Answer

4उत्तर  : पहले जब बुद्धि में यह निश्चय बैठे कि यहाँ पढ़ाने वाला स्वयं परमात्मा है , उनसे ही हमें सौभाग्य लेना है तब पढ़ाई रोज़ पढ़ें और अपना सौभाग्य ऊंचा बना सकें . uttar  : pahlē jab buddhi mē̃ yah niśhchay baiṭhē ki yahā̃ paṛhānē vālā svayã paramātmā hai , unsē hī hamē̃ saubhāgya lēnā hai tab paṛhāī rōz paṛhē̃ aur apnā saubhāgya ūñchā banā sakē̃ . uttar[n.m.;sg.,d.]  : pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] jab buddhi[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] yah[pn.sg.d.] niśhchay[n.m.;sg.,d.] baiṭhnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|baiṭhnā[opt.sg.23] ki[conj.] yahā̃ paṛhānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] svayã paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , vah[pn.pl.sē] hī[p.] ham[pn.pl.kō] saubhāgya[n.m.;sg.,d.] lēnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] tab paṛhāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.]|paṛhānā[past-part.f.] rōz paṛhnā[opt.pl.12hon3] aur apnā[pn.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.]|apnānā[root] saubhāgya[n.m.;sg.,d.] ūñch[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] banānā[opt.pl.12hon3.root+saknā] . answer  : (x|firstly) when intellect in this faith (sit[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|sit[opt.sg.23]) that here teach[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who x Supreme Soul be[pres.sg.23] , that[.sē] only we[.kō] fortune take[pres.sg.23.oblig1] for only then (study|teach[past-part.f.]) day study[opt.pl.12hon3] and (one’s own|adopt[root]) fortune elevated create[opt.pl.12hon3.root+saknā] .

4Answer: First of all, let your intellects have the faith that the One who is teaching you here is God Himself and that you have to claim your great fortune (saubhagya - hundred fold fortune) from Him. 5Only then would you study with Him every day and be able to make your fortune elevated.

13तुम जानते हो हम आत्मा बिन्दी हैं . tum jāntē hō ham ātmā bindī haĩ . tum jāntē hō[x] ham[pn.pl.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] bindī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . you know we soul point be[pres.pl.12hon3] .

14You know that you souls are points; you are so tiny.

15The Father too is so tiny.

15आत्मा से परमात्मा बाप कोई बड़ा नहीं है . ātmā sē paramātmā bāp kōī baṛā nahī̃ hai . ātmā[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kōī[pn.;d.] baṛā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . soul from Supreme Soul father some very not be[pres.sg.23] .

16The Supreme Father is no bigger than souls.

16शरीर तो छोटा बड़ा होता है . śharīr tō chhōṭā baṛā hōtā hai . śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō chhōṭā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] baṛā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] . body then small very be[pres.sg.m.23] .

18You are now sitting in remembrance of Shiv Baba.

18भल कोई यह जान भी जाये कि आत्मा छोटी बिन्दी है , परन्तु उसमें 84 जन्मों का पार्ट है , वन्डर है ना . bhal kōī yah jān bhī jāyē ki ātmā chhōṭī bindī hai , parantu usmē̃ 84 janmō̃ kā part hai , wonder hai nā . bhal kōī[pn.;d.] yah[pn.sg.d.] jānnā[root]|jān[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] jānā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] ki[conj.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] chhōṭā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] bindī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , parantu[conj.] vah[pn.sg.mē̃] 84 janm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] part[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , wonder hōnā[pres.sg.23] nā . although some this (know[root]|x) too go[past-part.m.pl.,o.] that soul small point be[pres.sg.23] , however that[.mē̃] 84 life of part be[pres.sg.23] , wonder be[pres.sg.23] ∅ .

19Although someone may know that a soul is a tiny point, the wonder is that he also has a part of 84 births recorded in him.

19जब तक आत्मा शरीर का आधार न लेवे तब तक पार्ट बजा न सके . jab tak ātmā śharīr kā ādhār na lēvē tab tak part bajā na sakē . jab tak[x] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] ādhār[n.m.;sg.,d.] na[neg] lēnā[opt.sg.23] tab tak[x] part bajānā[root] na[neg] saknā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|saknā[opt.sg.23] . as long as soul body of basis not take[opt.sg.23] x play one's part not (can[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|can[opt.sg.23]) .

