16Just as you are easily able to stay in remembrance by considering Baba to be personally in front of you, in the same way, if you constantly move along considering the Father to be your Companion whilst performing every action, then that is easy remembrance, is it not?
18जब कोई सदैव ही साथ रहता है , उस साथ के कारण याद स्वतः ही रहती है ना . jab kōī sadaiv hī sāth rahtā hai , us sāth K|kē kāraṇ yād svataḥ hī rahtī hai nā . jab kōī[pn.;d.] sadā hī[p.] sāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] rahnā[pres.sg.m.23] , vah[pn.sg.o.] sāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kāraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] yād[n.f.;sg.] svataḥ hī[p.] rahnā[pres.sg.f.23] nā . when some constantly only with remain[pres.sg.m.23] , that with (K|of) because remembrance automatically only remain[pres.sg.f.23] ∅ .

25This is why you must constantly stay in the company of the Truth.

73बाप की याद वा बाप के कर्म द्वारा बाप की याद वा बाप के गुणों द्वारा बाप की याद है - तो वह याद हुई ना . bāp kī yād vā bāp K|kē karma dvārā bāp kī yād vā bāp K|kē guṇō̃ dvārā bāp kī yād hai - tō vah yād huī nā . bāp kī yād[x] vā bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] dvārā bāp kī yād[x] vā bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] guṇ[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] dvārā bāp kī yād[x] hōnā[pres.sg.23] - tō vah[pn.sg.d.] yād[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[past-part.f.] nā . remembrance of the Father or father (K|of) deed through remembrance of the Father or father (K|of) virtue through remembrance of the Father be[pres.sg.23] - then that remembrance be[past-part.f.] ∅ .
71Whether remembrance of the Father is through His actions, or whether remembrance of the Father is through His virtues, it is still remembrance.
74रूप की याद हो वा नाम की वा गुण वा कर्त्तव्य की , याद तो एक ही हुई ना . rūp key|kī yād hō vā nām key|kī vā guṇ vā karttavya key|kī , yād tō ēk hī huī nā . rūp[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] yād[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] vā nām[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] vā guṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] vā kartavya[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] , yād[n.f.;sg.] tō ēk[adj.] hī[p.] hōnā[past-part.f.] nā . Rup (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) remembrance (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) or name (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) or virtue or activity (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) , remembrance then one only be[past-part.f.] ∅ .
72Whether it is remembrance of His form, His name, His virtues or His task, it is still the remembrance of One.
75आप लोग बड़ा मुश्किल बना देते हो . āp lōg baṛā muśhkil banā dētē hō . āp[pn.pl.] log[n.m.;sg.,d.] baṛā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] muśhkil[adj.] banānā[pres.pl.m.2.root+dēnā] . you people very difficult create[pres.pl.m.2.root+dēnā] .
73You people make it very difficult.
76याद कोर्स को मुश्किल-मुश्किल करते फोर्स नहीं आता है . yād course kō muśhkil-muśhkil kartē force nahī̃ ātā hai . yād[n.f.;sg.] course kō[postp.] muśhkil[adj.] karnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] force nahī̃[neg] ānā[pres.sg.m.23] . remembrance course to difficult do[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] force not come[pres.sg.m.23] . 77कोर्स में ही रह जाते हो . course mē̃ hī rah jātē hō . course mē̃[postp.] hī[p.] rahnā[pres.pl.m.2.root+jānā] . course in only remain[pres.pl.m.2.root+jānā] .
74Whilst you say that remembrance is difficult, there is noforce in that; instead, you just remain in the course.
78उनको सहज करो . unkō sahaj karō . vah[pn.pl.kō] sahaj[adj.] karnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . that[.kō] easy do[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] .
75Make that easy.
79बाबा के सिवाय कुछ है ही क्या . bābā K|kē sivāy kuchh hai hī kyā . bābā K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sivāē kuchh hōnā[pres.sg.23] hī[p.] kyā . Baba (K|of) except anything be[pres.sg.23] only what .
76What else is there apart from Baba?
