31इस समय भी इन सर्व खजानों से सम्पन्न बेफिक्र बादशाह हो , कोई फिक्र है  ? is samay bhī in sarv khajānō̃ sē sampann bēphikr bādśhāh hō , kōī phikra hai  ? is samay[x] bhī[p.] in|yah[pn.pl.o.] sarv[adj.] khajānā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] sē[postp.] sampann[adj.] bēphikr bādśhāh[x] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] , kōī[pn.;d.] phikr[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23]  ? at this time too (in|this) all treasure from full carefree emperor (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) , some worry be[pres.sg.23]  ?

34Also, at this time, you are carefree emperors who are full of all treasures. 35Do you have any worries?

32है फिक्र  ? hai phikra  ? hōnā[pres.sg.23] phikr[n.f.;sg.]  ? be[pres.sg.23] worry  ?

36Do you?

33क्योंकि यह खजाने जो हैं इसको न चोर लूट सकता , न राजा खा सकता , न पानी डुबो सकता , इसलिए बेफिक्र बादशाह हो . kyōṅki yah khajānē jō haĩ iskō na chōr lūṭ saktā , na rājā khā saktā , na pānī ḍubō saktā , isliē bēphikr bādśhāh hō . kyōṅki yah[pn.sg.d.] khajānā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] jō[pn.;d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] yah[pn.sg.kō] na[neg] chōr[n.m.;sg.,d.] lūṭnā[root] saknā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , na[neg] rājā[n.m.;sg.,d.] khānā[root] saknā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , na[neg] pānī[n.m.;sg.,d.]|pānā[inf.f.] ḍubōnā[root] saknā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , isliē bēphikr bādśhāh[x] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] . because this treasure that be[pres.pl.12hon3] this[.kō] not thief x[root] can[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , not king eat[root] can[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , not (water|x[inf.f.]) drown[root] can[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , therefore carefree emperor (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) .

37These treasures cannot be stolen by a thief, no king can swallow them up (take) them and water cannot drown them, and this is why you are carefree emperors.

34तो यह खजाने सदा स्मृति में रहते हैं ना  ! tō yah khajānē sadā smr̥iti mē̃ rahtē haĩ nā  ! tō yah[pn.sg.d.] khajānā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] sadā smr̥iti[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] nā  ! then this treasure constantly awareness in remain[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ∅  !

38So, these treasures constantly stay in your awareness, do they not?

35और याद भी सहज क्यों है  ? aur yād bhī sahaj kyō̃ hai  ? aur yād[n.f.;sg.] bhī[p.] sahaj[adj.] kyō̃ hōnā[pres.sg.23]  ? and remembrance too easy why be[pres.sg.23]  ?

39So, why is remembrance easy?

36क्योंकि सबसे ज्यादा याद का आधार होता है एक सम्बन्ध और दूसरा प्राप्ति . kyōṅki sabsē jyādā yād kā ādhār hōtā hai ēk sambandh aur dūsrā prāpti . kyōṅki sabsē jyādā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] yād[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] ādhār[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] ēk[adj.] sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] aur dūsrā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] prāpti[n.f.;sg.] . because the most more remembrance of basis be[pres.sg.m.23] one relationship and other attainment .

40The basis of you having greater remembrance is your relationship and attainment.

37जितना प्यारा सम्बन्ध होता है उतनी याद स्वतः आती है क्योंकि सम्बन्ध में स्नेह होता है और जहाँ स्नेह होता है तो स्नेही को याद करना मुश्किल नहीं होता , लेकिन भूलना मुश्किल होता है . jitnā pyārā sambandh hōtā hai utnī yād svataḥ ātī hai kyōṅki sambandh mē̃ snēh hōtā hai aur jahā̃ snēh hōtā hai tō snēhī kō yād karnā muśhkil nahī̃ hōtā , lēkin bhūlnā muśhkil hōtā hai . jitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] pyārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] utnā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] yād[n.f.;sg.] svataḥ ānā[pres.sg.f.23] kyōṅki sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] snēh[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] aur jahā̃ snēh[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] tō snēhī[adj.] kō[postp.] yād karnā[x] muśhkil[adj.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , lēkin bhūlnā[inf.m.sg.d.] muśhkil[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] . the more loving relationship be[pres.sg.m.23] x remembrance automatically come[pres.sg.f.23] because relationship in love be[pres.sg.m.23] and where there love be[pres.sg.m.23] then loving to remember difficult not be[pres-part.m.sg.d.] , but forget[inf.m.sg.d.] difficult be[pres.sg.m.23] .