20Until a soul takes the support of a body, he cannot play a part.

20वैसे परमात्मा भी हम आत्मा के मुआफिक छोटा है परन्तु बाप क्यों कहा जाता है  ? vaisē paramātmā bhī ham ātmā K|kē muāphik chhōṭā hai parantu bāp kyō̃ kahā jātā hai  ? vaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] ham[pn.pl.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] muāphik chhōṭā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] parantu[conj.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kyō̃ kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive]  ? x Supreme Soul too we soul (K|of) x small be[pres.sg.23] however father why (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive])  ?

21In the same way, the Supreme Soul is also as tiny as us souls, but why is He called the Father?

21क्योंकि वह सदा पावन है . kyōṅki vah sadā pāvan hai . kyōṅki vah[pn.sg.d.] sadā pāvan[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . because that constantly pure be[pres.sg.23] .

22Because He is ever pure.

22वह परमात्मा को न जानते भी उनको बाप कहते हैं . vah paramātmā kō na jāntē bhī unkō bāp kahtē haĩ . vah[pn.sg.d.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] na[neg] jānnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] bhī[p.] vah[pn.pl.kō] bāp kahtē haĩ[x] . that Supreme Soul to not know[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] too that[.kō] the Father says .

23Although people don't know God, they call Him the Father.

23जैसे तुम समझ से याद करते हो वैसे वह भी याद करते हैं . jaisē tum samajh sē yād kartē hō vaisē vah bhī yād kartē haĩ . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] tum[pn.pl.] samajhnā[root]|samajh[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] yād karnā[pres.pl.m.2] vaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] vah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] yād karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . like you (understand[root]|understanding) from remember x that too remember .

24Just as you remember Him with understanding, so they also remember Him.

24इतने जो भगत हैं , सबका भगवान एक है , जिसको पतित-पावन कहा जाता है . itnē jō bhagat haĩ , sabkā bhagvān ēk hai , jiskō patit-pāvan kahā jātā hai . itnā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] jō[pn.;d.] bhagat[adj.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] , sabkā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bhagvān[n.m.;sg.,d.] ēk[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , jō[pn.sg.kō] patit pāvan[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] . such that x be[pres.pl.12hon3] , everyone's God one be[pres.sg.23] , that[.kō] Purifier (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) .

25All of those many devotees have one God whom they call the Purifier.

. then impure be[pres.pl.12hon3] many and Purifier be[pres.sg.23] one .

26So, there are many who are impure but only One is the Purifier.

26साधू सन्त महात्मा भी बुलाते हैं , उनको गॉड फादर कहते हैं . sādhū sant mahātmā bhī bulātē haĩ , unkō god father kahtē haĩ . sādhū[n.m.;sg.,d.] sant[n.m.;sg.,d.] mahātmā[n.f.;sg.] bhī[p.] bulānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , vah[pn.pl.kō] God Father[x] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . sage holy man great soul too call[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , that[.kō] x say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

27Sages, holy men and great souls also call out to Him; they call him God, the Father.

27तो सबका फादर ठहरा ना . tō sabkā father ṭhahrā|ṭhaharā nā . tō sabkā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] father ṭhahrānā[root]|ṭhaharnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] nā . then everyone's father (make stand[root]|stay[past-part.m.sg.d.]) ∅ .

28Therefore, He is the Father of all.

28फादर को पतित से पावन बनाने आना पड़ता है . father kō patit sē pāvan banānē ānā paṛtā hai . father kō[postp.] patit[adj.] sē[postp.] pāvan[adj.] banānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] ānā[pres.sg.m.23.oblig2] . father to impure from pure create[inf.m.pl.,o.] come[pres.sg.m.23.oblig2] .

29The Father has to come here to purify the impure.

29पावन बनने का उपाय वही बताते हैं क्योंकि आत्मा पर पापों का बोझा चढ़ा हुआ है . pāvan bannē kā upāya vahī batātē haĩ kyōṅki ātmā par pāpō̃ kā bōjhā chaṛhā huā hai . pāvan[adj.] bannā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] upāy[n.m.;sg.,d.] vahī batānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] kyōṅki ātmā[n.f.;sg.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] pāp[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bōjh[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] chaṛhnā[past-part.m.sg.d.]|chaṛhānā[root] hōnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] . pure become[inf.m.pl.,o.] of method this tell[pres.pl.m.12hon3] because soul (at|other) x of burden (climb[past-part.m.sg.d.]|x[root]) be[pres-perf.sg.m.23] .