80जब प्रैक्टिकल में सर्व स्नेही बाप को ही समझ लिया तो फिर उसको याद करने लिए कोई प्लैन सोचा जाता है क्या ? jab practical mē̃ sarv snēhī bāp kō hī samajh liyā tō phir uskō yād karnē liē kōī plan sōchā jātā hai kyā ? jab practical mē̃[postp.] sarv[adj.] snēhī[adj.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] hī[p.] samajhnā[past-part.m.sg.d..root+lēnā] tō phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] vah[pn.sg.kō] yād[n.f.;sg.] karnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] liē|lēnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] kōī[pn.;d.] plan sōchnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|sōchnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] kyā ? when practical in all loving father to only understand[past-part.m.sg.d..root+lēnā] then (then|turn[root]) that[.kō] remembrance do[inf.m.pl.,o.] (for|take[past-part.m.pl.,o.]) some plan (think[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|think[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) what ?
77Since you have considered the Father to be the one you love in every relationship in apractical way, do you have to think of a plan to remember Him?
81सहज बात को कब कोई मुश्किल कर देता है और कहाँ अब तक भी रास्ता खुला हुआ है , इसलिए बार-बार बुद्धि को मेहनत कर लौटाना पड़ता है . sahaj bāt kō kab kōī muśhkil kar dētā hai aur kahā̃ ab tak bhī rāstā khulā huā hai , isliē bār-bār buddhi kō mēhnat kar lauṭānā paṛtā hai . sahaj[adj.] bāt[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] kab kōī[pn.;d.] muśhkil[adj.] karnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+dēnā] aur kahā̃ ab[adv.] tak bhī[p.] rāstā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] khulā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.]|khulnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , isliē bār[n.f.;sg.] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] mēhnat[n.f.;sg.] karnā[root] lauṭānā[pres.sg.m.23.oblig2] . easy matter to when some difficult do[pres.sg.m.23.root+dēnā] and where now until too path (x|open up[past-part.m.sg.d.]) be[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , therefore time intellect to effort do[root] x[pres.sg.m.23.oblig2] .
78Sometimes, you make an easy thing difficult, and in other cases, the path is still open and the intellect therefore has to make effort again and again to bring itself back.
82इसमें थक जाते हो . ismē̃ thak jātē hō . yah[pn.sg.mē̃] thaknā, phathaknā[pres.pl.m.2.root+jānā] . this[.mē̃] become desperate[pres.pl.m.2.root+jānā] . 83माथा भारी हो जाता है . māthā bhārī hō jātā hai . māthā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] bhārī[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] . x heavy be[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] .
79You get tired in this; your head becomes heavy.
84मुश्किल समझ मुश्किलात में पड़ जाते हो . muśhkil samajh muśhkilāt mē̃ paṛ jātē hō . muśhkil[adj.] samajhnā[root]|samajh[n.f.;sg.] muśhkilāt[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] paṛnā[pres.pl.m.2.root+jānā] . difficult (understand[root]|understanding) difficulties in fall[pres.pl.m.2.root+jānā] .
80You consider it to be difficult and so give yourself a difficulty.
85तो सहज तरीका है - पहले इन सभी रास्तों को बन्द करो . tō sahaj tarīkā hai - pahlē in sabhī rāstō̃ kō band karō . tō sahaj[adj.] tarīkā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] - pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] in|yah[pn.pl.o.] sab[adv.hī] x kō[postp.] band[adj.] karnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . then easy method be[pres.sg.23] - (x|firstly) (in|this) all x to closed do[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] .
81So the easy method is first to close all these roads.
86जैसे गवर्नमेन्ट एलान करती है ना - यह बन्द करो . jaisē government ēlān kartī hai nā - yah band karō . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] government x karnā[pres.sg.f.23] nā - yah[pn.sg.d.] band[adj.] karnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . like government x do[pres.sg.f.23] ∅ - this closed do[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . 87तो आप लोगों के लिए भी बापदादा का यही फरमान है पहले तो सभी रास्ते बन्द करो . tō āp lōgō̃ kē liē bhī bāpdādā kā yahī pharmān hai pahlē tō sabhī rāstē band karō . tō āp[pn.pl.] log[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kē liē[x] bhī[p.] bāpdādā kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] yahī[pn.;d.] pharmān[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] tō sab[adv.hī] rāstā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] band[adj.] karnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . then you people for too BapDada of this x be[pres.sg.23] (x|firstly) then all path closed do[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] .
82Just as theGovernment announces it is to close something, so you also have the order from BapDada that you must first close all other roads, and you will then be liberated from all difficulties.
