11जब मेले वा प्रदर्शनी में बच्चे समझाते हैं तो जो समझाने लायक बातें हैं , वह जरूर समझानी पड़े . jab mēlē vā pradarśhanī mē̃ bachchē samjhātē haĩ tō jō samjhānē lāyak bātē̃ haĩ , vah jarūr samjhānī paṛē . jab mēlā[x] vā pradarśhanī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] mē̃[postp.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] samjhānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tō jō[pn.;d.] samjhānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] lāyak[x] bāt[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] , vah[pn.sg.d.] zarūr samjhānā[opt.sg.23.oblig2] . when fair or exhibition in child explain[pres.pl.m.12hon3] then that explain[inf.m.pl.,o.] worthy matter be[pres.pl.12hon3] , that definitely explain[opt.sg.23.oblig2] .

13यह भी पूछना पड़ता है कि भारत का आदि सनातन धर्म क्या है  ? yah bhī pūchhnā paṛtā hai ki bhārat kā ādi sanātan dharm kyā hai  ? yah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] pūchhnā[pres.sg.m.23.oblig2] ki[conj.] bhārat[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] ādi sanātan dharm[x] kyā hōnā[pres.sg.23]  ? this too ask[pres.sg.m.23.oblig2] that Bharat of original, eternal religion what be[pres.sg.23]  ?

17Is Hinduism or is the deity religion the religion of the people of Bharat?

17यह किसने और कब स्थापन किया  ? yah kisnē aur kab sthāpan kiyā  ? yah[pn.sg.d.] kaun[pn.sg.nē] aur kab sthāpanā, sthāpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[past-part.m.sg.d.]  ? this who[.nē] and when establishment do[past-part.m.sg.d.]  ?

18Who established it and when was it established?

. this people of Bharat at all only not know[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] .

19The people of Bharat do not know this at all.

19यह बिल्कुल जरूरी बात है समझाने की . yah bilkul jarūrī bāt hai samjhānē kī|key . yah[pn.sg.d.] bilkul[adv.] zarūrī[adj.] bāt[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] samjhānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key . this at all essential matter be[pres.sg.23] explain[inf.m.pl.,o.] (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) .

20It is absolutely essential to explain these matters.

20यह किसके भी ध्यान में नहीं आता है . yah kiskē bhī dhyān mē̃ nahī̃ ātā hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] kaun[pn.sg.kē] bhī[p.] dhyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] nahī̃[neg] ānā[pres.sg.m.23] . this who[.kē] too attention in not come[pres.sg.m.23] .

21No one pays any attention to these things at all.

21प्राचीन भारत देश गाया जाता है . prāchīn bhārat dēśh gāyā jātā hai . prāchīn[adj.] bhārat[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēśh[n.m.;sg.,d.] gānā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|gānā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] . ancient Bharat land (sing[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|sing[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) .

22Bharat is remembered as an ancient land.

22परन्तु उन्हों को यह पता नहीं कि हमारा आदि सनातन देवी-देवता धर्म है . parantu unhō̃ kō yah patā nahī̃ ki hamārā ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā dharm hai . parantu[conj.] vah[pn.pl.o.] kō[postp.] yah[pn.sg.d.] patā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] ki[conj.] ham[pn.pl.kā] ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā dharm[x] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . however that to this knowledge not that we[.kā] original eternal deity religion be[pres.sg.23] .

23However, they don’t know that their religion is the original eternal deity religion.

Hindu then some religion only not be[pres.sg.23] .

24Hinduism is not a religion.

24अब तुम बच्चे जानते हो कि 5 हजार वर्ष पहले देवी-देवता धर्म था . ab tum bachchē jāntē hō ki 5 hajār varṣh pahlē dēvī-dēvtā dharm thā . ab[adv.] tum[pn.pl.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] jānnā[pres.pl.m.2] ki[conj.] 5 hazār[n.m.;sg.,d.] varṣh[n.m.;sg.,d.] pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] dēvī-dēvtā[n.f.;sg.] dharm[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[past.m.sg] . now you child know[pres.pl.m.2] that 5 1000 year (x|firstly) deities religion be[past.m.sg] .

25You children now understand that the deity religion existed 5000 years ago.

25बरोबर उस समय लक्ष्मी-नारायण राज्य करते थे . barōbar us samay lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ rājya kartē thē . barōbar vah[pn.sg.o.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] rājya karnā[hab-past.pl.m.] . x that time Lakshmi and Narayan x .

26At that time, Lakshmi and Narayan truly ruled the kingdom.

26वह अपने को हिन्दू नहीं कहलाते थे . vah apnē kō hindū nahī̃ kahlātē thē . vah[pn.sg.d.] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kō[postp.] hindū[adj.] nahī̃[neg] kahlānā[hab-past.pl.m.] . that one’s own to Hindu not call[hab-past.pl.m.] .

27They did not call themselves Hindus.

27अच्छा हिन्दू धर्म का भी कोई संवत होना चाहिए . achchhā hindū dharm kā bhī kōī saṃvat hōnā chāhiē . achchhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hindū[adj.] dharm[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bhī[p.] kōī[pn.;d.] saṃvat[x] hōnā[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|hōnā[.oblig3] . achcha Hindu religion of too some era (be[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|be[.oblig3]) .

28OK, there has to be a period of the Hindu religion.

