12भक्ति रावण राज्य , ज्ञान रामराज्य . bhakti rāvaṇ rājya , gyān rāmrājya . bhakti[n.f.;sg.] rāvaṇ rājya[x] , gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] rām rājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] . devotion kingdom of Ravan , knowledge kingdom of Rama . 13ज्ञान को कहा जाता है नॉलेज , पढ़ाई . gyān kō kahā jātā hai knowledge , paṛhāī . gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] knowledge , paṛhānā[past-part.f.]|paṛhāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] . knowledge to (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) knowledge , (teach[past-part.f.]|study) .

16Devotion belongs to the kingdom of Ravan whereas knowledge belongs to the kingdom of Rama (God).

14भक्ति को पढ़ाई नहीं कहा जाता . bhakti kō paṛhāī nahī̃ kahā jātā . bhakti[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] paṛhānā[past-part.f.]|paṛhāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] nahī̃[neg] kahnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] jānā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . devotion to (teach[past-part.f.]|study) not say[past-part.m.sg.d.] go[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .

17Gyan is called knowledge, a study.

15उसमें कोई उद्देश्य नहीं कि हम क्या बनेंगे , भक्ति पढ़ाई नहीं है . usmē̃ kōī uddēśhya nahī̃ ki ham kyā banē̃gē , bhakti paṛhāī nahī̃ hai . vah[pn.sg.mē̃] kōī[pn.;d.] uddēśhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] ki[conj.] ham[pn.pl.] kyā bannā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] , bhakti[n.f.;sg.] paṛhānā[past-part.f.]|paṛhāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . that[.mē̃] some aim not that we what become[fut.m.pl.12hon3] , devotion (teach[past-part.f.]|study) not be[pres.sg.23] .

18Devotion is not called a study. 19There is no aim in devotion of becoming someone.

16राजयोग सीखना यह पढ़ाई है , पढ़ाई एक जगह स्कूल में पढ़ी जाती है . rājyōg sīkhnā yah paṛhāī hai , paṛhāī ēk jagah school mē̃ paṛhī jātī hai . rājyōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] sīkhnā[inf.m.sg.d.] yah[pn.sg.d.] paṛhānā[pres-perf.sg.f.23] , paṛhānā[past-part.f.]|paṛhāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] ēk[adj.] jagah[n.f.;sg.] school mē̃[postp.] paṛhnā[pres.sg.f.23.past-part+jānā]|paṛhnā[pres.sg.f.23.passive] . 20Devotion is not a study. 21To learn Raja Yoga is a study. 22You study at one place in a school, whereas in devotion, you stumble from door to door.

18पढ़ाई माना पढ़ाई . paṛhāī mānā paṛhāī . paṛhānā[past-part.f.]|paṛhāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] mānā|mānnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] paṛhānā[past-part.f.]|paṛhāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] . (teach[past-part.f.]|study) (means|x[past-part.m.sg.d.]) (teach[past-part.f.]|study) .

23Study means study!

19तो पढ़ाई पूरी रीति पढ़नी चाहिए . tō paṛhāī pūrī rīti paṛhnī chāhiē . tō paṛhānā[past-part.f.]|paṛhāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] pūrā[adj.ā=>ī;f.]|pūrī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] rīti[n.f.;sg.] paṛhnā[.oblig3] . then (teach[past-part.f.]|study) (full|puri) way study[.oblig3] .

26There are many of you who do not consider themselves to be students, because they don’t study at all.

22न बाप को बाप समझते हैं , न शिवबाबा को सद्गति दाता समझते हैं . na bāp kō bāp samajhtē haĩ , na śhivbābā kō sadgati dātā samajhtē haĩ . na[neg] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] samajhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , na[neg] śhivbābā kō[postp.] sadgati dātā[x] samajhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . not father to father understand[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , not Shiv Baba to Bestower of Salvation understand[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

27Neither do they consider the Father to be the Father, nor do they consider Shiv Baba to be the Bestower of Salvation.

23ऐसे भी हैं बुद्धि में कुछ भी बैठता ही नहीं , राजधानी स्थापन होती है ना . aisē bhī haĩ buddhi mē̃ kuchh bhī baiṭhtā hī nahī̃ , rājdhānī sthāpan hōtī hai nā . aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] kuchh bhī[x] baiṭhnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] hī[p.] nahī̃[neg] , rājdhānī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] sthāpanā, sthāpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] nā . such too be[pres.pl.12hon3] intellect in anything sit[pres-part.m.sg.d.] only not , kingdom establishment be[pres.sg.f.23] ∅ .

