23Through His teachings we change from human beings into deities.

26' देवता ' शब्द सुन समझते हैं कि देवता भी क्या हैं  ? ' dēvtā ' śhabda sun samajhtē haĩ ki dēvtā bhī kyā haĩ  ? ' deity ' word listen[root] understand[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that deity too what be[pres.pl.12hon3]  ?

24When you hear the word "deities", do you realise who deities are?

27लेकिन देवता माना सर्व प्राप्ति . lēkin dēvtā mānā sarv prāpti . lēkin dēvtā[n.f.;sg.] mānnā[past-part.m.sg.d.]|mānā sarv[adj.] prāpti[n.f.;sg.] . but deity (x[past-part.m.sg.d.]|means) all attainment .

42और धर्म वालों को गॉड-गॉडेज नहीं कहेंगे . aur dharm vālō̃ kō god-goddess nahī̃ kahē̃gē . aur dharm[n.m.;sg.,d.] vālā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] god-goddess nahī̃[neg] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . and religion those who to x not say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .

40Those of other religions are not called gods or goddesses.

43उन्हों का अपना-अपना नाम है – क्रिश्चियन , बौद्धी , आदि-आदि . unhō̃ kā apnā-apnā nām hai – kriściyan , bauddhī , ādi-ādi . vah[pn.pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] apnā[pn.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.]|apnānā[root] nām[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] – Christian , bauddh[adj.] , ādi[adj.] . that of (one’s own|adopt[root]) name be[pres.sg.23] – Christian , Buddhist , etc. .

41They have their own name: Christians, Buddhists etc.

42In the religion that was established by God, they are called gods and goddesses because they are the highest of human beings.

ānā[abs.] karnā[pres.sg.m.23] jō[pn.;d.] khud janmamaraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] nahī̃[neg] ānā[pres.sg.m.23] . we[.kā] religion establishment too that come[abs.] do[pres.sg.m.23] that oneself x in not come[pres.sg.m.23] .

43The One who Himself does not come into birth and rebirth establishes our religion.

46तो पालना भी दूसरों से कराते हैं . tō pālnā bhī dūsrō̃ sē karātē haĩ . tō pālnā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.]|pālnā[inf.m.sg.d.] bhī[p.] dūsrā[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] sē[postp.] karānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . then (x|sustenance[inf.m.sg.d.]) too other from make commit[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

44Then He inspires the sustenance to be carried out by someone else.

47उनको पालनहार , विनाश , स्थापन-कर्ता कहते हैं . unkō pālanhār , vināśh , sthāpan-kartā kahtē haĩ . vah[pn.pl.kō] pālanhār[n.m.;sg.,d.] , vināśh[n.m.;sg.,d.] , x kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . that[.kō] x , destruction , x say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

45He is called the Sustainer, the Creator and the Destroyer.

48अब खुद उपस्थित हो कार्य कर रहे हैं . ab khud upasthit hō kārya kar rahē haĩ . ab[adv.] khud upasthit[adj.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] kārya[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] . now oneself x (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) task do[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] .

46He Himself is present now and is carrying out His task.

49हमको ऐसा लायक बनाते हैं . hamkō aisā lāyak banātē haĩ . ham[pn.pl.kō] aisā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] lāyak[x] banānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . we[.kō] such worthy create[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

47He is making us worthy to that extent.

50यह जो अभी की पालना चलती है वह कोई परमात्मा की नहीं है . yah jō abhī kī|key pālnā chaltī hai vah kōī paramātmā kī|key nahī̃ hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] jō[pn.;d.] ab[adv.hī] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key pālnā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.]|pālnā[inf.m.sg.d.] chalnā[pres.sg.f.23] vah[pn.sg.d.] kōī[pn.;d.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this that now (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) (x|sustenance[inf.m.sg.d.]) continue[pres.sg.f.23] that some Supreme Soul (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) not be[pres.sg.23] .

48Your physical sustenance is not given by God.

