18Arjuna had a vision of God and he said that God was brighter than a thousand suns.

20Somnath, the Lord of Nectar, gives us the nectar of knowledge to drink.
24उनसे आत्मा मीठी वा स्वच्छ नहीं बनेगी . unsē ātmā mīṭhī vā svachchha nahī̃ banēgī . vah[pn.pl.sē] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] mīṭhā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] vā svachchh[adj.] nahī̃[neg] bannā[fut.f.sg.23] . that[.sē] soul sweet or pure not become[fut.f.sg.23] .
21It isn't a question of making you drink sweet water.
25गंगा नहाने की बात भी यह ज्ञान की है . gaṅgā nahānē kī|key bāt bhī yah gyān kī hai . gaṅgā[n.f.;sg.] nahānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key bāt[n.f.;sg.] bhī[p.] yah[pn.sg.d.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23] . Ganges bathe[inf.m.pl.,o.] (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) matter too this knowledge do[pres-perf.sg.f.23] .
22The soul will not become clean or sweet through that, Bathing in the Ganges is also a reference to knowledge.

23He says: I am the Ocean of Knowledge. 24These Ganges of knowledge have emerged from Me.

28कहते हैं ना - - ज्ञानामृत पिलाना . kahtē haĩ nā - - gyānāmr̥it pilānā . kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] nā - - gyān amr̥it[n.m.;sg.,d.] pilānā[inf.m.sg.d.] . say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ∅ - - x x[inf.m.sg.d.] . 29तो उन्होंने फिर यह स्थूल अमृत पिलाना , गंगा नहाना . . अनेक बातें निकाली हैं . tō unhōnnē phir yah sthūl amr̥it pilānā , gaṅgā nahānā . . anēk bātē̃ nikālī haĩ . tō vah[pn.pl.nē] phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] yah[pn.sg.d.] sthūl[adj.] amr̥it[n.m.;sg.,d.] pilānā[inf.m.sg.d.] , gaṅgā[n.f.;sg.] nahānā[inf.m.sg.d.] . . anēk[adj.] bāt[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] nikālnā[pres-perf.pl.f.12hon3] . then that[.nē] (then|turn[root]) this physical nectar x[inf.m.sg.d.] , Ganges bathe[inf.m.sg.d.] . . many matter x[pres-perf.pl.f.12hon3] . 30समझते हैं - इससे पाप नाश होंगे . samajhtē haĩ - issē pāp nāśh hōṅgē . samajhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - yah[pn.sg.sē] pāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] nāśh[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . understand[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - this[.sē] x x be[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .
26He says: Give the nectar of the Ganges, and so people have taken this in a literal way to mean drinking nectar and bathing in the Ganges. 27They have come up with many things because they think their sins will be destroyed through that.
31अब गंगा नहाना तो बहुत सहज है . ab gaṅgā nahānā tō bahut sahaj hai . ab[adv.] gaṅgā[n.f.;sg.] nahānā[inf.m.sg.d.] tō bahut sahaj[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . now Ganges bathe[inf.m.sg.d.] then very easy be[pres.sg.23] .
28It is very easy to bathe in the Ganges.
32फिर शास्त्र , संस्कृत आदि पढ़ने की क्या दरकार है ? phir śhāstra , saṅskr̥it ādi paṛhnē kī|key kyā darkār hai ? phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] śhāstra[n.m.;sg.,d.] , saṅskr̥it[n.m.;sg.,d.] ādi[adj.] paṛhnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key kyā darkār[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ? (then|turn[root]) scripture , sanskrit etc. study[inf.m.pl.,o.] (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) what need be[pres.sg.23] ?
29So what need is there to read the scriptures and Sanskrit etc.?

