17So, you celebrate Shiv Jayanti in a practical way every day, because the confluence age is the age of the incarnation (of God).

14तो प्रैक्टिकल शिव-जयन्ति तो रोज़ मनाते ही हो क्योंकि संगमयुग है ही अवतरण का युग , श्रेष्ठ कर्तव्य , श्रेष्ठ चरित्र करने का युग . tō practical śiv-jayanti tō rōz manātē hī hō kyōṅki saṅgamyug hai hī avataraṇ kā yug , śhrēṣhṭh kartavya , śhrēṣhṭh charitra karnē kā yug . tō practical x tō rōz manānā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] hī[p.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] kyōṅki saṅgamyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] hī[p.] avataraṇ[x] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] yug[x] , śhrēṣhṭha[adj.] kartavya[n.m.;sg.,d.] , śhrēṣhṭha[adj.] charitra[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] yug[x] . then practical x then day celebrate[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] only (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) because confluence age be[pres.sg.23] only incarnation of age , elevated activity , elevated character do[inf.m.pl.,o.] of age .

18It is the age of performing an elevated task and elevated activities. 19However, you are also celebrating the memorial of this day within this unlimited age.

15लेकिन बेहद युग के बीच मे यह यादगार दिन भी मना रहे हो . lēkin bēhad yug kē|K bīch mē yah yādgār din bhī manā rahē hō . lēkin bēhad[adj.] yug[x] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K bīch mē̃ yah[pn.sg.d.] yādgār[x] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] manānā[pres.pl.m.prog.2] . but unlimited age (of|K) centre in this memorial day too celebrate[pres.pl.m.prog.2] .

20All of you celebrate by having a meeting, whereas their celebration is an invocation.

16आप सबका मनाना है - मिलन मनाना और उन्हों का मनाना है आह्वान करना . āp sabkā manānā hai - milan manānā aur unhō̃ kā manānā hai āhvān karnā . āp[pn.pl.] sabkā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] manānā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] - milan[n.m.;sg.,d.] manānā[inf.m.sg.d.] aur vah[pn.pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] manānā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] āhvān[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[inf.m.sg.d.] . you everyone's celebrate[pres.sg.23.oblig1] - meeting celebrate[inf.m.sg.d.] and that of celebrate[pres.sg.23.oblig1] invocation do[inf.m.sg.d.] .

21Theirs is calling out, whereas yours is having attained. 22They say, "Come!", and you say, "He has come, we have found Him!"

17उन्हों का है पुकारना और आपका है पा लेना . unhō̃ kā hai pukārnā aur āpkā hai pā lēnā . vah[pn.pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] pukārnā[inf.m.sg.d.] aur āp[pn.pl.kā] hōnā[pres.sg.23] pānā[root] lēnā[inf.m.sg.d.] . that of be[pres.sg.23] call[inf.m.sg.d.] and you[.kā] be[pres.sg.23] x[root] take[inf.m.sg.d.] . 18वह कहेंगे «  आओ ' ' और आप कहेंगे «  आ गये ' ' , मिल गये . vah kahē̃gē «  āō ' ' aur āp kahē̃gē «  ā gayē ' ' , mil gayē . vah[pn.sg.d.] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] «  ānā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] ' ' aur āp[pn.pl.] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] «  ānā[past-part.m.pl.,o..root+jānā] ' ' , milnā[past-part.m.pl.,o..root+jānā] . that say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] «  come[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] ' ' and you say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] «  come[past-part.m.pl.,o..root+jānā] ' ' , receive[past-part.m.pl.,o..root+jānā] .

23There is as much difference between the memorial and the practical as there is between day and night. 24In fact, this is the day of the Father, the Innocent Lord.

19यादगार और प्रैक्टिकल में कितना रात-दिन का अन्तर है . yādgār aur practical mē̃ kitnā rāt-din kā antar hai . yādgār[x] aur practical mē̃[postp.] kitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] rāt-din kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] antar[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . memorial and practical in so day and night of difference be[pres.sg.23] .

25The Innocent Lord means the One who bestows without counting, without keeping an account of it.

20वास्तव में यह दिन भोलानाथ बाप का दिन है , भोलानाथ अर्थात् बिना हिसाब के अनगिनत देने वाला . vāstav mē̃ yah din bhōlānāth bāp kā din hai , bhōlānāth arthāt binā hisāb kē|K anginat dēnē vālā . vāstav mē̃[x] yah[pn.sg.d.] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhōlānāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , bhōlānāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] arthāt binā hisāb[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K anginat[x] dēnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] . x this day Innocent Lord father of day be[pres.sg.23] , Innocent Lord that is without account (of|K) countless give[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who .

26Generally, there is an account of receiving as much as you give. 27Whoever does something, receives the return of that, accordingly.

21वैसे जितना और उतने का हिसाब होता है , जो करेगा वह पायेगा . vaisē jitnā aur utnē kā hisāb hōtā hai , jō karēgā vah pāyēgā . vaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] jitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] aur utnā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hisāb[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] , jō[pn.;d.] karnā[fut.m.sg.23] vah[pn.sg.d.] pānā[fut.m.sg.23] . x the more and x of account be[pres.sg.m.23] , that do[fut.m.sg.23] that x[fut.m.sg.23] .

28That is an account. 29However, why is He called the Innocent Lord?

22उतना ही पायेगा . utnā hī pāyēgā . utnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hī[p.] pānā[fut.m.sg.23] . x only x[fut.m.sg.23] . 23यह हिसाब है . yah hisāb hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] hisāb[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this account be[pres.sg.23] . 24लेकिन भोलानाथ क्यों कहते  ? lēkin bhōlānāth kyō̃ kahtē  ? lēkin bhōlānāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] kyō̃ kahnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.]  ? but Innocent Lord why say[pres-part.m.pl.,o.]  ?

30Because, at this time, He doesn't keep an account of giving to you the same as you give.

25क्योंकि इस समय देने में जितने और उतने का हिसाब नहीं रखता . kyōṅki is samay dēnē mē̃ jitnē aur utnē kā hisāb nahī̃ rakhtā . kyōṅki is samay[x] dēnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] mē̃[postp.] jitnā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] aur utnā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hisāb[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] rakhnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . because at this time give[inf.m.pl.,o.] in the more and x of account not keep[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .

31The account is of receiving multimillion-fold for one. 32So, it has become countless, has it not?

26एक का पदम-गुणा हिसाब है . ēk kā padam-guṇā hisāb hai . ēk[adj.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] padamguṇā hisāb[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . one of multimillion-fold account be[pres.sg.23] . 27तो अनगिनत हो गया ना . tō anginat hō gayā nā . tō anginat[x] hōnā[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] nā . then countless be[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] ∅ .