88फिर मुश्किल से छूट जायेंगे . phir muśhkil sē chhūṭ jāyēṅgē . phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] muśhkil[adj.] sē[postp.] chhūṭnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+jānā] . (then|turn[root]) difficult from let go[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+jānā] .
83Everything will become easy, and it will then becomenatural.
89सहज हो जायेगा . sahaj hō jāyēgā . sahaj[adj.] hōnā[fut.m.sg.23.root+jānā] . easy be[fut.m.sg.23.root+jānā] . 90फिर नेचरल हो जायेगा . phir natural hō jāyēgā . phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] natural hōnā[fut.m.sg.23.root+jānā] . (then|turn[root]) natural be[fut.m.sg.23.root+jānā] .
84Is it difficult or easy to maintain this attention?
91यह अटेन्शन रखना मुश्किल है वा सहज है ? yah attention rakhnā muśhkil hai vā sahaj hai ? yah[pn.sg.d.] attention rakhnā[inf.m.sg.d.] muśhkil[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] vā sahaj[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ? this attention keep[inf.m.sg.d.] difficult be[pres.sg.23] or easy be[pres.sg.23] ?
85It is not difficult, but you make it difficult.
92मुश्किल है नहीं , लेकिन मुश्किल बना देते हैं . muśhkil hai nahī̃ , lēkin muśhkil banā dētē haĩ . muśhkil[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] nahī̃[neg] , lēkin muśhkil[adj.] banānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+dēnā] . difficult be[pres.sg.23] not , but difficult create[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+dēnā] . 93अगर यह अटेन्शन समय-प्रति-समय रखते रहें तो मुश्किल नहीं होता . agar yah attention samay-prati-samay rakhtē rahē̃ tō muśhkil nahī̃ hōtā . agar yah[pn.sg.d.] attention x rakhnā[opt.pl.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] tō muśhkil[adj.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . if this attention x keep[opt.pl.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] then difficult not be[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .
86If you continue to keep payingattention to this from time to time, you would not find it difficult. 87You have been careless and you therefore now find it difficult.
94कुछ अलबेलेपन में रहते आये हो , इसलिए अब मुश्किल लगता है . kuchh albēlēpan mē̃ rahtē āyē hō , isliē ab muśhkil lagtā hai . kuchh albēlāpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[pres-perf.pl.m.2.pres-part+ānā] , isliē ab[adv.] muśhkil[adj.] lagnā[pres.sg.m.23] . anything carelessness in remain[pres-perf.pl.m.2.pres-part+ānā] , therefore now difficult x[pres.sg.m.23] .
88Whatever you are taught in your childhood easily stays in your awareness.
95जैसे छोटेपन में जो भी बातें सिखाई जाती हैं तो वह सहज स्मृति में रहती हैं . jaisē chhōṭēpan mē̃ jō bhī bātē̃ sikhāī jātī haĩ tō vah sahaj smr̥iti mē̃ rahtī haĩ . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] chhōṭēpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] jō[pn.;d.] bhī[p.] bāt[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] sikhānā[pres.pl.f.12hon3.past-part+jānā]|sikhānā[pres.pl.f.12hon3.passive] tō vah[pn.sg.d.] sahaj[adj.] smr̥iti[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3] . like become like a child in that too matter (teach[pres.pl.f.12hon3.past-part+jānā]|teach[pres.pl.f.12hon3.passive]) then that easy awareness in remain[pres.pl.f.12hon3] .
89The older you grow, the more difficult it becomes to bring something back into your awareness.
96जितना बड़ा होता है , बड़ेपन में कोई बात स्मृति में लाना मुश्किल हो जाता है . jitnā baṛā hōtā hai , baṛēpan mē̃ kōī bāt smr̥iti mē̃ lānā muśhkil hō jātā hai . jitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] baṛā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] , baṛēpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] kōī[pn.;d.] bāt[n.f.;sg.] smr̥iti[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] lānā[inf.m.sg.d.] muśhkil[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] . the more very be[pres.sg.m.23] , become like an adult in some matter awareness in x[inf.m.sg.d.] difficult be[pres.sg.m.23.root+jānā] . 97इसमें भी जिन्होंने बचपन से ही यह अटेन्शन रखने का अभ्यास किया है उन्हों का आज भी नेचरल याद का चार्ट रहता है . ismē̃ bhī jinhōnnē bachpan sē hī yah attention rakhnē kā abhyās kiyā hai unhō̃ kā āj bhī natural yād kā chart rahtā hai . yah[pn.sg.mē̃] bhī[p.] jō[pn.pl.nē] bachpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] hī[p.] yah[pn.sg.d.] attention rakhnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] abhyās[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] vah[pn.pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] āj bhī[p.] natural yād kā chart[x] rahnā[pres.sg.m.23] . this[.mē̃] too that[.nē] childhood from only this attention keep[inf.m.pl.,o.] of practice do[pres-perf.sg.m.23] that of today too natural x remain[pres.sg.m.23] .