41The more loving the relationship, the more natural your remembrance is, because there is love in the relationship. 42Where there is love, it is not difficult to remember the one you love; in fact, it is difficult to forget that one.

38तो बाप ने सर्व सम्बन्ध का आधार बना दिया है . tō bāp nē sarv sambandh kā ādhār banā diyā hai . tō bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] nē[postp.] sarv[adj.] sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] ādhār[n.m.;sg.,d.] bannā[pres-perf.sg.m.23.past-part+dēnā]|banānā[pres-perf.sg.m.23.root+dēnā] . then father ∅ all relationship of basis (become[pres-perf.sg.m.23.past-part+dēnā]|create[pres-perf.sg.m.23.root+dēnā]) .

43So, the Father has created the basis for all relationships.

39सभी अपने को सहजयोगी अनुभव करते हो  ? sabhī apnē kō sahajyōgī anubhav kartē hō  ? sab[adv.hī] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kō[postp.] sahajyōgī[adj.] anubhav[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.2]  ? all one’s own to easy yogi experience do[pres.pl.m.2]  ?

44Do all of you experience yourselves to be easy yogis?

40वा मुश्किल योगी हैं  ? vā muśhkil yōgī haĩ  ? vā muśhkil[adj.] yōgī[x] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3]  ? or difficult yogi be[pres.pl.12hon3]  ?

45Or, are you yogis who find it difficult?

41सहज है  ? sahaj hai  ? sahaj[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23]  ? easy be[pres.sg.23]  ?

46Is it easy?

42कि कभी सहज है , कभी मुश्किल है  ? ki kabhī sahaj hai , kabhī muśhkil hai  ? ki[conj.] kabhī[adv.] sahaj[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , kabhī[adv.] muśhkil[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23]  ? that ever easy be[pres.sg.23] , ever difficult be[pres.sg.23]  ?

47Or, is it sometimes easy and sometimes difficult?

43जब बाप को सम्बन्ध और स्नेह से याद करते हो तो याद मुश्किल नहीं होती और प्राप्तियों को याद करो . jab bāp kō sambandh aur snēh sē yād kartē hō tō yād muśhkil nahī̃ hōtī aur prāptiyō̃ kō yād karō . jab bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] aur snēh[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] yād karnā[pres.pl.m.2] tō yād[n.f.;sg.] muśhkil[adj.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres-part.f.] aur prāpti[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] yād karnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . when father to relationship and love from remember then remembrance difficult not be[pres-part.f.] and attainment to remember .

48When you remember the Father with a relationship and with love, remembrance is not difficult. 49Also remember the attainments.

44सर्व प्राप्तियों के दाता ने सर्व प्राप्तियां करा दी . sarv prāptiyō̃ kē|K dātā nē sarv prāptiyā̃ karā dī . sarv[adj.] prāpti[n.f.+ō̃;pl.o.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K dātā[n.m.;sg.,d.] nē[postp.] sarv[adj.] prāpti[n.f.ī=>iyā̃;pl.d.] karānā[past-part.f..root+dēnā] . all attainment (of|K) bestower ∅ all attainment make commit[past-part.f..root+dēnā] .

50The Bestower of All Attainments has given you all attainments.