33There is such a great difference between one and multimillionfold.

28कहाँ एक कहाँ पदम . kahā̃ ēk kahā̃ padam . kahā̃ ēk[adj.] kahā̃ padam[n.m.;sg.,d.] . where one where multimillion . 29पदम भी लास्ट शब्द है इसलिए पदम कहते हैं . padam bhī last śhabda hai isliē padam kahtē haĩ . padam[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] last śhabd[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] isliē padam[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . multimillion too last word be[pres.sg.23] therefore multimillion say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

34"Multimillions" (padam) is said because that is the last word in counting (multimillions = padma padam).

30अनगिनत देने वाले भोले भण्डारी का दिन यादगार रूप में मनाते हैं . anginat dēnē vālē bhōlē bhaṇḍārī kā din yādgār rūp mē̃ manātē haĩ . anginat[x] dēnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] bhōlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] bhanḍārī[x] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] yādgār[x] rūp[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] manānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . countless give[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who innocent bhandari of day memorial Rup in celebrate[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

31आपको तो इतना मिला है जो अब तो भरपूर हो ही लेकिन 21 जन्म , 21 पीढ़ी सदा भरपूर रहेंगे . āpkō tō itnā milā hai jō ab tō bharpūr hō hī lēkin 21 janm , 21 pīṛhī sadā bharpūr rahē̃gē . āp[pn.pl.kō] tō itnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] milnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] jō[pn.;d.] ab[adv.] tō bharpūr[adj.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] hī[p.] lēkin 21 janm[n.m.;sg.,d.]|janamnā[root] , 21 pīṛhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] sadā bharpūr[adj.] rahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . you[.kō] then such receive[pres-perf.sg.m.23] that now then full (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) only but 21 (life|be born[root]) , 21 generation constantly full remain[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .

36You have received so much that you are completely full at this time, and you will also always be completely full for 21 births and 21 generations.

38No matter how great a bestower someone is, no one can guarantee to make your treasure-store completely full for so many births.

34तो भोलानाथ हुआ ना . tō bhōlānāth huā nā . tō bhōlānāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] nā . then Innocent Lord be[past-part.m.sg.d.] ∅ .

40Whilst being knowledge-full, He remains innocent. 41This is why He is called the Innocent Lord.

43However, whilst knowing all of that, He becomes the Innocent Lord when it comes to giving.

47Those people who celebrate it do not know it, but you know it. 48All four special subjects of the main study of the confluence age are celebrated on this memorial-day.

43कैसे  ? kaisē  ? kaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]  ? how  ?

49How?

44पहले भी सुनाया था कि विशेष इस उत्सव के दिन बिन्दु का और बूंद का महत्व होता है . pahlē bhī sunāyā thā ki viśhēṣh is utsav kē|K din bindu kā aur būnd kā mahatva hōtā hai . pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] bhī[p.] sunānā[past-perf.m.sg.] ki[conj.] viśhēṣh[adj.] yah[pn.sg.o.] utsav[x] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K din[n.m.;sg.,d.] bindu[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] aur būnd[x] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] mahatva[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] . (x|firstly) too speak[past-perf.m.sg.] that special this x (of|K) day point of and drop of importance be[pres.sg.m.23] .

50You were also told earlier that on the day of this festival special importance is given to the point and the drop.

45तो बिन्दु इस समय के याद अर्थात् योग के सबजेक्ट की निशानी है . tō bindu is samay kē|K yād arthāt yōg kē|K subject kī|key niśhānī hai . tō bindu[n.m.;sg.,d.] is samay[x] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K yād[n.f.;sg.] arthāt yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K subject karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key niśhānī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . then point at this time (of|K) remembrance that is yoga (of|K) subject (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) sign be[pres.sg.23] .

51The point is a symbol of the subject of remembrance, that is, of yoga.

46याद में बिन्दु स्थिति में ही स्थित होते हो ना  ! yād mē̃ bindu sthiti mē̃ hī sthit hōtē hō nā  ! yād[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] bindu[n.m.;sg.,d.] sthiti[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] hī[p.] sthit[adj.] hōnā[pres.pl.m.2] nā  ! remembrance in point stage in only stabilised be[pres.pl.m.2] ∅  !

52In remembrance, you stabilise yourself in the stage of a point, do you not?

47तो बिन्दु याद की निशानी और बूँद - ज्ञान की भिन्न-भिन्न बूँदे . tō bindu yād kī niśhānī aur bū̃d - gyān kī|key bhinn-bhinn bū̃dē . tō bindu[n.m.;sg.,d.] yād karnā[past-part.f.] niśhānī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] aur būnd[x] - gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key bhinn[adj.] x . then point remember sign and drop - knowledge (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) different x .

53So, the point is a symbol of remembrance, and the drop represents the different drops of knowledge.

48इस ज्ञान के सबजेक्ट की निशानी बूँद के रूप में दिखाई है . is gyān kē|K subject kī|key niśhānī bū̃d kē|K rūp mē̃ dikhāī hai . yah[pn.sg.o.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K subject karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key niśhānī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] būnd[x] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K rūp[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] dikhānā[pres-perf.sg.f.23] . this knowledge (of|K) subject (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) sign drop (of|K) Rup in x[pres-perf.sg.f.23] .

54The sign given to the subject of knowledge is the drop.

49धारणा की निशानी इसी दिन विशेष व्रत रखते हैं . dhārṇā kī|key niśhānī isī din viśhēṣh vrat rakhtē haĩ . dhārṇā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key niśhānī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] yah[pn.sg.hī] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] viśhēṣh[adj.] vrat[x] rakhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . dharna (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) sign this[.hī] day special fast keep[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

55The sign of dharna on this day is the special fast they keep.

50तो व्रत धारण करना . tō vrat dhāraṇ karnā . tō vrat[x] dhāraṇ karnā[x] . then fast adopt[x] .

56So, you observe a fast.

51धारणा में भी आप दृढ़ संकल्प करते हो . dhārṇā mē̃ bhī āp dr̥iṛh saṅkalp kartē hō . dhārṇā[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] bhī[p.] āp[pn.pl.] dr̥iṛh[adj.] saṅkalp[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.2] . dharna in too you determined thought do[pres.pl.m.2] .

57In dharna, you have determination.

52तो व्रत रखते हो कि ऐसा सहनशील वा अन्तर्मुख अवश्य बनके ही दिखायेंगे . tō vrat rakhtē hō ki aisā sahanśhīl vā antarmukh avaśhya bankē hī dikhāyēṅgē . tō vrat[x] rakhnā[pres.pl.m.2] ki[conj.] aisā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] sahanśhīl[adj.] vā antarmukh[x] avaśhya bannā[abs.] hī[p.] dikhānā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . then fast keep[pres.pl.m.2] that such tolerant or introverted x become[abs.] only x[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .

58So, you make a vow (fast) that you will definitely be tolerant and introverted.

53तो यह व्रत धारण करते हो ना  ! tō yah vrat dhāraṇ kartē hō nā  ! tō yah[pn.sg.d.] vrat[x] dhāraṇ karnā[pres.pl.m.2] nā  ! then this fast adopt[pres.pl.m.2] ∅  !

59You make this vow, do you not?

54यह व्रत धारणा की निशानी है और सेवा की निशानी है जागरण . yah vrat dhārṇā kī|key niśhānī hai aur sēvā kī|key niśhānī hai jāgraṇ . yah[pn.sg.d.] vrat[x] dhārṇā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key niśhānī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] aur sēvā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key niśhānī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] jāgraṇ[x] . this fast dharna (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) sign be[pres.sg.23] and service (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) sign be[pres.sg.23] one night without sleep .

60This symbolises dharna, and the sign of service is "jaagran" (staying up all night).

55सेवा करते ही हो किसको जगाने के लिए . sēvā kartē hī hō kiskō jagānē kē liē . sēvā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] hī[p.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] kaun[pn.sg.kō] jagānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kē liē[x] . service do[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] only (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) who[.kō] awaken[inf.m.pl.,o.] for .

61In fact, you do service in order to awaken others.

56अज्ञान नींद से जगाना , जागरण कराना , जागृति दिलाना - यही आपकी सेवा है . agyān nīnd sē jagānā , jāgraṇ karānā , jāgr̥iti dilānā - yahī āpkī sēvā hai . agyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] nīnd[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] jagānā[inf.m.sg.d.] , jāgraṇ[x] karānā[inf.m.sg.d.] , jāgr̥iti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] dilānā[inf.m.sg.d.] - yahī[pn.;d.] āp[pn.pl.kī] sēvā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . ignorance sleep from awaken[inf.m.sg.d.] , one night without sleep make commit[inf.m.sg.d.] , enlightenment x[inf.m.sg.d.] - this you[.kī] service be[pres.sg.23] .

62To awaken them from the sleep of ignorance, to enable them to stay awake and toawaken them is your service.

57तो यह जागरण सेवा की निशानी है . tō yah jāgraṇ sēvā kī|key niśhānī hai . tō yah[pn.sg.d.] jāgraṇ[x] sēvā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key niśhānī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . then this one night without sleep service (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) sign be[pres.sg.23] .

63So, this jaagran symbolises service.

58तो चार ही सबजेक्ट आ गई ना . tō chār hī subject ā gaī nā . tō chār[adj.] hī[p.] subject ānā[past-part.f..root+jānā] nā . then four only subject come[past-part.f..root+jānā] ∅ . 59लेकिन सिर्फ रूप-रेखा उन्होंने स्थूल रूप में बदल दी है . lēkin sirph rūp-rēkhā unhōnnē sthūl rūp mē̃ badal dī hai . lēkin sirph[adj.] x vah[pn.pl.nē] sthūl[adj.] rūp[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] badalnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23.root+dēnā] . but only x that[.nē] physical Rup in change[pres-perf.sg.f.23.root+dēnā] .

64So, all four subjects have been covered, have they not? 65However, they have just taken a physical form.

60फिर भी भक्त भावना वाले होते हैं और सदा ही सच्चे भक्तों की यह निशानी होगी कि जो संकल्प करेंगे उसमें दृढ़ रहेंगे , इसलिए भक्तों से भी बाप का स्नेह है . phir bhī bhakta bhāvnā vālē hōtē haĩ aur sadā hī sachchē bhaktō̃ kī|key yah niśhānī hōgī ki jō saṅkalp karē̃gē usmē̃ dr̥iṛh rahē̃gē , isliē bhaktō̃ sē bhī bāp kā snēh hai . phir bhī[x] bhakt[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhāvnā[n.f.;sg.] vālā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] aur sadā hī[p.] sachchā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] bhakt[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key yah[pn.sg.d.] niśhānī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[fut.f.sg.23] ki[conj.] jō[pn.;d.] saṅkalp[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] vah[pn.sg.mē̃] dr̥iṛh[adj.] rahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] , isliē bhakt[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] sē[postp.] bhī[p.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] snēh[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . nevertheless devotee feeling those who be[pres.pl.m.12hon3] and constantly only true devotee (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) this sign be[fut.f.sg.23] that that thought do[fut.m.pl.12hon3] that[.mē̃] determined remain[fut.m.pl.12hon3] , therefore devotee from too father of love be[pres.sg.23] .

66Nevertheless, devotees have that love and faith, and the sign of true devotees is that, whatever thought they have, they will remain very firm in that thought. 67This is why the Father also has love for devotees.

61फिर भी आपके यादगार को द्वापर से परम्परा तो चला रहे हैं और विशेष इस दिन जैसे आप लोग यहाँ संगमयुग पर बार-बार समर्पण समारोह मनाते हो , अलग-अलग भी मनाते हो , ऐसे ही आपके इस फंक्शन का भी यादगार वह स्वयं को समर्पण नहीं करते लेकिन बकरे को करते हैं . phir bhī āpkē yādgār kō dvāpar sē paramparā tō chalā rahē haĩ aur viśhēṣh is din jaisē āp lōg yahā̃ saṅgamyug par bār-bār samarpaṇ samārōh manātē hō , alag-alag bhī manātē hō , aisē hī āpkē is function kā bhī yādgār vah svayã kō samarpaṇ nahī̃ kartē lēkin bakrē kō kartē haĩ . phir bhī[x] āp[pn.pl.kē] yādgār[x] kō[postp.] dvāpar sē[postp.] paramparā[n.f.;sg.] tō chalānā[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] aur viśhēṣh[adj.] yah[pn.sg.o.] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] āp[pn.pl.] log[n.m.;sg.,d.] yahā̃ saṅgamyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] bār[n.f.;sg.] samarpaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] samārōh[n.m.;sg.,d.] manānā[pres.pl.m.2] , alag[adj.] bhī[p.] manānā[pres.pl.m.2] , aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hī[p.] āp[pn.pl.kē] yah[pn.sg.o.] function kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bhī[p.] yādgār[x] vah[pn.sg.d.] svayã kō[postp.] samarpaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] karnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] lēkin bakrā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] kō[postp.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . nevertheless you[.kē] memorial to copper age from from time immemorial then x[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] and special this day like you people here confluence age (at|other) time surrender ceremony celebrate[pres.pl.m.2] , separate too celebrate[pres.pl.m.2] , such only you[.kē] this x of too memorial that x to surrender not do[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] but goat to do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

63वैसे तो बापदादा भी हंसी में कहते हैं कि यह मैं-मैं-पन का समर्पण हो तब समर्पण अर्थात् सम्पूर्ण बनो . vaisē tō bāpdādā bhī hansī mē̃ kahtē haĩ ki yah maĩ-maĩ-pan kā samarpaṇ hō tab samarpaṇ arthāt sampūrṇ banō . vaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] tō bāpdādā bhī[p.] hãsnā[past-part.f.] mē̃[postp.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] yah[pn.sg.d.] x kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] samarpaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] tab samarpaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] arthāt sampūrṇ[adj.] bannā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . x then BapDada too laugh out[past-part.f.] in say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that this x of surrender (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) for only then surrender that is complete become[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . 64बाप समान बनो . bāp samān banō . bāp samān[x] bannā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . equal to the Father become[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] .