Ganges bathe[inf.m.pl.,o.] from x x be[opt.pl.12hon3.root+jānā] (then|turn[root]) then free be[past-part.m.pl.,o..root+jānā] .
30If your sins were destroyed through bathing in the Ganges you would already have been liberated.
34लेकिन अब हम जानते हैं कि यह भी भक्ति मार्ग है . lēkin ab ham jāntē haĩ ki yah bhī bhakti mārg hai . lēkin ab[adv.] ham[pn.pl.] jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] yah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] bhakti mārg[x] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . but now we know[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that this too path of devotion be[pres.sg.23] .
31But we now know that that is the path of bhakti.
35इसका भी बड़ा वृक्ष है . iskā bhī baṛā vr̥ikṣha hai . yah[pn.sg.kā] bhī[p.] baṛā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] vr̥ikṣha[x] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this[.kā] too very tree be[pres.sg.23] .
32There is also a big tree representing this.
36वृद्धि होती रहती है . vr̥iddhi hōtī rahtī hai . vr̥iddhi[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23.pres-part+rahnā] . growth be[pres.sg.f.23.pres-part+rahnā] .
33It continues to grow.
37अभी फिर जड़जड़ीभूत अवस्था है . abhī phir jaṛjaṛībhūt avasthā hai . ab[adv.hī] phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] jaṛjaṛībhūt[adj.] avasthā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . now (then|turn[root]) of total decay stage be[pres.sg.23] .
34It is now in a state of total decay.
38पहले भक्ति सतोप्रधान थी . pahlē bhakti satōpradhān thī . pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] bhakti[n.f.;sg.] satōpradhān[adj.] hōnā[past.f] . (x|firstly) devotion satopradhan be[past.f] .
35At first, bhakti was satopradhan.
39अब तमोप्रधान है तो चींटी , मकोड़े , मिट्टी आदि सबको पूजते रहते हैं . ab tamōpradhān hai tō chīṇṭī , makōṛē , miṭṭī ādi sabkō pūjtē rahtē haĩ . ab[adv.] tamōpradhān[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] tō chīṇṭī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] , makōṛā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] , miṭṭī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] ādi[adj.] sabkō pūjnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] . now tamopradhan be[pres.sg.23] then ant , insect , mud etc. everything x[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] .
36Now it has become tamopradhan and so they even wo:rship the ants and insects.
40हम किसी बात को खण्डन नहीं करते . ham kisī bāt kō khaṇḍan nahī̃ kartē . ham[pn.pl.] kōī[pn.sg.o.]|kuchh[pn.sg.o.] bāt[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] khaṇḍan[adj.] nahī̃[neg] karnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] . we (some|anything) matter to falsified not do[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] .
37We do not defame anything.
41यह सब ड्रामा में है और अब इसका भी अन्त होना है . yah sab drama mē̃ hai aur ab iskā bhī ant hōnā hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] sab[adj.] drama mē̃[postp.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] aur ab[adv.] yah[pn.sg.kā] bhī[p.] ant[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . this all drama in be[pres.sg.23] and now this[.kā] too end be[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
38All this is fixed in the drama and now all of it has to end.
42फिर अब नया चक्र चलेगा . phir ab nayā chakra chalēgā . phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] ab[adv.] nayā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] chakra, chakkar[n.m.;sg.,d.]|chakra[n.m.;sg.,d.] chalnā[fut.m.sg.23] . (then|turn[root]) now new (cycle|x) continue[fut.m.sg.23] .
39Then a new cycle will begin.

41This is the nectar of knowledge and the ointment of knowledge.

92Arjuna was also told: Forget all the old sanskars that are filled in the soul and listen to what I tell you.
94अब वह सब प्रैक्टिकल चल रहा है . ab vah sab practical chal rahā hai . ab[adv.] vah[pn.sg.d.] sab[adj.] practical chalnā[pres.sg.m.prog.23] . now that all practical continue[pres.sg.m.prog.23] .
93All of that is now taking place in a practical way.
95जो पढ़े-लिखे हैं तो बुद्धि भटकती है , मूँझ पड़ते हैं . jō paṛhē-likhē haĩ tō buddhi bhaṭaktī hai , mūnjh paṛtē haĩ . jō[pn.;d.] paṛhnā-likhnā[pres-perf.pl.m.12hon3] tō buddhi[n.f.;sg.] bhaṭaknā[pres.sg.f.23] , mūnjhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+paṛnā] . that study[pres-perf.pl.m.12hon3] then intellect wander around[pres.sg.f.23] , be confused[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+paṛnā] .
94The intellect of those who are educated wanders and so they become confused.

96Destruction is in front of you.

97Such things have been invented as will bring about total destruction.

109All the 'devils, Akasur, Bakasur, Putna, Supnakha, exist at this time.
111यह सब कर्त्तव्यों पर नाम हैं . yah sab karttavyō̃ par nām haĩ . yah[pn.sg.d.] sab[adj.] kartavya[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] nām[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . this all activity (at|other) name be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
110All these names are given according to their activity.
112बाकी कोई सिर पर सींग नहीं होते . bākī kōī sir par sīṅg nahī̃ hōtē . bākī|bākī kōī[pn.;d.] sir[n.m.;sg.,d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] sīṅg[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] . (others|but) some x (at|other) horn not be[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] .
111But they will not have any horns on their head etc.

112This is just to symbolise anger, like the sanskars of the soul.
115यहाँ ही कई औरतें पुरुषों को तंग करती हैं , मार भी देती हैं . yahā̃ hī kaī auratē̃ puruṣhō̃ kō taṅg kartī haĩ , mār bhī dētī haĩ . yahā̃ hī[p.] kaī aurat[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] purūṣh[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] taṅg[adj.] karnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3] , mārnā[root] bhī[p.] dēnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3] . here only some woman man to x do[pres.pl.f.12hon3] , beat[root] too give[pres.pl.f.12hon3] .
113Even here some women cause trouble to men, and they even beat them.
116बड़े मजे के खेल चलते हैं . baṛē majē kē|K khēl chaltē haĩ . baṛā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] mazā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K khēlnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+calnā] . very pleasure (of|K) play[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+calnā] .

