144Although you are now at the confluence age, you have belonged to them for half of this cycle and so they will not leave you alone that quickly.

145If you don't remain cautious, if you don't remember Baba, they will make you perform more sinful acts and you will then continue to be slapped in one way or another.

143अभी तो देखो मनुष्यों ने अपने को आपेही चमाट मारी है . abhī tō dēkhō manuṣhyō̃ nē apnē kō āpēhī chamāṭ mārī hai . ab[adv.hī] tō dēkhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] manuṣhya[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] nē[postp.] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kō[postp.] āpēhī chamāṭ[n.f.;sg.] mārnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23] . now then see[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] human being ∅ one’s own to automatically slap beat[pres-perf.sg.f.23] .

146Look at how people slap themselves and what they continue to say.

144क्या-क्या कह देते हैं  ! kyā-kyā kah dētē haĩ  ! kyā kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+dēnā]  ! what say[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+dēnā]  ! 145शिव-शंकर इकट्ठा कह देते हैं . śhiv-śhaṅkar ikaṭṭhā kah dētē haĩ . śhivśhaṅkar[n.m.;sg.,d.] ikaṭṭhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+dēnā] . x together say[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+dēnā] .

147They say that Shiva and Shankar are one and the same.

146उनका आक्यूपेशन क्या है , उनका क्या  ? unkā occupation kyā hai , unkā kyā  ? vah[pn.pl.kā] occupation kyā hōnā[pres.sg.23] , vah[pn.pl.kā] kyā  ? that[.kā] occupation what be[pres.sg.23] , that[.kā] what  ?

148What is the occupation of one and what is the occupation of the other?

147कितना फ़र्क है . kitnā fark hai . kitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] fark[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . so difference be[pres.sg.23] .

149There is so much difference!

148शिव तो है ऊंच ते ऊंच भगवान् , शंकर देवता . śhiv tō hai ūñch tē ūñch bhagvān , śhaṅkar dēvtā . śhiv tō hōnā[pres.sg.23] ūñch tē ūñch[x] bhagvān[x] , śhaṅkar[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēvtā[n.f.;sg.] . Shiva then be[pres.sg.23] highest-on-high God , Shankar deity .

150Shiva is God, the Highest on High, whereas Shankar is a deity.

149फिर शिव-शंकर इकट्ठा कैसे कह देते  ! phir śhiv-śhaṅkar ikaṭṭhā kaisē kah dētē  ! phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] śhivśhaṅkar[n.m.;sg.,d.] ikaṭṭhā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kahnā[root] dēnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.]  ! (turn[root]|then) x together how say[root] give[pres-part.m.pl.,o.]  !

151So, how can they say that Shiva and Shankar are combined?

150पार्ट ही दोनों का अलग-अलग है . part hī dōnō̃ kā alag-alag hai . part[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] dōnō̃ kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] alag[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . part only x of separate be[pres.sg.23] .

152The parts of both are completely separate.

151यहाँ भी बहुतों के ऐसे-ऐसे नाम हैं - राधेकृष्ण , लक्ष्मीनारायण , शिवशंकर . . . . दोनों नाम स्वयं पर रख दिये हैं . yahā̃ bhī bahutō̃ kē|K aisē-aisē nām haĩ - rādhēkr̥iṣhṇa , lakṣhmīnārāyaṇ , śhivśhaṅkar . . . . dōnō̃ nām svayã par rakh diyē haĩ . yahā̃ bhī[p.] bahut[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] nām[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] - rādhēkr̥iṣhṇa[n.m.;sg.,d.] , lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] , śhivśhaṅkar[n.m.;sg.,d.] . . . . dōnō̃ nām[n.m.;sg.,d.] svayã par[postp.]|par[adj.] rakhnā[pres-perf.pl.m.12hon3.root+dēnā] . here too very (of|K) such name be[pres.pl.12hon3] - Radhe and Krishna , Lakshmi and Narayan , x . . . . x name x (at|other) keep[pres-perf.pl.m.12hon3.root+dēnā] .

153Here, too, many have double names such as Radhe Krishna, Lakshmi Narayan, Shiva Shankar. 154They have given themselves both names.

152तो बच्चे समझते हैं इस समय तक जो बाप ने समझाया है वह फिर रिपीट होगा . tō bachchē samajhtē haĩ is samay tak jō bāp nē samjhāyā hai vah phir repeat hōgā . tō bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] samajhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] is samay[x] tak jō[pn.;d.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] nē[postp.] samjhānā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] vah[pn.sg.d.] phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] repeat hōnā[fut.m.sg.23] . then child understand[pres.pl.m.12hon3] at this time until that father ∅ explain[pres-perf.sg.m.23] that (turn[root]|then) repeat be[fut.m.sg.23] .

155So, you children understand that whatever the Father has explained up to now, it will repeat.

153बाकी थोड़े रोज़ हैं . bākī thōṛē rōz haĩ . bākī|bākī thōṛā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] rōz hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . (but|others) short day be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