71In fact, BapDada also says amusingly that it is only when you surrender that consciousness of "I" (meh, meh) that you can surrender yourself, that is, you can become complete and equal to the Father.

65जैसे ब्रह्मा बाप ने पहला-पहला कदम क्या उठाया  ? jaisē brahmā bāp nē pahlā-pahlā kadam kyā uṭhāyā  ? jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] brahmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] nē[postp.] pahlā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kadam[n.m.;sg.,d.] kyā uṭhānā[past-part.m.sg.d.]  ? like Brahma father ∅ x step what uplift[past-part.m.sg.d.]  ?

73He celebrated the surrender ceremony of "I" and "mine", that is, in any situation, instead of "I" you always heard the word "Father" in his natural language, in his ordinary language.

67मैं शब्द नहीं . maĩ śhabda nahī̃ . maĩ[pn.sg.d.] śhabd[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] . I word not .

74He never said, "I".

70बाबा कहता है . bābā kahtā hai . bābā kahnā[pres.sg.m.23] . Baba say[pres.sg.m.23] .

71हद के कोई भी व्यक्ति या वैभव से लगाव यह मेरापन है . had kē|K kōī bhī vyakti yā vaibhav sē lagāv yah mērāpan hai . had[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K kōī bhī[x] vyakti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] yā vaibhav[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] lagāv[n.m.;sg.,d.] yah[pn.sg.d.] mērēpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . x (of|K) anyone x or possessions from attachment this x be[pres.sg.23] .

78To have attachment to any limited being or thing is to have the consciousness of "mine".

72तो मेरेपन को और मैं-पन को समर्पण करना इसको ही कहते हैं बलि चढ़ना . tō mērēpan kō aur maĩ-pan kō samarpaṇ karnā iskō hī kahtē haĩ bali chaṛhnā . tō mērēpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] aur maĩ-pan[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] samarpaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[inf.m.sg.d.] yah[pn.sg.kō] hī[p.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] bali chaṛhnā[x] . then x to and consciousness of “I” to surrender do[inf.m.sg.d.] this[.kō] only say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] sacrifice oneself .

79To surrender the consciousness of "mine" and "I" is called making a sacrifice.

73बलि चढ़ना अर्थात् महाबली बनना . bali chaṛhnā arthāt mahābalī bannā . bali chaṛhnā[x] arthāt mahābalī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] bannā[inf.m.sg.d.] . sacrifice oneself that is Mahabali become[inf.m.sg.d.] .

80To make this sacrifice means to make the greatest sacrifice.

74तो यह समर्पण होने की निशानी है . tō yah samarpaṇ hōnē kī|key niśhānī hai . tō yah[pn.sg.d.] samarpaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key niśhānī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . then this surrender be[inf.m.pl.,o.] (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) sign be[pres.sg.23] .

81So, this is a sign of surrendering.

75तो बापदादा भक्तों को एक बात की आफरीन देते हैं - किसी भी रूप से भारत में वा हर देश में उत्साह की लहर फैलाने के लिए उत्सव बनाये तो अच्छे हैं ना . tō bāpdādā bhaktō̃ kō ēk bāt kī|key āphrīn dētē haĩ - kisī bhī rūp sē bhārat mē̃ vā har|her dēśh mē̃ utsāh kī|key lahar phailānē kē liē utsav banāyē tō achchhē haĩ nā . tō bāpdādā bhakt[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] ēk[adj.] bāt[n.f.;sg.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key āphrīn dēnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - kuchh[pn.sg.o.]|kōī[pn.sg.o.] bhī[p.] rūp[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] bhārat[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] vā har|harnā[root]|her dēśh[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] utsāh[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key lahar[n.f.;sg.] phailānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kē liē[x] utsav[x] banānā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] tō achchhā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] nā . then BapDada devotee to one matter (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) thanks give[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - (anything|some) too Rup from Bharat in or (x|x[root]) land in enthusiasm (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) wave spread[inf.m.pl.,o.] for x create[past-part.m.pl.,o.] then achcha be[pres.pl.12hon3] ∅ .

82Baba gives thanks to the devotees for one thing: whether in Bharat or in any other country, in order to spread a wave of enthusiasm in any form, they have created very good festivals.

76चाहे दो दिन के लिए हो या एक दिन के लिए हो लेकिन उत्साह की लहर तो फैल जाती है ना , इसलिए उत्सव कहते हैं . chāhē dō din kē liē hō yā ēk din kē liē hō lēkin utsāh kī|key lahar tō phail jātī hai nā , isliē utsav kahtē haĩ . chāhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.past-part+dēnā] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] kē liē[x] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] yā ēk[adj.] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] kē liē[x] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] lēkin utsāh[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key lahar[n.f.;sg.] tō phailnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] nā , isliē utsav[x] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . x[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.past-part+dēnā] day for (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) or one day for (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) but enthusiasm (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) wave then spread[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] ∅ , therefore x say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

83Whether it is for two days or just a day, at least the wave of enthusiasm (utsaah) spreads. 84This is why it is called a festival (utsav).

97तो ऐसी स्थिति में रहकर कर्म करने से साधारण कर्म भी अलौकिक कर्म में बदल जाते हैं . tō aisī sthiti mē̃ rahkar karma karnē sē sādhāraṇ karma bhī alaukik karma mē̃ badal jātē haĩ . tō aisā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] sthiti[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[abs.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] sādhāraṇ[adj.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] alaukik[adj.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] badalnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+jānā] . then such stage in remain[abs.] deed do[inf.m.pl.,o.] from ordinary deed too alokik deed in change[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+jānā] .

106So, when actions are performed in that stage, even ordinary actions change into alokik actions.

