179जब हम कहते हैं अजपाजाप तो इसका यथार्थ अर्थ है जाप के बिगर श्वांसो-श्वांस अपना बुद्धियोग अपने परमपिता परमात्मा के साथ निरंतर लगाना और यह ईश्वरीय याद श्वांसो-श्वांस कायम चलती आती है , उस निरंतर ईश्वरीय याद को अजपाजाप कहते हैं . jab ham kahtē haĩ ajapājāp tō iskā yathārth arth|earth hai jāp kē|K bigar śhvā̃sō-śhvā̃s apnā buddhiyōg apnē parampitā paramātmā kē sāth nirantar lagānā aur yah īśhvarīy yād śhvā̃sō-śhvā̃s kāyam chaltī ātī hai , us nirantar īśhvarīy yād kō ajapājāp kahtē haĩ . jab ham[pn.pl.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ajapājāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō yah[pn.sg.kā] yathārth[adj.] arth[n.m.;sg.,d.]|earth hōnā[pres.sg.23] jāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K bigar śhvāṅs apnā[pn.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.]|apnānā[root] buddhiyōg[n.m.;sg.,d.] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] parampitā[n.m.;sg.,d.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] kē sāth[x] nirantar[x] lagānā[inf.m.sg.d.] aur yah[pn.sg.d.] īśhvarīy[adj.] yād[n.f.;sg.] śhvāṅs kāyam[adj.] chalnā[pres.sg.f.23.pres-part+ānā] , vah[pn.sg.o.] nirantar[x] īśhvarīy[adj.] yād[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] ajapājāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . when we say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] soundless chant then this[.kā] x (meaning|earth) be[pres.sg.23] x (of|K) without breathing (one’s own|adopt[root]) intellect’s yoga one’s own Supreme Father Supreme Soul with x attach[inf.m.sg.d.] and this Godly remembrance breathing x continue[pres.sg.f.23.pres-part+ānā] , that x Godly remembrance to soundless chant say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
185When we say that it is an unending chant, the real meaning of it is constantly to connect your intellects in yoga with the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, with every breath, without chanting anything. 186This remembrance of God with every breath has continued all the time. 187This constant remembrance of God is called an unending chant.
, andar mē̃[postp.] kōī[pn.;d.] mantra[n.m.;sg.,d.] uchchāraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[inf.m.sg.d.] , yah[pn.sg.d.] tō nirantar[x] chalnā[root] nahī̃[neg] saknā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . (others|but) some mouth from x x[inf.m.sg.d.] that is Rama Rama say[inf.m.sg.d.] , inside in some mantra x do[inf.m.sg.d.] , this then x continue[root] not can[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .
188Otherwise, to chant something with words, that is, to say, “Rama, Rama”, to silently chant a mantra in your mind, that cannot continue all the time.
, yah[pn.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ajapājāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] . that people understand[pres.pl.m.12hon3] we mouth from mantra x not do[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] but heart in x do[inf.m.sg.d.] , this be[pres.sg.23] soundless chant .
189People think that they do not chant the mantra with their lips, but that to chant it in their heart is an unending chant.
182परन्तु यह तो सहज एक विचार की बात है जहाँ अपना शब्द ही अजपाजाप है , जिसको जपने की भी जरूरत नहीं है . parantu yah tō sahaj ēk vichār kī|key bāt hai jahā̃ apnā śhabda hī ajapājāp hai , jiskō japnē kī|key bhī jarūrat nahī̃ hai . parantu[conj.] yah[pn.sg.d.] tō sahaj[adj.] ēk[adj.] vichār[x] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key bāt[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] jahā̃ apnā[pn.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.]|apnānā[root] śhabd[n.m.;sg.,d.] hī[p.] ajapājāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , jō[pn.sg.kō] japnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key bhī[p.] jarūrat[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . however this then easy one x (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) matter be[pres.sg.23] where there (one’s own|adopt[root]) word only soundless chant be[pres.sg.23] , that[.kō] x[inf.m.pl.,o.] (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) too need not be[pres.sg.23] .
190However, this is something to think about: where there are words in an unending chant: there is no need to chant that.
183आंतरिक बैठ कोई मूर्ति का ध्यान भी नहीं करना है , न कुछ सिमरण करना है क्योंकि वो भी निरंतर खाते पीते रह नहीं सकेंगे लेकिन हम जो ईश्वरीय याद करते हैं , वही निरंतर चल सकती है क्योंकि यह बहुत सहज है . āntarik baiṭh kōī mūrti kā dhyān bhī nahī̃ karnā hai , na kuchh simraṇ karnā hai kyōṅki vō bhī nirantar khātē pītē rah nahī̃ sakē̃gē lēkin ham jō īśhvarīy yād kartē haĩ , vahī nirantar chal saktī hai kyōṅki yah bahut sahaj hai . āntarik[adj.] baiṭhnā[root] kōī[pn.;d.] mūrti, mūrt[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] dhyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] nahī̃[neg] karnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] , na[neg] kuchh simraṇ[n.f.;sg.] karnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] kyōṅki vah[pn.;d.] bhī[p.] nirantar[x] khānā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.]|khātā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] pīnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] rahnā[root] nahī̃[neg] saknā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] lēkin ham[pn.pl.] jō[pn.;d.] īśhvarīy[adj.] yād karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , vahī nirantar[x] chalnā[pres.sg.f.23.root+saknā] kyōṅki yah[pn.sg.d.] bahut sahaj[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . internal sit[root] some image of attention too not do[pres.sg.23.oblig1] , not anything remembrance do[pres.sg.23.oblig1] because that too x (eat[pres-part.m.pl.,o.]|account) drink[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] remain[root] not can[fut.m.pl.12hon3] but we that Godly remember , this x continue[pres.sg.f.23.root+saknā] because this very easy be[pres.sg.23] .
