6Firstly, the most elevated kingdom is that of self-sovereignty and, on the basis of this, you souls who have a right to self-sovereignty become those who have a right to world sovereignty for many births from the golden age through the silver age. 7So first is self-sovereignty, and you then claim the right to world sovereignty for half the cycle. 8Then, there are kingdoms from the copper age onwards, but those are not of world sovereignty.
8सारे विश्व पर एक राज्य , वह सिर्फ सतयुग में ही होता है . sārē viśhva par ēk rājya , vah sirph satyug mē̃ hī hōtā hai . sārā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] viśhva[n.m.;sg.,d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] ēk[adj.] rājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] , vah[pn.sg.d.] sirph[adj.] satyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] hī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] . the whole world (at|other) one kingdom , that only golden age in only be[pres.sg.m.23] .

13The governing system of the golden and silver ages, the governing system of the copper age and the system of self-sovereignty of the confluence age: you know all three very well.
12संगमयुग की राजनीति अर्थात् हर एक ब्राह्मण आत्मा स्व का राज्य अधिकारी बनता है . saṅgamyug key|kī rājnīti arthāt har ēk brāhmaṇ ātmā sva kā rājya adhikārī bantā hai . saṅgamyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] rājnīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] arthāt har ēk[x] brāhmaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] sva kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] rājya adhikārī[x] bannā[pres.sg.m.23] . confluence age (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) politics that is each one Brahmin soul x of master become[pres.sg.m.23] . 13हर एक राजयोगी है . har ēk rājyōgī hai . har ēk[x] rājyōgī[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . each one Raja Yogi be[pres.sg.23] .
14The system of the confluence age is that each and every Brahmin soul becomes one who has sovereignty over the self.
14सभी राजयोगी हो . sabhī rājyōgī hō . sab[adv.hī] rājyōgī[adj.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] . all Raja Yogi (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) .
15All of you are Raja Yogis.
15या प्रजा-योगी हो ? yā prajā-yōgī hō ? yā prajā-yōgī[adj.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] ? or praja-yogi (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) ? 16राजयोगी हो ना . rājyōgī hō nā . rājyōgī[adj.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] nā . 16Are all of you Raja Yogis or are some of you praja yogis (yogis who become subjects)? 17You are Raja Yogis, are you not?
18स्वराज्य अधिकारी आत्माओं की विशेष नीति है - जैसे राजा अपने सेवा के साथियों को , प्रजा को जैसा , जो ऑर्डर करते हैं , उस ऑर्डर से , उसी नीति प्रमाण साथी वा प्रजा कार्य करते हैं . svarājya adhikārī ātmāō̃ key|kī viśhēṣh nīti hai - jaisē rājā apnē sēvā K|kē sāthiyō̃ kō , prajā kō jaisā , jō order kartē haĩ , us order sē , usī nīti pramāṇ sāthī vā prajā kārya kartē haĩ . svarājya adhikārī[x] ātmā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] viśhēṣh[adj.] nīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] - jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] rājā[n.m.;sg.,d.] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sēvā[n.f.;sg.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sāthī[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] , prajā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] jaisā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] , jō[pn.;d.] order karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , vah[pn.sg.o.] order sē[postp.] , vah[pn.sg.hī] nīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] pramāṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.]|pramāṇ sāthī[n.m.;sg.,d.] vā prajā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kārya[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . self-sovereign soul (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) special x be[pres.sg.23] - like king one’s own service (K|of) companion to , x to like , that order do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , that order from , that[.hī] x (under) companion or x task do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
18So, to be a Raja Yogi means to be a yogi who is going to become a king. 19Souls who have a right to self-sovereignty have a special system. 20A king orders his service companions or his subjects to carry out a task, and they do it according to that system.