98जैसे दूसरे लोग भी भोजन खाते और आप कहते हो ब्रह्मा भोजन खाते हैं . jaisē dūsrē lōg bhī bhōjan khātē aur āp kahtē hō brahmā bhōjan khātē haĩ . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] dūsrā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] log[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] bhōjan[n.m.;sg.,d.] khānā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.]|khātā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] aur āp[pn.pl.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.2] brahmā bhōjan[x] khānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . like other people too food (eat[pres-part.m.pl.,o.]|account) and you say[pres.pl.m.2] Brahma bhojan eat[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . 99फर्क हो गया न . phark hō gayā na . fark[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] na[neg] . difference be[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] not .

107Other people eat their meals (bhojan), whereas you eat Brahma bhojan. 108So, there is a difference, is there not?

100चलते हो लेकिन आप फरिश्ते की चाल चलते , डबल लाइट स्थिति में चलते . chaltē hō lēkin āp phariśhtē kī|key chāl chaltē , double light sthiti mē̃ chaltē . chalnā[pres.pl.m.2] lēkin āp[pn.pl.] phariśhtā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key chāl[n.f.;sg.]|chālnā[root] chalnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] , double light[x] sthiti[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] chalnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] . continue[pres.pl.m.2] but you angel (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) (x|move[root]) continue[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] , double-light stage in continue[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] .

109You also move along, but you move along as angels do, you move in a double-light stage.

101तो अलौकिक चाल अलौकिक कर्म हो गया . tō alaukik chāl alaukik karma hō gayā . tō alaukik[adj.] chāl[n.f.;sg.]|chālnā[root] alaukik[adj.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] . then alokik (x|move[root]) alokik deed be[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] .

110So, it is all alokik activity and alokik actions.

102तो सिर्फ आज का दिन अवतरण का दिन नहीं लेकिन संगमयुग ही अवतरण दिवस है . tō sirph āj kā din avataraṇ kā din nahī̃ lēkin saṅgamyug hī avataraṇ divas hai . tō sirph[adj.] āj kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] avataraṇ[x] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] lēkin saṅgamyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] avataraṇ[x] divas[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . then only today of day incarnation of day not but confluence age only incarnation day be[pres.sg.23] .

111Therefore, it is not just today that is the day of the incarnation, but the confluence age itself is the day of the incarnation.

103आज के दिन आप लोग बापदादा को मुबारक देते हो लेकिन बापदादा कहते हैं «  पहले आप ' ' . āj kē|K din āp lōg bāpdādā kō mubārak dētē hō lēkin bāpdādā kahtē haĩ «  pahlē āp ' ' . āj kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K din[n.m.;sg.,d.] āp[pn.pl.] log[n.m.;sg.,d.] bāpdādā kō[postp.] mubārak[n.f.;sg.] dēnā[pres.pl.m.2] lēkin bāpdādā kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] «  pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] āp[pn.pl.] ' ' . today (of|K) day you people BapDada to congratulations give[pres.pl.m.2] but BapDada say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] «  (x|firstly) you ' ' .

112On this day, you congratulate BapDada but BapDada says: You first. 113If it weren't for you children, who would say, "Father"?

104अगर बच्चे नहीं होते तो बाप कौन कहता . agar bachchē nahī̃ hōtē tō bāp kaun kahtā . agar bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] tō bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kaun[pn.;d.] kahnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . if child not be[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] then father who say[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .

114It is the children who call the Father, “Father”.

105बच्चे ही बाप को बाप कहते हैं इसलिए पहले बच्चों को मुबारक . bachchē hī bāp kō bāp kahtē haĩ isliē pahlē bachchō̃ kō mubārak . bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] hī[p.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] bāp kahtē haĩ[x] isliē pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] mubārak[n.f.;sg.] . child only father to the Father says therefore (x|firstly) child to congratulations .

115Therefore, first of all, congratulations to the children.

106आप सब बर्थ डे का गीत गाते हो ना - हैपी बर्थ डे टू यू . . . बापदादा भी कहते हैं हैपी बर्थ डे टू यू . āp sab birth day kā gīt gātē hō nā - haipī barth ḍē ṭū yū . . . bāpdādā bhī kahtē haĩ haipī barth ḍē ṭū yū . āp[pn.pl.] sab[adj.] birth day[x] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] gīt[n.m.;sg.,d.] gānā[pres.pl.m.2] nā - happy birthday to you[x] . . . bāpdādā bhī[p.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] happy birthday to you[x] . you all birthday of x sing[pres.pl.m.2] ∅ - x . . . BapDada too say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] x . 107बर्थ डे की मुबारक तो बच्चों ने बाप को दी . birth day kī|key mubārak tō bachchō̃ nē bāp kō dī|the . birth day[x] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key mubārak[n.f.;sg.] tō bachchā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] nē[postp.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] dēnā[past-part.f.]|the . birthday (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) congratulations then child ∅ father to (give[past-part.f.]|the) .

116All of you sing the birthday song: Happy birthday to You. 117BapDada also says: Happy birthday to you. 118The children gave birthday congratulations to the Father and the Father gave them to the children.

108बाप ने बच्चों को दी . bāp nē bachchō̃ kō dī|the . bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] nē[postp.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] dēnā[past-part.f.]|the . father ∅ child to (give[past-part.f.]|the) . 109और मुबारक से ही पल रहे हो . aur mubārak sē hī pal rahē hō . aur mubārak[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] hī[p.] palnā[pres.pl.m.prog.2] . and congratulations from only x[pres.pl.m.prog.2] .

119You are being sustained with congratulations (encouragement).

110आप सबकी पालना ही क्या है  ? āp sabkī pālnā hī kyā hai  ? āp[pn.pl.] sabkā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] pālnā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.]|pālnā[inf.m.sg.d.] hī[p.] kyā hōnā[pres.sg.23]  ? you everyone's (x|sustenance[inf.m.sg.d.]) only what be[pres.sg.23]  ?

122You are singing, dancing, being sustained and flying with congratulations.

113यह पालना भी वन्डरफुल है . yah pālnā bhī wonderful hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] pālnā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.]|pālnā[inf.m.sg.d.] bhī[p.] wonderful hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this (x|sustenance[inf.m.sg.d.]) too wonderful be[pres.sg.23] .

123This sustenance is also wonderful.

125Congratulations and this is the means of sustenance.

116कोई कैसा भी है , वह तो बापदादा भी जानते हैं , आप भी जानते हो कि नम्बरवार तो होंगे ही . kōī kaisā bhī hai , vah tō bāpdādā bhī jāntē haĩ , āp bhī jāntē hō ki number-vār tō hōṅgē hī . kōī[pn.;d.] kaisā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , vah[pn.sg.d.] tō bāpdādā bhī[p.] jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , āp[pn.pl.] bhī[p.] jānnā[pres.pl.m.2] ki[conj.] number-wār tō hōnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] hī[p.] . some how too be[pres.sg.23] , that then BapDada too know[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , you too know[pres.pl.m.2] that numberwise then be[fut.m.pl.12hon3] only .