45तो अपने को सर्व खजानों से सम्पन्न अनुभव करते हो  ? tō apnē kō sarv khajānō̃ sē sampann anubhav kartē hō  ? tō apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kō[postp.] sarv[adj.] khajānā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] sē[postp.] sampann[adj.] anubhav[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.2]  ? then one’s own to all treasure from full experience do[pres.pl.m.2]  ?

51So, do you experience yourself to be full of all the treasures?

52BapDada has also told you the easy way to accumulate the treasures. 53The way to attain all the imperishable treasures is a dot.

47जैसे विनाशी खजानों में भी बिन्दी लगाते जाओ तो बढ़ता जाता है ना . jaisē vināśhī khajānō̃ mē̃ bhī bindī lagātē jāō tō baṛhtā jātā hai nā . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] vināśhī[adj.] khajānā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] mē̃[postp.] bhī[p.] bindī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] lagānā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.pres-part+jānā] tō baṛhnā[pres.sg.m.23.pres-part+jānā] nā . like perishable treasure in too point attach[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.pres-part+jānā] then grow[pres.sg.m.23.pres-part+jānā] ∅ . 48तो अविनाशी खजानों को जमा करने की विधि है बिन्दी लगाना . tō avināśhī khajānō̃ kō jamā karnē kī|key vidhi hai bindī lagānā . tō avināśhī[adj.] khajānā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] jamā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.]|jamnā[past-part.m.sg.d.]|jamānā[root] karnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key vidhi[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] bindī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] lagānā[inf.m.sg.d.] . then imperishable treasure to (accumulation|x[past-part.m.sg.d.]|make firm[root]) do[inf.m.pl.,o.] (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) method be[pres.sg.23] point attach[inf.m.sg.d.] .

54Just as perishable treasures increase by adding a zero, similarly, the way to accumulate these imperishable treasures is also a dot.

49तीन बिन्दियां हैं - एक मैं आत्मा बिन्दी , बाप भी बिन्दी और ड्रामा में जो भी बीत जाता वह फुलस्टॉप अर्थात् बिन्दी . tīn bindiyā̃ haĩ - ēk maĩ ātmā bindī , bāp bhī bindī aur drama mē̃ jō bhī bīt jātā vah fullstop arthāt bindī . tīn[adj.] bindī[n.f.ī=>iyā̃;pl.d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] - ēk[adj.] maĩ[pn.sg.d.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] bindī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] , bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] bindī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] aur drama mē̃[postp.] jō[pn.;d.] bhī[p.] bītnā[root] jānā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] vah[pn.sg.d.] full stop arthāt bindī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] . x point be[pres.pl.12hon3] - one I soul point , father too point and drama in that too pass[root] go[pres-part.m.sg.d.] that full stop that is point .

55There are the three dots. 56A soul is a dot, the Father is a dot and whatever happens in the drama is a fullstop, that is, a dot.

50तो बिन्दी लगाने आती है  ? tō bindī lagānē ātī hai  ? tō bindī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] lagānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] ānā[pres.sg.f.23]  ? then point attach[inf.m.pl.,o.] come[pres.sg.f.23]  ?

57So, do you know how to put a dot?

51सबसे ज्यादा सहज मात्रा कौन सी है  ? sabsē jyādā sahaj mātrā kaun see|sī|C hai  ? sabsē jyādā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] sahaj[adj.] mātrā[n.f.;sg.] kaun[pn.;d.] see|sā[adj.ā=>ī;f.]|C hōnā[pres.sg.23]  ? the most more easy trace who (see|x) be[pres.sg.23]  ?

58What is the easiest punctuation mark to apply?

52बिन्दी लगाना ना  ! bindī lagānā nā  ! bindī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] lagānā[inf.m.sg.d.] nā  ! point attach[inf.m.sg.d.] ∅  !

59It is to put a dot.