19ऐसे आप स्वराज्य अधिकारी आत्माएं अपनी योग की शक्ति द्वारा हर कर्मेन्द्रिय को जैसा ऑर्डर करती हो , वैसे हर कर्मेन्द्रिय आपके ऑर्डर के अन्दर चलती है . aisē āp svarājya adhikārī ātmāē̃ apnī yōg key|kī śhakti dvārā har|her karmēndriy kō jaisā order kartī hō , vaisē har|her karmēndriy āpkē order K|kē andar chaltī hai . aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] āp[pn.pl.] svarājya adhikārī[x] ātmā[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] apnā[pn.ā=>ī;f.] yōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] śhakti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] dvārā harnā[root]|har|her karmēndriy[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kō[postp.] jaisā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] order karnā[pres.pl.f.2] , vaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] harnā[root]|har|her karmēndriy[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] āp[pn.pl.kē] order K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] andar chalnā[pres.sg.f.23] . such you self-sovereign soul one’s own yoga (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) Shakti through (x[root]|x) physical organ to like order do[pres.pl.f.2] , x (x[root]|x) physical organ you[.kē] order (K|of) inside continue[pres.sg.f.23] . 20न सिर्फ यह स्थूल शरीर की सर्व कर्मेन्द्रियां लेकिन मन , बुद्धि , संस्कार भी आप राज्य-अधिकारी आत्मा के डायरेक्शन प्रमाण चलते हैं . na sirph yah sthūl śharīr key|kī sarv karmēndriyā̃ lēkin man , buddhi , saṅskār bhī āp rājya-adhikārī ātmā K|kē direction pramāṇ chaltē haĩ . na[neg] sirph[adj.] yah[pn.sg.d.] sthūl śharīr[x] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] sarv[adj.] karmēndriy[n.f.ī=>iyā̃;pl.d.] lēkin man[n.m.;sg.,d.] , buddhi[n.f.;sg.] , saṅskār[x] bhī[p.] āp[pn.pl.] rājya adhikārī[n.m.;sg.,d.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] direction pramāṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.]|pramāṇ chalnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . not only this x (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) all physical organ but mind , intellect , sanskar too you master soul (K|of) direction (under) continue[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
21In the same way, when you souls who have a right to self-sovereignty give an order to any of your physical organs with your power of yoga, each organ functions under your control; not just all the physical organs of the body, but even the mind, intellect and sanskars function according to the directions of you souls who have a right to self-sovereignty.
21जब चाहो , जैसे चाहो वैसे मन अर्थात् संकल्प शक्ति को वहाँ स्थित कर सकते हो . jab chāhō , jaisē chāhō vaisē man arthāt saṅkalp śhakti kō vahā̃ sthit kar saktē hō . jab chāhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] chāhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] vaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] man[n.m.;sg.,d.] arthāt saṅkalp[n.m.;sg.,d.] śhakti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kō[postp.] vahā̃ sthit[adj.] karnā[pres.pl.m.2.root+saknā] . when x[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , like x[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] x mind that is thought Shakti to there stabilised do[pres.pl.m.2.root+saknā] .
22You are able to stabilise your mind, that is, your thought power, wherever you want, whenever you want.
22अर्थात् मन , बुद्धि , संस्कार के भी राज्य-अधिकारी . arthāt man , buddhi , saṅskār K|kē bhī rājya-adhikārī . arthāt man[n.m.;sg.,d.] , buddhi[n.f.;sg.] , saṅskār[x] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] bhī[p.] rājya adhikārī[n.m.;sg.,d.] . that is mind , intellect , sanskar (K|of) too master .
23This means that you have sovereignty even over your mind, intellect and sanskars.
23संस्कारों के वश नहीं लेकिन संस्कार को अपने वश में कर श्रेष्ठ नीति से कार्य में लगाते हो , श्रेष्ठ संस्कार प्रमाण सम्बन्ध-सम्पर्क में आते हो . saṅskārō̃ K|kē vaśh nahī̃ lēkin saṅskār kō apnē vaśh mē̃ kar śhrēṣhṭh nīti sē kārya mē̃ lagātē hō , śhrēṣhṭh saṅskār pramāṇ sambandh-sampark mē̃ ātē hō . saṅskār[x] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] vaśh[x] nahī̃[neg] lēkin saṅskār[x] kō[postp.] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] vaśh[x] mē̃[postp.] karnā[root] śhrēṣhṭha[adj.] nīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] sē[postp.] kārya[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] lagānā[pres.pl.m.2] , śhrēṣhṭha[adj.] saṅskār[x] pramāṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.]|pramāṇ sambandh-sampark[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] ānā[pres.pl.m.2] . sanskar (K|of) control not but sanskar to one’s own control in do[root] elevated x from task in attach[pres.pl.m.2] , elevated sanskar (under) x in come[pres.pl.m.2] .
24You are not subservient to your sanskars, but you have control over sanskars and you use them with your elevated principles. 25You form relationships and connections with others on the basis of your elevated sanskars.