126No matter what someone is like, BapDada knows and you also know that everything is numberwise.

117अगर नम्बरवार नहीं बनते फिर तो सतयुग में कम से कम डेढ़ लाख तख्त बनाने पड़े इसलिए नम्बरवार तो होने ही हैं . agar number-vār nahī̃ bantē phir tō satyug mē̃ kam sē kam ḍēṛh lākh takht banānē paṛē isliē number-vār tō hōnē hī haĩ . agar number-wār nahī̃[neg] bannā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] tō satyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] kam sē kam[x] ḍēṛh[adj.] lākh[x] takht[n.m.;sg.,d.] banānā[opt.sg.23.oblig2] isliē number-wār tō hōnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] hī[p.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . if numberwise not become[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] (turn[root]|then) then golden age in at least one and a half 100,000 throne create[opt.sg.23.oblig2] therefore numberwise then be[inf.m.pl.,o.] only be[pres.pl.12hon3] .

127If it weren't numberwise, then, in the golden age, you would need to build a minimum of 150,000 thrones. 128This is why it has to be numberwise.

118तो नम्बरवार होना है लेकिन कभी कोई को अगर आप समझते हैं कि यह रांग है , यह अच्छा काम नहीं कर रहा है , तो रांग को राइट करने की विधि या यथार्थ कर्म नहीं करने वाले को यथार्थ कर्म सिखाने की विधि - कभी भी उसको सीधा नहीं कहो कि तुम तो रांग हो . tō number-vār hōnā hai lēkin kabhī kōī kō agar āp samajhtē haĩ ki yah wrong hai , yah achchhā kām nahī̃ kar rahā hai , tō wrong kō right karnē kī|key vidhi yā yathārth karma nahī̃ karnē vālē kō yathārth karma sikhānē kī|key vidhi - kabhī bhī uskō sīdhā nahī̃ kahō ki tum tō wrong hō . tō number-wār hōnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] lēkin kabhī[adv.] kōī[pn.;d.] kō[postp.] agar āp[pn.pl.] samajhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] yah[pn.sg.d.] wrong hōnā[pres.sg.23] , yah[pn.sg.d.] achchhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kām[n.m.;sg.,d.]|kām[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] karnā[pres.sg.m.prog.23] , tō wrong kō[postp.] right karnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key vidhi[n.m.;sg.,d.] yā yathārth[adj.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] karnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kō[postp.] yathārth[adj.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] sikhānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key vidhi[n.m.;sg.,d.] - kabhī[adv.] bhī[p.] vah[pn.sg.kō] sīdhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] kahnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] ki[conj.] tum[pn.pl.] tō wrong hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] . then numberwise be[pres.sg.23.oblig1] but ever some to if you understand[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that this x be[pres.sg.23] , this achcha (task|lust) not do[pres.sg.m.prog.23] , then x to right do[inf.m.pl.,o.] (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) method or x deed not do[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who to x deed teach[inf.m.pl.,o.] (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) method - ever too that[.kō] direct not say[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] that you then x (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) .

129It has to be numberwise, but if you sometimes think that someone is wrong, that he is not doing something good, the way to put that wrong right, the way to teach the accurate method of doing something to someone who is not doing something correctly, is not to tell him directly that he is wrong.

119यह कहने से वह कभी नहीं बदलेगा . yah kahnē sē vah kabhī nahī̃ badalēgā . yah[pn.sg.d.] kahnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] vah[pn.sg.d.] kabhī[adv.] nahī̃[neg] badalnā[fut.m.sg.23] . this say[inf.m.pl.,o.] from that ever not change[fut.m.sg.23] .

130If you say this, that person will never change.

120जैसे आग बुझाने के लिए आग नहीं जलाई जाती है , उसको ठण्डा पानी डाला जाता है इसलिए कभी भी उसको पहले ही कहा कि तुम रांग हो , तुम रांग हो तो वह और ही दिलशिकस्त हो जायेगा . jaisē āg bujhānē kē liē āg nahī̃ jalāī jātī hai , uskō ṭhaṇḍā pānī ḍālā jātā hai isliē kabhī bhī uskō pahlē hī kahā ki tum wrong hō , tum wrong hō tō vah aur hī dilśhikasta hō jāyēgā . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] āg[n.f.;sg.] bujhānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kē liē[x] āg[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] jalānā[pres.sg.f.23.past-part+jānā]|jalānā[pres.sg.f.23.passive] , vah[pn.sg.kō] ṭhaṇḍā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] pānī[n.m.;sg.,d.]|pānā[inf.f.] ḍālnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|ḍālnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] isliē kabhī[adv.] bhī[p.] vah[pn.sg.kō] pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] hī[p.] kahnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] ki[conj.] tum[pn.pl.] wrong hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] , tum[pn.pl.] wrong hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] tō vah[pn.sg.d.] aur hī[p.] dilśhikast[adj.] hōnā[fut.m.sg.23.root+jānā] . like fire put out[inf.m.pl.,o.] for fire not (burn[pres.sg.f.23.past-part+jānā]|burn[pres.sg.f.23.passive]) , that[.kō] cool (water|x[inf.f.]) (create[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|create[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) therefore ever too that[.kō] (x|firstly) only say[past-part.m.sg.d.] that you x (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) , you x (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) then that and only disheartened be[fut.m.sg.23.root+jānā] .

131In order to put out a fire, you don't start another fire; you pour cold water on it. 132Therefore, if you first tell someone he is wrong, that person will then become even more disheartened.

121पहले उसको अच्छा-अच्छा कह करके थमाओ तो सही , पहले पानी तो डालो फिर उसको सुनाओ कि आग क्यों लगी . pahlē uskō achchhā-achchhā kah karkē thamāō tō sahī , pahlē pānī tō ḍālō phir uskō sunāō ki āg kyō̃ lagī . pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] vah[pn.sg.kō] achchhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kahnā[root] karnā[abs.] thamānā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] tō sahī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] , pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] pānī[n.m.;sg.,d.]|pānā[inf.f.] tō ḍālnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] vah[pn.sg.kō] sunānā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] ki[conj.] āg[n.f.;sg.] kyō̃ lagnā[past-part.f.] . 133First of all, reassure that person by saying that he is good, that everything is good. 134First of all, at least sprinkle the water, then explain to him why the fire started.

122पहले यह नहीं कहो कि तुम ऐसे हो , तुमने यह किया , यह किया . pahlē yah nahī̃ kahō ki tum aisē hō , tumnē yah kiyā , yah kiyā . pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] yah[pn.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] kahnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] ki[conj.] tum[pn.pl.] aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] , tum[pn.pl.nē] yah[pn.sg.d.] karnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] , yah[pn.sg.d.] karnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] . 135Don't tell him straightaway: You are like this and you did this and you did that.