144The rain that falls is drawn from the oceans. 145Then that water falls all over the world; there are rivers everywhere.

146The water on the mountains becomes ice.

ānā[pres.sg.m.23.pres-part+rahnā] . x (at|other) x x[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] , that too (water|x[inf.f.]) come[pres.sg.m.23.pres-part+rahnā] .

147That ice continues to melt and then flows into a river.

132पहाड़ों के अन्दर गुफाओं में जो पानी रहता है , वह फिर कुओं में आता रहता है . pahāṛō̃ kē|K andar guphāō̃ mē̃ jō pānī rahtā hai , vah phir kuō̃ mē̃ ātā rahtā hai . pahāṛ[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K andar guphā[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] mē̃[postp.] jō[pn.;d.] pānī[n.m.;sg.,d.]|pānā[inf.f.] rahnā[pres.sg.m.23] , vah[pn.sg.d.] phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] kūā̃[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] mē̃[postp.] ānā[pres.sg.m.23.pres-part+rahnā] . x (of|K) inside x in that (water|x[inf.f.]) remain[pres.sg.m.23] , that (turn[root]|then) well in come[pres.sg.m.23.pres-part+rahnā] .

148The water from the caves in the mountains also fills the wells. 149They too depend on rain.

133वह भी बरसात के आधार पर है . vah bhī barsāt kē|K ādhār par hai . vah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] barsāt[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K ādhār[n.m.;sg.,d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . that too rain (of|K) basis (at|other) be[pres.sg.23] .

150When there isn't any rain, the wells dry up.

134बरसात न पड़े तो कुएं भी सूख जाते हैं . barsāt na paṛē tō kuē̃ bhī sūkh jātē haĩ . barsāt[n.f.;sg.] na[neg] paṛnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|paṛnā[opt.sg.23] tō kūā̃[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] bhī[p.] sūkhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+jānā] . rain not (fall[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|fall[opt.sg.23]) then well too dry up[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+jānā] .

151You now say: Baba, purify us and send us to heaven.

135कहते भी हैं बाबा हमको पावन बनाकर स्वर्ग में ले जाओ . kahtē bhī haĩ bābā hamkō pāvan banākar svarg mē̃ lē jāō . kahnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] bābā ham[pn.pl.kō] pāvan[adj.] banānā[abs.] svarg[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] lē jānā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . say[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] too be[pres.pl.12hon3] Baba we[.kō] pure create[abs.] heaven in carry .

152People only desire to go to heaven, the land of Krishna.

136आश ही स्वर्ग , कृष्णपुरी की है . āśh hī svarg , kr̥iṣhṇapurī kī hai . āśh, āśhā[n.f.;sg.] hī[p.] svarg[n.m.;sg.,d.] , kr̥iṣhṇapurī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] karnā[pres-perf.sg.f.23] . desire only heaven , land of Krishna do[pres-perf.sg.f.23] .

153No one knows about the land of Vishnu.

137विष्णुपुरी का किसको पता नहीं है . viṣhṇupurī kā kiskō patā nahī̃ hai . viṣhṇupurī[x] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] kaun[pn.sg.kō] patā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . x of who[.kō] knowledge not be[pres.sg.23] .

154The devotees of Krishna say: Wherever I look, I only see Krishna.

138कृष्ण के मुरीद कहेंगे - जहाँ देखो कृष्ण ही कृष्ण है . kr̥iṣhṇa kē|K murīd kahē̃gē - jahā̃ dēkhō kr̥iṣhṇa hī kr̥iṣhṇa hai . kr̥iṣhṇa[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K murīd[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] - jahā̃ dēkhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] kr̥iṣhṇa[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] kr̥iṣhṇa[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . Krishna (of|K) follower say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] - where there see[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] Krishna only Krishna be[pres.sg.23] .

155However, since they call God omnipresent, why do they not say that wherever they look, they only see God?

Oh! , x Supreme Soul omnipresent be[pres.sg.23] then why not say[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] x see[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] Supreme Soul only Supreme Soul be[pres.sg.23] .

