7ओम् शान्ति . ōm śhānti . ōm śhānti[x] . Om Shanti .
11Om shanti.
8जब ओम् शान्ति कहा जाता है तो बहुत खुशी होनी चाहिए क्योंकि वास्तव में आत्मा है ही शान्त स्वरूप , उसका स्वधर्म ही शान्त है . jab ōm śhānti kahā jātā hai tō bahut khuśhī hōnī chāhiē kyōṅki vāstav mē̃ ātmā hai hī śhānt svarūp , uskā svadharm hī śhānt hai . jab ōm śhānti[x] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] tō bahut khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[.oblig3] kyōṅki vāstav mē̃[x] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] hī[p.] śhānt svarūp[x] , vah[pn.sg.kā] svadharm[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] śhānt[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . when Om Shanti (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) then very happiness be[.oblig3] because x soul be[pres.sg.23] only I, a soul, am a being of peace , that[.kā] original dharma only silent be[pres.sg.23] .
12When you say "Om shanti", you should have great happiness. 13In fact, you souls are embodiments of peace; the original religion of you souls is peace.
9इस पर संन्यासी भी कहते हैं , शान्ति का तो तुम्हारे गले में हार पड़ा है . is par sannyāsī bhī kahtē haĩ , śhānti kā tō tumhārē galē mē̃ hār paṛā hai . yah[pn.sg.o.] par[postp.]|par[adj.] sannyāsī[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , śhānti kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] tō tum[pn.pl.kē] galnā[opt.sg.23]|galnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|galā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] mē̃[postp.] hārnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23.root+paṛnā] . this (at|other) sannyasi too say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , peace of then you[.kē] (x[opt.sg.23]|x[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|throat) in x[pres-perf.sg.m.23.root+paṛnā] .
14Sannyasis say of this that peace is the garland around your neck.
10शान्ति को बाहर कहाँ ढूँढते हो . śhānti kō bāhar kahā̃ ḍhūṇḍhtē hō . śhānti kō[postp.] bāhar kahā̃ ḍhūṇḍhnā[pres.pl.m.2] . peace to outside where discover[pres.pl.m.2] .
15Why do you search for peace outside?
11आत्मा स्वतः शान्त स्वरूप है . ātmā svataḥ śhānt svarūp hai . ātmā[n.f.;sg.] svataḥ śhānt svarūp[x] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . soul automatically I, a soul, am a being of peace be[pres.sg.23] .
16Souls are themselves embodiments of peace.
12इस शरीर में पार्ट बजाने आना पड़ता है . is śharīr mē̃ part bajānē ānā paṛtā hai . yah[pn.sg.o.] śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] part[n.m.;sg.,d.] bajānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] ānā[pres.sg.m.23.oblig2] . this body in part play[inf.m.pl.,o.] come[pres.sg.m.23.oblig2] .
17They have to enter bodies in order to play their parts.
13आत्मा सदा शान्त रहे तो कर्म कैसे करेगी ? ātmā sadā śhānt rahē tō karma kaisē karēgī ? ātmā[n.f.;sg.] sadā śhānt[adj.] rahnā[opt.sg.23]|rahnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] tō karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] kaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] karnā[fut.f.sg.23] ? soul constantly silent (remain[opt.sg.23]|remain[past-part.m.pl.,o.]) then deed how do[fut.f.sg.23] ?
18If souls remained constantly in silence, how could they act?
14कर्म तो करना ही है . karma tō karnā hī hai . karm[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō karnā[inf.m.sg.d.] hī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . deed then do[inf.m.sg.d.] only be[pres.sg.23] .
19Actions have to be performed.
ātmā[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] śhānt[adj.] rahnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3] . yes , land of peace in soul silent remain[pres.pl.f.12hon3] .
20Yes, in the land of silence, souls remain silent.