30He alone shows you the way to become pure because souls have accumulated a burden of sin.

31We simply write "Be holy" but there is no benefit in putting up such slogans because people outside are not able to understand them.

31बाकी तुमको तो समझाया हुआ है , तुमको स्लोगन की क्या दरकार है . bākī tumkō tō samjhāyā huā hai , tumkō slōgan key|kī kyā darkār hai . bākī|bākī tum[pn.pl.kō] tō samjhānā[past-part.m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , tum[pn.pl.kō] slogan key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] kyā darkār[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . 32This has been explained to you, so why do you need slogans?

32इसका अर्थ है पवित्र बनो , बाबा को याद करो . iskā arth|earth hai pavitra banō , bābā kō yād karō . yah[pn.sg.kā] arth[n.m.;sg.,d.]|earth hōnā[pres.sg.23] pavitr[adj.] bannā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , bābā kō[postp.] yād karnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . this[.kā] (meaning|earth) be[pres.sg.23] pure become[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , Baba to remember .

33It means: Become pure and remember Baba.

38Sannyasis are said to be holy because they don't indulge in vice.

38भल वह पवित्र रहते हैं , ब्रह्म को याद करते हैं परन्तु जन्म विकारियों के पास लेना पड़ता है . bhal vah pavitra rahtē haĩ , brahm kō yād kartē haĩ parantu janm vikāriyō̃ kē pās lēnā paṛtā hai . bhal vah[pn.sg.d.] pavitr[adj.] rahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , brahm[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] yād karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] parantu[conj.] janamnā[root]|janm[n.m.;sg.,d.] vikārī[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kē pās[x] lēnā[pres.sg.m.23.oblig2] . although that pure remain[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , brahm to remember however (be born[root]|life) vicious to take[pres.sg.m.23.oblig2] .

39Although they stay pure and remember the brahm element, they still have to take birth to those who indulge in vice.

39तुमको तो कहा जाता है पवित्र रहो और शिवबाबा को याद करो . tumkō tō kahā jātā hai pavitra rahō aur śhivbābā kō yād karō . tum[pn.pl.kō] tō kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] pavitr[adj.] rahnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] aur śhivbābā kō[postp.] yād karnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . you[.kō] then (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) pure remain[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] and Shiv Baba to remember .

40You are told to stay pure and to remember Shiv Baba.

40संन्यासी अपने को कर्म संन्यासी कहलाते हैं परन्तु कर्म का संन्यास होता नहीं . sannyāsī apnē kō karm sannyāsī kahlātē haĩ parantu karma kā sannyās hōtā nahī̃ . sannyāsī[n.m.;sg.,d.] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kō[postp.] karm sannyāsī[x] kahlānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] parantu[conj.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] sannyās[x] hōnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] . sannyasi one’s own to karma sannyasi call[pres.pl.m.12hon3] however deed of renunciation be[pres-part.m.sg.d.] not . 41कर्म संन्यास तब हो जब देह न हो . karma sannyās tab hō jab dēh na hō . karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] sannyās[x] tab hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] jab dēh[n.f.;sg.] na[neg] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] . deed renunciation for only then (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) when body not (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) .

41Sannyasis call themselves renunciates of action, but action cannot be renounced. 42Only when a soul doesn't have a body can there be renunciation of action.

( paramdhām[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] ) rahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . body without then home in ( x in ) remain[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

43Souls live in the home (Supreme abode) without bodies.

43यहाँ कर्म का संन्यास कैसे हो सकता है  ? yahā̃ karma kā sannyās kaisē hō saktā hai  ? yahā̃ karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] sannyās[x] kaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā]  ? here deed of renunciation how be[pres.sg.m.23.root+saknā]  ?

44How can there be renunciation of action here?

44यह कहना भी झूठ है . yah kahnā bhī jhūṭh hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] kahnā[inf.m.sg.d.] bhī[p.] jhūṭh[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this say[inf.m.sg.d.] too of falsehood be[pres.sg.23] .

45It is a lie even to say this.