191You don’t have to sit and concentrate on any idol in your mind. 192You don’t have to repeat anything, because even they cannot constantly do it while eating and drinking. 193However, the remembrance of God that we have, that can continue all the time, because it is very easy.
184जैसे समझो बच्चा है अपने बाप को याद करता है , तो उसी समय बाप का फोटो सामने नहीं लाना पड़ता है लेकिन मन्सा-वाचा-कर्मणा बाप के सारे आक्यूपेशन , एक्टिविटी , गुणों सहित याद आता है बस , वह याद आने से बच्चे की भी वो एक्ट चलती है , तब ही सन शोज़ फादर करेंगे . jaisē samjhō bachchā hai apnē bāp kō yād kartā hai , tō usī samay bāp kā phōṭō sāmnē nahī̃ lānā paṛtā hai lēkin mansā-vāchā-karmaṇā bāp kē|K sārē occupation , activity , guṇō̃ sahit yād ātā hai bas , vah yād ānē sē bachchē kī|key bhī vō act chaltī hai , tab hī son shows father karē̃gē . jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] samajhnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] yād karnā[pres.sg.m.23] , tō vah[pn.sg.hī] samay[n.m.;sg.,d.] bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] photo sāmnē nahī̃[neg] lānā[pres.sg.m.23.oblig2] lēkin mansā-vāchā-karmaṇā bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K sārā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] occupation , activity , guṇ[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] sahit yād[n.f.;sg.] ānā[pres.sg.m.23] basnā[root]|bas , vah[pn.sg.d.] yād[n.f.;sg.] ānā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.]|ānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key bhī[p.] vah[pn.;d.] act chalnā[pres.sg.f.23] , tab hī[p.] son shows father[x] karnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . like understand[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] child be[pres.sg.23] one’s own father to remember , then that[.hī] time father of photograph x not x[pres.sg.m.23.oblig2] but with your thoughts, words or actions father (of|K) the whole occupation , activity , virtue including remembrance come[pres.sg.m.23] (x[root]|simply) , that remembrance (x|come[inf.m.pl.,o.]) from child (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) too that act continue[pres.sg.f.23] , for only then only x do[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .
194For instance, a child remembers his father: he does not have to have his father’s picture in front of him at that time. 195He remembers everything in his thoughts, words and deeds about his father, his occupation, his activities, his virtues, etc. 196When a child remembers that, his activity also continues in the same manner, and it is only then that the “son can show the father”.
185वैसे अपने को भी और सबकी याद दिल भीतर से मिटाए , उस एक ही असली पारलौकिक परमपिता परमात्मा की याद में रहना है , इसमें उठते-बैठते , खाते-पीते निरंतर याद में चल सकते हैं . vaisē apnē kō bhī aur sabkī yād dil bhītar sē miṭāē , us ēk hī aslī pārlaukik parampitā paramātmā kī|key yād mē̃ rahnā hai , ismē̃ uṭhtē-baiṭhtē , khātē-pītē nirantar yād mē̃ chal saktē haĩ . vaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] apnā[pn.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kō[postp.] bhī[p.] aur sabkā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] yād[n.f.;sg.] dil[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhītar sē[postp.] miṭānā[opt.sg.23]|miṭānā[past-part.m.pl.,o.] , vah[pn.sg.o.] ēk[adj.] hī[p.] aslī[adj.] pārlaukik[adj.] parampitā[n.m.;sg.,d.] paramātmā[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[past-part.f.]|kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|key yād[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] , yah[pn.sg.mē̃] uṭhtē-baiṭhtē , khānā-pīnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] nirantar[x] yād[n.f.;sg.] mē̃[postp.] chalnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+saknā] . x one’s own to too and everyone's remembrance heart x from (x[opt.sg.23]|x[past-part.m.pl.,o.]) , that one only x parlokik Supreme Father Supreme Soul (do[past-part.f.]|of|key) remembrance in remain[pres.sg.23.oblig1] , this[.mē̃] x , food and diet[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] x remembrance in continue[pres.pl.m.12hon3.root+saknā] .
197In fact, we also have to remove the remembrance of all others from our hearts and have remembrance of the true Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul. 198In this, we can continue to stay in constant remembrance while walking and sitting, while eating and drinking.
186उस याद से ही कर्मातीत बनते हैं . us yād sē hī karmātīt bantē haĩ . vah[pn.sg.o.] yād[n.f.;sg.] sē[postp.] hī[p.] karmātīt[adj.] bannā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . that remembrance from only karmateet become[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
199It is by having this remembrance that we can become karmateet.