28विक्रम संवत जो कहते हैं , हो सकता है जब से देवतायें वाम मार्ग में जाते हैं तो अपने को हिन्दू कहलाना शुरू करते हों , तब से विक्रम संवत भी कहते हो . vikram saṃvat jō kahtē haĩ , hō saktā hai jab sē dēvtāyē̃ vām mārg mē̃ jātē haĩ tō apnē kō hindū kahlānā śhurū kartē hō̃ , tab sē vikram saṃvat bhī kahtē hō . vikram[x] saṃvat[x] jō[pn.;d.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , hōnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā] jab sē[postp.] dēvtā[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] vām mārg[x] mē̃[postp.] jānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tō apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kō[postp.] hindū[adj.] kahlānā[inf.m.sg.d.] śhurū[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] hōnā[opt.pl.12hon3] , tab sē[postp.] vikram[x] saṃvat[x] bhī[p.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.2] . Vikram era that say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , be[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā] when from deity path of sin in go[pres.pl.m.12hon3] then one’s own to Hindu call[inf.m.sg.d.] beginning do[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] be[opt.pl.12hon3] , for only then from Vikram era too say[pres.pl.m.2] .

29When they speak of the period of King Vikram, it is possible that that is from the time that the deities go onto the path of sin and that it is from that time that they call themselves Hindus.

29तो आधा-आधा हो गया . tō ādhā-ādhā hō gayā . tō ādhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] . then half be[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] .

30So, it is half and half.

30उस समय उनको आदि सनातन देवी-देवता नहीं कहेंगे . us samay unkō ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā nahī̃ kahē̃gē . vah[pn.sg.o.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] vah[pn.pl.kō] ādi[adj.] sanātan[x] dēvī-dēvtā[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . that time that[.kō] etc. eternal deities not say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .

31They cannot be called the original eternal deities at that time.

31संवत कहा जाता है जब धर्म स्थापन होता है . saṃvat kahā jātā hai jab dharm sthāpan hōtā hai . saṃvat[x] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] jab dharm[n.m.;sg.,d.] sthāpanā, sthāpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] . era (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) when religion establishment be[pres.sg.m.23] .

32The period of a religion begins from the time it is established.

32वह किसने स्थापन किया  ? vah kisnē sthāpan kiyā  ? vah[pn.sg.d.] kaun[pn.sg.nē] sthāpanā, sthāpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[past-part.m.sg.d.]  ? that who[.nē] establishment do[past-part.m.sg.d.]  ?

33Who established it?

33विकर्म संवत तो रावण ने स्थापन किया . vikarma saṃvat tō rāvaṇ nē sthāpan kiyā . vikarm[n.m.;sg.,d.] saṃvat[x] tō rāvaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] nē[postp.] sthāpanā, sthāpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] . sin era then Ravan ∅ establishment do[past-part.m.sg.d.] .

34Ravan established the period of Vikram (vikarma - sin).

34उस समय सबके कर्म , विकर्म होते रहे . us samay sabkē karma , vikarma hōtē rahē . vah[pn.sg.o.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] sabkā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] , vikarm[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] rahnā[opt.sg.23]|rahnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] . that time everyone's deed , sin be[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] (remain[opt.sg.23]|remain[past-part.m.pl.,o.]) .

35At this time, everyone’s actions are sinful.

35कर्म , अकर्म , विकर्म नाम तो है ना . karma , akarma , vikarma nām tō hai nā . karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] , akarm[n.m.;sg.,d.] , vikarm[n.m.;sg.,d.] nām[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō hōnā[pres.sg.23] nā . deed , neutral action , sin name then be[pres.sg.23] ∅ .

36There are the terms: actions, neutral actions and sinful actions.

36तो विक्रम राजा का भी संवत चलता है . tō vikram rājā kā bhī saṃvat chaltā hai . tō vikram[x] rājā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bhī[p.] saṃvat[x] chalnā[pres.sg.m.23] . then Vikram king of too era continue[pres.sg.m.23] . 37वह हो गया आधा समय . vah hō gayā ādhā samay . vah[pn.sg.d.] hōnā[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] ādhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] . that be[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] half time .

37So there is also the period of King Vikram, and that lasts for half the cycle.

38अब यह विक्रम संवत हिन्दुओं का संवत तो नहीं है  ? ab yah vikram saṃvat hinduō̃ kā saṃvat tō nahī̃ hai  ? ab[adv.] yah[pn.sg.d.] vikram[x] saṃvat[x] hindū[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] saṃvat[x] tō nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23]  ? now this Vikram era Hindu of era then not be[pres.sg.23]  ?

38However, this period of Vikram is not the period of Hindus.

39तो यह पूछना चाहिए कि भारत का आदि सनातन देवी-देवता धर्म कब स्थापन हुआ  ? tō yah pūchhnā chāhiē ki bhārat kā ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā dharm kab sthāpan huā  ? tō yah[pn.sg.d.] pūchhnā[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|pūchhnā[.oblig3] ki[conj.] bhārat[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā dharm[x] kab sthāpanā, sthāpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[past-part.m.sg.d.]  ? then this (ask[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|ask[.oblig3]) that Bharat of original eternal deity religion when establishment be[past-part.m.sg.d.]  ?

39You should ask: When was the original eternal deity religion of Bharat established?

40मालूम तो पड़े ना . mālūm tō paṛē nā . mālūm[adj.] tō paṛnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|paṛnā[opt.sg.23] nā . x then (fall[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|fall[opt.sg.23]) ∅ .

40They should know about this.

41यह बहुत नाज़ुक बातें हैं . yah bahut nāzuk bātē̃ haĩ . yah[pn.sg.d.] bahut nāzuk[adj.] bāt[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . this very x matter be[pres.pl.12hon3] .

41These are very delicate matters.
