16No one knows that this is the most auspicious confluence age.

17You children should remember that you are at the most auspicious confluence age. 18This too is “Manmanabhav”.

24Baba knows that, although I see the children sitting here, I remember the sweet serviceable children.
23देखता भी उनको हूँ , यह किस प्रकार का फूल है , इनमें क्या-क्या गुण हैं ? dēkhtā bhī unkō hū̃ , yah kis prakār kā fool|phūl hai , inmē̃ kyā-kyā guṇ haĩ ? dēkhnā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] bhī[p.] vah[pn.pl.kō] hōnā[pres.sg.1] , yah[pn.sg.d.] kaun[pn.sg.o.]|kyā[pn.sg.o.] prakār[n.m.;sg.,d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] fool|phūl[n.m.;sg.,d.]|phūlnā[root] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , yah[pn.pl.mē̃] kyā guṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] ? see[pres-part.m.sg.d.] too that[.kō] be[pres.sg.1] , this (who|what) form of (x|flower|x[root]) be[pres.sg.23] , this[.mē̃] what virtue be[pres.pl.12hon3] ?
25I look at them and think: What type of flower is this one and what virtues does he have?
24कोई तो ऐसे भी हैं जिनमें कोई गुण नहीं है . kōī tō aisē bhī haĩ jinmē̃ kōī guṇ nahī̃ hai . kōī[pn.;d.] tō aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] bhī[p.] hōnā[pres.pl.12hon3] jō[pn.pl.mē̃] kōī[pn.;d.] guṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] hōnā[pres.sg.23] . some then such too be[pres.pl.12hon3] that[.mē̃] some virtue not be[pres.sg.23] .
26Some are such that they don’t have any virtues at all.
25अब ऐसे को बाबा देख क्या करेंगे . ab aisē kō bābā dēkh kyā karē̃gē . ab[adv.] aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] kō[postp.] bābā dēkhnā[root] kyā karnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . now such to Baba see[root] what do[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .
27What would Baba do on seeing such children?
26बाप तो चुम्बक प्योर आत्मा है , तो जरूर कशिश करेंगे . bāp tō chumbak pure ātmā hai , tō jarūr kaśhiśh karē̃gē . bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] tō chumbak[n.m.;sg.,d.] pure ātmā[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , tō zarūr kaśhiśh[x] karnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . father then magnet pure soul be[pres.sg.23] , then definitely pull do[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .
28The Father is the Magnet, a pure soul, and so He would definitely have that pull.
27परन्तु बाबा अन्दर में जानते हैं , बाप अपना सारा पोतामेल बताते हैं तो बच्चे भी बतायें . parantu bābā andar mē̃ jāntē haĩ , bāp apnā sārā pōtāmēl batātē haĩ tō bachchē bhī batāyē̃ . parantu[conj.] bābā andar mē̃[postp.] jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] apnā[pn.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.]|apnānā[root] sārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] pōtāmēl[n.m.;sg.,d.] batānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] tō bachchā[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] bhī[p.] batānā[opt.pl.12hon3] . however Baba inside in know[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , father (one’s own|adopt[root]) the whole account(s) tell[pres.pl.m.12hon3] then child too tell[opt.pl.12hon3] .
29However, Baba knows what is inside. 30The Father shows you His whole chart and so you children should also show it.

31The Father tells you: I have come here to make you into the masters of the world.
29फिर जो जैसा पुरुषार्थ करे . phir jō jaisā puruṣhārth karē . phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] jō[pn.;d.] jaisā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] puruṣhārth[n.m.;sg.,d.] karnā[opt.sg.23] . (then|turn[root]) that like effort do[opt.sg.23] .
32It then depends on the effort each of you one makes.
30पुरुषार्थ जो भी करते हैं , वह भी पता होना चाहिए . puruṣhārth jō bhī kartē haĩ , vah bhī patā hōnā chāhiē . puruṣhārth[n.m.;sg.,d.] jō[pn.;d.] bhī[p.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , vah[pn.sg.d.] bhī[p.] patā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] hōnā[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|hōnā[.oblig3] . effort that too do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , that too knowledge (be[imp.pl.2hon.inf+cāhnā]|be[.oblig3]) .
33One should know about the effort each one is making.
31बाबा लिखते हैं - सभी का आक्युपेशन लिखकर भेजो अथवा उनसे लिखवाकर भेजो . bābā likhtē haĩ - sabhī kā occupation likhkar bhējō athavā unsē likhvākar bhējō . bābā likhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - sab[adv.hī] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] occupation likhnā[abs.] bhējnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] athavā vah[pn.pl.sē] likhvānā[abs.] bhējnā[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] . Baba write[pres.pl.m.12hon3] - all of occupation write[abs.] x[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] that is that[.sē] x[abs.] x[opt.pl.2,imp.pl.2] .
34Baba writes: Write down everyone’s occupation and send that to Baba. 35Or, get them to write it and send it to Baba.
32जो चुस्त समझदार ब्राह्मणियां होती हैं , वह सब लिखवा भेजती हैं - क्या धंधा करते हैं , कितनी आमदनी है ? jō chust samajhdār brāhmaṇiyā̃ hōtī haĩ , vah sab likhvā bhējtī haĩ - kyā dhandhā kartē haĩ , kitnī āmdanī hai ? jō[pn.;d.] chust[adj.] samajhdār[adj.] brāhmaṇī[n.f.ī=>iyā̃;pl.d.] hōnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3] , vah[pn.sg.d.] sab[adj.] likhvānā[root] bhējnā[pres.pl.f.12hon3] - kyā dhandhā[n.m.ā=>ā;sg.d.] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , kitnā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] āmdanī[n.f.ī=>ī;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] ? that active sensible Brahmin be[pres.pl.f.12hon3] , that all x[root] x[pres.pl.f.12hon3] - what business do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , so income be[pres.sg.23] ?
36Those who are alert and sensible Brahmin teachers should get everyone to write what business they do and how much their income is.
33बाप अपना सब कुछ बतलाते हैं और सृष्टि के आदि-मध्य-अन्त का ज्ञान सुनाते हैं . bāp apnā sab kuchh batlātē haĩ aur sr̥iṣhṭi K|kē ādi-madhy-ant kā gyān sunātē haĩ . bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] apnā[pn.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.]|apnānā[root] sab kuchh[x] batlānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] aur sr̥iṣhṭi[n.f.;sg.] K|kā[postp.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] ādi-madhya-ant kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] gyān[n.m.;sg.,d.] sunānā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . father (one’s own|adopt[root]) everything show[pres.pl.m.12hon3] and world (K|of) the beginning, the middle and the end of knowledge speak[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . 34सबकी अवस्था को जानते हैं . sabkī avasthā kō jāntē haĩ . sabkā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] avasthā[n.f.;sg.] kō[postp.] jānnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . everyone's stage to know[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
37The Father tells you everything about Himself and also gives you the knowledge of the beginning, middle and end of the world.