123पहले ठण्डा पानी डालो . pahlē ṭhaṇḍā pānī ḍālō . pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] ṭhaṇḍā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] pānī[n.m.;sg.,d.]|pānā[inf.f.] ḍālnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . (x|firstly) cool (water|x[inf.f.]) create[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] .

136First of all, sprinkle cold water.

124पीछे वह भी महसूस करेगा कि हाँ आग लगने का कारण क्या है और आग बुझाने का साधन क्या है . pīchhē vah bhī mahsūs karēgā ki hā̃ āg lagnē kā kāraṇ kyā hai aur āg bujhānē kā sādhan kyā hai . pīchhē vah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] mahsūs karnā[fut.m.sg.23] ki[conj.] hā̃ āg[n.f.;sg.] lagnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kāraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] kyā hōnā[pres.sg.23] aur āg[n.f.;sg.] bujhānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] sādhan[n.m.;sg.,d.] kyā hōnā[pres.sg.23] . x that too experience[fut.m.sg.23] that yes fire x[inf.m.pl.,o.] of because what be[pres.sg.23] and fire put out[inf.m.pl.,o.] of facilities what be[pres.sg.23] .

137Then he will also realise the reason why the fire started and what the method is to put out the fire.

125अगर बुरे को बुरा कह देते तो आग में तेल डालते हो . agar burē kō burā kah dētē tō āg mē̃ tēl ḍāltē hō . agar burā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kō[postp.] burā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kahnā[root] dēnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] tō āg[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] tēl[n.m.;sg.,d.] ḍālnā[pres.pl.m.2] . if bad to bad say[root] give[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] then fire in x create[pres.pl.m.2] .

138If someone is bad and you tell him that he is bad, that is like pouring oil on to a fire.

126इसीलिए बहुत अच्छा , बहुत अच्छा कह करके पीछे उसको कोई भी बात दो तो उसमें सुनने की , धारण करने की हिम्मत आ जाती है इसलिए सुना रहे थे कि बहुत अच्छा , बहुत अच्छा यही बधाइयां हैं . isīliē bahut achchhā , bahut achchhā kah karkē pīchhē uskō kōī bhī bāt dō tō usmē̃ sunnē kī|key , dhāraṇ karnē kī|key himmat ā jātī hai isliē sunā rahē thē ki bahut achchhā , bahut achchhā yahī badhāiyā̃ haĩ . isīliē bahut achchhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] , bahut achchhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kahnā[root] karnā[abs.] pīchhē vah[pn.sg.kō] kōī bhī[x] bāt[n.f.;sg.] dō[adj.]|dēnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] tō vah[pn.sg.mē̃] sunnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key , dhāraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key himmat[n.m.;sg.,d.] ānā[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] isliē sunnā[opt.sg.23.past-part+rahnā] hōnā[past.pl] ki[conj.] bahut achchhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] , bahut achchhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] yahī[pn.;d.] badhāī[n.f.ī=>iyā̃;pl.d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . x very achcha , very achcha say[root] do[abs.] x that[.kō] anyone matter (two|give[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2]) then that[.mē̃] listen[inf.m.pl.,o.] (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) , adopting do[inf.m.pl.,o.] (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) courage come[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] therefore listen[opt.sg.23.past-part+rahnā] be[past.pl] that very achcha , very achcha this greetings be[pres.pl.12hon3] .

139Therefore, first of all say, "It is very good, it is very good", and then tell him whatever you have to and he will then have the courage to listen to it and imbibe it. 140This is why Baba was telling you that to say, "Very good, very good", is to give congratulations.

127जैसे बापदादा भी कभी किसको डायरेक्ट रांग नहीं कहेगा , मुरली में सुना देगा - राइट क्या है , रांग क्या है . jaisē bāpdādā bhī kabhī kiskō direct wrong nahī̃ kahēgā , murlī mē̃ sunā dēgā - right kyā hai , wrong kyā hai . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] bāpdādā bhī[p.] kabhī[adv.] kaun[pn.sg.kō] direct wrong nahī̃[neg] kahnā[fut.m.sg.23] , murlī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] mē̃[postp.] sunnā[fut.m.sg.23.past-part+dēnā]|sunānā[fut.m.sg.23.root+dēnā] - right kyā hōnā[pres.sg.23] , wrong kyā hōnā[pres.sg.23] . like BapDada too ever who[.kō] direct x not say[fut.m.sg.23] , flute in (listen[fut.m.sg.23.past-part+dēnā]|speak[fut.m.sg.23.root+dēnā]) - right what be[pres.sg.23] , x what be[pres.sg.23] .

141For instance, BapDada too would never say to anyone directly that he is wrong. 142He would say in the murli what is right and what is wrong.

128लेकिन अगर कोई सीधा आकर पूछेगा भी कि मैं रांग हूँ  ! lēkin agar kōī sīdhā ākar pūchhēgā bhī ki maĩ wrong hū̃  ! lēkin agar kōī[pn.;d.] sīdhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] ānā[abs.] pūchhnā[fut.m.sg.23] bhī[p.] ki[conj.] maĩ[pn.sg.d.] wrong hōnā[pres.sg.1]  ! but if some direct come[abs.] ask[fut.m.sg.23] too that I x be[pres.sg.1]  ! 129तो कहेगा नहीं तुम तो बहुत राइट हो क्योंकि उसमें उस समय हिम्मत नहीं होती है . tō kahēgā nahī̃ tum tō bahut right hō kyōṅki usmē̃ us samay himmat nahī̃ hōtī hai . tō kahnā[fut.m.sg.23] nahī̃[neg] tum[pn.pl.] tō bahut right hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] kyōṅki vah[pn.sg.mē̃] vah[pn.sg.o.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] himmat[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] . then say[fut.m.sg.23] not you then very right (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) because that[.mē̃] that time courage not be[pres.sg.f.23] .

143However, if someone comes and asks Baba directly if he is wrong, he would say, "No, you are absolutely right," because that person doesn't have courage at that time.

