6प्रश्न : कोई-कोई बच्चे किस एक कारण से सर्विस लायक नहीं बनते ? praśhna : kōī-kōī bachchē kis ēk kāraṇ sē service lāyak nahī̃ bantē ? praśhna[n.m.;sg.,d.] : kōī[pn.;d.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] kyā[pn.sg.o.]|kaun[pn.sg.o.] ēk[adj.] kāraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] service[n.f.;sg.] lāyak[x] nahī̃[neg] bannā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] ? question : some child (what|who) one because from service worthy not become[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] ?
8Question: Due to what reason do some children not become worthy of serving?
7उत्तर : फैमिलियरिटी का हल्का नशा है , माया का अन्दर कीड़ा लगा है - इस कारण सर्विस लायक नहीं बन सकते . uttar : familiarity kā halkā naśhā hai , māyā kā andar kīṛā lagā hai - is kāraṇ service lāyak nahī̃ ban saktē . uttar[n.m.;sg.,d.] : familiarity kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] halkā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] naśhā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , māyā[n.f.;sg.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] andar kīṛā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] lagnā[pres-perf.sg.m.23] - yah[pn.sg.o.] kāraṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] service[n.f.;sg.] lāyak[x] nahī̃[neg] bannā[root]|ban[n.m.;sg.,d.] saknā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] . answer : x of light intoxication be[pres.sg.23] , Maya of inside insect x[pres-perf.sg.m.23] - this because service worthy not (become[root]|x) can[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] . 8गीत : लौट गया गम का जमाना . . .gīt : lauṭ gayā gam kā jamānā . . .gīt[n.m.;sg.,d.] : lauṭnā[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] ġam[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] jamānā[inf.m.sg.d.] . . .x : x[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] sorrow of make firm[inf.m.sg.d.] . . .
9Answer: When there is a slight intoxication of familiarity between children or when there are insects of Maya inside them, they don't become worthy of serving. 10Song: The world of sorrow has gone away.
9ओम् शान्ति . ōm śhānti . ōm śhānti[x] . Om Shanti .
11Om shanti.
10खुशी और गम . khuśhī aur gam . khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] aur ġam[n.m.;sg.,d.] . happiness and sorrow . 11अभी तो है रावणराज्य . abhī tō hai rāvaṇrājya . ab[adv.hī] tō hōnā[pres.sg.23] rāvaṇ rājya[n.m.;sg.,d.] . now then be[pres.sg.23] kingdom of Ravan .
12Happiness and sorrow; it is now the kingdom of Ravan.
12मनुष्य तो जानते नहीं कि रावण राज्य किसको कहा जाता है . manuṣhya tō jāntē nahī̃ ki rāvaṇ rājya kiskō kahā jātā hai . manuṣhya[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō jānnā[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] nahī̃[neg] ki[conj.] rāvaṇ rājya[x] kaun[pn.sg.kō] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] . human being then know[pres-part.m.pl.,o.] not that kingdom of Ravan who[.kō] (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) .
13People don't know what the kingdom of Ravan is.
13बाप आकर बच्चों को समझाते हैं कि गम कब होता है और खुशी कब होती है . bāp ākar bachchō̃ kō samjhātē haĩ ki gam kab hōtā hai aur khuśhī kab hōtī hai . bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] ānā[abs.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] samjhānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] ki[conj.] ġam[n.m.;sg.,d.] kab hōnā[pres.sg.m.23] aur khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] kab hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] . father come[abs.] child to explain[pres.pl.m.12hon3] that sorrow when be[pres.sg.m.23] and happiness when be[pres.sg.f.23] .
14The Father comes and explains to you children about when there is sorrow and when there is happiness.
14इस रावण राज्य में गम भी है तो खुशी भी है . is rāvaṇ rājya mē̃ gam bhī hai tō khuśhī bhī hai . yah[pn.sg.o.] rāvaṇ rājya[x] mē̃[postp.] ġam[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] tō khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this kingdom of Ravan in sorrow too be[pres.sg.23] then happiness too be[pres.sg.23] .
15In this kingdom of Ravan, there is happiness as well as sorrow.
15अभी-अभी खुशी , अभी-अभी गम . abhī-abhī khuśhī , abhī-abhī gam . ab[adv.hī] khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] , ab[adv.hī] ġam[n.m.;sg.,d.] . now happiness , now sorrow . 16बच्चा जन्मा तो खुशी , मर गया तो गम . bachchā janamā tō khuśhī , mar gayā tō gam . bachchā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] janamnā[past-part.m.sg.d.] tō khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] , marnā[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] tō ġam[n.m.;sg.,d.] . child be born[past-part.m.sg.d.] then happiness , die[past-part.m.sg.d..root+jānā] then sorrow .
16One moment, there is happiness and the next moment, there is sorrow.