53तो आत्मा बिन्दी हूँ , बाप भी बिन्दी है , इस स्मृति से स्वतः ही खजाने जमा हो जाते हैं . tō ātmā bindī hū̃ , bāp bhī bindī hai , is smr̥iti sē svataḥ hī khajānē jamā hō jātē haĩ . tō ātmā[n.f.;sg.] bindī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.1] , bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] bindī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , yah[pn.sg.o.] smr̥iti[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] svataḥ hī[p.] khajānā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] jamnā[x] jānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . then soul point be[pres.sg.1] , father too point be[pres.sg.23] , this awareness from automatically only treasure x[x] go[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

60So, each soul is a dot, the Father is a dot and by having this awareness, your treasures automatically accumulate.

54तो बिन्दी को सेकण्ड में याद करने से कितनी खुशी होती है  ! tō bindī kō second mē̃ yād karnē sē kitnī khuśhī hōtī hai  ! tō bindī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kō[postp.] second mē̃[postp.] yād[n.f.;sg.] karnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] kitnā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23]  ! then point to second in remembrance do[inf.m.pl.,o.] from so happiness be[pres.sg.f.23]  !

61By remembering the Dot in a second, you receive so much happiness.

55यह सर्व खजाने आपके ब्राह्मण जीवन का अधिकार हैं क्योंकि बच्चे बनना अर्थात् अधिकारी बनना . yah sarv khajānē āpkē brāhmaṇ jīvan kā adhikār haĩ kyōṅki bachchē bannā arthāt adhikārī bannā . yah[pn.sg.d.] sarv[adj.] khajānā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] āp[pn.pl.kē] brāhmaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] jīvan[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] adhikār[x] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] kyōṅki bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] bannā[inf.m.sg.d.] arthāt adhikārī[n.m.;sg.,d.] bannā[inf.m.sg.d.] . this all treasure you[.kē] Brahmin life of right be[pres.pl.12hon3] because child become[inf.m.sg.d.] that is (one) who has a right become[inf.m.sg.d.] . 56और विशेष तीन सम्बन्ध का अधिकार प्राप्त होता है - परमात्मा को बाप भी बनाया है , शिक्षक भी बनाया है और सतगुरू भी बनाया है . aur viśhēṣh tīn sambandh kā adhikār prāpt hōtā hai - paramātmā kō bāp bhī banāyā hai , śhikṣhak bhī banāyā hai aur satgurū bhī banāyā hai . aur viśhēṣh[adj.] tīn[adj.] sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] adhikār[x] prāpt[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] - paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] banānā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , śhikṣhak[x] bhī[p.] banānā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] aur satgurū[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] banānā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] . and special x relationship of right reached be[pres.sg.m.23] - Supreme Soul to father too create[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , teacher too create[pres-perf.sg.m.23] and Satguru too create[pres-perf.sg.m.23] .

62All of these treasures are the right of your Brahmin life, because to be a child means to have a right, and you especially have a right to the three relationships. 63You made God your Father, your Teacher and also your Satguru.

57इन तीनों सम्बन्ध से पालना , पढ़ाई से सोर्स आफ इनकम और सतगुरू द्वारा वरदान मिलता है . in tīnō̃ sambandh sē pālnā , paṛhāī sē source of income aur satgurū dvārā vardān miltā hai . in|yah[pn.pl.o.] tīnō̃[adj.] sambandh[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] pālnā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.]|pālnā[inf.m.sg.d.] , paṛhāī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.]|paṛhānā[past-part.f.] sē[postp.] source of income[x] aur satgurū[n.m.;sg.,d.] dvārā vardān[n.m.;sg.,d.] milnā[pres.sg.m.23] . (in|this) all three relationship from (x|sustenance[inf.m.sg.d.]) , (study|teach[past-part.f.]) from source of income and Satguru through blessing receive[pres.sg.m.23] .

64By having these three relationships, you attain sustenance, this study, which is your source of income, and blessings from the Satguru.

58कितना सहज वरदान मिलता है  ? kitnā sahaj vardān miltā hai  ? kitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] sahaj[adj.] vardān[n.m.;sg.,d.] milnā[pres.sg.m.23]  ? so easy blessing receive[pres.sg.m.23]  ?