51इसमें तो कर्मों अनुसार किसको अच्छी रोटी मिलती , किसको नहीं भी मिलती है . ismē̃ tō karmō̃ anusār kiskō achchhī rōṭī miltī , kiskō nahī̃ bhī miltī hai . yah[pn.sg.mē̃] tō karm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] anusār kaun[pn.sg.kō] achchhā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] rōṭī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] milnā[pres-part.f.] , kaun[pn.sg.kō] nahī̃[neg] bhī[p.] milnā[pres.sg.f.23] . this[.mē̃] then deed according to who[.kō] achcha roti receive[pres-part.f.] , who[.kō] not too receive[pres.sg.f.23] .

49Some receive enough food and some don't according to their karma.

52यह कोई परमात्मा की पालना नहीं है . yah kōī paramātmā kī|key pālnā nahī̃ hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] kōī[pn.;d.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key pālnā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.]|pālnā[inf.m.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this some Supreme Soul (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) (x|sustenance[inf.m.sg.d.]) not be[pres.sg.23] .

50That is not sustenance given by God.

53हम जानते हैं कि सतयुग में जो हमको पालना मिलती है वह परमात्मा की ही मिलती है . ham jāntē haĩ ki satyug mē̃ jō hamkō pālnā miltī hai vah paramātmā kī|key hī miltī hai . ham[pn.pl.] jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] satyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] jō[pn.;d.] ham[pn.pl.kō] pālnā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.]|pālnā[inf.m.sg.d.] milnā[pres.sg.f.23] vah[pn.sg.d.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key hī[p.] milnā[pres.sg.f.23] . we know[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that golden age in that we[.kō] (x|sustenance[inf.m.sg.d.]) receive[pres.sg.f.23] that Supreme Soul (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) only receive[pres.sg.f.23] .

51We know that the sustenance we receive in satyug is from God. 52That is the reward of the effort of the present time.

54अभी के पुरुषार्थ का वह फल है . abhī kē|K puruṣhārth kā vah phal hai . ab[adv.hī] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K puruṣhārth[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] vah[pn.sg.d.] phal[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . now (of|K) effort of that fruit be[pres.sg.23] .

53That is the true sustenance from God.

55सच-सच तो वही परमात्मा की पालना है . sach-sach tō vahī paramātmā kī|key pālnā hai . sach[adj.] tō vahī paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key pālnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . of truth then this Supreme Soul (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) sustenance[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .

54At present there is no sustenance of happiness.

56अभी सुख की पालना नहीं है – कभी दुःख तो कभी सुख . abhī sukh kī|key pālnā nahī̃ hai – kabhī duḥkh tō kabhī sukh . ab[adv.hī] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key pālnā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.]|pālnā[inf.m.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] – kabhī[adv.] duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.]|duḥkhnā[root] tō kabhī[adv.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] . now happiness (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) (x|sustenance[inf.m.sg.d.]) not be[pres.sg.23] – ever (sorrow|hurt[root]) then ever happiness .

55Sometimes there is happiness and sometimes there is sorrow.

57हम अभी ही अपना पूरा एकाउन्ट भर लेते हैं , फिर आधा कल्प खाते रहते हैं . ham abhī hī apnā pūrā account bhar lētē haĩ , phir ādhā kalp khātē rahtē haĩ . ham[pn.pl.] ab[adv.hī] hī[p.] apnā[pn.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.]|apnānā[root] pūrā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] account bharnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+lēnā] , phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] ādhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kalp[n.m.;sg.,d.] khānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] . we now only (one’s own|adopt[root]) full account fill[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+lēnā] , (then|turn[root]) half cycle eat[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] .

56We accumulate now and then eat from our accounts for half a kalpa.

58इसमें दया , कृपा की कोई बात नहीं . ismē̃ dayā , kr̥ipā kī|key kōī bāt nahī̃ . yah[pn.sg.mē̃] dayā[n.f.;sg.] , kr̥ipā[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key kōī[pn.;d.] bāt[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] . this[.mē̃] mercy , mercy (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) some matter not .