17संन्यासी भी कहते हैं - यहाँ का सुख काग विष्टा के समान है . sannyāsī bhī kahtē haĩ - yahā̃ kā sukh kāg viṣhṭā kē|K samān hai . sannyāsī[n.m.;sg.,d.] bhī[p.] kahnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - yahā̃ kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] kāg viṣhṭā[x] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K samān[adj.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . sannyasi too say[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - here of happiness x (of|K) equal be[pres.sg.23] .
17When a child is born, there is happiness but if he dies, there is sorrow.
18तो जरूर कहेंगे यह गम की दुनिया है . tō jarūr kahē̃gē yah gam kī|key duniyā hai . tō zarūr kahnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] yah[pn.sg.d.] ġam[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key duniyā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . then definitely say[fut.m.pl.12hon3] this sorrow (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) world be[pres.sg.23] .
18Sannyasis say that happiness here is like the droppings of a crow.
19परन्तु उन्हों को यह पता ही नहीं कि सदा सुख , जहाँ गम का नाम निशान भी न हो , वह होता ही है सतयुग में . parantu unhō̃ kō yah patā hī nahī̃ ki sadā sukh , jahā̃ gam kā nām niśhān bhī na hō , vah hōtā hī hai satyug mē̃ . parantu[conj.] vah[pn.pl.o.] kō[postp.] yah[pn.sg.d.] patā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] hī[p.] nahī̃[neg] ki[conj.] sadā sukh[n.m.;sg.,d.] , jahā̃ ġam[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] nām niśhān[x] bhī[p.] na[neg] hōnā[root]|hōnā[pres.pl.2] , vah[pn.sg.d.] hōnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] hī[p.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] satyug[n.m.;sg.,d.] mē̃[postp.] . however that to this knowledge only not that constantly happiness , where there sorrow of x too not (be[root]|be[pres.pl.2]) , that be[pres-part.m.sg.d.] only be[pres.sg.23] golden age in . 20यह तुम बच्चे अभी जानते हो कि बरोबर अभी रात है . yah tum bachchē abhī jāntē hō ki barōbar abhī rāt hai . yah[pn.sg.d.] tum[pn.pl.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] ab[adv.hī] jānnā[pres.pl.m.2] ki[conj.] barōbar ab[adv.hī] rāt[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . this you child now know[pres.pl.m.2] that x now night be[pres.sg.23] .
19Therefore, it would surely be said that this is a world of sorrow. 20However, people don't know that it is only in the golden age that there is constant happiness and no trace of sorrow.
21रात दुःख की होती है , इसको रावण की रात कहा जाता है . rāt duḥkh kī|key hōtī hai , iskō rāvaṇ kī|key rāt kahā jātā hai . rāt[n.f.;sg.] duḥkh[n.m.;sg.,d.]|duḥkhnā[root] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] , yah[pn.sg.kō] rāvaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ī;f.]|karnā[past-part.f.]|key rāt[n.f.;sg.] kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|kahnā[pres.sg.m.23.passive] . night (sorrow|hurt[root]) (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) be[pres.sg.f.23] , this[.kō] Ravan (of|do[past-part.f.]|key) night (say[pres.sg.m.23.past-part+jānā]|say[pres.sg.m.23.passive]) .
21You children understand at this time that it truly is night time now.
22रावण के आने से भक्ति आरम्भ होती है . rāvaṇ kē|K ānē sē bhakti ārambh hōtī hai . rāvaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K ānā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.]|ānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] sē[postp.] bhakti[n.f.;sg.] ārambh[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.sg.f.23] . 22The night is one of sorrow: it is called the night of Ravan.

23When Ravan comes, devotion begins and vices also begin.
24अभी तुम बच्चे समझते हो कि हम सदा खुशी में रहने का अभी पुरुषार्थ कर रहे हैं . abhī tum bachchē samajhtē hō ki ham sadā khuśhī mē̃ rahnē kā abhī puruṣhārth kar rahē haĩ . ab[adv.hī] tum[pn.pl.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] samajhnā[pres.pl.m.2] ki[conj.] ham[pn.pl.] sadā khuśhī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] mē̃[postp.] rahnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] ab[adv.hī] puruṣhārth[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] . now you child understand[pres.pl.m.2] that we constantly happiness in remain[inf.m.pl.,o.] of now effort do[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] .
24You children understand that you are now making effort to remain in constant happiness.
25बाप समझा रहे हैं कि बच्चे भविष्य ऊंच पद पाने का पुरुषार्थ करो और कोई भी आश नहीं रखनी है . bāp samjhā rahē haĩ ki bachchē bhaviṣhya ūñch pad pānē kā puruṣhārth karō aur kōī bhī āśh nahī̃ rakhnī hai . bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] samjhānā[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] ki[conj.] bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] bhaviṣhya[adj.] ūñch[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] pad[n.m.;sg.,d.] pānā[inf.m.pl.,o.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] puruṣhārth[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] aur kōī[x] bhī[p.] āśh, āśhā[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] rakhnā[pres.sg.23.oblig1] . father explain[pres.pl.m.prog.12hon3] that child future elevated status x[inf.m.pl.,o.] of effort do[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] someone else too desire not keep[pres.sg.23.oblig1] .
