137The rust that is on souls will be removed by them having remembrance of the Father. 138It is in this that the war with Maya continues.
143माया घड़ी-घड़ी भुला देती है और कट उतारने के बजाय चढ़ती जाती है . māyā ghaṛī-ghaṛī bhulā dētī hai aur kaṭ utārnē K|kē bajāy chaṛhtī jātī hai . māyā[n.f.;sg.] ghaṛī-ghaṛī bhulānā[pres.sg.f.23.root+dēnā] aur kaṭnā[root]|kaṭ[x] utārnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] bajāē chaṛhnā[pres.sg.f.23.pres-part+jānā] . Maya again and again make you forget[pres.sg.f.23.root+dēnā] and (be cut away[root]|x) x[inf.m.pl.,o.] (K|of) x climb[pres.sg.f.23.pres-part+jānā] .
139Maya repeatedly makes you forget, so that, instead of the rust being removed, more rust accumulates on the soul.
144बल्कि जितना उतरी थी , उससे भी जास्ती चढ़ जाती है . balki jitnā utarī thī , ussē bhī jāstī chaṛh jātī hai . balki jitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] utarnā[past-perf.f.] , vah[pn.sg.sē] bhī[p.] jāstī chaṛhnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] . x the more go down[past-perf.f.] , that[.sē] too more climb[pres.sg.f.23.root+jānā] .
140In fact, even more rust accumulates than was removed.
145बाप कहते हैं - बच्चे , मुझे याद करो तो कट उतर जायेगी . bāp kahtē haĩ - bachchē , mujhē yād karō tō kaṭ utar jāyēgī . bāp kahtē haĩ[x] - bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] , mujhē yād karō[x] tō kaṭnā[root]|kaṭ[x] utarnā[fut.f.sg.23.root+jānā] . the Father says - child , remember Me then (be cut away[root]|x) go down[fut.f.sg.23.root+jānā] .
141The Father says: Children, remember Me and the rust on you will be removed.
146इसमें मेहनत है . ismē̃ mēhnat hai . yah[pn.sg.mē̃] mēhnat[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this[.mē̃] effort be[pres.sg.23] .
142This requires effort.
147शरीर की कशिश न हो . śharīr key|kī kaśhiśh na hō . śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] key|karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.] kaśhiśh[x] na[neg] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] . body (key|do[past-part.f.]|of) pull not (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) .
143Let there be no attraction to bodies.
148देही-अभिमानी बनो . dēhī-abhimānī banō . dēhī-abhimānī[adj.] bannā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . soul conscious become[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] .
144Become soul conscious!
I am a soul , Baba to body including then go[root] not can[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .
145We are souls and we will not go to the Father with our bodies.
150शरीर से अलग होकर ही जाना है . śharīr sē alag hōkar hī jānā hai . śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] alag[adj.] hōnā[abs.] hī[p.] jānnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23]|jānā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . body from separate be[abs.] only (know[pres-perf.sg.m.23]|go[pres.sg.23.oblig1]) .
146We have to go to Him having separated from our bodies.
151आत्मा को देखने से कट उतरेगी , शरीर को देखने से कट चढ़ती है . ātmā kō dēkhnē sē kaṭ utarēgī , śharīr kō dēkhnē sē kaṭ chaṛhtī hai . ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] dēkhnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] kaṭnā[root]|kaṭ[x] utarnā[fut.f.sg.23] , śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] dēkhnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] kaṭnā[root]|kaṭ[x] chaṛhnā[pres.sg.f.23] . soul to see[inf.m.pl.,o.] from (be cut away[root]|x) go down[fut.f.sg.23] , body to see[inf.m.pl.,o.] from (be cut away[root]|x) climb[pres.sg.f.23] .
147By seeing souls, rust will be removed and by seeing bodies, rust will accumulate.
152कभी चढ़ती , कभी उतरती - यह चलता रहता है . kabhī chaṛhtī , kabhī utartī - yah chaltā rahtā hai . kabhī[adv.] chaṛhnā[pres-part.f.] , kabhī[adv.] utarnā[pres-part.f.] - yah[pn.sg.d.] chalnā[pres.sg.m.23.pres-part+rahnā] . ever climb[pres-part.f.] , ever go down[pres-part.f.] - this continue[pres.sg.m.23.pres-part+rahnā] .
148Sometimes it is removed and sometimes it accumulates; this continues all the time.
153कभी नीचे , कभी ऊपर - बड़ा नाज़ुक रास्ता है . kabhī nīchē , kabhī ūpar - baṛā nāzuk rāstā hai . kabhī[adv.] nīchē , kabhī[adv.] ūpar - baṛā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] nāzuk[adj.] rāstā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . ever down , ever over - very x path be[pres.sg.23] .

151You will go through all of that and reach your karmateet stage at the end.
155मुख्य हर बात में आंखें ही धोखा देती हैं , इसलिए शरीर को न देखो . mukhya har|her bāt mē̃ āṅkhē̃ hī dhōkhā dētī haĩ , isliē śharīr kō na dēkhō . mukhya[adj.] harnā[root]|har|her bāt[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] āṅkh[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] hī[p.] dhōkhā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] dēnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3] , isliē śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] na[neg] dēkhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . main (x[root]|x) matter in eye only deception give[pres.pl.f.12hon3] , therefore body to not see[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] .
