195Because they speak of hundreds of thousands of years, it cannot be divided into half and half.

203You now definitely have to conquer Maya and become pure.

194बाप कहते हैं माया बड़ी दुस्तर है . bāp kahtē haĩ māyā baṛī dustar hai . bāp kahtē haĩ[x] māyā[n.f.;sg.] baṛā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] duśhtar[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . the Father says Maya very powerful be[pres.sg.23] .

204The Father says: Maya is very powerful.

206You maintain courage to become pure but just look at the condition that Maya makes you become!

197घूंसा लगाकर गिरा देती है . ghūnsā lagākar girā dētī hai . ghūsā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] lagānā[abs.] girnā[pres.sg.f.23.past-part+dēnā]|girānā[pres.sg.f.23.root+dēnā] . x attach[abs.] (fall down[pres.sg.f.23.past-part+dēnā]|x[pres.sg.f.23.root+dēnā]) .

207She punches you and knocks you down.

198की कमाई खत्म कर देती है . kī|key kamāī khatm kar dētī hai . karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key kamāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.]|kamānā[past-part.f.] ḵẖatm[adj.] karnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+dēnā] . (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) (earning an income|earn[past-part.f.]) finished do[pres.sg.f.23.root+dēnā] .

208So, everything you had earned is finished.

199फिर बहुत मेहनत करनी पड़ती है . phir bahut mēhnat karnī paṛtī hai . phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] bahut mēhnat[n.f.;sg.] karnā[pres.sg.f.23.oblig2] . (turn[root]|then) very effort do[pres.sg.f.23.oblig2] .

209You then have to make a lot of effort.

200कोई तो गिरते हैं फिर मुंह भी नहीं दिखाते हैं फिर इतना ऊंच पद पा न सकें . kōī tō girtē haĩ phir mũh bhī nahī̃ dikhātē haĩ phir itnā ūñch pad pā na sakē̃ . kōī[pn.;d.] tō girnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] mũh[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] nahī̃[neg] dikhānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] phirnā[root]|phir[adv.] itnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] ūñch[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] pad[n.m.;sg.,d.] pānā[root] na[neg] saknā[opt.pl.12hon3] . some then fall down[pres.pl.m.12hon3] (turn[root]|then) x too not x[pres.pl.m.12hon3] (turn[root]|then) such elevated status x[root] not can[opt.pl.12hon3] .

210Some fall and then don't even show their faces. 211So, they cannot claim such a high status.

201पुरूषार्थ पूरा होना चाहिए . purūṣhārth pūrā hōnā chāhiē . puruṣhārth pūrā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|hōnā[.oblig3] . effort full (be[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|be[.oblig3]) .

213You should not fail. 214This is why some even have a pure marriage.

203संन्यासी लोग कहते शादी की और पवित्र रहे यह तो इम्पॉसिबुल है . sannyāsī lōg kahtē śhādī kī|key aur pavitra rahē yah tō impossible hai . sannyāsī[n.m.;sg.,d.] log[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] śhādī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key aur pavitr[adj.] rahnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|rahnā[opt.sg.23] yah[pn.sg.d.] tō impossible hōnā[pres.sg.23] . sannyasi people say[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] wedding (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) and pure (remain[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|remain[opt.sg.23]) this then impossible be[pres.sg.23] .

215Sannyasis say that it is impossible for a couple to get married and remain pure.

204बाप कहते हैं पॉसिबुल है क्योंकि प्राप्ति बहुत है . bāp kahtē haĩ possible hai kyōṅki prāpti bahut hai . bāp kahtē haĩ[x] possible hōnā[pres.sg.23] kyōṅki prāpti[n.f.;sg.] bahut hōnā[pres.sg.23] . the Father says possible be[pres.sg.23] because attainment very be[pres.sg.23] .

216The Father says: It is possible because there is a lot of attainment.

ēk[adj.] janamnā[root]|janm[n.m.;sg.,d.] tum[pn.pl.] pavitr[adj.] bannā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] tō tum[pn.pl.kō] svarg kī bādśhāhī[x] milnā[fut.f.sg.23] . this final one (be born[root]|life) you pure become[fut.m.pl.12hon3] then you[.kō] x receive[fut.f.sg.23] .

217If you become pure in this one, final birth, you will receive a kingdom in heaven.

206क्या इतनी बड़ी प्राप्ति के लिए तुम एक जन्म पवित्र नहीं रह सकते हो  ? kyā itnī baṛī prāpti kē liē tum ēk janm pavitra nahī̃ rah saktē hō  ? kyā itnā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] baṛā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] prāpti[n.f.;sg.] kē liē[x] tum[pn.pl.] ēk[adj.] janamnā[root]|janm[n.m.;sg.,d.] pavitr[adj.] nahī̃[neg] rahnā[pres.pl.m.2.root+saknā]  ? what such very attainment for you one (be born[root]|life) pure not remain[pres.pl.m.2.root+saknā]  ?

218Can you not remain pure in this one birth for such a huge attainment?

207कहते हैं बाबा हम जरूर रहेंगे . kahtē haĩ bābā ham jarūr rahē̃gē . kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] bābā ham[pn.pl.] zarūr rahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] Baba we definitely remain[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .

219Children say: Baba, we will definitely remain pure.

222This is a matter of the intellect.

211बाप कहते हैं मामेकम् याद करो . bāp kahtē haĩ māmēkam yād karō . bāp kahtē haĩ[x] māmēkam yād karō[x] . the Father says Remember Me alone .