90Here, too, those who have had the practice of payingattention to this from childhood, have a natural chart of remembrance even today. 91Those who have been careless in payingattention to this from the beginning will now find it difficult.
98और जो भी इस अटेन्शन रखने में शुरू से अलबेले रहे हैं तो उन्हों को अब मुश्किल लगता है . aur jō bhī is attention rakhnē mē̃ śhurū sē albēlē rahē haĩ tō unhō̃ kō ab muśhkil lagtā hai . aur jō[pn.;d.] bhī[p.] yah[pn.sg.o.] attention rakhnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] mē̃[postp.] śhurū[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] albēlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] rahnā[pres-perf.pl.m.12hon3] tō vah[pn.pl.o.] kō[postp.] ab[adv.] muśhkil[adj.] lagnā[pres.sg.m.23] . and that too this attention keep[inf.m.pl.,o.] in beginning from careless remain[pres-perf.pl.m.12hon3] then that to now difficult x[pres.sg.m.23] .
92Now, let the past be the past and consider yourself to be a child in the company of the Father.
99अब तो बीती सो बीती कर सदैव ऐसे समझो कि मैं बच्चा हूँ , बाप के साथ हूँ . ab tō bītī sō bītī kar sadaiv aisē samjhō ki maĩ bachchā hū̃ , bāp kē sāth hū̃ . ab[adv.] tō bītnā[past-part.f.]|bītī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] sō|sōnā[root] bītnā[root.past-part+karnā] sadā aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] samajhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] ki[conj.] maĩ[pn.sg.d.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.1] , bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kē sāth[x] hōnā[pres.sg.1] . now then (pass[past-part.f.]|past) (x|sleep[root]) pass[root.past-part+karnā] constantly such understand[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] that I child be[pres.sg.1] , father with be[pres.sg.1] .
93By considering yourself to be this, you will be able to keep the life of your childhood in your awareness.
100यह समझने से वह बचपन की जीवन स्मृति में रहेगी . yah samajhnē sē vah bachpan key|kī jīvan smr̥iti mē̃ rahēgī . yah[pn.sg.d.] samajhnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] vah[pn.sg.d.] bachpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] jīvan[n.m.;sg.,d.] smr̥iti[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[fut.f.sg.23] . this understand[inf.m.pl.,o.] from that childhood (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) life awareness in remain[fut.f.sg.23] . 101जितना यह स्मृति में रहेगा तो उससे मदद मिलेगी . jitnā yah smr̥iti mē̃ rahēgā tō ussē madad milēgī . jitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] yah[pn.sg.d.] smr̥iti[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[fut.m.sg.23] tō vah[pn.sg.sē] madad[n.f.;sg.] milnā[fut.f.sg.23] . the more this awareness in remain[fut.m.sg.23] then that[.sē] x receive[fut.f.sg.23] .
94The more you keep this in your awareness, the more help you will receive, and the difficult tasks will then become easy.
102फिर मुश्किल कार्य सहज हो जायेगा . phir muśhkil kārya sahaj hō jāyēgā . phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] muśhkil[adj.] kārya[n.m.;sg.,d.] sahaj[adj.] hōnā[fut.m.sg.23.root+jānā] . 95From this moment onwards, do not allow yourself to be separated from the Father for even asecond.
104सदैव समझो - बाप का साथ भी है और बाप के हाथ में मेरा हाथ भी है . sadaiv samjhō - bāp kā sāth bhī hai aur bāp K|kē hāth mē̃ mērā hāth bhī hai . sadā samajhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] - bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] sāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] aur bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] maĩ[pn.sg.kā] hāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . constantly understand[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] - father of with too be[pres.sg.23] and father (K|of) hand in I[.kā] hand too be[pres.sg.23] .
96Always think that you have the Father's company and that your hand is in the Father's hand.