130जैसे पेशेन्ट जा भी रहा होता है , आखरी सांस होता है तो भी डाक्टर से अगर पूछेगा कि मैं जा रहा हूँ तो कभी नहीं कहेगा हाँ जा रहे हो क्योंकि उस टाइम हिम्मत नहीं होती . jaisē patient jā bhī rahā hōtā hai , ākharī sāns hōtā hai tō bhī doctor sē agar pūchhēgā ki maĩ jā rahā hū̃ tō kabhī nahī̃ kahēgā hā̃ jā rahē hō kyōṅki us time himmat nahī̃ hōtī . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] patient jānā[root] bhī[p.] rahnā[past-part.m.sg.d.]|rahānā[root] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] , x śhvāṅs[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] tō bhī[x] doctor sē[postp.] agar pūchhnā[fut.m.sg.23] ki[conj.] maĩ[pn.sg.d.] jānā[pres.sg.m.prog.1] tō kabhī[adv.] nahī̃[neg] kahnā[fut.m.sg.23] hā̃ jānā[pres.pl.m.prog.2] kyōṅki vah[pn.sg.o.] time himmat[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres-part.f.] . like x go[root] too (remain[past-part.m.sg.d.]|enable to live[root]) be[pres.sg.m.23] , x breathing be[pres.sg.m.23] ∅ doctor from if ask[fut.m.sg.23] that I go[pres.sg.m.prog.1] then ever not say[fut.m.sg.23] yes go[pres.pl.m.prog.2] because that time courage not be[pres-part.f.] .

144Just as, when a patient is about to go and is on his last breath, if he asks the doctor if he is now about to go, the doctor would never say: “Yes, you are about to go, because the patient doesn’t have courage at that time.

145If someone has a weak heart and you told him this sort of thing, he would definitely have heart failure, that is, he would not have the power to make effort to bring about transformation.

146So, the confluence age is the age to bring about growth with congratulations.

133यह बधाईयाँ ही श्रेष्ठ पालना हैं . yah badhāīyā̃ hī śhrēṣhṭh pālnā haĩ . yah[pn.sg.d.] badhāī[n.f.ī=>iyā̃;pl.d.] hī[p.] śhrēṣhṭha[adj.] pālnā[pres.pl.12hon3.oblig1] . this greetings only elevated sustenance[pres.pl.12hon3.oblig1] .

147These congratulations are elevated sustenance.

134इसीलिए आपके इस बधाईयों की पालना का यादगार जब भी कोई देवी देवता का दिन मनाते हैं तो उसको बड़ा दिन कह देते हैं . isīliē āpkē is badhāīyō̃ kī|key pālnā kā yādgār jab bhī kōī dēvī dēvtā kā din manātē haĩ tō uskō baṛā din kah dētē haĩ . isīliē āp[pn.pl.kē] yah[pn.sg.o.] badhāī[n.f.ī=>iyō̃;pl.o.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key pālnā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.]|pālnā[inf.m.sg.d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] yādgār[x] jab bhī[p.] kōī[pn.;d.] dēvī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] dēvtā[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] manānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tō vah[pn.sg.kō] baṛā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+dēnā] . x you[.kē] this greetings (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) (x|sustenance[inf.m.sg.d.]) of memorial when too some goddess deity of day celebrate[pres.pl.m.12hon3] then that[.kō] very day say[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+dēnā] .

148This is why, whenever they celebrate the memorial of the sustenance of your congratulations on the day of any of the deities, they call that a big day.

135दीपमाला होगी , शिवरात्रि होगी तो कहेंगे आज बड़ा दिन है . dīpmālā hōgī , śhivrātri hōgī tō kahē̃gē āj baṛā din hai . dīp mālā[x] hōnā[fut.f.sg.23] , śhivrātri[x] hōnā[fut.f.sg.23] tō kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] āj baṛā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . 149Whenever it is Deepmala or Shiv Ratri, they call it a big day.

136जो भी उत्सव होंगे उसको बड़ा दिन कहेंगे क्योंकि आपकी बड़ी दिल है तो उन्होंने बड़ा दिन कह दिया है . jō bhī utsav hōṅgē uskō baṛā din kahē̃gē kyōṅki āpkī baṛī dil hai tō unhōnnē baṛā din kah diyā hai . jō[pn.;d.] bhī[p.] utsav[x] hōnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] vah[pn.sg.kō] baṛā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] kyōṅki āp[pn.pl.kī] baṛī dil[x] hōnā[pres.sg.23] tō vah[pn.pl.nē] baṛā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23.root+dēnā] . that too x be[fut.m.pl.12hon3] that[.kō] very day say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] because you[.kī] x be[pres.sg.23] then that[.nē] very day say[pres-perf.sg.m.23.root+dēnā] .

150Any festival they have, they call a big day. 151Because you have big hearts, they have called them big days.

152To give congratulations to one another is to have big hearts. 153Do you understand?

154It is not that you wouldn't tell someone who is wrong that he is wrong, but you must have a little patience. 155You will have to give a signal, but at least choose the right time.

139वह मर रहा है और उसको कहो मर जाओ , मर जाओ . . . . vah mar rahā hai aur uskō kahō mar jāō , mar jāō . . . . vah[pn.sg.d.] marnā[pres.sg.m.prog.23] aur vah[pn.sg.kō] kahnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] marnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.root+jānā] , marnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.root+jānā] . . . . that die[pres.sg.m.prog.23] and that[.kō] say[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] die[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.root+jānā] , die[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.root+jānā] . . . .

140तो टाइम देखो , उसकी हिम्मत देखो . tō time dēkhō , uskī himmat dēkhō . tō time dēkhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , vah[pn.sg.kī] himmat[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēkhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . then time see[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , that[.kī] courage see[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] .

157Therefore, consider the time, consider his courage.

141बहुत अच्छा , बहुत अच्छा कहने से हिम्मत आ जाती है . bahut achchhā , bahut achchhā kahnē sē himmat ā jātī hai . bahut achchhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] , bahut achchhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kahnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] himmat[n.m.;sg.,d.] ānā[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] . very achcha , very achcha say[inf.m.pl.,o.] from courage come[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] .

158By saying, "Very good, very good", that person receives courage.

159However, say it from your heart. 160Don’t just say it superficially, so that that person feels you are just saying it for the sake of it.

143यह भावना की बात है . yah bhāvnā kī|key bāt hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] bhāvnā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key bāt[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this feeling (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) matter be[pres.sg.23] .

161This is a matter of feeling.

162Let the feeling in your heart be that of mercy, and his heart will also feel that mercy.

145इसीलिए सदा बधाईयाँ देते रहो . isīliē sadā badhāīyā̃ dētē rahō . isīliē sadā badhāī[n.f.ī=>iyā̃;pl.d.] dēnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.pres-part+rahnā] . x constantly greetings give[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.pres-part+rahnā] . 146बधाईयाँ लेते रहो . badhāīyā̃ lētē rahō . badhāī[n.f.ī=>iyā̃;pl.d.] lēnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.pres-part+rahnā] . greetings take[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.pres-part+rahnā] .

169You were told that the devotees are those who take (levta), whereas you are the bestowers (devta), so a bestower means one who gives.