57There is no question of mercy or blessings in this.

ānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , milnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tō kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - ham[pn.pl.kē] prati śhubh bhāvnā[x] rakhnā[inf.m.sg.d.] . some come[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , receive[pres.pl.m.12hon3] then say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - we[.kē] for pure feeling keep[inf.m.sg.d.] .

58When some people come and meet us, they say: Have pure wishes for us.

60अब ऐसे तो है ही नहीं कि हमारी अशुभ भावना है . ab aisē tō hai hī nahī̃ ki hamārī aśhubh bhāvnā hai . ab[adv.] aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] tō hōnā[pres.sg.23] hī[p.] nahī̃[neg] ki[conj.] ham[pn.pl.kī] aśhubh[adj.] bhāvnā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . now such then be[pres.sg.23] only not that we[.kī] impure feeling be[pres.sg.23] .

59But it is not that we have impure wishes for them.

61हम तो सबके शुभचिंतक हैं - - क्यों न यह भी अपनी जीवन बनाये , आबाद करे . ham tō sabkē śhubhchintak haĩ - - kyō̃ na yah bhī apnī jīvan banāyē , ābād karē . ham[pn.pl.] tō sabkā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] śhubhchintak[adj.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] - - kyō̃ na[neg] yah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] apnā[pn.ā=>ī;f.] jīvan[n.m.;sg.,d.] banānā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] , ābād[adj.] karnā[opt.sg.23] . we then everyone's (one) who has pure and positive thoughts be[pres.pl.12hon3] - - why not this too one’s own life create[past-part.m.pl.,o.] , content do[opt.sg.23] .

60We have pure thoughts for everyone. 61Why should this one also not create his life and use everything in a worthwhile way?

62हमारी बुद्धि में किसके लिए भी डिफरेन्ट भावना नहीं है . hamārī buddhi mē̃ kiskē liē bhī different bhāvnā nahī̃ hai . ham[pn.pl.kī] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] kaun[pn.sg.kē] lēnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|liē bhī[p.] different bhāvnā[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . we[.kī] intellect in who[.kē] (take[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|for) too difference feeling not be[pres.sg.23] .

62We do not have any different feelings for anyone in our intellect.

63यह सिर्फ कहने की रस्म चली आती है जो गुरु लोगों के आगे जाकर कहते हैं . yah sirph kahnē kī|key rasm chalī ātī hai jō guru lōgō̃ kē āgē jākar kahtē haĩ . yah[pn.sg.d.] sirph[adj.] kahnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key rasm[n.f.;sg.] chalnā[pres.sg.f.23.past-part+ānā] jō[pn.;d.] gurū[n.m.;sg.,d.] log[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kē āgē[x] jānā[abs.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . this only say[inf.m.pl.,o.] (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) systems continue[pres.sg.f.23.past-part+ānā] that guru people in front of go[abs.] say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

63They have just created the habit of saying this, and they do so in front of the gurus.

64फिर उन्हों की अल्प भावना पूरी भी होती है , तब यह रस्म चली आती है . phir unhō̃ kī|key alp bhāvnā pūrī bhī hōtī hai , tab yah rasm chalī ātī hai . phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] vah[pn.pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key alp[adj.] bhāvnā[n.f.;sg.] pūrī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.]|pūrā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] , tab yah[pn.sg.d.] rasm[n.f.;sg.] chalnā[pres.sg.f.23.past-part+ānā] . (then|turn[root]) that (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) temporary feeling (puri|full) too be[pres.sg.f.23] , for only then this systems continue[pres.sg.f.23.past-part+ānā] .

64Then their temporary wishes are fulfilled and this is why this system has continued.

65अब हम तो इन बातों में जाते नहीं . ab ham tō in bātō̃ mē̃ jātē nahī̃ . ab[adv.] ham[pn.pl.] tō in|yah[pn.pl.o.] bāt[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] mē̃[postp.] jānā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] nahī̃[neg] . now we then (in|this) matter in go[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] not .