105अगर कोई बड़े के हाथ में हाथ होता है तो छोटे की स्थिति बेफिक्र होती , निश्चिंत रहती है . agar kōī baṛē K|kē hāth mē̃ hāth hōtā hai tō chhōṭē key|kī sthiti bēphikr hōtī , niśhchint rahtī hai . agar kōī[pn.;d.] baṛā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] hāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] tō chhōṭā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] sthiti[n.f.;sg.] bēphikr[adj.] hōnā[pres-part.f.] , niśhchint[adj.] rahnā[pres.sg.f.23] . if some very (K|of) hand in hand be[pres.sg.m.23] then small (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) stage carefree be[pres-part.f.] , without worry remain[pres.sg.f.23] .
97If the hand of a young child is in the hands of an older person, the stage of the child remains carefree and free from any worry.
106तो समझना चाहिए - हर कर्म में बापदादा मेरे साथ भी है और हमारे इस अलौकिक जीवन का हाथ उनके हाथ में है अर्थात् जीवन उनके हवाले है . tō samajhnā chāhiē - har|her karma mē̃ bāpdādā mērē sāth bhī hai aur hamārē is alaukik jīvan kā hāth unkē hāth mē̃ hai arthāt jīvan unkē havālē hai . tō samajhnā[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|samajhnā[.oblig3] - harnā[root]|har|her karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] bāpdādā maĩ[pn.sg.kē] sāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] aur ham[pn.pl.kē] yah[pn.sg.o.] alaukik[adj.] jīvan[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] vah[pn.pl.kē] hāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] arthāt jīvan[n.m.;sg.,d.] vah[pn.pl.kē] havālē hōnā[pres.sg.23] . then (understand[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|understand[.oblig3]) - (x[root]|x) deed in BapDada I[.kē] with too be[pres.sg.23] and we[.kē] this alokik life of hand that[.kē] hand in be[pres.sg.23] that is life that[.kē] giving be[pres.sg.23] .
98Therefore, you should always think that BapDada is with you and that your hand in this alokik life is in His hand, that is, your life is in His hands. 99It is then His responsibility.
107ज़िम्मेवारी उनकी हो जाती है . zimmēvārī unkī hō jātī hai . zimmēvārī, zimmēdārī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] vah[pn.pl.kī] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] . responsibility that[.kī] be[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] .
100You should give all the burdens to the Father and make yourself light.

130One is to stay directly in thestage of destroying your sins and to destroy your sins with full force, and the second is that the more you keep your intellectbusy in pure thoughts and churning, the more that power accumulates, and that will gradually finish those sins.

142There aremarks received through carrying out the business of the yagya and also for doing physicalservice. 143This one hundred per cent marks will also help you topass with honours.

144However, it is essential that when you have to carry out the business of the yagya or doservice through words, you should have the aim that you are doing Godlyservice, service of the yagya.
157तो आटोमेटिकली यज्ञ-रचयिता की स्मृति आयेगी . tō automatically yajñ-racayitā key|kī smr̥iti āyēgī . tō automatically x key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] smr̥iti[n.f.;sg.] ānā[fut.f.sg.23] . then x x (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) awareness come[fut.f.sg.23] .

158और कोई भी कार्य करते हो तो समझो - इस कार्य के निमित्त बनाने वाला बैकबोन कौन है ! aur kōī bhī kārya kartē hō tō samjhō - is kārya kē nimitt banānē vālā backbone kaun hai ! aur kōī[x] bhī[p.] kārya[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.2] tō samajhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] - yah[pn.sg.o.] kārya[n.m.;sg.,d.] kē nimitt[x] banānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] backbone kaun[pn.;d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ! someone else too task do[pres.pl.m.2] then understand[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] - this task x create[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who backbone who be[pres.sg.23] !

147Even though you are an instrument, who is thebackbone?

149Without thebackbone, you cannot attain success in any task.
162कोई भी कार्य करते सिर्फ यह सोचो - मैं निमित्त हूँ , कराने वाला कौन है . kōī bhī kārya kartē sirph yah sōchō - maĩ nimitt hū̃ , karānē vālā kaun hai . kōī bhī[x] kārya[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] sirph[adj.] yah[pn.sg.d.] sōchnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] - maĩ[pn.sg.d.] nimitt[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.1] , karānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kaun[pn.;d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . anyone task do[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] only this think[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] - I instrument be[pres.sg.1] , make commit[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who who be[pres.sg.23] .