65You receive the blessings so easily.

69The way to check whether you have accumulated something or not is: whatever actions you performed, you yourself are content and whoever you performed these actions with is also content.

70बापदादा ने सहज विधि सुनाई है कि निरन्तर याद के लिए एक विधि बनाओ - सारे दिन में दो शब्द सभी बोलते हो और अनेक बार बोलते हो वह दो शब्द हैं «  मैं ' ' और «  मेरा ' ' . bāpdādā nē sahaj vidhi sunāī hai ki nirantar yād kē liē ēk vidhi banāō - sārē din mē̃ dō śhabda sabhī bōltē hō aur anēk bār bōltē hō vah dō śhabda haĩ «  maĩ ' ' aur «  mērā ' ' . bāpdādā nē[postp.] sahaj[adj.] vidhi[n.m.;sg.,d.] sunānā[pres-perf.sg.f.23] ki[conj.] nirantar[x] yād[n.f.;sg.] kē liē[x] ēk[adj.] vidhi[n.m.;sg.,d.] banānā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] - sārā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] dēnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2]|dō[adj.] śhabd[n.m.;sg.,d.] sab[adv.hī] bōlnā[pres.pl.m.2] aur anēk[adj.] bār[n.f.;sg.] bōlnā[pres.pl.m.2] vah[pn.sg.d.] dēnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2]|dō[adj.] śhabd[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] «  maĩ[pn.sg.d.] ' ' aur «  maĩ[pn.sg.kā] ' ' . BapDada ∅ easy method speak[pres-perf.sg.f.23] that x remembrance for one method create[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] - the whole day in (give[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2]|two) word all speak[pres.pl.m.2] and many time speak[pres.pl.m.2] that (give[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2]|two) word be[pres.pl.12hon3] «  I ' ' and «  I[.kā] ' ' .

77BapDada has told you an easy method; use the method for constant remembrance. 78All of you say two words throughout the day and you say those words many times. 79Those two words are “I” and “mine”.

śhabd[n.m.;sg.,d.] bōlnā[pres.pl.m.2] tō bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] nē[postp.] parichay dēnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23.root+dēnā] ki[conj.] maĩ ātmā hū̃[x] . then when I word speak[pres.pl.m.2] then father ∅ x[pres-perf.sg.m.23.root+dēnā] that I am a soul .

80When you say the word “I”, the Father has given you the introduction, “I am a soul”.

śhabd[n.m.;sg.,d.] bōlnā[pres.pl.m.2] tō yah[pn.sg.d.] yād karnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] ki[conj.] maĩ ātmā hū̃[x] . then when too I word speak[pres.pl.m.2] then this remember that I am a soul .

81So, whenever you say the word “I”, then remember “I am a soul”. 82Do not think of “I” alone.

73अकेला मैं नहीं सोचो , मैं आत्मा हूँ , यह साथ में सोचो क्योंकि आप तो जानते हो ना कि मैं श्रेष्ठ आत्मा हूँ , परमात्म पालना के अन्दर रहने वाली आत्मा हूँ और जब मेरा शब्द बोलते हो तो मेरा कौन  ? akēlā maĩ nahī̃ sōchō , maĩ ātmā hū̃ , yah sāth mē̃ sōchō kyōṅki āp tō jāntē hō nā ki maĩ śhrēṣhṭh ātmā hū̃ , paramātma pālnā kē|K andar rahnē vālī ātmā hū̃ aur jab mērā śhabda bōltē hō tō mērā kaun  ? akēlā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] maĩ[pn.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] sōchnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , maĩ ātmā hū̃[x] , yah[pn.sg.d.] sāth[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] sōchnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] kyōṅki āp[pn.pl.] tō jānnā[pres.pl.m.2] nā ki[conj.] maĩ[pn.sg.d.] śhrēṣhṭha[adj.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.1] , paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] pālnā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.]|pālnā[inf.m.sg.d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K andar rahnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.1] aur jab maĩ[pn.sg.kā] śhabd[n.m.;sg.,d.] bōlnā[pres.pl.m.2] tō maĩ[pn.sg.kā] kaun[pn.;d.]  ? alone I not think[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , I am a soul , this with in think[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] because you then know[pres.pl.m.2] ∅ that I elevated soul be[pres.sg.1] , Supreme Soul (x|sustenance[inf.m.sg.d.]) (of|K) inside remain[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who soul be[pres.sg.1] and when I[.kā] word speak[pres.pl.m.2] then I[.kā] who  ?