156This is why the devotees of the Supreme Soul (God) say that everyone is a form of Him. 157He enables this whole play to take place.

140परमात्मा के मुरीद फिर ऐसे कहते यह सब उनके ही रूप हैं . paramātmā kē|K murīd phir aisē kahtē yah sab unkē hī rūp haĩ . paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K murīd[n.m.;sg.,d.] phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kahnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] yah[pn.sg.d.] sab[adj.] vah[pn.pl.kē] hī[p.] rūp[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . Supreme Soul (of|K) follower (turn[root]|then) such say[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] this all that[.kē] only Rup be[pres.pl.12hon3] .

158They say that God adopted a form in order to create this wonderful play.

141वही यह सारी लीला कर रहे हैं . vahī yah sārī līlā kar rahē haĩ . vahī yah[pn.sg.d.] sārā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] līlā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] . this this the whole game do[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] .

159Therefore, He would definitely play a part.

142भगवान ने रूप धरे हैं , लीला करने के लिए . bhagvān nē rūp dharē haĩ , līlā karnē kē liē . bhagvān[n.m.;sg.,d.] nē[postp.] rūp[n.m.;sg.,d.] dharnā[pres-perf.pl.m.12hon3] , līlā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kē liē[x] . God ∅ Rup adopt[pres-perf.pl.m.12hon3] , game do[inf.m.pl.,o.] for .

160Just look at God's world of heaven! 161There is no question of any dirt there.

143तो जरूर अभी लीला करेंगे ना . tō jarūr abhī līlā karē̃gē nā . tō zarūr ab[adv.hī] līlā[n.f.;sg.] karnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] nā . then definitely now game do[fut.m.pl.12hon3] ∅ .

162Here, there is nothing but dirt.

144परमात्मा की दुनिया स्वर्ग में देखो , वहाँ गंद की कोई बात नहीं होती . paramātmā kī|key duniyā svarg mē̃ dēkhō , vahā̃ gand kī|key kōī bāt nahī̃ hōtī . paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key duniyā[n.f.;sg.] svarg[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] dēkhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , vahā̃ gand[x] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key kōī[pn.;d.] bāt[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres-part.f.] . Supreme Soul (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) world heaven in see[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , there x (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) some matter not be[pres-part.f.] .

163Here, people also say that God is omnipresent, that it is God who gives happiness and sorrow.

145यहाँ तो गंद ही गंद है और फिर यहाँ कह देते परमात्मा सर्वव्यापी है . yahā̃ tō gand hī gand hai aur phir yahā̃ kah dētē paramātmā sarvavyāpī hai . yahā̃ tō gand[x] hī[p.] gand[x] hōnā[pres.sg.23] aur phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] yahā̃ kahnā[root] dēnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] sarvavyāpī, sarvavyāpak[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . here then x only x be[pres.sg.23] and (turn[root]|then) here say[root] give[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] Supreme Soul omnipresent be[pres.sg.23] .

164When they have a child, they experience happiness but if he dies, they experience sorrow.

146परमात्मा ही सुख देते हैं . paramātmā hī sukh dētē haĩ . paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . Supreme Soul only happiness give[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . 147बच्चा आया सुख हुआ , मरा तो दुःख होगा . bachchā āyā sukh huā , marā tō duḥkh hōgā . bachchā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] ānā[past-part.m.sg.d.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] , marnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] tō duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.]|duḥkhnā[root] hōnā[fut.m.sg.23] . child come[past-part.m.sg.d.] happiness be[past-part.m.sg.d.] , die[past-part.m.sg.d.] then (sorrow|hurt[root]) be[fut.m.sg.23] .

165God gave you something and then took it back, so what is there to cry about?

148अरे , भगवान ने तुमको चीज़ दी फिर ली तो इसमें तुमको रोने की क्या दरकार है  ! arē , bhagvān nē tumkō chīz dī|the phir lī tō ismē̃ tumkō rōnē kī|key kyā darkār hai  ! arē , bhagvān[n.m.;sg.,d.] nē[postp.] tum[pn.pl.kō] chīz[n.f.;sg.] dēnā[past-part.f.]|the phirnā[past-part.f..root+lēnā] tō yah[pn.sg.mē̃] tum[pn.pl.kō] rōnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key kyā darkār[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23]  ! 166They don't experience sorrow in the golden age that they would have to cry.