150Whenever you carry out any task, just think of yourself as an instrument and of the One who is inspiring you.
163जैसे भक्ति-मार्ग में शब्द उच्चारण करते थे करन-करावनहार . jaisē bhakti-mārg mē̃ śhabda uchchāraṇ kartē thē karan-karāvanhār . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] bhakti mārg[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] śhabd[n.m.;sg.,d.] uchchāraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[hab-past.pl.m.] karankarāvanhār . like path of devotion in word x do[hab-past.pl.m.] Karankaravanhar . 164 लेकिन वह दूसरे अर्थ से कहते थे . lēkin vah dūsrē arth|earth sē kahtē thē . lēkin vah[pn.sg.d.] dūsrā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] arth[n.m.;sg.,d.]|earth sē[postp.] kahnā[hab-past.pl.m.] . but that other (meaning|earth) from say[hab-past.pl.m.] .
151On the path of devotion, you used to use the word "Karankaravanhar", but you used it with a different meaning.
165लेकिन इस समय जो भी कर्म करते हो उसमें करन - करावनहार तो है ना . lēkin is samay jō bhī karma kartē hō usmē̃ karan - karāvanhār tō hai nā . lēkin is samay[x] jō[pn.;d.] bhī[p.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.2] vah[pn.sg.mē̃] karnā - karāvanhār tō hōnā[pres.sg.23] nā . but at this time that too deed do[pres.pl.m.2] that[.mē̃] do - karavanhar then be[pres.sg.23] ∅ .
152However, whatever actions you are performing at the present time, Baba is Karankaravanhar in that, is He not?
166कराने वाला बाप है , करने वाला निमित्त है . karānē vālā bāp hai , karnē vālā nimitt hai . karānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , karnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] nimitt[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . make commit[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who father be[pres.sg.23] , do[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who instrument be[pres.sg.23] .
153The Father is the One who is inspiring you, and you are the instrument to carry it out.
? if this awareness in keep[root] deed do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] then easy awareness not be[past-part.f.] ?
154If you perform actions with this consciousness, is that not easy remembrance?

155Is that not constant remembrance?
169फिर कभी हंसी में नीचे आयेंगे भी तो ऐसे अनुभव करेंगे जैसे हू-ब-हू स्टेज पर कोई ऐक्टर होते हैं तो समझते हैं कि लोक-कल्याण अर्थ हंसी का पार्ट बजाया . phir kabhī hansī mē̃ nīchē āyēṅgē bhī tō aisē anubhav karē̃gē jaisē hū-ba-hū stage par kōī aikṭar hōtē haĩ tō samajhtē haĩ ki lōk-kalyāṇ arth|earth hansī kā part bajāyā . phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] kabhī[adv.] hãsnā[past-part.f.] mē̃[postp.] nīchē ānā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] bhī[p.] tō aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] anubhav[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hūbahū stage par[postp.]|par[adj.] kōī[pn.;d.] x hōnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tō samajhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] x arth[n.m.;sg.,d.]|earth hãsnā[past-part.f.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] part bajānā[past-part.m.sg.d.] . 156Then, even if you come down whilst joking, you will experience it as though you are anactor on stage. 157He just thinks that he played the part of making others laugh for their benefit.
170फिर अपनी स्टेज पर तो बिल्कुल ऐसे अनुभव होगा जैसे अभी-अभी यह पार्ट बजाया , अब दूसरा पार्ट बजाता हूँ . phir apnī stage par tō bilkul aisē anubhav hōgā jaisē abhī-abhī yah part bajāyā , ab dūsrā part bajātā hū̃ . phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] apnā[pn.ā=>ī;f.] stage par[postp.]|par[adj.] tō bilkul[adv.] aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] anubhav[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[fut.m.sg.23] jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] ab[adv.hī] yah[pn.sg.d.] part bajānā[past-part.m.sg.d.] , ab[adv.] dūsrā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] part bajānā[pres.sg.m.1] . 160It is as though he is playing apart just as an observer.
173तो सहज योगी हुए ना . tō sahaj yōgī huē nā . tō sahaj[adj.] yōgī[x] hōnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] nā . then easy yogi be[past-part.m.pl.,o.] ∅ .
161So that is being an easy yogi, is it not?