24तो स्वराज्य की नीति है - मन , बुद्धि , संस्कार और सर्व कर्मेन्द्रियों के ऊपर स्व अर्थात् आत्मा का अधिकार . tō svarājya key|kī nīti hai - man , buddhi , saṅskār aur sarv karmēndriyō̃ kē ūpar sva arthāt ātmā kā adhikār . tō svarājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] nīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] - man[n.m.;sg.,d.] , buddhi[n.f.;sg.] , saṅskār[x] aur sarv[adj.] karmēndriy[n.f.ī=>iyō̃;pl.o.] kē ūpar[x] sva arthāt ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] adhikār[x] . then own kingdom (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) x be[pres.sg.23] - mind , intellect , sanskar and all physical organ over x that is soul of right .
26So the system of self-sovereignty is for one’s self, that is, one’s soul, to have a right over one’s mind, intellect and sanskars and all the physical organs.
25अगर कोई कर्मेन्द्रियां कभी आंख धोखा देती , कभी बोल धोखा देता , वाणी अर्थात् मुख धोखा देता , संस्कार अपने कन्ट्रोल में नहीं रहते तो उसको स्वराज्य अधिकारी नहीं कहेंगे , उसको कहेंगे स्वराज्य अधिकार के पुरुषार्थी . agar kōī karmēndriyā̃ kabhī āṅkh dhōkhā dētī , kabhī bōl dhōkhā dētā , vāṇī arthāt mukh dhōkhā dētā , saṅskār apnē control mē̃ nahī̃ rahtē tō uskō svarājya adhikārī nahī̃ kahē̃gē , uskō kahē̃gē svarājya adhikār K|kē puruṣhārthī . agar kōī[pn.;d.] karmēndriy[n.f.ī=>iyā̃;pl.d.] kabhī[adv.] āṅkh[n.f.;sg.] dhōkhā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] dēnā[pres-part.f.] , kabhī[adv.] bōlnā[root]|bōl[n.m.;sg.,d.] dhōkhā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] dēnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , vāṇī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] arthāt mukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] dhōkhā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] dēnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , saṅskār[x] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] control mē̃[postp.] nahī̃[neg] rahnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] tō vah[pn.sg.kō] svarājya adhikārī[x] nahī̃[neg] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] , vah[pn.sg.kō] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] svarājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] adhikār[x] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] purūṣhārthī[adj.] . if some physical organ ever eye deception give[pres-part.f.] , ever (speak[root]|x) deception give[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , words that is mouth deception give[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , sanskar one’s own control in not remain[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] then that[.kō] self-sovereign not say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] , that[.kō] say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] own kingdom right (K|of) effort-maker . 26अधिकारी नहीं लेकिन पुरुषार्थी . adhikārī nahī̃ lēkin puruṣhārthī . adhikārī[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] lēkin purūṣhārthī[adj.] . 27If any physical organ deceives you - sometimes your eyes deceive you, sometimes your words deceive you, sometimes your speech, that is, your lips, deceive you - if your sanskars are not under your control, you are not said to be a self-sovereign. 28That is called being an effort-maker for self-sovereignty - not one who has a right, but one who is an effort-maker.

69If you have heard something, there is also a way to let it out. 70Therefore, that special image has been created in Bharat, in memory of Bapu Gandhi: "See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil!

101शक्तियों को , पाण्डवों को मौज है ना . śhaktiyō̃ kō , pāṇḍavō̃ kō mauj hai nā . śhakti[n.f.ī=>iyō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] , pāṇḍav[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] mauj[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] nā . Shakti to , Pandava to pleasure be[pres.sg.23] ∅ .
105Do you Shaktis and Pandavas experience pleasure?
102तो समझा , स्वराज्य की नीति क्या है और विश्व-राज्य की नीति क्या है ? tō samjhā , svarājya key|kī nīti kyā hai aur viśhva-rājya key|kī nīti kyā hai ? tō samjhānā[root]|samajhnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] , svarājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] nīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kyā hōnā[pres.sg.23] aur viśhva-rājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] nīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kyā hōnā[pres.sg.23] ? then (explain[root]|understand[past-part.m.sg.d.]) , own kingdom (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) x what be[pres.sg.23] and x (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) x what be[pres.sg.23] ?
106So, do you understand what the systems of self-sovereignty are and what the systems of world sovereignty are?
, prajā[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] , prajā[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] ēk[adj.] parivār[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . (x[opt.sg.23]|x[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|whether) x be[pres.sg.23] , (x[opt.sg.23]|x[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|whether) royal family be[pres.sg.23] but x , x not , x too one family be[pres.sg.23] .