65We do not get involved in these matters.

66हमको तो बाबा से सारा हक , सारा वर्सा लेना है जो फिर वहाँ ऐसी इच्छा नहीं रहती . hamkō tō bābā sē sārā hak , sārā varsā lēnā hai jō phir vahā̃ aisī ichchhā nahī̃ rahtī . ham[pn.pl.kō] tō bābā sē[postp.] sārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hak[n.m.;sg.,d.] , sārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] varsā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] lēnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] jō[pn.;d.] phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] vahā̃ aisā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] ichchhā[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] rahnā[pres-part.f.] . we[.kō] then Baba from the whole x , the whole inheritance take[pres.sg.23.oblig1] that (then|turn[root]) there such desire not remain[pres-part.f.] .

66We have to claim the full right and the full inheritance from Baba so that we do not have such desires there.

67यहाँ तो इच्छाएं लगी रहती हैं . yahā̃ tō ichchhāē̃ lagī rahtī haĩ . yahā̃ tō ichchhā[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] lagnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3.past-part+rahnā] . here then desire x[pres.pl.f.12hon3.past-part+rahnā] .

67Here, they constantly have desires.

68लेकिन यह जो बातें सुनी हैं कि इच्छा की अविद्या , तो कहते हैं कि इच्छाओं को मारो . lēkin yah jō bātē̃ sunī haĩ ki ichchhā kī|key avidyā , tō kahtē haĩ ki ichchhāō̃ kō mārō . lēkin yah[pn.sg.d.] jō[pn.;d.] bāt[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] sunnā[pres-perf.pl.f.12hon3] ki[conj.] ichchhā[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key avidyā[n.f.;sg.] , tō kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] ichchhā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] mārnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . but this that matter listen[pres-perf.pl.f.12hon3] that desire (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) x , then say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that desire to beat[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] .

68But they have heard that there should be total ignorance of desires and so they try to kill their desires.

69तो हठ से मन को मारते हैं . tō haṭh sē man kō mārtē haĩ . tō haṭh[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] man[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] mārnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . then force from mind to beat[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

69So they kill their mind with force.

70परन्तु जिसकी अप्राप्ति है , तो जरुर इच्छा उठती है . parantu jiskī aprāpti hai , tō jarur ichchhā uṭhtī hai . parantu[conj.] jō[pn.sg.kī] aprāpti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , tō zarūr ichchhā[n.f.;sg.] uṭhnā[pres.sg.f.23] . however that[.kī] lack of attainment be[pres.sg.23] , then definitely desire wake up[pres.sg.f.23] .

70But if they are missing something, then they will definitely desire it.

71धन न हो , तो जरुर इच्छा होती है . dhan na hō , tō jarur ichchhā hōtī hai . dhan[n.m.;sg.,d.] na[neg] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] , tō zarūr ichchhā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] . wealth not (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) , then definitely desire be[pres.sg.f.23] .

71If someone does not have any wealth, they have a desire for it.

72इच्छा घटती नहीं है . ichchhā ghaṭtī nahī̃ hai . ichchhā[n.f.;sg.] ghaṭnā[pres-part.f.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . desire be reduced[pres-part.f.] not be[pres.sg.23] .

72Their desires do not diminish.

73हमारे में अप्राप्ति क्यों होती है  ? hamārē mē̃ aprāpti kyō̃ hōtī hai  ? ham[pn.pl.kē] mē̃[postp.] aprāpti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kyō̃ hōnā[pres.sg.f.23]  ? we[.kē] in lack of attainment why be[pres.sg.f.23]  ?

73Why is there a lack of attainment?

74उसके लिए पुरुषार्थ करना है . uskē liē puruṣhārth karnā hai . uskā[pn.sg.kē] lēnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|liē puruṣhārth[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . of that[.kē] (take[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|for) effort do[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .

74You have to make effort for this.

75तो यह भी ज्ञान है . tō yah bhī gyān hai . tō yah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . then this too knowledge be[pres.sg.23] .