25The Father explains to you: Children, make effort to claim a high status in the future. 26Don't have any other desires.
26बच्चों को तो यह पता ही नहीं है कि बेहद के बाप से क्या मिलता है . bachchō̃ kō tō yah patā hī nahī̃ hai ki bēhad kē|K bāp sē kyā miltā hai . bachchā[n.m.ā=>ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] tō yah[pn.sg.d.] patā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] hī[p.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ki[conj.] bēhad[adj.] kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|K bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] sē[postp.] kyā milnā[pres.sg.m.23] . child to then this knowledge only not be[pres.sg.23] that unlimited (of|K) father from what receive[pres.sg.m.23] .
27You children don’t know what you receive from the unlimited Father.

88For instance, there may be the wife of a good person who also has first-class children. 89Baba would tell her to live at home with her family and show that it is possible to remain pure, just for this final birth.
83तो पति को समझाकर वश करना पड़े . tō pati kō samjhākar vaśh karnā paṛē . tō pati[n.m.;sg.,d.] kō[postp.] samjhānā[abs.] vaśh[x] karnā[opt.sg.23.oblig2] . then husband to explain[abs.] control do[opt.sg.23.oblig2] .
90Therefore, she has to explain to her husband and be able to handle him.
84नहीं तो जवाब देना पड़े . nahī̃ tō javāb dēnā paṛē . nahī̃ tō[x] javāb[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēnā[opt.sg.23.oblig2] . otherwise x give[opt.sg.23.oblig2] . 85परन्तु जब नष्टोमोहा बन सके तब . parantu jab naṣhṭōmōhā ban sakē tab . parantu[conj.] jab naṣhṭōmōhā[n.m.;sg.,d.] bannā[opt.sg.23.root+saknā] tab . however when destroyer of attachment become[opt.sg.23.root+saknā] for only then .
91She has to give him a response, but she first has to be able to become a conqueror of attachment.
86कोई चाहे तो एक सेकेण्ड में नष्टोमोहा हो जाए , नहीं तो जीवन भर भी न हो सके . kōī chāhē tō ēk second mē̃ naṣhṭōmōhā hō jāē , nahī̃ tō jīvan bhar bhī na hō sakē . kōī[pn.;d.] chāhnā[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|chāhē|chāhnā[opt.sg.23] tō ēk[adj.] second mē̃[postp.] naṣhṭōmōhā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[opt.sg.23.root+jānā] , nahī̃ tō[x] jīvan[n.m.;sg.,d.] bharnā[root] bhī[p.] na[neg] hōnā[opt.sg.23.root+saknā] . some (x[past-part.m.pl.,o.]|whether|x[opt.sg.23]) then one second in destroyer of attachment be[opt.sg.23.root+jānā] , otherwise life fill[root] too not be[opt.sg.23.root+saknā] .
92If someone wants to, she can become a conqueror of attachment in a second. 93Otherwise, it won't be possible throughout her whole life.
87बहुतों को छोड़ने बाद भी ममत्व नहीं मिटता फिर रग जाती रहती है , तो वह अवस्था नहीं रहती , इसलिए बाप कहते हैं पहले नष्टोमोहा हो जाओ . bahutō̃ kō chhōṛnē bād bhī mamatva nahī̃ miṭtā phir rag jātī rahtī hai , tō vah avasthā nahī̃ rahtī , isliē bāp kahtē haĩ pahlē naṣhṭōmōhā hō jāō . bahut[n.m.+ō̃;pl.o.] kō[postp.] chhōṛnā[inf.m.pl.,o.] bād bhī[p.] mamatva[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] miṭnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] rag[n.f.;sg.] jānā[pres.sg.f.23.pres-part+rahnā] , tō vah[pn.sg.d.] avasthā[n.f.;sg.] nahī̃[neg] rahnā[pres-part.f.] , isliē bāp kahtē haĩ[x] pahlā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.]|pahlē[adv.] naṣhṭōmōhā[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.root+jānā] . very to renounce[inf.m.pl.,o.] after too attachment not be rubbed off[pres-part.m.sg.d.] (then|turn[root]) string go[pres.sg.f.23.pres-part+rahnā] , then that stage not remain[pres-part.f.] , therefore the Father says (x|firstly) destroyer of attachment be[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2.root+jānā] .
94Many people are unable to let go of their attachment even after they have left them, and so those strings are pulled and they are unable to maintain that stage. 95This is why the Father says: First of all, become a conqueror of attachment.