83As well as this, think, “I am a soul”, because you know that you are an elevated soul, that you are a soul who has Godly sustenance. 84Then, when you say the word “mine”, who is “mine”?

74मेरा बाबा अर्थात् बाप परमात्मा . mērā bābā arthāt bāp paramātmā . maĩ[pn.sg.kā] bābā arthāt bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] . I[.kā] Baba that is father Supreme Soul .

85“My Baba”, that is, God, the Father.

75तो जब भी मैं और मेरा शब्द कहते हो उस समय यह एडीशन करो , मैं आत्मा और मेरा बाबा . tō jab bhī maĩ aur mērā śhabda kahtē hō us samay yah addition karō , maĩ ātmā aur mērā bābā . tō jab bhī[p.] maĩ[pn.sg.d.] aur maĩ[pn.sg.kā] śhabd[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.2] vah[pn.sg.o.] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] yah[pn.sg.d.] addition karnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , maĩ[pn.sg.d.] ātmā[n.f.;sg.] aur maĩ[pn.sg.kā] bābā . then when too I and I[.kā] word say[pres.pl.m.2] that time this addition do[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] , I soul and I[.kā] Baba .

86So, whenever you say the words “I” and “mine” then make this addition, “I, the soul”, and “My Baba”.

76जितना बाप में मेरापन लायेंगे , उतना याद सहज होती जायेगी क्योंकि मेरा कभी भूलता नहीं है . jitnā bāp mē̃ mērāpan lāyēṅgē , utnā yād sahaj hōtī jāyēgī kyōṅki mērā kabhī bhūltā nahī̃ hai . jitnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] mērēpan[n.m.;sg.,d.] lānā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] , utnā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] yād[n.f.;sg.] sahaj[adj.] hōnā[fut.f.sg.23.pres-part+jānā] kyōṅki maĩ[pn.sg.kā] kabhī[adv.] bhūlnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . the more father in x x[fut.m.pl.12hon3] , x remembrance easy be[fut.f.sg.23.pres-part+jānā] because I[.kā] ever forget[pres-part.m.sg.d.] not be[pres.sg.23] .

87The more you bring about the consciousness of “mine” with the Father, the easier your remembrance will become, because you never forget anything that is yours.

77सारे दिन में देखो मेरा ही याद आता है . sārē din mē̃ dēkhō mērā hī yād ātā hai . sārā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] din[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] dēkhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] maĩ[pn.sg.kā] hī[p.] yād[n.f.;sg.] ānā[pres.sg.m.23] . the whole day in see[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] I[.kā] only remembrance come[pres.sg.m.23] .

88Throughout the day, you only remember the things that are yours.

78तो इस विधि से सहज निरन्तर योगी बन सकते हो . tō is vidhi sē sahaj nirantar yōgī ban saktē hō . tō yah[pn.sg.o.] vidhi[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] sahaj[adj.] nirantar[x] yōgī[x] bannā[pres.pl.m.2.root+saknā] . then this method from easy x yogi become[pres.pl.m.2.root+saknā] .

89By using this method, you can easily become constant yogis.

79बापदादा ने हर बच्चे को स्वमान की सीट पर बिठाया है . bāpdādā nē har|her bachchē kō svamān kī|key seat par biṭhāyā hai . bāpdādā nē[postp.] harnā[root]|har|her bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] kō[postp.] svamān[x] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key seat par[postp.]|par[adj.] biṭhānā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] . 90BapDada has made every child sit on the seat of self-respect.