45वह कहते जो गृहस्थी कर्म करते वह हम नहीं करते . vah kahtē jō gr̥ihasthī karma kartē vah ham nahī̃ kartē . vah[pn.sg.d.] kahnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] jō[pn.;d.] gr̥ihasthī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] vah[pn.sg.d.] ham[pn.pl.] nahī̃[neg] karnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] . that say[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] that x deed do[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] that we not do[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] .

46They say that they don't perform the same actions as householders.

46गृहस्थियों का कर्म तो बहुत है - यज्ञ , तप , तीर्थ आदि करते हैं . gr̥ihasthiyō̃ kā karma tō bahut hai - yagya , tap , tīrtha ādi kartē haĩ . gr̥ihasthī[n.f.ī=>iyō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō bahut hōnā[pres.sg.23] - yagya[n.m.;sg.,d.] , tapnā[root]|tap[n.m.;sg.,d.] , tīrth[n.m.;sg.,d.] ādi[adj.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . x of deed then very be[pres.sg.23] - sacrificial fire , (become heated[root]|tapasya) , pilgrimage place etc. do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

47The actions of householders are many: sacrificial fires, tapasya, going on pilgrimages etc.

47वह संन्यासी भी करते हैं . vah sannyāsī bhī kartē haĩ . vah[pn.sg.d.] sannyāsī[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . that sannyasi too do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

48Even sannyasis do that.

48बाकी फ़र्क सिर्फ यह है कि वह कमाई कर खाना घर में पकाते हैं , संन्यासी यह नहीं करते हैं . bākī fark sirph yah hai ki vah kamāī kar khānā ghar mē̃ pakātē haĩ , sannyāsī yah nahī̃ kartē haĩ . bākī|bākī fark[n.m.;sg.,d.] sirph[adj.] yah[pn.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ki[conj.] vah[pn.sg.d.] kamānā[root.past-part+karnā] khānā[inf.m.sg.d.]|khānā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] ghar[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] pakānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , sannyāsī[n.m.;sg.,d.] yah[pn.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . (others|but) difference only this be[pres.sg.23] that that earn[root.past-part+karnā] (eat[inf.m.sg.d.]|eat[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.]) home in x[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , sannyasi this not do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

49The only difference is that householders earn an income and cook food in their homes whereas sannyasis don't.

49वह मांगकर खाते हैं क्योंकि उनका हठयोग है . vah māṅgkar khātē haĩ kyōṅki unkā haṭhyōg hai . vah[pn.sg.d.] mā̃gnā[abs.] khānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] kyōṅki vah[pn.pl.kā] haṭhyōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . that ask[abs.] eat[pres.pl.m.12hon3] because that[.kā] hatha yoga be[pres.sg.23] .

50They beg for food because theirs is hatha yoga.

50हठयोग से परमात्मा से मिल नहीं सकते . haṭhyōg sē paramātmā sē mil nahī̃ saktē . haṭhyōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] milnā[root] nahī̃[neg] saknā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] . hatha yoga from Supreme Soul from receive[root] not can[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] .

51They cannot meet God by doing hatha yoga.

51जब बाप आये तब तो उनसे कोई मिल सके और जब तक बाप न आये तब तक पावन दुनिया की स्थापना भी हो न सके . jab bāp āyē tab tō unsē kōī mil sakē aur jab tak bāp na āyē tab tak pāvan duniyā key|kī sthāpanā bhī hō na sakē . jab bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] ānā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|ānā[opt.sg.23] tab tō vah[pn.pl.sē] kōī[pn.;d.] milnā[opt.sg.23.root+saknā] aur jab tak[x] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] na[neg] ānā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|ānā[opt.sg.23] tab tak[x] pāvan[adj.] duniyā[n.f.;sg.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] sthāpanā, sthāpan[n.f.;sg.] bhī[p.] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] na[neg] saknā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|saknā[opt.sg.23] . when father (come[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|come[opt.sg.23]) for only then then that[.sē] some receive[opt.sg.23.root+saknā] and as long as father not (come[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|come[opt.sg.23]) x pure world (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) establishment too (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) not (can[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|can[opt.sg.23]) .

52Only when the Father comes can anyone meet Him and the pure world cannot be established until He comes.

52कितना समझाते हैं फिर भी समझते नहीं हैं . kitnā samjhātē haĩ phir bhī samajhtē nahī̃ haĩ . kitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] samjhānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] phir bhī[x] samajhnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . so explain[pres.pl.m.12hon3] nevertheless understand[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] not be[pres.pl.12hon3] .