107Whether subjects or the royal family, subjects are not subjects; subjects are also of the one family.
104परिवार की नीति यह है सतयुग-त्रेता की राजनीति . parivār key|kī nīti yah hai satyug-trētā key|kī rājnīti . parivār[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] nīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] yah[pn.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] satyug-trētā[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] rājnīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] . family (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) x this be[pres.sg.23] x (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) politics .
108So, the governing system of the golden and silver ages is the system of a family.
105राजा कहलाते हैं लेकिन राजा होते भी परमप्रिय पिता का स्वरूप है . rājā kahlātē haĩ lēkin rājā hōtē bhī parampriya pitā kā svarūp hai . rājā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahlānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] lēkin rājā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] bhī[p.] parampriya[n.m.;sg.,d.] pitā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] svarūp[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . king call[pres.pl.m.12hon3] but king be[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] too x father of form be[pres.sg.23] .
109Even though the king is called the king, he takes the form of a supremely loving father.
106परिवार की विधि से राजनीति चलती है . parivār key|kī vidhi sē rājnīti chaltī hai . parivār[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] vidhi[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] rājnīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] chalnā[pres.sg.f.23] . family (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) method from politics continue[pres.sg.f.23] .
110The governing system of the kingdom works as a family.
107चाहे राज्य कारोबार भिन्न-भिन्न हाथों में होगी लेकिन परिवार के स्नेह की विधि से कारोबार होगी . chāhē rājya kārōbār bhinn-bhinn hāthō̃ mē̃ hōgī lēkin parivār K|kē snēh key|kī vidhi sē kārōbār hōgī . chāhnā[opt.sg.23]|chāhnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|chāhē rājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] kārōbār[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhinn[adj.] hāth[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] mē̃[postp.] hōnā[fut.f.sg.23] lēkin parivār[n.m.;sg.,d.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] snēh[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] vidhi[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] kārōbār[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[fut.f.sg.23] . (x[opt.sg.23]|x[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|whether) kingdom x different hand in be[fut.f.sg.23] but family (K|of) love (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) method from x be[fut.f.sg.23] .
111Even though all the different activities of the kingdom are in the hands of different people, everything is carried out with the love of a family.
108ऐसे नहीं कि राजा के पास बहुत धन-दौलत हो और प्रजा में कोई को खाने-पीने के लिये भी नहीं हो . aisē nahī̃ ki rājā kē pās bahut dhan-daulat hō aur prajā mē̃ kōī kō khānē-pīnē K|kē liyē bhī nahī̃ hō . aisē nahī̃[x] ki[conj.] rājā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kē pās[x] bahut dhan-daulat[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] aur prajā[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] kōī[pn.;d.] kō[postp.] khānā-pīnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] lēnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] bhī[p.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] . it isn't that that king to very x (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) and x in some to food and diet[inf.m.pl.,o.] (K|of) take[past-part.m.pl.,o.] too not (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) .
112It isn't that a king has a lot of wealth and prosperity and that the subjects do not even have enough food or drink; no.
109द्वापर-कलियुग की राजनीति में लॉ एण्ड ऑर्डर चलता है . dvāpar-kaliyug key|kī rājnīti mē̃ law and order chaltā hai . dvāpar-kaliyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] rājnīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] mē̃[postp.] law and order chalnā[pres.sg.m.23] . x (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) politics in law and order continue[pres.sg.m.23] . 110लेकिन विश्व-राज्य , देव-राज्य के समय यही नीति चलती है , लॉ नहीं लेकिन स्नेह और सम्बन्ध की नीति चलती है . lēkin viśhva-rājya , dēv-rājya K|kē samay yahī nīti chaltī hai , law nahī̃ lēkin snēh aur sambandh key|kī nīti chaltī hai . lēkin viśhva-rājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] , dēv-rājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] yahī[pn.;d.] nīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] chalnā[pres.sg.f.23] , law nahī̃[neg] lēkin snēh[n.m.;sg.,d.] aur sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] nīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] chalnā[pres.sg.f.23] . but x , x (K|of) time this x continue[pres.sg.f.23] , law not but love and relationship (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) x continue[pres.sg.f.23] .
113The governing system of the copper and iron ages is that everything is according to law and order, but at the time of world sovereignty, at the time of deity sovereignty, these are the systems that continue.