80स्वमान की लिस्ट अगर स्मृति में लाओ तो कितनी लम्बी है  ! svamān kī|key list agar smr̥iti mē̃ lāō tō kitnī lambī hai  ! svamān[x] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key list agar smr̥iti[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] lānā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] tō kitnā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] lambā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] hōnā[pres.sg.23]  ! self-respect (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) list if awareness in x[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] then so x be[pres.sg.23]  !

91If you bring the list of self-respect into your awareness, it is such a long list.

92When you are stable in your self-respect, there cannot be body consciousness.

82या देह-अभिमान होगा या स्वमान होगा . yā dēh-abhimān hōgā yā svamān hōgā . yā dēh-abhimān[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[fut.m.sg.23] yā svamān[x] hōnā[fut.m.sg.23] . or body consciousness be[fut.m.sg.23] or self-respect be[fut.m.sg.23] .

93There will either be body consciousness or self-respect.

83स्वमान का अर्थ ही है - स्व अर्थात् आत्मा का श्रेष्ठ स्मृति का स्थान . svamān kā arth|earth hī hai - sva arthāt ātmā kā śhrēṣhṭh smr̥iti kā sthān . svamān[x] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] arth[n.m.;sg.,d.]|earth hī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] - sva arthāt ātmā[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] śhrēṣhṭha[adj.] smr̥iti[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] sthān[n.m.;sg.,d.] . self-respect of (meaning|earth) only be[pres.sg.23] - x that is soul of elevated awareness of place .

94The meaning of self-respect comes from that place of elevated awareness, that is, the soul.

91खुशी ऐसी चीज़ है जो एक ही खुशी में हेल्थ भी है , वेल्थ भी है और हैपी भी है . khuśhī aisī chīz hai jō ēk hī khuśhī mē̃ health bhī hai , wealth bhī hai aur happy bhī hai . khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] aisā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] chīz[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] jō[pn.;d.] ēk[adj.] hī[p.] khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] mē̃[postp.] health bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , wealth bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] aur happy bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . happiness such thing be[pres.sg.23] that one only happiness in health too be[pres.sg.23] , wealth too be[pres.sg.23] and x too be[pres.sg.23] .

102Happiness is such that, in just that happiness there is health, there is wealth and you are also happy.

92खुशी नहीं तो जीवन नीरस रहती है . khuśhī nahī̃ tō jīvan nīras rahtī hai . khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] nahī̃ tō[x] jīvan[n.m.;sg.,d.] nīras[adj.] rahnā[pres.sg.f.23] . happiness otherwise life dry remain[pres.sg.f.23] .

105No matter how many treasures you may have, if you don’t have happiness, you cannot attain anything from the treasures.

95खुशी के लिए कहा जाता है - «  खुशी जैसी कोई खुराक नहीं ' ' . khuśhī kē liē kahā jātā hai - «  khuśhī jaisī kōī khurāk nahī̃ ' ' . khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kē liē[x] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] - «  khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] jaisā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] kōī[pn.;d.] khurāk[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] ' ' . happiness for (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) - «  happiness like some nourishment not ' ' .

106It is of happiness that it is said: “There is no nourishment like happiness.”

96तो वेल्थ भी है खुशी और खुशी हेल्थ भी है और नाम ही खुशी है तो हैपी तो है ही . tō wealth bhī hai khuśhī aur khuśhī health bhī hai aur nām hī khuśhī hai tō happy tō hai hī . tō wealth bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] aur khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] health bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] aur nām[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] tō happy tō hōnā[pres.sg.23] hī[p.] . then wealth too be[pres.sg.23] happiness and happiness health too be[pres.sg.23] and name only happiness be[pres.sg.23] then x then be[pres.sg.23] only .

107So wealth is happiness (khushi), health is happiness, and your name is happy, and so you are happy anyway.