16वहाँ शरीर है नहीं , यह कोई भी संन्यासी आदि नहीं समझते कि हम आत्मा हैं , शान्तिधाम में रहने वाली हैं . vahā̃ śharīr hai nahī̃ , yah kōī bhī sannyāsī ādi nahī̃ samajhtē ki ham ātmā haĩ , śhāntidhām mē̃ rahnē vālī haĩ . vahā̃ śharīr[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] nahī̃[neg] , yah[pn.sg.d.] kōī bhī[x] sannyāsī[n.m.;sg.,d.] ādi[adj.] nahī̃[neg] samajhnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] ki[conj.] ham ātmā haĩ[x] , śhāntidhām[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . there body be[pres.sg.23] not , this anyone sannyasi etc. not understand[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] that I am a soul , land of peace in remain[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
21There are no bodies there. 22None of the sannyasis, etc. understand that each of them is a soul, that they are residents of the land of silence.
17बच्चों को समझाया गया है - शान्तिधाम हमारा देश है , फिर हम सुखधाम में आकर पार्ट बजाते हैं फिर रावण राज्य होता है दुःखधाम में . bachchō̃ kō samjhāyā gayā hai - śhāntidhām hamārā dēśh hai , phir ham sukhdhām mē̃ ākar part bajātē haĩ phir rāvaṇ rājya hōtā hai duḥkhdhām mē̃ . bachchā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] samjhānā[pres-perf.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|samjhānā[pres-perf.sg.m.23.passive] - śhāntidhām[n.m.;sg.,d.] ham[pn.pl.kā] dēśh[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] ham[pn.pl.] sukhdhām[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] ānā[abs.] part bajānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] rāvaṇ rājya[x] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] duḥkhdhām[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] . child to (explain[pres-perf.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|explain[pres-perf.sg.m.23.passive]) - land of peace we[.kā] land be[pres.sg.23] , (then|turn[root]) we land of happiness in come[abs.] play one's part (then|turn[root]) kingdom of Ravan be[pres.sg.m.23] land of sorrow in .
23You children have been told that the land of silence is your home. 24Then you go to a land of happiness to play your parts and then it is Ravan’s kingdom in this land of sorrow.
18यह 84 जन्मों की कहानी है . yah 84 janmō̃ kī|key kahānī hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] 84 janm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key kahānī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this 84 life (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) x be[pres.sg.23] .
25This is the story of 84 births.
19भगवानुवाच है ना अर्जुन प्रति कि तुम अपने जन्मों को नहीं जानते हो . bhagvānuvāch hai nā arjun prati ki tum apnē janmō̃ kō nahī̃ jāntē hō . bhagvānuvāch hōnā[pres.sg.23] nā arjun prati ki[conj.] tum[pn.pl.] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] janm[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] nahī̃[neg] jānnā[pres.pl.m.2] . 26God says to Arjuna: You do not know your own births.
20एक को क्यों कहते हैं ? ēk kō kyō̃ kahtē haĩ ? ēk[adj.] kō[postp.] kyō̃ kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ? one to why say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ?
27Why does He only speak to one?
21क्योंकि एक की गैरन्टी है . kyōṅki ēk kī|key guarantee hai . kyōṅki ēk[adj.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key guarantee hōnā[pres.sg.23] . because one (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) guarantee be[pres.sg.23] .
28Because there is the guarantee for one.
22इन राधे-कृष्ण की तो गैरन्टी है ना तो इनको ही कहते हैं . in rādhē-kr̥iṣhṇa kī|key tō guarantee hai nā tō inkō hī kahtē haĩ . in|yah[pn.pl.o.] rādhēkr̥iṣhṇa kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key tō guarantee hōnā[pres.sg.23] nā tō yah[pn.pl.kō] hī[p.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . 29There is the guarantee for Radhe and Krishna and so He speaks to them.
23यह बाप भी जानते हैं , बच्चे भी जानते हैं कि यह जो सब बच्चे हैं सब तो 84 जन्म लेने वाले नहीं हैं . yah bāp bhī jāntē haĩ , bachchē bhī jāntē haĩ ki yah jō sab bachchē haĩ sab tō 84 janm lēnē vālē nahī̃ haĩ . yah[pn.sg.d.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] bhī[p.] jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] yah[pn.sg.d.] jō[pn.;d.] sab[adj.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] sab[adj.] tō 84 janm[n.m.;sg.,d.]|janamnā[root] lēnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . this father too know[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , child too know[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that this that all child be[pres.pl.12hon3] all then 84 (life|be born[root]) take[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who not be[pres.pl.12hon3] .
30The Father knows and you children also know that not all of the children will take 84 births.