111कोई भी आत्मा ' दुःख ' शब्द को भी नहीं जानती . kōī bhī ātmā ' duḥkh ' śhabda kō bhī nahī̃ jāntī . kōī bhī[x] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] ' duḥkhnā[root]|duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.] ' śhabd[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] bhī[p.] nahī̃[neg] jānnā[pres-part.f.] . anyone soul ' (hurt[root]|sorrow) ' word to too not know[pres-part.f.] .
114There isn't law because the whole system functions on love and relationships.
112चाहे राजा हो , चाहे प्रजा हो लेकिन दुःख-अशान्ति का नाम-निशान नहीं . chāhē rājā hō , chāhē prajā hō lēkin duḥkh-aśhānti kā nām-niśhān nahī̃ . chāhnā[opt.sg.23]|chāhnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|chāhē rājā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] , chāhnā[opt.sg.23]|chāhnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|chāhē prajā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] lēkin duḥkh-aśhānti[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] nām niśhān[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] . (x[opt.sg.23]|x[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|whether) king (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) , (x[opt.sg.23]|x[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|whether) x (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) but sorrow and peacelessness of x not .
115None of the souls knows the word ‘sorrow’. 116Whether someone is a king or a subject, no one mentions or has a trace of sorrow or peacelessness.
113दुःख क्या चीज़ होती है - उसका अज्ञान है , ज्ञान ही नहीं है . duḥkh kyā chīz hōtī hai - uskā agyān hai , gyān hī nahī̃ hai . duḥkhnā[root]|duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kyā chīz[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] - vah[pn.sg.kā] agyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . (hurt[root]|sorrow) what thing be[pres.sg.f.23] - that[.kā] ignorance be[pres.sg.23] , knowledge only not be[pres.sg.23] .
117They are totally ignorant of what sorrow is. 118They do not have any knowledge of it.
114जैसे इस समय स्वराज्य के समय भी आपको बापदादा किस नीति से चलाते हैं ? jaisē is samay svarājya K|kē samay bhī āpkō bāpdādā kis nīti sē chalātē haĩ ? jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] is samay[x] svarājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] āp[pn.pl.kō] bāpdādā kaun[pn.sg.o.]|kyā[pn.sg.o.] nīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] sē[postp.] chalānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ? like at this time own kingdom (K|of) time too you[.kō] BapDada (who|what) x from x[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ? 115स्नेह और श्रीमत . snēh aur śhrīmat . snēh[n.m.;sg.,d.] aur śhrīmat[n.m.;sg.,d.] . love and shrimat .
119Similarly, at the present time, at the time of self-sovereignty, what system does BapDada use with you?
116श्रीमत पर चलते रहते तो कोई भी सख्त ऑर्डर करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है . śhrīmat par chaltē rahtē tō kōī bhī sakht order karnē key|kī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ hai . śhrīmat[n.m.;sg.,d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] chalnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] rahnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] tō kōī bhī[x] sakht[adj.] order karnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] āvaśhyaktā[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . shrimat (at|other) continue[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] remain[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] then anyone strictly order do[inf.m.pl.,o.] (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) need not be[pres.sg.23] .
120Love and shrimat: if you continue to follow shrimat, there is no need to give any strict orders.
117अगर नीति को भूलते हैं तो स्वयं , स्वयं को कलियुगी नीति में चलाते हैं . agar nīti kō bhūltē haĩ tō svayã , svayã kō kaliyugī nīti mē̃ chalātē haĩ . agar nīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kō[postp.] bhūlnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tō svayã , svayã kō[postp.] kaliyugī[adj.] nīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] mē̃[postp.] chalānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . if x to forget[pres.pl.m.12hon3] then x , x to iron-aged x in x[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
121When you forget the principles, you make yourself move along with iron-aged principles.
118तो विश्व के राज्य की नीति भी बहुत प्यारी है क्योंकि अनेकता नहीं है , एक राज्य है और अखुट खजाना है ! tō viśhva K|kē rājya kī nīti bhī bahut pyārī hai kyōṅki anēktā nahī̃ hai , ēk rājya hai aur akhuṭ khajānā hai ! tō viśhva[n.m.;sg.,d.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] rājya karnā[past-part.f.] nīti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] bhī[p.] bahut pyārā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] kyōṅki anēktā[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , ēk[adj.] rājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] aur akhuṭ[adj.] khajānā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ! then world (K|of) x x too very loving be[pres.sg.23] because x not be[pres.sg.23] , one kingdom be[pres.sg.23] and limitless treasure be[pres.sg.23] !