53You explain so much and yet they don’t understand!

53बच्चे समाचार लिखते हैं - इतने-इतने आये . bachchē samāchār likhtē haĩ - itnē-itnē āyē . bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] samāchār[n.m.;sg.,d.] likhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - itnā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] ānā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|ānā[opt.sg.23] . child news write[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - such (come[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|come[opt.sg.23]) .

54Children write news to Baba: So many people came.

54अब देखें कौन-कौन अपना सौभाग्य लेते हैं . ab dēkhē̃ kaun-kaun apnā saubhāgya lētē haĩ . ab[adv.] dēkhnā[opt.pl.12hon3] kaun[pn.;d.] apnā[pn.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.]|apnānā[root] saubhāgya[n.m.;sg.,d.] lēnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . now see[opt.pl.12hon3] who (one’s own|adopt[root]) fortune take[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

55Now we shall see who claims their great fortune.

55आते बहुत हैं परन्तु बुद्धि में यह नहीं बैठता कि इन्हें पढ़ाने वाला परमपिता परमात्मा है , हमको उनसे सौभाग्य लेना है . ātē bahut haĩ parantu buddhi mē̃ yah nahī̃ baiṭhtā ki inhē̃ paṛhānē vālā parampitā paramātmā hai , hamkō unsē saubhāgya lēnā hai . ānā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] bahut hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] parantu[conj.] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] yah[pn.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] baiṭhnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] ki[conj.] yah[pn.pl.kō] paṛhānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] parampitā[n.m.;sg.,d.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , ham[pn.pl.kō] vah[pn.pl.sē] saubhāgya[n.m.;sg.,d.] lēnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . come[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] very be[pres.pl.12hon3] however intellect in this not sit[pres-part.m.sg.d.] that this[.kō] teach[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who Supreme Father Supreme Soul be[pres.sg.23] , we[.kō] that[.sē] fortune take[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .

56So many people come, but it doesn't sit in their intellects that it is the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, who is teaching them and that they have to claim their great fortune from Him.

56बाप रजिस्टर भी देखते हैं . bāp register bhī dēkhtē haĩ . bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] register bhī[p.] dēkhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . father register too see[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

57The Father looks at the register.

57कोई मास में 8-10 दिन भी आते हैं , कोई नहीं भी आते हैं तो वह नहीं लिखते . kōī mās mē̃ 8-10 din bhī ātē haĩ , kōī nahī̃ bhī ātē haĩ tō vah nahī̃ likhtē . kōī[pn.;d.] māns[n.m.;sg.,d.]|mās[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] 8-10 din[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] ānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , kōī[pn.;d.] nahī̃[neg] bhī[p.] ānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tō vah[pn.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] likhnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] . some (x|month) in 8-10 day too come[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , some not too come[pres.pl.m.12hon3] then that not write[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] .

58Some come here for only eight to ten days in a whole month, and some don't even come, and so they don't write anything.

58अगर कोई नहीं आता है तो वह मुरली पढ़ता है वा नहीं . agar kōī nahī̃ ātā hai tō vah murlī paṛhtā hai vā nahī̃ . agar kōī[pn.;d.] nahī̃[neg] ānā[pres.sg.m.23] tō vah[pn.sg.d.] murlī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] paṛhnā[pres.sg.m.23] vā nahī̃[neg] . if some not come[pres.sg.m.23] then that flute study[pres.sg.m.23] or not .

59If someone doesn't come to class, does he or she read the murli or not?

(some|anything) too situation in day study[opt.sg.23.oblig2] .

60Under all circumstances, you must study every day.

60जैसे जप साहेब , सुखमनी छोटे-छोटे बनाते हैं , समझते हैं कैसे भी पढ़ सकें . jaisē jap sāhēb , sukhmanī chhōṭē-chhōṭē banātē haĩ , samajhtē haĩ kaisē bhī paṛh sakē̃ . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] jap[n.m.;sg.,d.]|japnā[root] sāhēb[n.m.;sg.,d.] , sukhmanī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] chhōṭā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] banānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , samajhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] kaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] bhī[p.] paṛhnā[opt.pl.12hon3.root+saknā] . like (Jap|x[root]) x , x small create[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , understand[pres.pl.m.12hon3] how too study[opt.pl.12hon3.root+saknā] .

61They make a small versions of the Jap Saheb Sukhmani (Sikh scripture) because they believe that they should read it under all circumstances.