97तो खुशी में तीनों ही चीज़े हैं . tō khuśhī mē̃ tīnō̃ hī chīzē haĩ . tō khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] mē̃[postp.] tīnō̃[adj.] hī[p.] chīz[n.f.+ē̃;pl.d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] . then happiness in all three only thing be[pres.pl.12hon3] .

108So, there are all these three things in happiness.

98और बाप ने अविनाशी खुशी का खजाना दिया है , बाप का खजाना गंवाना नहीं . aur bāp nē avināśhī khuśhī kā khajānā diyā hai , bāp kā khajānā ganvānā nahī̃ . aur bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] nē[postp.] avināśhī[adj.] khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] khajānā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] dēnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] khajānā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] ganvānā[inf.m.sg.d.] nahī̃[neg] . and father ∅ imperishable happiness of treasure give[pres-perf.sg.m.23] , father of treasure lose[inf.m.sg.d.] not .

109The Father has given you the treasure of imperishable happiness. 110Do not lose the Father’s treasures.

99तो सदा खुश रहते हो  ? tō sadā khuśh rahtē hō  ? tō sadā khuśh[adj.] rahnā[pres.pl.m.2]  ? then constantly happy remain[pres.pl.m.2]  ?

111So, do you remain constantly happy?

100बापदादा ने होमवर्क दिया तो खुश रहना है और खुशी बांटनी है क्योंकि खुशी ऐसी चीज़ है जो जितनी बांटेंगे उतनी बढ़ेगी . bāpdādā nē homework diyā tō khuśh rahnā hai aur khuśhī bāṇṭnī hai kyōṅki khuśhī aisī chīz hai jō jitnī bāṇṭē̃gē utnī baṛhēgī . bāpdādā nē[postp.] home work dēnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] tō khuśh[adj.] rahnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] aur khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] bāṇṭnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] kyōṅki khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] aisā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] chīz[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] jō[pn.;d.] jitnā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] bāṇṭnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] utnā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] baṛhnā[fut.f.sg.23] . 112BapDada has given you the homework to remain happy and to distribute happiness, because happiness is such that the more you distribute it, the more it will increase.

101अनुभव करके देखा है  ! anubhav karkē dēkhā hai  ! anubhav[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[abs.] dēkhnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23]  ! experience do[abs.] see[pres-perf.sg.m.23]  !

103अगर खुशी बांटते हैं तो बांटने से पहले अपने पास बढ़ती है . agar khuśhī bāṇṭtē haĩ tō bāṇṭnē sē pahlē apnē pās|pass baṛhtī hai . agar khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] bāṇṭnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tō bāṇṭnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē pahlē[x] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] pās|pass baṛhnā[pres.sg.f.23] . if happiness distribute[pres.pl.m.12hon3] then distribute[inf.m.pl.,o.] x one’s own (x|pass) grow[pres.sg.f.23] .

115If you distribute happiness, when distributing it, it increases in you.

104खुश करने वाले से पहले स्वयं खुश होते हैं . khuśh karnē vālē sē pahlē svayã khuśh hōtē haĩ . khuśh[adj.] karnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] vālā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] sē pahlē[x] svayã khuśh[adj.] hōnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . happy do[inf.m.pl.,o.] those who x x happy be[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .

116When you please someone, you yourself become happy.

105तो सभी ने होमवर्क किया है  ? tō sabhī nē homework kiyā hai  ? tō sab[adv.hī] nē[postp.] home work karnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23]  ? then all ∅ homework do[pres-perf.sg.m.23]  ?

136तो बापदादा कहते हैं चल रहे हो या उड़ रहे हो  ? tō bāpdādā kahtē haĩ chal rahē hō yā uṛ rahē hō  ? tō bāpdādā kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] chalnā[pres.pl.m.prog.2] yā uṛnā[pres.pl.m.prog.2]  ? then BapDada say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] continue[pres.pl.m.prog.2] or fly[pres.pl.m.prog.2]  ?