75So this is also knowledge.

76इच्छा दुःख नहीं देती , लेकिन अप्राप्ति दुःख देती है . ichchhā duḥkh nahī̃ dētī , lēkin aprāpti duḥkh dētī hai . ichchhā[n.f.;sg.] duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.]|duḥkhnā[root] nahī̃[neg] dēnā[pres-part.f.] , lēkin aprāpti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] duḥkhnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+dēnā] . desire (sorrow|hurt[root]) not give[pres-part.f.] , but lack of attainment hurt[pres.sg.f.23.root+dēnā] .

76Desires do not give sorrow; it is the lack of attainment which gives sorrow.

77हमारे पास अप्राप्ति न हो - उनका साधन चाहिए . hamārē pās|pass aprāpti na hō - unkā sādhan chāhiē . ham[pn.pl.kē] pās|pass aprāpti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] na[neg] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] - vah[pn.pl.kā] sādhan[n.m.;sg.,d.] chāhiē|chāhnā[imp.pl.2hon] . we[.kē] (x|pass) lack of attainment not (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) - that[.kā] facilities (should|x[imp.pl.2hon]) .

77We need a method to ensure that we do not lack anything.

78इच्छाओं के लिए कहते हैं कि मन को मारो . ichchhāō̃ kē liē kahtē haĩ ki man kō mārō . ichchhā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] kē liē[x] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] man[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] mārnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . desire for say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that mind to beat[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . 79लेकिन माया को मारना है . lēkin māyā kō mārnā hai . lēkin māyā[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] mārnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . but Maya to beat[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .

78For desires, they say: "Kill your mind" but, in fact, you have to kill Maya.

80वैसे संकल्प तो भगवान में भी हैं जिसने इतना ज्ञान दिया है . vaisē saṅkalp tō bhagvān mē̃ bhī haĩ jisnē itnā gyān diyā hai . vaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] saṅkalp[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō bhagvān[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] jō[pn.sg.nē] itnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] . x thought then God in too be[pres.pl.12hon3] that[.nē] such knowledge give[pres-perf.sg.m.23] . 81लेकिन भगवान के संकल्प ऊंचे हैं . lēkin bhagvān kē|K saṅkalp ūñchē haĩ . lēkin bhagvān[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K saṅkalp[n.m.;sg.,d.] ūñch[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . but God (of|K) thought elevated be[pres.pl.12hon3] .

79Even God who has given us so much knowledge has thoughts, but His thoughts are His own.

82इतनी नॉलेज देकर इतना ऊंचा बनाया है  ! itnī knowledge dēkar itnā ūñchā banāyā hai  ! itnā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] knowledge dēnā[abs.] itnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] ūñch[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] banānā[pres-perf.sg.m.23]  ! such knowledge give[abs.] such elevated create[pres-perf.sg.m.23]  !

80He gave so much knowledge and made us so elevated.

83देवताओं को भी राजधानी चलाने के लिए मन-बुद्धि है . dēvtāō̃ kō bhī rājdhānī chalānē kē liē man-buddhi hai . dēvtā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] bhī[p.] rājdhānī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] chalānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kē liē[x] man-buddhi[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . deity to too kingdom x[inf.m.pl.,o.] for x be[pres.sg.23] .

81Deities also have a mind and an intellect in order to run their kingdom.

84जड़ थोड़ेही बनना है . jaṛ thōṛēhī bannā hai . jaṛ[adj.]|jaṛ[n.f.;sg.]|jaṛnā[root] thōṛēhī bannā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . (non-conscious|x|stud[root]) not become[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .

82You must not become unconscious.

