres-part.f.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . but spiritual power to then know[pres-part.f.] not be[pres.sg.23] .
81The world is chasing after physical power but they do not know about spiritual power at all.
84सूक्ष्म योग लगाने से आत्मा प्योर होती है , तो उसका प्रभाव कर्म पर पड़ता है . sūkṣhma yōg lagānē sē ātmā pure hōtī hai , tō uskā prabhāv karma par paṛtā hai . sūkṣhma[adj.] yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] lagānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] pure hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] , tō vah[pn.sg.kā] prabhāv[n.m.;sg.,d.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] paṛnā[pres.sg.m.23] . subtle yoga attach[inf.m.pl.,o.] from soul pure be[pres.sg.f.23] , then that[.kā] x deed (at|other) fall[pres.sg.m.23] .
82By having yoga in a subtle way, the yoga continues to become pure and that influences your karma.