121Because God enters an ordinary body they don't have enough understanding and so they start insulting him.
124तो इसलिए बाँध होती है . tō isliē bāndh hōtī hai . tō isliē bāndhnā[root] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] . then therefore tie[root] be[pres.sg.f.23] .
122This is why they were in bondage.
125इसलिए वकील लोगों को अपनी वकालत को भी प्योरीफाइ करना है . isliē vakīl lōgō̃ kō apnī vakālat kō bhī purify karnā hai . isliē vakīl[n.f.;sg.] log[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] apnā[pn.ā=>ī;f.] vakālat[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] bhī[p.] purify karnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . therefore lawyer people to one’s own x to too purify do[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
123This is why the lawyers have to rectify their systems.

124Find such laws that arrangements can be made for them.
127इस सर्विस से वकालत भी प्योर हो जायेगी . is service sē vakālat bhī pure hō jāyēgī . yah[pn.sg.o.] service[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] vakālat[n.f.;sg.] bhī[p.] pure hōnā[fut.f.sg.23.root+jānā] . this service from x too pure be[fut.f.sg.23.root+jānā] .
125Through this service even the legal system will become pure.
128समझावें तो एक समझेगा , लेकिन एक तो कुछ कर नहीं सकता . samjhāvē̃ tō ēk samajhēgā , lēkin ēk tō kuchh kar nahī̃ saktā . samjhānā[opt.pl.12hon3] tō ēk[adj.] samajhnā[fut.m.sg.23] , lēkin ēk[adj.] tō kuchh karnā[root] nahī̃[neg] saknā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . explain[opt.pl.12hon3] then one understand[fut.m.sg.23] , but one then anything do[root] not can[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .
126If you were to explain, perhaps one would understand, but one alone would not be able to do anything.
129एक का राज्य तो है ही नहीं . ēk kā rājya tō hai hī nahī̃ . ēk[adj.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] rājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō hōnā[pres.sg.23] hī[p.] nahī̃[neg] . one of kingdom then be[pres.sg.23] only not .
127This is not the kingdom of just one person.
130परमात्मा सर्वव्यापी है तो सब परमात्मा हो गए , सब अथॉरिटी हो गए . paramātmā sarvavyāpī hai tō sab paramātmā hō gaē , sab authority hō gaē . paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] sarvavyāpī, sarvavyāpak[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] tō sab[adj.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[past-part.m.pl.,o..root+jānā] , sab[adj.] authority hōnā[past-part.m.pl.,o..root+jānā] . 128If God were omnipresent, everyone would be God and so then everyone would be an authority.
131ऐसे समय बाबा आकर डिफीकल्ट काम करते हैं , जो कोई मनुष्य कर नहीं सकता . aisē samay bābā ākar difficult kām kartē haĩ , jō kōī manuṣhya kar nahī̃ saktā . aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] bābā ānā[abs.] difficult kām[n.m.;sg.,d.]|kām[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , jō[pn.;d.] kōī[pn.;d.] manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[root] nahī̃[neg] saknā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . such time Baba come[abs.] difficult (lust|task) do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , that some human being do[root] not can[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .
129At such a time Baba comes and carries out a difficult task which no human being can.
132मनुष्य को तो घर का ही कुछ झंझट होता है तो हैरान हो जाते हैं . manuṣhya kō tō ghar kā hī kuchh jhañjhaṭ hōtā hai tō hairān hō jātē haĩ . manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] tō ghar[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hī[p.] kuchh jhañjhaṭ[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] tō hairān[adj.] hōnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+jānā] . human being to then home of only anything x be[pres.sg.m.23] then x be[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+jānā] .
130Human beings are distressed just with their own family problems.

134यह तो उस समर्थ का काम है जो सारी रेस्पॉन्सिबिलिटी उठाते हैं . yah tō us samarth kā kām hai jō sārī responsibility uṭhātē haĩ . yah[pn.sg.d.] tō vah[pn.sg.o.] samarth[adj.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kām[n.m.;sg.,d.]|kām[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] jō[pn.;d.] sārā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] responsibility uṭhānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . this then that powerful of (lust|task) be[pres.sg.23] that the whole responsibility uplift[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
132It is the task of the Authority to take full responsibility.
135वह अथॉर्टी सब काम कर रही है , यह भूलना मत . vah authority sab kām kar rahī hai , yah bhūlnā mat . vah[pn.sg.d.] authority sab[adj.] kām[n.m.;sg.,d.]|kām[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.sg.f.prog.23] , yah[pn.sg.d.] bhūlnā[inf.m.sg.d.] mat[n.m.;sg.,d.] . that authority all (lust|task) do[pres.sg.f.prog.23] , this forget[inf.m.sg.d.] directions .

(others|but) this then fight[fut.m.pl.12hon3] , say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] – (lust|task) , anger without how (lust|task) continue[fut.m.sg.23] ?
143But all these people here will fight and ask how anything could be possible without lust and anger.
146यह सब सुनाकर फिर बाबा कहते हैं – मन्मनाभव . yah sab sunākar phir bābā kahtē haĩ – manmanābhav . yah[pn.sg.d.] sab[adj.] sunānā[abs.] phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] bābā kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] – manmanābhav . this all speak[abs.] (then|turn[root]) Baba say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] – Manmanabhav .