85अब जप-तप-योग के लिए यह नहीं कि मन को मारो लेकिन हम तो चलते-फिरते उनकी याद में रहते हैं अर्थात् तप कर रहे हैं . ab jap-tap-yōg kē liē yah nahī̃ ki man kō mārō lēkin ham tō chaltē-phirtē unkī yād mē̃ rahtē haĩ arthāt tap kar rahē haĩ . ab[adv.] x kē liē[x] yah[pn.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] ki[conj.] man[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] mārnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] lēkin ham[pn.pl.] tō chaltā-phirtā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] vah[pn.pl.kī] yād[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] arthāt tap[n.m.;sg.,d.]|tapnā[root] karnā[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] . now x for this not that mind to beat[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] but we then mobile that[.kī] remembrance in remain[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that is (tapasya|become heated[root]) do[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] .

83It isn't that you have to kill your mind in order to do penance, tapasya, yoga etc. 84We are the Raj Rishis who are doing tapasya for a kingdom.

86हम ही राजऋषि है , राजाई के लिए तप करते हैं . ham hī rājr̥iṣhi hai , rājāī kē liē tap kartē haĩ . ham[pn.pl.] hī[p.] rājr̥iṣhi[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , rājāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kē liē[x] tap[n.m.;sg.,d.]|tapnā[root] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . we only Raja Rishi be[pres.sg.23] , kingdom for (tapasya|become heated[root]) do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

85We receive a kingdom with the power of this tapasya.

87इस तप के बल से हमको राजाई मिलती है . is tap kē|K bal sē hamkō rājāī miltī hai . yah[pn.sg.o.] tap[n.m.;sg.,d.]|tapnā[root] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K bal[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] ham[pn.pl.kō] rājāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] milnā[pres.sg.f.23] . this (tapasya|become heated[root]) (of|K) strength from we[.kō] kingdom receive[pres.sg.f.23] .

86We have not snatched away the kingdom from anyone.

88हमने यह राजाई किससे छीनकर नहीं ली है . hamnē yah rājāī kissē chhīnkar nahī̃ lī hai . ham[pn.pl.nē] yah[pn.sg.d.] rājāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kaun[pn.sg.sē] chhīnnā[abs.] nahī̃[neg] lēnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23] . we[.nē] this kingdom who[.sē] snatch[abs.] not take[pres-perf.sg.f.23] . 89अगर छीन कर ली हो तो पहले जिसके पास थी उनकी भी महिमा होनी चाहिए . agar chhīn kar lī hō tō pahlē jiskē pās|pass thī unkī bhī mahimā hōnī chāhiē . agar chhīnnā[root] karnā[pres-perf.pl.f.2.root+lēnā] tō pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] jō[pn.sg.kē] pās|pass hōnā[past.f] vah[pn.pl.kī] bhī[p.] mahimā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[.oblig3] . if snatch[root] do[pres-perf.pl.f.2.root+lēnā] then (x|firstly) that[.kē] (x|pass) be[past.f] that[.kī] too praise be[.oblig3] .

87If we had snatched it from someone, then the one to whom it belonged should also be praised.

90तो इसका मतलब राजाई लक्ष्मी-नारायण से ही शुरु होती है . tō iskā matlab rājāī lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ sē hī śhuru hōtī hai . tō yah[pn.sg.kā] matlab[n.m.;sg.,d.] rājāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] hī[p.] śhurū[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] . then this[.kā] x kingdom Lakshmi and Narayan from only beginning be[pres.sg.f.23] .

88So this means that the kingdom begins with Lakshmi and Narayan.

91कलियुग में इस योगबल की तरकीब से इतनी बड़ी राजाई लेते हैं . kaliyug mē̃ is yōgbal kī|key tarkīb sē itnī baṛī rājāī lētē haĩ . kaliyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] yah[pn.sg.o.] yōgbal[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key tarkīb[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] itnā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] baṛā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] rājāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] lēnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . iron age in this power of yoga (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) x from such very kingdom take[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

89In the iron age we claim such a huge kingdom with the method of knowledge and the power of yoga.

92फिर कहते हैं कि योगबल से बच्चे कैसे पैदा होते हैं  ? phir kahtē haĩ ki yōgbal sē bachchē kaisē paidā hōtē haĩ  ? phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] yōgbal[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] kaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] paidā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3]  ? (then|turn[root]) say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that power of yoga from child how born be[pres.pl.m.12hon3]  ?