61तुम समझते हो , उस पढ़ने से क्या प्राप्ति होगी . tum samajhtē hō , us paṛhnē sē kyā prāpti hōgī . tum[pn.pl.] samajhnā[pres.pl.m.2] , vah[pn.sg.o.] paṛhnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] kyā prāpti[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[fut.f.sg.23] . you understand[pres.pl.m.2] , that study[inf.m.pl.,o.] from what attainment be[fut.f.sg.23] .

62You understand what they will attain by reading that.

62कुछ नहीं . kuchh nahī̃ . kuchh nahī̃[neg] . anything not .

63Nothing at all!

63करके थोड़े समय के लिए बुद्धि ठीक होगी परन्तु बाप से कोई मिल न सके . karkē thōṛē samay kē liē buddhi ṭhīk hōgī parantu bāp sē kōī mil na sakē . karnā[abs.] thōṛā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] kē liē[x] buddhi[n.f.;sg.] ṭhīk[adj.] hōnā[fut.f.sg.23] parantu[conj.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] kōī[pn.;d.] milnā[root] na[neg] saknā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|saknā[opt.sg.23] . do[abs.] short time for intellect OK be[fut.f.sg.23] however father from some receive[root] not (can[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|can[opt.sg.23]) .

64Perhaps for a little while, their intellects would be fine, but no one can meet the Father by doing that.

64और फिर विकारों में फँस जाते हैं तो फिर उनसे कोई प्राप्ति नहीं . aur phir vikārō̃ mē̃ phans jātē haĩ tō phir unsē kōī prāpti nahī̃ . aur phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] vikār[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] mē̃[postp.] phansnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+jānā] tō phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] vah[pn.pl.sē] kōī[pn.;d.] prāpti[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] . and (then|turn[root]) vice in be trapped[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+jānā] then (then|turn[root]) that[.sē] some attainment not .

65They then also become trapped in the vices and so there is no attainment through that.

65कहते हैं विनाश काले विपरीत बुद्धि , बरोबर अब विनाश का समय है और कोई भी परमात्मा को नहीं जानते . kahtē haĩ vināśh kālē viparīt buddhi , barōbar ab vināśh kā samay hai aur kōī bhī paramātmā kō nahī̃ jāntē . kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] vināśh kālē viparīt buddhi[x] , barōbar ab[adv.] vināśh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] aur kōī[x] bhī[p.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] nahī̃[neg] jānnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] . say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] There are those whose intellects have no love for the Father at the time of destruction , x now destruction of time be[pres.sg.23] someone else too Supreme Soul to not know[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] .

66It is said that there are those who have divorced intellects at the time of destruction. 67It truly is the time of destruction now and no one knows God.

66कहते भी हैं हम रचता और रचना के आदि मध्य अन्त को नहीं जानते हैं परन्तु ड्रामा के आदि मध्य अन्त को जानना चाहिए ना . kahtē bhī haĩ ham rachtā aur rachnā K|kē ādi madhya ant kō nahī̃ jāntē haĩ parantu drama K|kē ādi madhya ant kō jānnā chāhiē nā . kahnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] ham[pn.pl.] rachtā aur rachnā[x] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] ādi[adj.] madhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] ant[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] nahī̃[neg] jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] parantu[conj.] drama K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] ādi[adj.] madhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] ant[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] jānnā[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|jānnā[.oblig3] nā . say[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] too be[pres.pl.12hon3] we the Creator and creation (K|of) etc. middle end to not know[pres.pl.m.12hon3] however drama (K|of) etc. middle end to (know[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|know[.oblig3]) ∅ .

68They even say that they don’t know the Creator or the knowledge of the beginning, the middle or the end of creation. 69However, you have to know the beginning, the middle and the end of the drama.

, kaliyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ant[n.m.;sg.,d.] . father explain[pres.pl.m.12hon3] golden age be[pres.sg.23] etc. , iron age be[pres.sg.23] end .

70The Father explains that the golden age is the beginning and that the iron age is the end.

68तो तीनों काल , तीनों लोकों को समझना है . tō tīnō̃ kāl , tīnō̃ lōkō̃ kō samajhnā hai . tō tīnō̃[adj.] kal , tīnō̃[adj.] lōk[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] samajhnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . then all three x , all three x to understand[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .

71Therefore, you have to understand the three aspects of time and the three worlds.

. . kahtē haĩ - śhāstra anādi haĩ parantu bāp samjhātē haĩ jab sē rāvaṇ rājya śhurū hōtā hai tab sē śhāstra bhī śhurū hōtē haĩ , tō dvāpar yug madhya hō gayā . tīn[adj.] lōk[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] sthūl[adj.] vatan[n.m.;sg.,d.] , sūkṣhma[adj.] vatan[n.m.;sg.,d.] . . . kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - śhāstra[n.m.;sg.,d.] anādi[adj.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] parantu[conj.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] samjhānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] jab sē[postp.] rāvaṇ rājya[x] śhurū hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] tab sē[postp.] śhāstra[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] śhurū hōnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , tō dvāpar yug[x] madhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] . x x be[pres.pl.12hon3] physical world , subtle world . . . say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - scripture eternal be[pres.pl.12hon3] however father explain[pres.pl.m.12hon3] when from kingdom of Ravan x for only then from scripture too x , then copper age age middle be[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] .

72The three worlds are the corporeal world, the subtle region and the incorporeal world. 73They say that the scriptures are eternal, but the Father explains: The scriptures begin when Ravan’s kingdom begins. 74Therefore, the copper age is in the middle. 75For half a cycle, it is the golden age and for half a cycle, it is the iron age.

106You should make them write down the address of the Supreme Soul, who is the Father of all souls, that the Father is Shiva and that we will claim our inheritance from Him. 107You should make effort.

100इसलिए बच्चों को खुद खड़ा होकर फिर औरों को भी खड़ा करना चाहिए और सर्विस के लिए प्लैन्स बना देने चाहिए . isliē bachchō̃ kō khud khaṛā hōkar phir aurō̃ kō bhī khaṛā karnā chāhiē aur service kē liē plans banā dēnē chāhiē . isliē bachchā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] khud khaṛā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[abs.] phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] aurō̃ kō[postp.] bhī[p.] khaṛā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] karnā[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|karnā[.oblig3] aur service[n.f.;sg.] kē liē[x] plan banānā[root]|bannā[past-part.m.sg.d.] dēnā[.oblig3] . therefore child to oneself standing be[abs.] (then|turn[root]) others to too standing (do[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|do[.oblig3]) and service for plan (create[root]|become[past-part.m.sg.d.]) give[.oblig3] .

108However, who makes this effort? 109This is why you children have to become alert yourselves and make others alert and also make plans for service.

145Maya is also very powerful because she doesn't give you time to remember the Father and that is why you say that you remember Baba for half an hour or 20 minutes throughout the whole day. 146It is with great difficulty that anyone remembers the Father for even two hours throughout the whole day.

135जो समझते हैं हम 2 घण्टा याद करते हैं , वह हाथ उठाओ . jō samajhtē haĩ ham 2 ghaṇṭā yād kartē haĩ , vah hāth uṭhāō . jō[pn.;d.] samajhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ham[pn.pl.] 2 ghaṇṭā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] yād karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , vah[pn.sg.d.] hāth uṭhānā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . that understand[pres.pl.m.12hon3] we 2 hour remember , that raise your hands .

175When one dies, it should be in this way. 176Otherwise, there is a lot of medicine, nurses and many other things involved. 177This is why to renounce one’s old shoe while just sitting somewhere in the karmateet stage and to leave one’s body just like that is the best of all.

āgē chalnā[root] karnā[abs.] dēkhnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] , anāyās bomb chhūṭnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] aur sab[adj.] baiṭhnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|baiṭhnā[opt.sg.23] chalnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3.past-part+jānā]|chalnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3.passive] . you previously continue[root] do[abs.] see[fut.m.pl.12hon3] , spontaneously bomb let go[fut.m.pl.12hon3] and all (sit[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|sit[opt.sg.23]) (continue[fut.m.pl.12hon3.past-part+jānā]|continue[fut.m.pl.12hon3.passive]) .

178As you progress further, you will see how bombs will be dropped suddenly for no reason and everyone will go back while just sitting somewhere.

164चेहरा भी हर्षित होगा . chēhrā bhī harṣhit hōgā . chēhrā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] bhī[p.] harṣhit[adj.] hōnā[fut.m.sg.23] . face too cheerful be[fut.m.sg.23] .