37अभी ऐसी खुशबू है , फिर जब सारा खिल जायेगा तो फर्स्टक्लास शोभा हो जायेगी . abhī aisī khuśhbū hai , phir jab sārā khil jāyēgā tō first class śhōbhā hō jāyēgī . ab[adv.hī] aisā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] khuśhbū[n.f.;sg.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] , phir[adv.]|phirnā[root] jab sārā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] khilnā[fut.m.sg.23.root+jānā] tō first class śhōbhnā[x] jānā[fut.f.sg.23] . now such fragrance be[pres.sg.23] , (then|turn[root]) when the whole in bloom[fut.m.sg.23.root+jānā] then first class x[x] go[fut.f.sg.23] .
41Look, this is such a royal flower. 42It has such fragrance and when it blooms it will have first-class beauty.
38तुम भी इन लक्ष्मी-नारायण जैसे लायक बन जायेंगे . tum bhī in lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ jaisē lāyak ban jāyēṅgē . tum[pn.pl.] bhī[p.] in|yah[pn.pl.o.] lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] jaisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] lāyak[x] bannā[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+jānā] . you too (in|this) Lakshmi and Narayan like worthy become[fut.m.pl.12hon3.root+jānā] .
43You too will become worthy like Lakshmi and Narayan.
39तो बाप देखते रहते हैं , ऐसे नहीं कि सबको सर्चलाइट देते हैं . tō bāp dēkhtē rahtē haĩ , aisē nahī̃ ki sabkō searchlight dētē haĩ . tō bāp[n.m.;sg.,d.] dēkhnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] , aisē nahī̃[x] ki[conj.] sabkō searchlight dēnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] . then father see[pres.pl.m.12hon3.pres-part+rahnā] , it isn't that that everything searchlight give[pres.pl.m.12hon3] .
44So the Father continues to look at everyone. 45It isn’t that He gives everyone a searchlight.
40जो जैसा है वैसी कशिश करते हैं , जिनमें कोई गुण नहीं वह क्या कशिश करेंगे . jō jaisā hai vaisī kaśhiśh kartē haĩ , jinmē̃ kōī guṇ nahī̃ vah kyā kaśhiśh karē̃gē . jō[pn.;d.] jaisā[adj.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] hōnā[pres.sg.23] vaisā[adj.ā=>ī;f.] kaśhiśh[x] karnā[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , jō[pn.pl.mē̃] kōī[pn.;d.] guṇ[n.m.;sg.,d.] nahī̃[neg] vah[pn.sg.d.] kyā kaśhiśh[x] karnā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . that like be[pres.sg.23] x pull do[pres.pl.m.12hon3] , that[.mē̃] some virtue not that what pull do[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .
46Each of you draws (Baba) to yourself according to what you are like. 47How could those who don’t have any virtues draw anything from Baba?
41ऐसे वहाँ चल-कर पाई-पैसे का पद पायेंगे . aisē vahā̃ chal-kar pāī-paisē kā pad pāyēṅgē . aisā[adj.ā=>ē;m.o.,m.pl.] vahā̃ chalnā[abs.] pāī-paisē[n.m.ā=>ē;sg.o.,m.pl.d.] kā[postp.ā=>ā;m.sg.d.] pad[n.m.;sg.,d.] pānā[fut.m.pl.12hon3] . such there continue[abs.] trivial matters worth nothing of status x[fut.m.pl.12hon3] .
48Such ones will go there and claim a status worth a few pennies.

51These serviceable children are doing so much service.
45इनको सर्विस बिगर आराम नहीं आता . inkō service bigar ārām nahī̃ ātā . yah[pn.pl.kō] service[n.f.;sg.] bigar ārām[x] nahī̃[neg] ānā[pres-part.m.sg.d.] . this[.kō] service without comfort not come[pres-part.m.sg.d.] .
52They cannot rest without doing service.