90Then people ask: How are children created with the power of yoga?

93लेकिन योगबल की ताकत से जब राजाई ली है तो वह ताकत वहाँ भी चलती है . lēkin yōgbal kī|key tākat sē jab rājāī lī hai tō vah tākat vahā̃ bhī chaltī hai . lēkin yōgbal[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key tākat[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] jab rājāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] lēnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23] tō vah[pn.sg.d.] tākat[n.f.;sg.] vahā̃ bhī[p.] chalnā[pres.sg.f.23] . but power of yoga (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) power from when kingdom take[pres-perf.sg.f.23] then that power there too continue[pres.sg.f.23] .

91But since you have claimed the kingdom with the power of yoga, this strength continues to exist there also.

94यह संसार है भोग बल का और वह है योगबल का . yah saṅsār hai bhōg bal kā aur vah hai yōgbal kā . yah[pn.sg.d.] saṅsār[x] hōnā[pres.sg.23] bhōg[n.m.;sg.,d.]|bhōgnā[root] bal[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] aur vah[pn.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] yōgbal[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] . this world be[pres.sg.23] (x|experience[root]) strength of and that be[pres.sg.23] power of yoga of .

92This world is that of those who have experiences through their physical senses, whereas that is the world of those who are yogis.

95यह डबल ताज भी योगबल से पाया है . yah double tāj bhī yōgbal sē pāyā hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] double tāj[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] yōgbal[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] pānā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] . this double crown too power of yoga from x[pres-perf.sg.m.23] .

93You have claimed the double crown with the power of yoga.

96अभी हम ब्राह्मण बने , फिर देवता बनते हैं . abhī ham brāhmaṇ banē , phir dēvtā bantē haĩ . ab[adv.hī] ham[pn.pl.] brāhmaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] bannā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|bannā[opt.sg.23] , phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] dēvtā bannā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . now we Brahmin (become[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|become[opt.sg.23]) , (then|turn[root]) become deity .

94We have now become Brahmins and then we become deities.

97शूद्र से देवता नहीं बन सकते हैं लेकिन पहले शूद्र से मरकर पवित्र ब्राह्मण बनना है . śhūdra sē dēvtā nahī̃ ban saktē haĩ lēkin pahlē śhūdra sē markar pavitra brāhmaṇ bannā hai . śhūdra[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] dēvtā[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] bannā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+saknā] lēkin pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] śhūdra[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] marnā[abs.] pavitr[adj.] brāhmaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] bannā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . shudra from deity not become[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+saknā] but (x|firstly) shudra from die[abs.] pure Brahmin become[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .

95We cannot become deities from shudras; and first we have to die as a shudra and become a pure Brahmin.

98अब हरेक अपने से पूछे कि मैं ब्रह्मण बना हूँ  ? ab harēk apnē sē pūchhē ki maĩ brahmaṇ banā hū̃  ? ab[adv.] har ēk apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sē[postp.] pūchhnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|pūchhnā[opt.sg.23] ki[conj.] maĩ[pn.sg.d.] brāhmaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] bannā[pres-perf.sg.m.1]  ? now each one one’s own from (ask[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|ask[opt.sg.23]) that I Brahmin become[pres-perf.sg.m.1]  ?

96Each one should now ask the self: Have I become a Brahmin?

99ब्राह्मण बनना कम बात नहीं है . brāhmaṇ bannā kam|cum bāt nahī̃ hai . brāhmaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] bannā[inf.m.sg.d.] kam[adj.]|cum bāt[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . Brahmin become[inf.m.sg.d.] (less|x) matter not be[pres.sg.23] .

97It is not a small thing to become a Brahmin.

100ब्रह्मा की मुख-वंशावली बनना है . brahmā kī|key mukh-vanśhāvalī bannā hai . brahmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key mukh vaṅśhāvalī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] bannā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . Brahma (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) mouth-born creation become[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .

98You have to become the mouth-born progeny of Brahma.

99Achcha.