165जैसे कभी-कभी अच्छे मौत होते हैं तो देखने वाले कहते हैं कि यह तो जैसे जागता है , यह तो हर्षित है , ऐसे तो कोई कह नहीं सकेंगे कि यह मर गया है . jaisē kabhī-kabhī achchhē maut hōtē haĩ tō dēkhnē vālē kahtē haĩ ki yah tō jaisē jāgtā hai , yah tō harṣhit hai , aisē tō kōī kah nahī̃ sakē̃gē ki yah mar gayā hai . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kabhī[adv.] achchhā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] maut[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tō dēkhnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] yah[pn.sg.d.] tō jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] jagnā[pres.sg.m.23] , yah[pn.sg.d.] tō harṣhit[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] tō kōī[pn.;d.] kahnā[root] nahī̃[neg] saknā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] ki[conj.] yah[pn.sg.d.] marnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23.root+jānā] . like ever achcha x be[pres.pl.m.12hon3] then see[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that this then like wake up[pres.sg.m.23] , this then cheerful be[pres.sg.23] , such then some say[root] not can[fut.m.pl.12hon3] that this die[pres-perf.sg.m.23.root+jānā] .

180When someone dies in a good way, observers would say that it seems as though that person is still awake; he is cheerful. 181No one looking at him would be able to say that he is dead.

166आत्मा हर्षित होके जाती है ना , तो आत्मा में अगर हर्षितपना होगा तो चेहरे पर बाहर से दिखाई तो पड़ेगा ना  ! ātmā harṣhit hōkē jātī hai nā , tō ātmā mē̃ agar harṣhitpanā hōgā tō chēhrē par bāhar sē dikhāī tō paṛēgā nā  ! ātmā[n.f.;sg.] harṣhit[adj.] hōnā[abs.] jānā[pres.sg.f.23] nā , tō ātmā[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] agar harṣhitpanā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] hōnā[fut.m.sg.23] tō chēhrā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] bāhar sē[postp.] dikhānā[past-part.f.]|dikhāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] tō paṛnā[fut.m.sg.23] nā  ! soul cheerful be[abs.] go[pres.sg.f.23] ∅ , then soul in if remaining cheerful be[fut.m.sg.23] then face (at|other) outside from (x[past-part.f.]|x) then fall[fut.m.sg.23] ∅  !

182The soul goes back cheerful. 183When a soul is cheerful it would be seen on his face, would it not? 184Souls do not die; souls just leave their bodies.

167आत्मा कोई खत्म तो नहीं होती है , आत्मा शरीर छोड़ती है . ātmā kōī khatm tō nahī̃ hōtī hai , ātmā śharīr chhōṛtī hai . ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kōī[pn.;d.] ḵẖatm[adj.] tō nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] , ātmā[n.f.;sg.] śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] chhōṛnā[pres.sg.f.23] . soul some finished then not be[pres.sg.f.23] , soul body renounce[pres.sg.f.23] .

185So, the soul would leave this body in great happiness, while smiling.

168तो बड़ी खुशी से यह शरीर हंसते हुए छोड़ देगी , इसको कहा जाता है - कर्मातीत अवस्था . tō baṛī khuśhī sē yah śharīr hanstē huē chhōṛ dēgī , iskō kahā jātā hai - karmātīt avasthā . tō baṛā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] sē[postp.] yah[pn.sg.d.] śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] hãsnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] hōnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] chhōṛnā[fut.f.sg.23.root+dēnā] , yah[pn.sg.kō] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] - karmātīt[adj.] avasthā[n.f.;sg.] . then very happiness from this body laugh out[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] be[past-part.m.pl.,o.] renounce[fut.f.sg.23.root+dēnā] , this[.kō] (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) - karmateet stage .

186This is called the karmateet stage. 187This is the stage that is remembered as the highest. 188You children too have to depart in that way.

190Nothing else is remembered. 191When you leave your body automatically, it is said to be the sweetest of all. 192This is why the example of a snake is given. 193In the golden age, it is like that: they shed their bodies in happiness.

171सतयुग में ऐसे होता है जो खुशी से शरीर छोड़ते हैं . satyug mē̃ aisē hōtā hai jō khuśhī sē śharīr chhōṛtē haĩ . satyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] jō[pn.;d.] khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] sē[postp.] śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] chhōṛnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . golden age in such be[pres.sg.m.23] that happiness from body renounce[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