122So the principles of world sovereignty are very lovely because there is no variety; there is one kingdom and unlimited treasures.
119प्रजा भी इतनी सम्पन्न होगी - आजकल के जो बड़े-बड़े पद्मपति हैं , उन्हों से भी ज्यादा ! prajā bhī itnī sampann hōgī - ājkal K|kē jō baṛē-baṛē padmapati haĩ , unhō̃ sē bhī jyādā ! prajā[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] itnā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] sampann[adj.] hōnā[fut.f.sg.23] - ājkal K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] jō[pn.;d.] baṛā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] padmapati[x] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] , vah[pn.pl.o.] sē[postp.] bhī[p.] jyādā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] ! x too such full be[fut.f.sg.23] - nowadays (K|of) that very multimillionaire be[pres.pl.12hon3] , that from too more !
123Even the subjects will be so prosperous that they will have even more than the multimillionaires of today.
120अप्राप्ति का नाम-निशान नहीं . aprāpti kā nām-niśhān nahī̃ . aprāpti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] nām niśhān[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] . lack of attainment of x not .
124There will be no mention or trace of any lack of attainment.
121लेकिन इसका आधार क्या ? lēkin iskā ādhār kyā ? lēkin yah[pn.sg.kā] ādhār[n.m.;sg.,d.] kyā ? but this[.kā] basis what ?
125However, what is the basis of this?
122स्वराज्य . svarājya . svarājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] . own kingdom .
126Self-sovereignty.
123इस समय सम्पन्न बनते हो , इसलिए परमात्म-सम्पत्ति की सम्पन्नता सतयुग-त्रेता के अनेक जन्म प्राप्त होती है . is samay sampann bantē hō , isliē paramātma-sampatti key|kī sampannatā satyug-trētā K|kē anēk janm prāpt hōtī hai . is samay[x] sampann[adj.] bannā[pres.pl.m.2] , isliē paramātma-sampatti[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] sampanntā[n.f.;sg.] satyug-trētā[n.m.;sg.,d.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] anēk[adj.] janamnā[root]|janm[n.m.;sg.,d.] prāpt[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] . at this time full become[pres.pl.m.2] , therefore x (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) x x (K|of) many (be born[root]|life) reached be[pres.sg.f.23] .
127You become full at this time, and this is how the fullness of prosperity that you receive from God is attained for the many births of the golden and silver ages.
124इसलिए कहा नम्बरवन राज्य है स्वराज्य , फिर है विश्व-राज्य और तीसरा है द्वापर-कलियुग का अलग-अलग स्टेट का राज्य . isliē kahā number one rājya hai svarājya , phir hai viśhva-rājya aur tīsrā hai dvāpar-kaliyug kā alag-alag state kā rājya . isliē kahnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] number one rājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] svarājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] , phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] hōnā[pres.sg.23] viśhva-rājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] aur tīsrā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] dvāpar-kaliyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] alag[adj.] state kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] rājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] . therefore say[past-part.m.sg.d.] number one kingdom be[pres.sg.23] own kingdom , (then|turn[root]) be[pres.sg.23] x and third be[pres.sg.23] x of separate x of kingdom . 125इस राज्य को तो अच्छी तरह जानते ही हो , वर्णन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं . is rājya kō tō achchhī tarah jāntē hī hō , varṇan karnē key|kī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ . yah[pn.sg.o.] rājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] tō achchhā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] tarah[n.f.;sg.] jānnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] hī[p.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] , varṇan[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] āvaśhyaktā[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] . this kingdom to then achcha x know[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] only (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) , x do[inf.m.pl.,o.] (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) need not .
128This is why you were told that the number one kingdom is that of self-sovereignty. 129Then, next is world sovereignty, and the third is the kingdoms of the different states of the copper and iron ages. 130You know these kingdoms very well; there is no need to speak about them.
126तो सदा किस नशे में रहना है ? tō sadā kis naśhē mē̃ rahnā hai ? tō sadā kaun[pn.sg.o.]|kyā[pn.sg.o.] naśhā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] ? then constantly (who|what) intoxication in remain[pres.sg.23.oblig1] ?
131So which intoxication do you constantly have to maintain?
127स्वराज्य हमारा जन्मसिद्ध अधिकार है ! svarājya hamārā janmasiddh adhikār hai ! svarājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] ham[pn.pl.kā] janmasiddh[n.m.;sg.,d.] adhikār[x] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ! own kingdom we[.kā] x right be[pres.sg.23] !
